Great place to eat and watch sports or racing or whatever you're into. The apps are great and they have a ton of choices. I would recommend the chicken sandwich, Nashville hot. And the bacon cheeseburger. We also love the chips and queso and pretzel bites. We love the wings particularly the Caribbean jerk, if you're into a little spicy. Normally we sit in the bar and have great service however today, we sat in the main dining area and the service was just as great. If you're looking for a chill place to watch TV and have some great snacks / even a meal Buffalo wild wings is definitely a excellent place to try. #GoogleGal

Had the Brisket Burger, at $16.something it's the most expensive burger I've ever had in Longview, higher even than Juicy. That said, it was quite good👌🏿. Fries we good too.👍🏿 I did take-out but service I did have was good. I'd go back, but maybe not every week. 🤷🏿‍♂️

Service was a little slow, but the food was delicious. Didn't expect a wings dominated place to have good chicken sandwiches, but it was really good. Definitely will be coming back when I'm able too. Good stop for something to eat if your low on time, as service was faster then other places. Just a bit slow, but the food definitely made up for it. I just got a plain chicken sandwich, and I was impressed. Like I said, definitely will be coming back.

We usually have a very good time here! We come often so we usually get the same waiter and our service has always been fast and friendly! Our most recent visit was probably the least favorable. We've never been on a Thursday so we had a different waitress and wait times seemed longer but they were also busy. For some reason we got charged for the ranch they gave us when that's never been the case before and I ordered a fried ice cream but they didn't give us the cinnamon chips that are supposed to come on it. Still love the wings here and will still come again, but I was bummed about the cinnamon chips. Lol

Sort of confused about how to rate service. We waited for 15 min at table before we were even noticed. Another server seen us sitting there and offered to take care of us. She was amazing and ver attentive to our table. Food is good… not over the top but worth the value.

It was not busy when I got in and I told them the game I was there to watch and they made sure it was on and I could see it. Decent service. I didn’t check the reciept close enough and they definitely charged me for two extra drinks, ugh. Wish the appetizers came out before the food too, seemed cold while the food was hot so I suspect they were ready. Service once I got my food was good. Drinks were refilled and we were tended to.

We love us some Buffalo Wild Wings. The restaurant just did a lot of renovations and it has really improve the atmosphere! We love all the big TVs and enjoy watching sports while eating our favorite traditional chicken wings. They also have an amazing Burger that is so full of flavor and spices, it always comes with the cheese melted just perfect and the burger cooked just right... and the Bun... They toast it perfectly. They have amazing onion rings in fact they are so good I could eat just onion rings and make it a meal LOL. We have never had a bad waiter or waitress at this particular location. We have never had a problem with getting her food quickly, our drinks are always full, and we always need a to go box! I don't know how they get the wings so huge, maybe they are genetically modified LOL but they are the biggest wings out of any restaurant I have ever been to! They have a ton of different flavors to choose from dry or wet and also it is nice having that option of having more then what flavor when you order wings. They do have a ton of different alcoholic drinks, but I do not drink. They have just added some new flavored lemonade and flavored teas. You just can't go wrong by stopping by this restaurant and they stay open late as well. They do not charge you to play their game boxes at the table and most restaurants do charge. We always end up spending at least 3 hours at the restaurant playing the free games and eating chicken wings and appetizers. Just a great place to go and have fun, good conversation, and delicious food.

Visited here yesterday for my son's birthday dinner with family. We had a new waiter so we expected he wouldn't be top notch but he did ok. The wings were not as good as Wing Stop but i did love the Asian zing flavor. I did not like that they didn't have wing combos and had to purchase the fries AND celery/carrots/ranch separately. I love the variety of sports that were available on the big screens to view so that's a plus.

Pretty good place for your typical wings and bar foods. Service was above average, not great. We came in on a Sunday on last regular season game day. Almost every TV carried the same game. Would have been nice for some variety. We had wings, they were ok. They were a little "hard" and crunchy, seemed a little over cooked. Took quite awhile for them to get to our table, so therefore did not arrive hot. They were lukewarm. Wasn't quite the experience I was hoping for, may be some time before I come back.

