So much to like! I'm a buster bar fan but the calorie count keeps me coming back for soft serve twist w/ chocolate dip! Happy tastes good,you can take boxes of ice cream sandwiches, buster bars, ice cream cakes!
The owner and his staff work very hard at taking care of their customers... usually busy... but very good service... who doesn't like blizzards and soft serve! Glad to support a local small business. One of my favorites!!
This is Dairy Queen, of course its awesome and has tasty ice cream. Its fast food so i don't expect high quality for 4 bucks. But who does't like hamburgers and fries. It is great, go there and load up ya animal.
DQ = Blizzards.... so I don't understand how you could ever rate them less than 5 stars. They make wonderful ice creamy treats & more. I've had a few food items here that I wasn't crazy about, but I don't go there for fast food - I go for a Blizzard. I don't really care about how long the drive thru line is, or what the service is like. They make a 5 star blizzard. And that's all that matters. 🍦

DQ hasn't changed ..it was a great American fast food chain in the 1960s as I was growing up. This locational store still serves up the same tasty food and fun deserts for the value of your dollar. My sister and I have eaten here a few times. Always left very satisfied. Keep the tradition going DQ!
This place is always good. The staff is super friendly and they are quick. I’d say overall that this is a good spot to go if you have kids. They have food and ice cream at this location, which is different from the DQs I grew up near. Also they have a drive through which is always a good thing for people on the go.
As always.... we were met by their awesome crew.... and experienced their awesome customer service...! The very definition of what can be expected by a company that's been around since the 1940's!!!! Their food and ice cream treats are always most enjoyable......!! I highly recommend this Dairy Queen as a destination.... albeit for a quick treat for the kids... or a fun meal for the family!!! This Dairy Queen has been on our radar for many, many years.... take the hint...!!! What a fun place!!!... Enjoy!! Q
Now I like the food over many other fast food places. The service was great. My dog was with me at the drive thru, and because I had to wait an extra couple of minutes they gave her a treat. Making her happy makes me happy. The manager is friendly and very courteous.
Food was great for a fast food place. Had the double bacon burger. Ingredients were fresh and tasted good. With inflation the price was actually still reasonable. $30 for three meals.
I placed a mobile order pickup and received the wrong bag of food 1/31. I called back and the team was very polite and more than happy to rectify their mistake. I returned and they had my order promptly made and apologized for the inconvenience. Perfect example of the kind of workers you need, Thank you to the DQ Crew!
So I went to this location in Attleboro tonight and the staff was so polite and accommodating. During my wait time I was checked on by multiple employees to make sure I was all set. I had an incident where my bag ripped and within seconds an employee was helping me and replaced the few items that fell out even though it wasn't their fault at all she was so apologetic and polite , it was so beyond appreciated. And all the food was hot fresh and delicious. I will 100% be back. I would give the customer service 10 stars if I could.
This is one of the best places to visit when I'm in town. I grew up going here, and won't get ice cream from anywhere else. The food is good and you can tell that the employees are very happy working here, and go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. I 100% recommend visiting here; you won't be disappointed!
I have been there 5 times. 4 times have been great, and 1 time the blizzard wasn't up to par. I get it, sometimes the orders aren't exactly the same, and the one poor order of the NY Cheesecake Blizzard had barely any strawberry or cheesecake chunks. I would rather give 4.5 stars as I feel that is more accurate. They are good during the Pandemic of monitoring the long drive-through line, and the staff here is always very pleasant.
They usually do a very good job, but when it's really busy they rush a bit too much, and orders begin to come out wrong. The drive thru person needs to not try and not speak over you. I understand fully that some people talk so slowly placing their orders that it's tempting to ask but some of us are trying to make sure that.you read our order back correctly as it's a bad habit this DQ has of much ng up one order with another upon occasion.
This place gets very busy and the lines go out to the street. I'm not sure what they do inside to prepare food but it's very, very slow. Always friendly employees though.
