been a long time since I was at a long johns /KFC and it is still good food they changed the hush puppy mix and now it's doughy tasting not that good I think but everything else was perfect thanks for the service today

This is hands-down, the best long John silvers I’ve ever been to every time I have ordered food there the food is cooked to order and then employees are super friendly very clean inside and definitely affordable

We came just after they were closing up and we couldn’t use the drive thru because of our trailer. They decided to help us out and serve us even though they didn’t have to. The food was amazing too and we got everything we ordered. Definitely coming back here

Horrible. Ordered online. Chicken fryer was down and only had tenders. Ranch sauce in packet and Mac n cheese was awful. I didn't get my order till I went in at 11:20 ordered online for a 11:01 pickup. She had come to the door but she told me that the chicken fryer was down but that mine would be done by 11:20 but that's not what she meant to say she meant to say they don't have chicken at all and they only have tenders. It really just doesn't taste the same and not only that the drink machine read out of order.

Food was good. Service could definitely improve and the atmosphere was just plain off. The vibe was more like get the heck out, why are you dining in. Bathrooms were tore up. I've seen better facilities in jails.

I actually ordered a two-piece fish with french fries. The fish was okay but the french fries where God awful! I don't know what they did to him but that's the worst fries I've tasted and quite some time. The fish was pretty greasy so I doubt if they straight out the grease much. The girl that waited on us was pretty nice but it did take the cook a while even though there was only two customers in there besides us

We went to the drive thru on 8/82023 around 4:30 PM and ordered a 2 piece chicken dinner the chicken was the smallest I have ever seen at kfc also I asked for a side of coleslaw got mashed potatoes 😥. Husband ordered a 3 piece no problem with his order. The person that took our order was snippy with us plus she didn’t understand what we asked who’s wasn’t our fault. Won’t be going back to this location.

Solid 2 stars. My friends got what they wanted and thought it tasted great but I got the chicken sandwich and it tasted... weird. I have no idea why or what it tasted like but I couldn't finish it. When we went through the drive-thru, the staff forgot our drinks, and when I requested them, we got two drinks that were not what we ordered. She gave us the proper drinks and let us keep the wrong ones which was nice. The drive-thru is pretty quick which is a good change compared to the nearby McDonald's and Jack in the Box.

Apparently you can't order certain chicken sandwiches unless you order om the app o don't want your stupid app I only eat KFC every great one in a while ridiculous wait time and can't even get order right or remember to bring the drink out to the car after I had to pull around f5ont and wait 25 minutes

Usually pretty slow, under staffed… if you want the feeling of being in Mexico and listening to mariachi music while you try to enjoy your meal then this is the KFC for you… personally the music drives me nuts because I speak English but hey… I’m not for everyone 😜😜

Solid 2 stars. My friends got what they wanted and thought it tasted great but I got the chicken sandwich and it tasted... weird. I have no idea why or what it tasted like but I couldn't finish it. Good food but employees on night shift always mess my order up due to them to busy talking a chatting instead of paying attention to there job which isn’t hard to do.

I haven't been in about a year, because 8 times out of 10 I always had to call corporate headquarters on this location. The reason being that my orders were always made wrong! It's simple to not give me mashed potatoes, and replace with coleslaw, but it's like they didn't care and would give me potatoes! 😡 Of course most times I would have faith that they completed my order correctly, so i wouldn't check until I got home 7 miles from there. I'd call to let them know, and no one would puck up the phone. There's not a ton of business there, so they weren't swamped. So the other night I went by, got a spicy sandwich, asked what condiments came on it, and of course I got home ready to ear, and there were 2 things that were supposed to be on the sandwich that weren't!!! 😡😡 Plus, the guy wasn't courteous at all! I called to inform them of the sandwich and no one answered! I'm done with that KFC! I don't spend my money on bad service, and my orders being incomplete! Tired of calling corporate. They can't seem to make sure that restaurant is running accordingly, so my business is going elsewhere!.

I ordered the Double Decker Sandwich (been wanting to see what the hullabaloo was about) First off I stood to be acknowledged for a couple mins, but there were two women who clearly seen me standing there. When the girl working the drive thru popped out from the corner she helped me which took seconds to hand me my order. Got home to find out they gave me a different chicken sandwich altogether. Sat on the phone for 4 minutes as no one answered, so I hung up. My hubby was awesome enough to drive back down there, and show them the screen shot of my order. He said the girl snatched it from him and said "ok" as she stormed off to the back to make my actual sandwich I ordered. She apparently kept giving him rude looks when she came back with the proper sandwich. Normally I'd be whatever and just eat what I get when there is a mess up with order. When it's a few bucks difference, and the bottom bun of the incorrect sandwich is hard as a rock as if it's stale from sitting around too long, sorry but no. The proper sandwich I finally got was the driest chicken I ever had, and the spicy sauce was the only thing that saved it - sort of. Would've been nice to have it throughout the sandwich and not just a blob of it off to just a quarter of one side. I've worked for In-N-Out and Carl's Jr in the past, and if I presented food like that even if incorrect, let alone act like that to a customer I would've been fired on the spot. Obviously management is not the same, and no one cares to even be there. Let alone uphold any kind of respectful customer service. Looks like they've lost yet another customer, and it's a shame for how well this KFC used to be.

I came through the drive thru today on my way back to Sacramento. I ordered two Chicken Little sandwiches and the bread and chicken was so hard that I ended up throwing them away. The worker that bagged the order should have known that the sandwiches were old. I'll never visit this place again.