Very clean and they were taking necessary precautions to stay healthy where everyone was eating. The bathroom was dirty. Our service was good until it was time for our meal to come out. My meal was missing some food. And was brought to the table after about 8 minutes after everyone else was served. Then we waited another probably 5 minutes to get our sides. i'm giving 3 stars because the majority of the food i received was delicious. i ordered take-out around 11:50 pm bc i had a busy day & hadn't eaten, & BWW was one of the few places open & taking take-out orders. i ordered a mac & cheese burger, chili cheese fries, & fried cheese curds for my spouse & i. i placed my order & headed to the restaurant. when i got there, i was informed they were out of the main component of the burger. i just had them make it w/o it, whatever, no big deal. the staff was incredibly kind & friendly. i waited nearly 20 minutes inside for my order bc of the burger issue. i got my food, & left, assuming it was all started at the same time. admittedly my fault for not checking my order before leaving, but i wasn't thinking about it. i got home & my spouse's fries were cold, rock hard on the outside, & soggy on the inside. the burger & cheese curds were good, but we probably won't order BWW take-out again.

It wasn't busy when we arrived we were put in a very dark lit area which I was fine with. Our ketchup bottle was empty. It took forever to get our drinks, food, anything really. Our waitress was constantly checking in on the tables beside us but not us. We had to wait for what seemed like forever to get to go boxes and even then she didn't offer to take care of our check until we tried going to the front to pay where she snatched it saying she had to do it. We only got a refill because he said something to the waitress who brought our food. The bathroom door to the women's restroom was open, and employees were just standing around talking and not moving when you're trying to go past them to the restroom. We weren't told anything about specials or anything either.

We were constantly waiting, food was warm at best. They tried to skimp out on their fried pickles and then when we sent it back and told them to take it off our tab they decided to make more.

This was my first BBW's experience. Lack luster would be a great definition. The whole restaurant was out of any type of artificial sweetener. Being a diabetic that just wanted a glass of tea that was very disappointing. Service was awful. We waited 10 minutes for refills. We didn't get one appetizer until after we got our main course. The food came out in spurts. One person's meal then 5-10 minutes another one. The food was not that good. It was sub par wings. They were Luke warm by the time they got to the table and then cold by the time we ate because we were waiting for everyone to get their food to start eating. We were there for 2 hours most of that was waiting. Disappointing.

Jeremy was fantastic, super friendly! Food was alright, but the kitchen was way behind and seemed completely disorganized. We ordered my kids Mac and cheese with our appetizers and it was the second to last meal to come out. My husbands food didn’t come out until after the other 7 people had already finished our meals, we ended up asking Jeremy to just put it in a box for us before he brought it out. They desperately need to hire more kitchen staff to keep up with orders. Jeremy did his best with what he was working with and we really appreciate him!

Then our order was wrong twice and all but one of us received our food and they had to wait almost 20 min for theirs. I was like warm at best. We are not one to speak to a manager but it was warranted in this instance. She seemed less than concerned and was very dismissive but did remove the burger they never got right. Not once did she apologize for the terrible service. NEW VISIT: The service was slightly better but our food was cold when we received it and it was wrong the first time.

Went to watch a basketball game and enjoy the food and drink. The 2 appetizers came out separately, about 15 minutes apart, surprisingly. Our entree salads never came out. After an hour the server came to the table and said she was sorry, but they were out of lettuce and she didn't know. The manager never came by the table to apologize or explain. We paid our bill and left. There were plenty of empty tables and booths in the restaurant, and why they seated a family with little children behind us, I don't know. The kids acted like they were in a bounce house. Pay attention to the reviews before you go here.

A lot of people were waiting to be sat when we arrived, they quoted us 20 minutes. This turned into 30, then 45-1hr. There was MULTIPLE tables open but nobody was at the host stand to sit customers. How can wait times increase if nobody is being sat? The host stand was abandoned after the we were quoted the hour long wait. We waited for our food To-go, which we received nearly HALF AN HOUR after being quoted a long wait time. Many people came and went and yet the host was nowhere to be found. The employees seemed to be in no rush to help, in fact it seemed as though they didn’t want us to sit down. We didn’t see any employee until the to-go order was in my hand. It’s clear that BWW does not care about their customers or their experiences. This is not the first time we’ve had a bad experience here but this was the most frustrating.

Our server Erica was the best and it's not her fault they left only 2 people in the kitchen. It took a half hour minimum for an order of 12 wings to make it to our table, which was the only thing we ordered. The restaurant was not busy, which made that wait time completely unreasonable. The place was not picked up and, with a skeleton crew, that's not a surprise. Just a general feeling of apathy. Unlikely we'll be back with so many similar options in town.