I've been to the North Attleboro, MA DQ several times and it's always the same experience. The staff have a very flat affect... they don't tell you anything while you are standing there waiting for your order...there are no other customers standing next to you yet your order is not being filled. They're doing a host of other things. And I find their prices high...$5.09 for a kid size blizzard? Wow! But the ice cream is good and creamy which is what brings me back periodically. I enjoy a treat now and then.
Love going here with the family. We all order the Blizzards. This are great little ice creams to cool you off,they have great variety to choose from. Stop by and give it a try, always packed and always good!!
Although I only had a blizzard, dairy Queen remains one of my favorite treats to go to. They're blizzards are excellent however at this location they neglected to swirl the blizzard contents to the bottom thus when you ate the blizzard you only got the toppings in the first quarter of the blizzard the rest of it was just vanilla ice cream. That would be my only knock on them would be to make sure they stir it enough so there is equal disbursement of contents. Also, their twists in a cone with cherry dip are delicious but be careful of the cherry dip because once you bite into it it may make a mess and drop all over you. So make sure you ask for extra napkins. I've had the food a few times and it is a step above McDonald's or Burger King but not by that much and I don't care for the fries. The atmosphere differs from each dairy Queen however I find it best to go through the drive-thru each time, maybe that's the laziness in me but I prefer sitting in my car and waiting. Also a big plus is most dairy Queens are open year-round which means you can have ice cream whenever you want it! Oh one final note If you do get a blizzard make sure they tip it upside down for you, that's supposed to be their 'thing' and if they don't then ask for a free one. They are supposed to oblige but not sure if they will. Enjoy!
Double bacon cheese burger, regular onion ring, small shake was 17 and change. Pricey but all 3 was delicious. Girl at counter was wonderful.
DQ for ice cream all day.. but had a meal - burger with onions and fries, came with a coke and ice cream. All for like $6.. super!

4 out of the last 5 visits they got some part of my order wrong. It's 3 stars because i have never been served by the same person twice and they are quick to fix the problem. Alot of teens for whom this is thier first job work there. I will support the chance the owners are giving them. I served my time doing fast food as a kid so i get it.
I visited theis location yesterday afternoon around 3p.m. & ordered one Reece' s Peanut butter Blizzard with Oreo pieces, along with a Peanut Buster Parfiat. Needless to say i was Truly disappointed with my order. Not Sure, if their ice cream machines were OLD or on the fritz or what but the ice cream in both orders was very soft, it wasn't Hot,as far as temperature outside. Being originally from the Deep South. These Locations are slightly different from the ones I'm used to. I'm not sure if it the management, staffing or what. I have to say, the Dairy Queen location in Cranston, R.I. , has been a very good experience thus far.
Decent food at a good price. Ice cream will cure a craving. It isn't fancy but on the other hand it will only cost you $6 for a cheeseburger or chicken finger combo. Great place to bring the kids.
The food is usually pretty good, although it does take them quite a while to put an order together, even when they aren't very busy. Their staff is not the friendliest in the world, but I have never really had an issue here. I have received blizzards that were made properly, & blizzards that were over-mixed, so I'll call it hit or miss.
Normal this location is the best but the past couple times in has not been very good. The service is always good but the burgers are tasting funny and the oinon rings are not chewable only the batter is. The chicken has been stringy and chewy. The fries are still the best around though.
Sizes have changed on blizzard over the years and you get so much less for so much more! And you barely get enough filling… Maybe I had a bad experience… I’ll give it a try and ask for extra Reesie peanut butter cup next time!
My first time in years getting Dairy Queen food! It wasn't bad, but the dining area wasn't all that clean. They also didn't tip my blizzard over because it definitely would've come out. At least at tasted good for the most part because it wasn't fully mixed. I think the Foxboro location is better.
way overpriced. blizzard melted after serving. the employee did not hang the cup upside down. ice cream cones melted too fast. these guys' idea of spicy is 80000 degrees! please warn the public.
