Me and my fiance tried Dutch Bros coffee for the first time this morning he got the Ice strawberry energy drink, I got the blended caramelizer. It was so good we had to come back for a second one but this time he decided he wanted the blended caramelizer too.

My first visit to a Dutch Bros and the gal taking my order was very helpful, talking me through what I might want to try. I got a hot white coffee mocha extra sweet. Very tasty but the extra sweet was a bit much. For someone reason they let me have my drink complimentary. I will be back.

This was my first time visiting a Dutch Bros location and it was a superb experience! I went around 3:30 pm and there was no wait time. The young lady at the window greeted me promptly and warmly. I ordered the protein Golden Eagle and it was delicious! I was also given a pack of shareable buttons which was such a sweet addition. The employees were all around amicable, welcoming and upbeat! I had a surprisingly great first experience with Dutch Bros. The coffee and food is what you would expect but what really stood out to me was the excellent service. A huge shoutout to Tonie whose positive attitude brightened my morning so much I had to ask for their name!

The lines are crazy sometimes! The lines used to move pretty quick but lately it takes forever! My friend and i waited almost 25 minutes( our entire lunch break ☹) the other day. Love their coffee thought and prices are pretty decent compared to Starbucks. I personally love their iced Golden Eagle 😋

This location used to be awesome and now it’s kind of meh. The drinks are good but they are really slow and the workers aren’t really personable (I’m only commenting on this because that’s kind of Dutch Bro’s brand: having personable workers). I went today and they only had like 4 or 5 cars in the drive thru so I went to the walk up window, it took 15 minutes to get my drink. Their drinks are still great though, I think the service has just taken a dive. They also almost never actually give me the teacher discount when I have my badge because LISD badges say “staff” and not “teacher”

I love the food and drinks really amazing but when you order mobile and stand in line. I feel mobile orders should be first and they should get their name down to get them out of line in case a 3:00 order should be after someone who ordered at 3:15 but decided to show up early. That way every mobile order could get their stuff on time and not old and watered down or cold instead of hot. Mobile orders should be taken care of first with name and getting them out of the way. Maybe management will realize to get mobile orders first after my review and everyone will be happy. They continuously get my order wrong at this location.

It’s been two separate visits that I order a large and get charged for a large but get a medium. The 1st time the lady fixed it and everything was good but the 2nd time I didn’t ask because they were rlly busy but I HATE that I even have to muster the courage to ask them to fix it.

I ordered a frozen Carmelizer with cinnamon drink and it was made iced eith no carmel at all and way too much chocolatemilk. When I mentioned it to the broista he just said, "I thought you said iced." It would have been nice if he would have offered to correct my order.

It’s unfortunate that this is the closest location to me. Almost every time I go, my drink is made wrong. But when I mention it at the window the employees give attitude and assume it’s my fault when the order was repeated correctly back to me when it was taken. Yes it’s just a sticker but when I go when they drop stickers they never offer them and when I ask for one it’s almost an inconvenience for them. I’ve been disappointed by this location multiple times. It’s unfortunate that I am probably going to have to go to a different location completely out of my way because nothing ever changes at this one.

I recently had one of the most disappointing experiences at this Dutch Bros location. I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 6:43. I arrived at 6:46, only to wait another 20 minutes in the drive-thru line before an outside worker approached my car. When she finally reached my window, I told her I had an online order. She immediately shouted, “NO! NO NO NO NO! I’m done with online orders! Go to the walk-up window!” I was taken aback by her tone but tried to brush it off, even apologizing. I then gave her my name, and she quickly became defensive, demanding my last initial and asking if it might be under a different name. When I confirmed my order, she sighed and said, “Please don’t let it be that,” before telling me she had just given my exact order to another customer. Then, completely out of line, she asked, “Do you have a dad?” This question felt incredibly intrusive, especially as someone who recently lost my father. I responded, “Actually, no. He is dead.” She backtracked, saying, “I didn’t mean it like that. I meant, is someone else picking up your order?” I pointed out that if someone else were picking it up, I wouldn’t be in line. My friend, who had been on a phone call, had to step in and ask why, if she had mistakenly given our drinks to someone else, the issue couldn’t just be resolved with fresh drinks. The worker went inside, only to return and claim they had to throw our drinks away because we “arrived too late,” directly contradicting her earlier claim. Thankfully, the indoor staff eventually corrected the mistake, but the entire encounter left a terrible impression. The worker’s attitude was not just unprofessional but outright offensive, and it made me question the training and oversight at this location. While I typically enjoy Dutch Bros, this particular experience was unacceptable, and I hope this feedback leads to meaningful improvement.

I usually love getting my cookie butter freeze's her , today I found a white broken acrylic finger nail in my drink .. I took my last sip and there it was , I was beyond sick to my stomach, PLEASE START USING GLOVES !!!!

I placed a online order before I left my house , when I got to this location one of the lanes had 5 cars and the other one had 0 cars so I went to the lane with 0 cars because I had an online order so I assumed when the lady was taking orders she would let me go . But she made me wait until she took all 5 orders ? I’m just confused next time I will just pick up at window.

This place is the slowest service ever… ordered ahead and. usually I park and get the order but when there is only a couple cars I’ll go yo the drive thru. It took them over 30 mins to get 3 cars order and finally when I get to the window my order not even done… she took her sweet little time making my order and still made it wrong… smh just horrible

This location is always very slow. I place my order in advance on the app before I arrive, and it still takes 30 minutes or more to receive a simple drink. This has happened multiple times, so it’s clearly an ongoing issue. I really hope the store improves speed and organization.