I've given them many chances over many years, but it's been a steady decline. Today's trip was my last. After waiting about 5 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant to be sat, I was sat at a dirty booth with a broken off fake fingernail on the seat. I was then served majorly undercooked chicken. It was so undercooked that the waiter noticed it before I could even speak. He returned with what had to have been hand selected as the tiniest wings in the batch that had been very clearly undercooked and barely sauced. I'm pretty sure they were harder than concrete. I choked down the bits that i could, as i was famished, and awaited my server's return with my debt card on the edge of the table, swatting gnats for the last 10 minute wait. He took no note of the barely picked at wings and did not ask how they were. I paid and rolled out with a "duces". Shame, I do spend a LOT on wings.

I never leave a bad review but If I could leave no stars I would. We went here today and there was barely anyone seated, still took 20 minutes to sit us down. After we ordered we watched 3 different tables sit down (way) after us and get their food. Our waitress told us multiple times they were checking on our order. Around the third time we asked if we could have a time estimate as it had been almost an hour and a half since we initially got there. She never came back. We understand a busy restaurant, but when it was practically empty and everyone else was served immediately… Ended up leaving and letting the manager know. We will not be going back here.

We had a family get together for my son's 18th birthday, it was his choice. 30 minutes after ordering the food mine my wife's my oldest son's and my daughter's burgers all showed up. They were all good . During and after we finished we flagged down the waitress since the birthday boy still hadn't received his wings. After another 30 min his food finally showed up. I don't know why and I really don't care why. They comped his meal... big deal.

I am not a happy camper. I never leave reviews. The menu prices and the actual price of the food are two different. Just know your pricing will not be correct. Our meals were 2-4 dollar difference than what the menu says. That should be something that is fixed. Or let your customers know before hand. Plus our food was cold coming out. Overall was not a happy customer.

Owner needs to hire better people. I wasn’t the only one waiting for my order for almost a hour. Then coming to find out it was already ready in the back, got home and missing an order of fries and carrots. I had the worst service I've ever experienced in my 51 yrs of existence. The order was wrong, the service was so slow, and it took us two hours from the time we got there until the time we left to get our food and to eat and deal with the staff and management. Ridiculous! I understand it's a loud restaurant, but the noise was unbearable. They had the volume turned up too loud on multiple TV's, it sounded like a daycare with all the screaming kids, plus the everyday restaurant noises/conversations... UGH 🤦🏻‍♀️ No one was bussing the tables. When we arrived, we asked for a booth, but the hostess said there weren't any available. That's because the two that were empty needed to be cleaned. Within 30-45 min, that entire row of booths (7 of them) became empty, and not ONE person bussed those tables. But the hostess kept walking around the restaurant looking at each dirty booth like they were going to magically start cleaning themselves. When we finally ended up having to speak with a manager, I brought that up...excuses were given. To end the night, I'd given them a coupon, which they eventually said couldn't be used with the BOGO ½ off. Ok, that's fine, then let me have my coupon back. Oh, no!!! They'd thrown it away! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Again, the manager comes out and gives us several 25% off coupons for "future" visits. I started looking at them...THEY WERE EXPIRED! When we got up to leave and hopefully speak to the manager again and ask for some that were not expired, the waiter tried to tell us they would still honor them since the manager had given to us. Needless to say, we are NEVER going back there again. It was my 1st and last time to that location. The management and staff are all a joke. Which is really sad because I do enjoy their food. I hated not tipping the server, but I'll be dang if 1. You're going to continuously have other servers run your orders for you, 2. Screw up the order, 3. Can't be found anywhere when you're needed for tea or anything else, 4. Try and charge me almost double what I should owe, 5. Throw away my coupon, and then 6. Argue with me about expired coupons? 🤬 I have NEVER in my life, NOT tipped someone, but tonight was FUBAR! BWW...DO BETTER! I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and the way this establishment is run. First, I ordered a beer on the patio using the kiosk barcode since there were no servers attending our table. It took 15 minutes for the beer to arrive. For my second drink, I tried going inside to order and pay at the bar, but I was told I had to use the app. Meanwhile, someone at our table was able to bring out 2-3 beers at a time with no problem. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told it was “company policy.” As a result of my attempt to order at the bar, the person at our table was cut off from ordering more drinks. The service here is terrible. There should be servers available, and customers shouldn’t have to go through the hassle of adding a card to a website just to order a single beer and then wait 15 minutes for it. Absolutely ridiculous.