There are so many staff members working and yet it takes forever to get your order. My sister ordered a soft serve ice cream cone. It took 30 mins before she got it and they dipped it in chocolate, which she didn't want, but after waiting all that time she just took it because they were closing in 10mins, ,9pm,!
Drive through order.....ordered 6 piece chicken strip basket, got 5. Hardly any fries, and toast was only cooked on one side. Easy order to mess up. Food was good but attention to detail needed!

I would give y'all 5 stars if corporate paid employees a living wage. This location is one of the best I've ever been to. 10/10 they deserve a raise. Edit; nah I don't think I will be communicating privately give these guys $30 an hour and more benefits you can afford it.
Food and icecream was what you would expect from here. Service on the other hand was awful and weird. The cashier took 6 separate orders and not a single person made any of the items for any of the orders till well after the orders were placed. Our order was second and it took 20+ minutes to get 2 blizzards and a soft drink.
The last two visits your ice cream is all melty as soon as it’s given to me. Gonna start having you hand those blizzards upside down for the guarantee or it’s free.
Place is kind of a clown show. I don't think I've been there once where it wasn't what seemed like pure chaos. Last time 10 people on and they were struggle bussing just trying to figure out who needs to do what.
Today was a nice day outside, I walked to DQ for chicken basket, I ask if the order could be made fresh. They said there was food there, I stated i wasnt dining in and was waiting for uber pickup and wanted hot food. I also as was it really a problem to ask for fresh hot food? Once i received my order the chicken was hot and the fries were cold, the anger in me from the blatant disrespect was could have escalated. The young girl was perplexed, not as much as I was about customer service of today. I worked at DQ for 8 years in my young adult years, and my boss would have been upset to hear a employee say that to a customer. Are these examples of the youth going to be the future smh...this is sad as phucc in the world we live in! sincerely a paying customer, please do better!
The line for drive thru was out the parking lot which was rather annoying. 45min wait just to order. Finished ordering and drove to pick up window. I spent $48 to feed my family of 4 and half the order was not given to us. My childrens first time going they were looking forward to the blizzard experience.. But non of the blizzards i ordered were handed upside down. Very disappointing... They also each got 4pc tender meal and received 1 tender in their box.
Went to drive thru, as we have done numerous times. It's usually okay, never the best, but okay. This time our blizzards were soft and mushy, almost melted. They didn't turn them upside down like normal. Probably because they would have been on the floor.
Pretty unhygienic to have kids chewing gum while working with food. I literally watched the cashiers spit fly out of her mouth while handing me a blizzard. I just threw it away instead of making a big deal, but I'm not going back because it seems like this location hires children who lack basic manners everytime I've gone. This was the last straw.
Been going for over a year. Started out good. Has recently declined more and more. Got my order wrong (many times now), no receipt, staff busy goofing around but long wait, gave me a blizzard that's not even full and spilling everywhere on the side without a cover, complete no work ethic or respect to customer order. The blizzard was so disgusting when the girl handed it to me today. I decided to toss the whole order out without having to waste my breathe going through again. Looks compromised. Will be the last time I'll ever go. Good job in losing a regular.
I love DQ. Great soft serve. But this location is so mismanaged. We ordered and waited while others came in after us and got their ice cream. We finally asked where our order was and the girl was like oh, I guess I'll make them. This was the girl on the register that took our order 15 mins prior. Everyone that was working there looked like they were lost and seemed more focused on the drive thru customers than the ones like us that actually schlepped in for our DQ treats. Our order was so simple BTW. We ordered three Blizzards and one other ice cream. Nice new DQ just poorly managed.
Sad to report that on two separate occasions I observed employees emptying trash receptacles and then. Immediately go back to serving customers without washing their hands. In both situations a manager was present. Spoke to the managers directly about the employees not washing their hands after handling trash but was met with indifference. Unfortunately there seems to be a problem and the N. Attleboro Board of Health will be made aware of what appears to be an ongoing issue…
Keep raising prices but never get my order correct and never have chocolate ice cream. It's really gone downhill. Manager with an attitude makes some excuse about a busted machine. How much more can you charge for soft serve? If you're going to raise prices, at least provide the service. Real bad man.
