I absolutely love this place. The people are always so kind and make you feel like they want you there. They don't have a problem fixing your drink if something is wrong but I've only had my drink wrong once in the last several years of going there.

I had one of the best Dutch Bros experiences thanks to Naira. From the moment I pulled up, she brought the kind of energy that instantly makes your day better. She was super friendly, patient with my indecisiveness, and actually helped me pick a drink I ended up loving. Naira didn’t just take my order, she made the whole stop feel personal. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and it shows in the way she talks to customers and pays attention to the little details. If you see Naira working, you’re in good hands. Definitely one of the reasons I’ll be coming back to this location more often.

I drove into the drive-through for the first time, had no idea what kind of beverage to get and a friendly face made everything simple. Tonie gave me recommendations, listened to my tastes, and just made the visit incredibly enjoyable. If you're looking for good drinks and hospitality, then head to Dutch Bros and ask for Tonie.

Traci is an absolute unit of a dawg. I had such a great experience at Dutch Bros! The drinks are always delicious and come out fast, but what really stood out to me was the kindness and professionalism of the manager, Traci. She goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels welcomed and taken care of. You can tell she genuinely cares about her team and the people who come through the line. It’s refreshing to see a manager who leads with such positivity—it makes the whole atmosphere even better. Huge thanks to Traci and the crew for making each visit such a bright spot in my day!

amazing coffee in a unique format!! love their subtle psychedelic influences in the names & imagery! drinks were reasonably priced with friendly employees & i was able to skip the drive thru line with the walk up window! my dog loved her pup cup with an added treat bone! will return for the great customer service & delicious refreshments

I had a surprisingly great first experience with Dutch Bros. The coffee and food is what you would expect but what really stood out to me was the excellent service. A huge shoutout to Tonie whose positive attitude brightened my morning so much I had to ask for their name!

I love the food and drinks really amazing but when you order mobile and stand in line. I feel mobile orders should be first and they should get their name down to get them out of line in case a 3:00 order should be after someone who ordered at 3:15 but decided to show up early. That way every mobile order could get their stuff on time and not old and watered down or cold instead of hot. Mobile orders should be taken care of first with name and getting them out of the way. Maybe management will realize to get mobile orders first after my review and everyone will be happy. Thanks for y’all’s hard work and dedication to Dutch brow regardless y’all are doing amazing but it should have been 5 stars instead of 3

It’s been two separate visits that I order a large and get charged for a large but get a medium. The 1st time the lady fixed it and everything was good but the 2nd time I didn’t ask because they were rlly busy but I HATE that I even have to muster the courage to ask them to fix it.

I ordered a frozen Carmelizer with cinnamon drink and it was made iced eith no carmel at all and way too much chocolatemilk. When I mentioned it to the broista he just said, "I thought you said iced." It would have been nice if he would have offered to correct my order.

This location is always very slow. I place my order in advance on the app before I arrive, and it still takes 30 minutes or more to receive a simple drink. This has happened multiple times, so it’s clearly an ongoing issue. I really hope the store improves speed and organization.