We’ve been here a few times and every time we come, the service is terrible. It takes way too long to get any kind of drink. Then I received half of our wing order, waited 20 minutes, had to ask where the other half of our order was before they brought it. Why bring out half the order? Then we never received napkins. Had to grab some from the bar. We never saw our waitress after receiving our drinks. Someone else brought our food. We had to ask a random employee for our ticket and our waitress still didn’t bring it. We finally received the ticket from a different employee. Left cash and left. There was barely anybody there. They weren’t busy at all. I don’t understand who is running this business.

Idk if anyone else has had this experience. But I walked in and it took someone 15/20 minutes to come to greet me and another gentleman that had walked in behind me. Although I wasn’t picking up an order for myself , it was for a ride share company. I watched them hand 3 people Togo orders and seat 5 different parties. And I continued to ask how long it would take and they couldn’t answer me or I would have employees walking past me with no answer. I waited at the store for 50 minutes total before I had actually received good customer service and retrieved the order. I haven’t ate at this location , but trust me. I won’t be back.

My wife was so excited to come here, unfortunately we left. Someone needs to educate the manager on what a REAL id is. She wouldn't accept our Oklahoma Drivers Licenses because it says it's not a REAL id lol. I get the confusion but my id is a valid state id and I'm damn near 40.

This place was always a staple in meeting up with the guys and having a good time. With the recent remodel I hadnt been in here in maybe a year or two. Went finally and hated the remodel it just doesn't look good not very inviting in my opinion. The bar area is a mess and bleeds into the main dining area because it's not sectioned off anymore. It's just not well planned in this location and a mess. I also made a order through the app recently and it kinda sealed the deal on me never going here again. The manager CHIP some old fart with glasses basically told me it's my fault they messes my order up when clearly it was their negligence to even read my order clearly stated on the app, my receipt on my order, and in my check out receipt on the app. But this bastard had the nerve to be rude and make me feel guilty for asking them to fix my order like it was gonna be a big deal for him to do his job. Slamming stuff around huffing and puffing. He even took my unsauced wings BACK FROM ME into the kitchen (I'm back here after an hour of getting my food almost between driving home and back again) and I'm hoping he actually threw it away to make me new ones like I'd asked since they were cold and sauceless pucks of shame now that I could of bought from Wal-Mart or Mc Donalds for a third of the cost. Pretty sure Mr. CHIP just went back, nuked my cold ass boneless wings tossed them in sauce and put them back into my original bag with hot carrots and ranch. I asked for a refund but was denied and given a voucher coupon instead..i just wanted hot fresh food but instead this guy was a complete ass to me. When I got to my car I tried on and the outside was hot but center was cold...like they HAD BEEN MICROWAVED AND WERE THE SAME boneless wings. Never been so disrespected, accused of lying, and downright treated like garbage like CHIP treated me (if he even gave me his real name) this night. Thankfully the girl at the front gave me a sweet tea to keep me from exploding on this guy for being an idiot.. I may just have to stick to wingstop for the rest of my life now. At least they don't blame their issues on a paying customer and make them feel uncomfortable like this old man manager "Chip" did. I'm just more in shock this guy looked me in the face and told me it was my fault and wouldn't give me a refund let alone fresh wings.

Waited 45 min for chips dip an my drink … then my food was cold but Katherine was very professional an kind an did everything she could to make it rite an she stayed letting us know that we were not forgot about …. Yall need more ppl like Katherine who are on top of there game as she is overall I give the restaurant 1star but I give Katherine 10 stars for sure …. Yall need to do better seriously … I also made sure she was tipped very well

I love the food at this place but service is horrible. We keep trying to give this place a chance and it keeps getting worse. When we arrived there was no one up front to sit us down. Finally after a while someone came out and got us a table. Our waitress walked by and said “I would be right back” after about 15 minutes she finally came to get our order. I asked for a beer menu and again she disappeared for several minutes. When she finally came back we placed our drink and food orders. After another 20-25 someone else comes with half our order. (Still no beer) And we realized my wife’s order was wrong. By this point we’re getting frustrated! Finally we get the rest of the food, and we’re informed that they couldn’t make what my wife ordered due to lack of ingredients! At this point I’m very upset, because if we had known then she would have ordered something else. So I asked for my beer again!! Only for her to disappear for another 10 minutes and for her to come back and tell me they don’t have it!! So I asked for a different beer and we started eating even though half our order was wrong! Another 15 minutes pass by and still no beer! ( we had also ordered waters at the beginning and never once did she offer refills). After we finished eating she finally walked by and slams the beer on the table. By this point I’m furious!! I got up and told her “bring me the check and void that beer I don’t want it!”(They didn’t charge us for my wife’s food or the beer) needless to say this was by far the worst experience for me and my family! We will never go back to this place!