Normally Dairy Queen is fantastic. Meal deals, icecream treats. On this day. Ordered hotdogs. They werr had to bite. Rubber feeling. First time i experienced a problem here. I am sure will visit again.
I've never had a good experience here. All the employees are 14 and have no direction as to what they should be doing because no adult is ever present. My order is always wrong or just gross, and I just tried to order a malted milkshake and they told me they don't sell that? It's on the Dairy Queen website? What is the purpose of this establishment?
Very upset with the two blizzards I ordered . more than half of the cup was straight icecream. The tiny amount of mix ins were just thrown at the top and not even mixed in. I'm paying for blended ice cream treats with an adequate amount of mix ins to eat throughout my entire ice cream, if I wanted a CUP of ice cream with toppings thrown at the top I would have asked for a cup of ice cream and the toppings. Very, very unsatisfied especially because I took 4 bites of my LARGE blizzard just to find out I had a cup of ice cream that I could have gotten from McDonalds for like 2 bucks. Pathetic
Inside closed, drive up took 40 minutes...just awful. Every other store has the inside open. Don't blame safety. This is simply that you don't pay enough to have employees come to work. Hire more people and staff up or close all together. If you can't run a store properly.
The staff I encountered were rude, unprofessional and lacking basic hygiene. I had to wait 40 minutes in a drive-thru line. When I finally reached the window, most of the staff were just chatting and texting. The one person who was actually preparing food wasn't wearing gloves. I loved this place as a kid but as an adult I will never again give them my money until they are under new management.
Completely unprofessional, I had 2 people talking through the speaker at same time that caused me to repeat my order 4 times. I was a tiny bit disgruntled in my voice on 4th time repeatedly saying my basic order. Once I received my order I was missing both of my drinks that come with the combos an i get home to see my sons toast is a piece of soft bread untoadted with no butter. I've come here for years but after my past couple experiences especially this one me nor my family will be taking our once a week DQ trip to this location.
Staff is always horrendous, but the ice cream is good and I live 2mins down the street so I go sometimes. But I have to say after today’s visit I will NOT be returning. Not only did it take a full 20 mins to get to the window, but the girl working at the window while putting our blizzards into a tray put her THUMB 👎🤮 into my ice cream. When I asked for a new one she scoffed and said she didn’t put her thumb into it. And said she wouldn’t make a new one. To make matters worse, I called the store to talk to the manager, he finally got onto the phone, I told him what had happened and he told me there is 2 sides to every story, and that he doesn’t believe it. This is absolutely ridiculous, and extremely unsanitary. I will never be returning to this location. BEWARE!
Every single time I come to this location it's about 25 minute wait and the food is awful. More condiments on the outside of the package for the burger and bag of food than what's on the actual burger. Undercooked almost raw bacon, even if it's already cooked but reheated whatever, gummy and nasty. I've given this place 1000 chances and I'll never come again
This place has nothing but teenagers working there. Me and my family went today first nobody in store I waited 5 min be for anyone asked me for my order at counter. Then when finally getting my order it's messed up. Had to return order twice be for getting it right. Then when I ask to speak to a manager I'm told no manager is on shift. That I would have to call store back durning week to talk to one. I will never ever go back.
So the food looked great when I pulled it out of the bag but we all know the saying looks can be deceiving. First and foremost my french fries tasted like fish. Secondly my burger did not taste like burger lol it tasted like hotdogs and although I love hotdogs I wanted a burger sitting there eating a hotdog flavored burger kind of messed up my stomach a little bit and my head. Can I enjoy any of it? No not at all but what I have a come back? Absolutely just next time I know to get a turtle pecan cluster blizzard and leave it at that
On Saturday 4/24 at 4:30pm I had visited this Dairy Queen. Service was slow and once I reached the speaker the young lady was rude. After I had finally received my blizzards they did not make it right. I had ordered a medium brownie batter blizzard and there was no brownie dough in it! Very disappointed and do not recommend.
