Omg, that food was sooooooooooo salty and thefried pickles were cold and overcooked. The workers were lovely, and I know they couldn't control the salt. whoa salty.

Apparently you can't order certain chicken sandwiches unless you order om the app o don't want your stupid app I only eat KFC every great one in a while ridiculous wait time and can't even get order right or remember to bring the drink out to the car after I had to pull around f5ont and wait 25 minutes

Usually pretty slow, under staffed… if you want the feeling of being in Mexico and listening to mariachi music while you try to enjoy your meal then this is the KFC for you… personally the music drives me nuts because I speak English but hey… I’m not for everyone 😜😜

Solid 2 stars. My friends got what they wanted and thought it tasted great but I got the chicken sandwich and it tasted... weird. I have no idea why or what it tasted like but I couldn't finish it. When we went through the drive-thru, the staff forgot our drinks, and when I requested them, we got two drinks that were not what we ordered. She gave us the proper drinks and let us keep the wrong ones which was nice. The drive-thru is pretty quick which is a good change compared to the nearby McDonald's and Jack in the Box.

I've been coming here for years, and it's been a few months since we have. Normally do drive thru and get the bucket meal and never had a problem. (Unless they were sold out of original time to time) Today I decided to order through the app for pick up. I ordered the Double Decker Sandwich (been wanting to see what the hullabaloo was about) First off I stood to be acknowledged for a couple mins, but there were two women who clearly seen me standing there. When the girl working the drive thru popped out from the corner she helped me which took seconds to hand me my order. Got home to find out they gave me a different chicken sandwich altogether. Sat on the phone for 4 minutes as no one answered, so I hung up. My hubby was awesome enough to drive back down there, and show them the screen shot of my order. He said the girl snatched it from him and said "ok" as she stormed off to the back to make my actual sandwich I ordered. She apparently kept giving him rude looks when she came back with the proper sandwich. Normally I'd be whatever and just eat what I get when there is a mess up with order. When it's a few bucks difference, and the bottom bun of the incorrect sandwich is hard as a rock as if it's stale from sitting around too long, sorry but no. The proper sandwich I finally got was the driest chicken I ever had, and the spicy sauce was the only thing that saved it - sort of. Would've been nice to have it throughout the sandwich and not just a blob of it off to just a quarter of one side. I've worked for In-N-Out and Carl's Jr in the past, and if I presented food like that even if incorrect, let alone act like that to a customer I would've been fired on the spot. Obviously management is not the same, and no one cares to even be there. Let alone uphold any kind of respectful customer service. Looks like they've lost yet another customer, and it's a shame for how well this KFC used to be.

Stood in line for atleast 10 min while the employee continued to work the drive thru. She kept looking at me. The line was out the door by then. As soon as I walked away and left the building. It was then that she went over to help the next person in line.

I came through the drive thru today on my way back to Sacramento. I ordered two Chicken Little sandwiches and the bread and chicken was so hard that I ended up throwing them away. The worker that bagged the order should have known that the sandwiches were old. I'll never visit this place again.

Good food but employees on night shift always mess my order up due to them to busy talking a chatting instead of paying attention to there job which isn’t hard to do.