Place was almost completely empty. 3 tables. Waitress was friendly but high as a kite. Food was quicker than expected but the fries were cold cold. Fries seem like they came out of the fridge. Wings were tossed well and sauce tasted good but the wings has zero heat to them as well. Room temperature. Nothing. Told waitress so she could try to save the next person. We still paid full price and didn’t even get the suggestion of doing the 6 for $20. My lady and I got a 20 piece and fries. We could have for 20 wings and 2 sides and the 2 drinks for $20. Which would have saved us $10 and gotten us extra fries… waitress came and check on us 3 times in 2 minutes after taking order. After order we almost ate all the food before we saw her again. I’ve never been more disappointed.

New years eve, at 8pm... we walk in and there may be 5 tables with customers at them. The place is pretty much empty including employee wise. After 15 minutes no one came to seat us. I grabbed some employee who walked by for the fifth time and asked if anyone was gonna help us. She said we can eat at the bar or.wait longer. So we go to the bar and for 10 minutes no one speaks to us or takes our order. So we say screw it and decide to order it to go. We go to the counter where 3 other customer are already having problems ordering food to go. So we left and went to cheddars. This place will close soon. It's a shell of what it was 10 years ago. No one cares about you there and no one certainly wants to serve you. The BWW in tyler sucks too but at least they will seat you within 10 minutes. Supremely disappointing.

I can't rate the food yet because I haven't received it. They're lucky they're open late and are the only thing close to our hotel. I ordered 3 tenders with tots, a side salad and mozzarella sticks at 10:30 and they said it would be ready at 11:00. It's now 11:20 and they're still preparing our order. **Update: we got back to the hotel and they forgot our sauce for the chicken. **The girl that was at the front was very nice and apologetic.

Had the worst experience at a restaurant in my 52 years on this earth tonight. Was told a 45 minute wait when we walked in. We were not in a rush so we waited. After an hour, I asked the hostess if we were close, and she said it would be another 30 minutes. I said you got to be kidding me. She said she didn’t really know, as they have to wait for the kitchen to catch up. I told her that was unacceptable and we were leaving, and she said ok we can seat you now. Got seated at a table and sat there for another 15 minutes with no waitress. They seated other people who came in 30 minutes after us, and they had their drinks and were ordering their food. A waitress finally came over after 20 minutes and asked if we had been helped. I said no and she said she is in the back and would go get her. I told her never mind, we are leaving. If they can’t do better than this, they might as well shut this place down.

Apparently they have a drink limit here of 4 drinks. Won’t be back to this place.

I ordered traditional wings and my family order boneless wings and 2 fries. The boneless wings and 1 side of fries was delivered…..After 20 mins I still never received my food…When I asked the waitress how much longer she had no idea and couldn’t even tell us if they were cooking them or not. We also never received the fries….I ended up canceling my order… absolutely ridiculous. 1 star across the board for me

Sat at the to go counter for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Then the girl that finally came to the front said they did not have my order. I showed her the conformation email. To top it off the "manager" didn't fix the issue. Left without food or a refund. Absolutely ridiculous customer service

Refused curbside service at 5:30pm because “We don’t do curbside after dark”. Have literally ordered here before and never had that issue. Wedges tasted strongly of soil. I’m guessing someone didn’t clean the potatoes. Won’t be back again after this visit.

Oh my I have to say I don’t know why I still go here but I do since I love wings however the service is always sllllooooowwwwww then the food you wait on for like ever comes out cold or not all together. However our server last night was awesome she gave us a southern comfort feel with a beautiful smile to top it off then she kept us entertained why we waited for the food to come. I must say without all the negative she was by far the most positive fun server we have had in a long time any where. Thank you Louisiana Kat!!!!!!!!!

This was our first time coming here wasn't sure what to expect. The place was too loud and very distracting with all the different screens playing. Could not even talk with my party could not hear over the noise. The food was good but the meals arrived at different times instead of all together. Mine was last and despite being fresh out of the kitchen it was ice cold. I was very disappointed I expected a warm meal. I didn't bother to complain or send it back. It was late and and I was starving. By the time I got my meal everyone else was almost done with theirs. We won't be back. Very disappointing

My pickup order was scheduled for 8:10. It’s now 8:36, and I’ve been standing in line for 25 minutes without being greeted.