The food is pretty good but the service is excruciatingly slow and absolutely horrible. Some people left because it was taking close to 20 minutes to make a blizzard. The kid at the register looked baffled when I asked to exchange my fries for a salad, and then of course I end up getting fries. It took my husband going to the counter twice for me to finally get it. The worst part is the manager hid in the back as more and more people were getting angry. This was my first and now last time at this particular DQ.
I give them this score because no one know how's to make a chocolate shake. Every single time almost I am giving it back at the window because it is not the right consistency. It has the consistency of chocolate milk. Every single person needs a lesson on how to correctly make a milk shake. 0/10. Also their fries are soggy 1/10 👎
Employees on Nov 4th at around 8pm were rude and gossiping, staring at me and my girlfriend. Decided to take their sweet time on making 2 blizzards (16 minutes) lazy staff and rude staff. Never coming back here
I was so upset tonight at this location. The food is good and I never have a problem with it. The servers are fine also, for the most part. However, this evening I waited in the drive through, wanting a blizzard, not the free cone, and when i got to the microphone at 9:31 I was told the restaurant is closed and they can't serve me. It didn't matter to them that I had been waiting for 20 minutes to get service. They turned me away as well as the other three cars behind me who were waiting as long as me. To me that is the worst kind of customer service. They should have finished with the rest of us who had been waiting and then closed it down. I will be going into the establishment to talk to a manager due to the poorest customer service I have ever had. They were wrong in all ways.
I'm giving it 1 star for the ice cream. There were 4 of us and the food was terrible! The fries were cold, the tomato was not ripe and the slice was a half inch thick, the onion slice was just as thick and unmanageable... The general consensus at the table was, DQ may do Blizzard's right, but food isn't their forte. I definitely would not recommend the food!
Always painfully slow, I would've bailed out tonight if I wasn't blocked in by other cars. Someone needs to open up an ice cream shop with a drive thru window and put this location out of our misery. My blizzards were melted and uncovered and got all over my passenger seat, absolutely the worst dq around

Tonight's service deserves a zero star rating. The young girl working the drive thru wasn't very pleasant . The ice cream was so soft I could drink the blizzards and there was hardly anything but ice cream in them. So dissatisfied!!
This place is literally ran by children, and children can not run a restaurant business or any business for that matter properly. Why are there no adults working and managing these kids??? They are all over the place. My chicken was barely even chicken, the hamburger buns were stale, the meat was over cooked and dry, the fries weren't even cooked all the way and when you ask for a small fry and they literally only put 10 fries inside the bag. There is only one working ice cream.machine and this place becomes packed! There needs to be a manager present and some kind of adult to help direct these kids. This place is a major disaster. A fast food place shouldn't take 20 min to get your ice cream over. Huge mess, I'd advise not going here.
We stopped here one night at dinner time so I understood it taking a while but after being in line for 20 min we had to leave. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it seemed like the dinner rush. Stopped again today, no one in line and only a couple cars in the parking lot, the staff at the window were less than friendly. Took our 40 bucks for food THEN had us go wait for 20 minutes near the door. All to be given barely warm food and the order to be wrong and items missing. We won't be back.
I have been getting the peanutbutter parfe for a long time and I went today and they just brush the side of the cup with hot fudge...it is supposed to be layers of fudge...I'm calling corporate to complain...the foxboro location does it too...total bs Just give me what I pay for and I pay for extra fudge that never happens....
They never have anything in stock! They have been out of chocolate sprinkles for a year now. Tonight i ordered brownie blizzard and they are out of brownies. Ordered a large onion ring and it had 4 onion rings in the box. Always a bunch of kids working who are too busy laughing and joking to pay attention to their customers.
I went to DQ to get my favorite banana shake. Not many places at all have banana & the Girl who took my order was very rude and made me feel like i was disturbing her. When i asked if they had banana shakes she replied yes. So i ordered my large banana shake. And then i ordered two chocolate shakes at which time she asked if i wanted them in a cup of a cone which made me feel even more like she wasn't paying attention. And this was after waiting in line at the drive thru for about 10min before i even got the the speaker to order. So now i waited an additional good 15 minutes after I ordered till i got to the pick up window. And that is when the same girl who took my order came to the window and told me they couldn't make my banana shake because she didn't realize all the bananas where bad. Which also made me question the cleanliness of the restaurant and quality of food and it's proper storage. So i then told her to just give me a strawberry shake which I am really not a big fan of but i had just waited 25min I was gonna get something. So after i tell her I'd take a strawberry shake she yells the update to someone in the back who is making the shakes very loudly and in a very rude bossy tone. So all and all i only went go DQ just to get my banana shake and I left there having dealing with a rude employee taking my order, waiting a total of 25 minutes till I got to the pick up window to find out that the bananas where rotten. While still dealing with the same rude girl who took my order. And then seeing and hearing her yell at another employee in a very disrespectful manner. So i spent $20 and waited 25 minutes just to get an attitude and not get what I originally ordered. I am beyond disgusted. I am new to this area and this was my first experience with this specific location. I had previously gone to the DQ in either Leominster or Fitchburg, MA and the service and quality where always great at those two locations. So my experience today was disappointing and a waste of money. If i could give negative starts i would. Absolutely terrible experience in every way.
I picked up at the drive through. Food was cold. No napkins in the bag, I got a Diet Coke that’s not what I ordered. All young kids working which is why the orders are messed up and you get cold food in the drive through.??. I won’t be returning. I gave them a 2nd chance since they screwed up the last time thinking stuff happens. But 2xs in a row. I’m all set. Complete waste of money
The only requirements to working here are having zero personality, huge attitude and you must give no effs about food safety. I ordered today at about 2:10pm. Nobody in line. They had me pull forward to wait for ny food. When i received the 4 burgers they werent even hot. Cheese wasnt even melted. So how long were those patties sitting out for?? Disgusting!! I tried to call to get a resolution, but nobody answered the phone.
Absolutely the most unprofessional place I’ve ever dealt with. After ordering from door dash, the only thing that arrived from my $40 order was a side ice cream and a water. After asking the driver and him showing us he had nothing else we called the store. We were sworn at, called vile names and hung up on. Disgusting behavior. After calling back and asking for the manager, we were met with the exact same reaction. I will NEVER do business with this cooperation again.
I have been eating at DQ since I was a child. Never had a bad thing to say until now. North Attleboro DQ is a mess. Tried to order at drive thru, but they couldn't get the small order correct. Went inside and waited 10 minutes for them to take the person in before me order right. Finally got my order with stale buns and condiments all over the package but none on the food. Manager / Owner was there and did not appear to care at all. Go elsewhere else if you want to eat something decent.
I didn't get my 2 blizzards served to me turned upside down. I believe the reason I didn't get them upside is because they were soupy soft. 😟 After the fact I realized that dairy Queen guarantees serve it upside down or the next one is FREE?? How do I get my next two blizzards free? I would like them replaced?
I entered this establishment with my friend expecting a sweet treat that would bring me delight. After ordering my blizzard and my fry I received the blizzard within 3 minutes. I was waiting on my fry and the employees began to close down the store with us still in it!!! They locked the doors, clocked out and we still had not received our fry. A total of 9 minutes passed yet still no fry. Finally, we were the last customers in the store, the doors were locked, and we did not receive our fry still. An employee asked us what we were waiting on. We politely answered, our fry! They finally then gave our fry. As we ordered a small fry when we opened the box there was approximately 7 fries, in a small fry!!! It was basically half of a mini, on the picture we thought we were ordering there was around 20 fries!!! So after a total of waiting around 10 minutes, we received our blizzards beautifully yet we had finished our blizzards and were still waiting for our fry. As we were leaving, we had to unlock the door ourselves to get out! Nobody was in uniform either and it was very dirty, someone was even wearing shorts!! DONT COME HERE!!!