Rang the bell to get help sat 10/11 at 330 pm and the woman came and rudely snatched it away glaring at me, said not a word, and walked off with the bell. Lol unbelievable and comical really

This restaurant is dirty & always under staffed. Majority of booths have ripped seats. Floors filthy & slick tile. Bathrooms nasty. Tables left with empty plates/cups for over an hour. Staff is as friendly as they can be while they are overwhelmed & constantly dealing with incorrect orders from the kitchen. Find somewhere else to go. Wings are good, but maybe order takeout.

Here visiting with family. One of the worst wild wings I have been to. Service is very slow. Bartender is extra slow at making drinks even tho it wasn’t even busy. Took forever getting food. And had to wait an extra 10 mins on a simple plate of fires. The restroom was absolutely disgusting!! The floor in the entire restaurant needs to be vacuumed!! Will not be back to this restaurant!!

Well this was a bust. Wasn't even full and the kitchen was way too slow. We waited 45 plus mins. The waitress was sweet and was great but with the slow service and the mess up on the order we won't be back.

My boyfriend ordered food through door dash. I got the all American cheeseburger, asked for lettuce, onions, pickles, and Mayo. Asked for mustard and tomatoes to be taken off. Somehow ended up with a burger with only Mayo. Considering I haven’t had the greatest weekend, this kind of just took everything over the top. My receipt even shows “add onion”. I could have handled lettuce not being on it but burgers are disgusting to me when they don’t have onions and pickles. So that was a waste of money and a burger. McDonald’s does better.

My experience today at Buffalo Wild Wings was horrible. My boyfriend and I came up there to eat after church, we got our drinks a few minutes after being seated but it took 40-45 min for us to get our food which was not even hot barely even warm. It was not packed at all so there was no excuse for why our experience was not good. Then we ordered 2 fries and only got one, I’d say the only good thing they did was remove one of the fries from our ticket. Honestly a waste of $50. This was my second time eating there, my first time eating there it was great I don’t know what happened but I definitely would not recommend eating there again.

An over-the-top delay on a salad during the quietest time Of the restaurant manager came out, promised compensation due to the extreme delay. Only to them be charged full price for a subpar salad thanks Buffalo wild wings. I’m never going back to any relocations ever again because of this.

Unless you enjoy a close relationship with the porcelain god, avoid this place at all costs. Ate there last night and on top of slow and poor service, three of four in our crowd have awful food poisoning today—north and south…simultaneously.

There were only 4 parties sitting on the floor and the wait was 20-30 min… or sit at the bar…and people packed out the door. This is the 2 times this has happened so it’s not a circumstances issue. It’s a management issue

Not what it used to be sadly. The boneless wings are nowhere near as good now. I've had better from Pizza Hut. The staff are not properly trained either. Place needs an overhaul.

I had a really disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. The wait time was way too long even though the restaurant wasn’t that busy. When our food finally came out, it was cold and not what we ordered. The waiter barely checked on us, seemed uninterested, and didn’t bother fixing the order until we reminded them. By the time everything was corrected, we had already lost our appetite. Definitely not the experience I expected — won’t be coming back anytime soon.

I usually love coming to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings but today the service was terrible. Server/hostess Kayla spoke to us very quietly and was moving very slow. After waiting over an hour, our whole order excluding one order of wings was wrong. While waiting for our new food, we tried the wings at the table and they were all COLD!!

This is twice we have gotten cold food. They said they couldn't remake it because there POS system was down so they removed item from bill our drinks sat at bar for 15 min and by the time we received them they were watered down from melting ice. Drinks were not what we ordered. My order placed same time came out 25 min after everyone else's it was very cold like it was sitting in pick up window and when our waitress asked if we would like anything else I asked if my food was going to be ready soon she said oh no and rushed off. This has to be the worst staffed and clueless BWW I've ever been to.

We were seated right away, even on a busy Saturday, that should have been enough of a red flag but we were hungry for wings!!! We sat and waited....waited....waited....managed to get the attention of a server and was told our server is over there (pointing somewhere we couldn't see) like I was supposed to go find her n place our order. anyhow...she took our order for drinks and an appetizer and we waited....and waited....and waited....then we got our drinks etc and placed our order for mains, and waited....and waited....and waited...there was A LOT of waiting. Anyhow, my mains was served, and his side was served, we ate an onion ring each, they were just warm. I picked up a wing, it was about room temp....more waiting.... we got the attention of a server, explained we were still waiting on half the order and our food that was served was cold....we gave up. They could also do with some cleaning in the building, bathrooms were dirty, pictures etc dirty, blinds had food on them. Zoom in on the pic. Now sat in a new restaurant waiting....