This place pretends to be Dairy Queen yet they do not have a New England staple referred to as Jimmy's / chocolate sprinkles or crunch coat. When I asked the manager why they did not carry this common staple of New England Dairy Queens they said it's not available to order on the portal from Dairy Queen corporate. I don't know whether he's misleading me because they're too cheap to buy them that happens in a lot of independently owned Dairy Queens like the one in Middleboro they just don't order crunch coat because they're too cheap. But this location has lost my business and I suggest that you don't come here don't reward people for being cheap
Waited 15 minutes to get served when the restaurant was completely empty and fully staffed, only to have the server get my order wrong because she was gossiping with her co worker. Then had to wait another 10 minutes for someone to give me my cup because she forgot. Pretty ridiculous
Went to this location 5/7 got a royal blizzard. Overheard one of the workers point out the that blizzard was supposed to be royal and the other just said “we don’t have marshmallow.” Wasn’t 100% sure what I had heard but when I got home there was no marshmallow confirming what I had thought. Incredibly rude to have been charged for something and not have been told they were out
Waited 20 minutes to have to order 3 times total, get told 2 different prices over $4 apart, have my order get "lost" in the system when I go to pay, and have to wait another 5 minutes for 2 different employees and a manager to fix that and eventually pay, and for like 12 minutes of this my blizzards are just melting on the counter. By the time I got home I had 2 cups of ice cream soup and I love 10 minutes away. The service was aful in execution and in customer service. I would not recommend this location to anyone and I will never go here again.
I went in with my friends, was not busy at all. Ordered my food and waited 30 minutes for it to be made. By the time I got my food I had to go back because it was made wrong. Staff walking around with AirPods in not listening or paying attention to customers. My other friend waited extra long because they never made his food. And by the time we received our food it was not worth it. This place needs better training overall. I was being patient at first but after the first 20 minutes I was just genuinely confused why they were all standing there like they had no idea what to do. The grill cook was probably alone which is understandable but for having like two cars in the drive thru and no other orders it was just irritating. My friend who waited 40 minutes was completely ignored by the staff after simply asking if they had possibly made his order. There is no excuse for the lack of customer service this place provides. And my friend is now sick from eating the food as it was cold, and honestly not edible.
I bit into my burger and found a piece of sharp plastic! Should I sue? What if I hurt my mouth or swallowed that? This place has terrible management always messing up orders. Always making multiple cars move up and or park while waiting for food in the drive thru. Always forgetting fries, ketchup and gravy even after we pay extra for that. This place deserves 0 stars.
I went in with my kids earlier this week to buy ice cream and buy food but I was met with the WORST experience of my life. I’m beyond disappointed & disgusted at the fact that this place is still in business. If I could give a 0 star rating I would, the food was horrible, looked undercooked, the ice cream smelled bad, probably rotten. The staff was rude, I asked some curly headed kid for help & he completely dismissed me & was talking in profanity with his co workers. Beyond inappropriate behavior. The place looked so dirty & the tables/dining area was not even wiped down. It looked like somebody had not cleaned in YEARS. DONT GO HERE. BEYOND DISGUSTING.
I recently went there and safe to say I will not be coming back!!!!!!!!!!!! This place is GROSS and their staff members are rude. I ordered a large hot fudge Sundae and the Teenage girl working the counter had an attitude towards me about my card declining( it was locked) and she was laughing about it. After I unlocked the card I payed and I didn’t get my sundae for another 30 minutes. These staff need to learn to be respectful and TAKE A SHOWER!!!!!!!!!!!
Its really awful when you have you wait upwards of 10-20 min in the drive thru more often than not at night with less than 2 cars ahead. Not to mention always being told to pull up and watch them give other orders out behind your car. Only to be given the entirely wrong order, I had to throw out my blizzard several times due to being unable to eat (allergy) Unsure what they hear when I say coffee chocolate chip, but that doesnt sound near peanut butter cup to me, nor does it sound like Chocolate chunk with toffee in it.
HORRIBLE with TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE they messed up my order and the young girl who worked drive through today 9/28/25 Gave us a nasty attitude and dirty looks instead of apologizing for THEIR MESS UP AND JUST FIXING IT!! She was annoyed the whole time and she was not afraid to show it all over her face!! I will never come back here again and I will be calling cooperate to put in a complaint!! If you want good customer service DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!
I have been to this place many times. A couple of things are annoying/unsanitary. First, service is super long I have seen 3 girls chat and gossip while I'm waiting to have my order be taken. Second, they forgot my blizzard and my sister apple sauce by the time we got it my food was ice cold. Third, I saw a worker change trash cans and not wash his hands after or put on gloves but start serving food. Fourth, what is up with these uniforms? I see people wearing sweatpants, all different colors of dirty jeans and hoodies, for all I know it could be a random person behind the counter. I work at a job where a strict dress code is always in effect, we all look cohesive and clean. Overall this stores service sucks and is unsanitary!!!
I’ve literally never written a yelp review before tonight but I’ve never had such a bad experience with an ice cream place before. My boyfriend and I went in for ice cream and there was only one other customer in front of us who had already ordered. There were 5-6 workers that were just standing around talking and yelling out profanity and in appropriate language for being at work with customers directly in front of them. Not only that, the workers friends came into the restaurant after we had ordered and not only were allowed to hangout behind the register with them, but got their orders before us. But they weren’t the only ones, we waited 35+ minutes for our ice cream, over 10 people got theirs before us. We ended up standing up and went to the counter after 15 minutes and were asked if we were ready to order by the same person who took our order. We responded that we had already ordered and were waiting on our blizzards. We were then ignored for another 10 minutes even with making eye contact multiple times with multiple different staff members. Keep in mind, the group of workers talking hadn’t stopped socializing or talking to their friends during this. 10 minutes after getting asked if we wanted to order after already doing so, they ask us another time if we wanted to order. The same person. We had to tell them for a third time our order and exactly what we got after 30+ minutes for them to start making our ice cream. His spoon was forgotten. We never even got a “sorry for the wait” or any sort of offer of a compensation or anything. Honestly we didn’t even want a refund or anything, just a simple acknowledgement of their lack of service would have been enough. Them locking the doors as we were still in here saying “whoever is still in here is staying for the night” when we got there at 9 and didn’t leave until 9:45 and them suggesting it was our fault for their lack of wanting to do their job. Just actually insane. Like literally who is the manager on duty? Who is supposed to be in charge.
Ordered food with my family. Most of the employees were standing around chatting while a new employee was struggling to take our order. There weren't any straws next to the soda fountain so we had to ask an employee at the counter. When we got our food everything was cold. The employee who brought the food dropped a pack of BBQ sauce on the floor, didn't think we noticed, and put it back on the tray to serve us. The chicken strip basket we ordered didn't come with the country gravy, so I had to go to the counter again to retrieve it. After waiting at least 5 minutes, I was finally given a container of brown... something. I've been to a lot of DQs but have never seen their gravy this color before. The "Texas Toast" that came with it was untoasted white bread, like they just took sliced bread out of a bag and stuck it on the tray. I can see why this DQ has a lower rating than all others in the area.
I went to this place a few times and the boys bathroom is so dirty it should be a biohazard not only that when waiting for icecream you only see a few out of the bunch working very unacceptable
Omg run quickly before u stick to everything. Omg never cleaned nothing in there. Soda on floor, tables not cleaned, freezer in the front where u buy cakes had food spilled in it. Trash on counters it needs lot of tlc before I ever step in another one again
Drove from N Smithfield to satisfy a blizzard craving and I left with a cup of chocolate soup. If the machine isn’t working properly, you should inform your customers. I was asked to pull up and wait (not one person behind me at the time) while eventually seeing multiple cars order and drive off with their blizzards. If you told me only the vanilla was available (my husband’s vanilla was normal) I would have changed my order. Poor customer service, poor quality. Sad to see after all these years as a DQ customer.
