I had an amazing experience at Red Lobster thanks to Jade, the bartender. She’s bilingual, super charismatic, and has such a positive, welcoming vibe that instantly made me feel at home. She was so patient, detailed, and made sure every drink was perfect. Her timing was great, and you can tell she really cares about her customers. She made the whole experience enjoyable and fun—I definitely want to come back just to be served by her again. Highly recommend sitting at the bar and asking for her!

Shout out to Chris w/the curly hair, he was by far one of the most professional people in my restaurateur visitor experience! My friend and I share birthdays late in September, so we celebrated together by eating crab at Red Lobster. We had the stuffed mushrooms and cheesy crab dip for appetizers and the 1lb crab platter each, plus I got an extra 1/2 lb snow crab cluster. I had broccoli for my side and my friend got the fried brussel sprouts, all of which were excellent. The only poor experience was the fried potatoes under the crab. Mine tasted burnt and were too greasy for me to enjoy. Sadly, I only nibbled on them at the end of my meal, and felt it was too late to complain about it. If the potato skin is dried out and the white flesh is brown, it is burnt in my book. My friend said she loved her potatoes that come with the crab platter, but she likes things over browned, IMO. We also tried the Sauza Gold margaritas; they were a bit too watered down and low on flavor. We got them re-made and were much happier with the second version. The service was great, our waitress checked on us often and didn't act annoyed when we flagged her down. We tried to leave at least a 20% tip, because she did excellent job. I even got a free scoop of ice cream for dessert. We were too full to eat more, and had enough leftovers taken home to eat another time. They gave us these nifty little crab tools to take home, wish they'd offered them at the start of our crab fest instead of just the pliers. This restaurant is a Lubbock favorite for good reason! Also, they used to have a seafood bisque or gumbo that I loved, but it's no longer on the menu. Today I wish I had ordered the cheesecake or chocolate cake to enjoy later...

Red Lobster used to be a favorite but we haven't been for awhile. While visiting Lubbock we stopped by the local Red Lobster and we were not disappointed. Ellie, our server, was fantastic! She got our drinks quickly, she gave great recommendations on the food and our food was out in a timely manner. I would recommend Lubbock and if you lucky, Ellie will be your server.

We went in on Friday evening (Feb. 20th). The wait was 20 minutes but not a huge deal since it was expected. Chris H. Was incredible with his service!!! Hands down the best dining experience I have had in a very long time. He made sure we had everything we needed and kept bread on the table. He laughed with us and was very personable! The food was to die for!!! I just got a bowl of the lobster bisque soup and a Ceasar salad....odd, I know but it is my favorite! Highly recommend him as a server!

I tried one of the new Lobsterfest seafood boils and it did not disappoint. Tons of flavor, plenty of seafood, and definitely worth getting while it’s available. Came in today for lunch. I had the weekday shrimp trio. It was a good amount of food for the price. I even had to take a box home! Carrie was my server and she was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely be coming back.

Nationwide I know Red Lobster has experienced some challenges. However, I was pleasantly surprised on an early dinner visit during Lobster Fest with exceptional service and delicious food. My son ordered the Shrimp Your Way (double grilled shrimp, coconut shrimp, popcorn shrimp), and I had the Lobster Duo. Both dinners were delicious and served at just the right temperature. The dining room was clean. Our waiter Cooper provided attentive and friendly service and was exceptionally kind to my son who has an intellectual disability. Cooper listened to him patiently and brought his many dipping sauce requests. I will be back and encourage others to support the Lubbock Red Lobster

We came here for dinner around 5:30 on 1/3. We were warmly welcomed and immediately seated. After reviewing the menu, we decided on the stuffed mushrooms and crab queso for our appetizers. The mushrooms were juicy and filled with delicious crab, the queso was nice and cheesy, and the chips were crisp and salted perfectly. Then for our entrees, my wife got the lobster bisque because she was full from the appetizers, but I got the grilled lobster, shrimp, and salmon with a lobster baked potato and the crispy Brussels sprouts. The sides were extraordinary. Can’t recommend them enough. And the salmon was perfectly cooked and wonderfully seasoned. The lobster was cooked expertly as well without being rubbery at all. And the shrimp were nice and delicious with a spritz of the lemon that was provided. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and had a good time!

I recently visited the Red Lobster in Lubbock, TX, The staff was friendly and accommodating, our server (Timothy) made sure we had everything while we waited for our food to arrive to our table. We got the duo lobster tail and the crab legs, they were very tasty and fulfilling. I would highly recommend these as a platter, you will leave stuffed and fulfilled. We ordered the strawberry cheese cake as it was my son’s birthday, Timothy even sang happy birthday to my son. If you are looking for a great seafood meal, I would highly recommend this Red Lobster 🦞 restaurant.

Amazing food, service and behavior! Loved both the exterior and interior design. Staffs are too nice and friendly, had to wait 30 minutes to get a seat but it was worth it. They served fruit and the most delicious bread I ever had, while waiting for the food to come. The admiral’s feast is a 10/10 but the Langostino artichoke dip is a 6/10. We took rice and Brussels sprouts as sides, the sprouts were too tasty!

Rea was our waitress and she was really nice from the start. She was attentive, however there was a few minor details that could have been improved. She could have come checked our table a few more times, since we were in need of napkins as well as the drink needs filling up for my dad. The atmosphere looks very clean and almost the same as other standard Red Lobsters. The menu choices were perfect and clean and many options were there to choose. However, the prices were tremendously expensive given just being a casual-dining option. There could have been a value menu and the manager (as young as he was) of the restaurant could have come one time earlier and asked us if everything was perfect for us. Other than that, the food tasted great and the people were very nice 💯.

While my wife loves Red Lobster, it's not always my favorite. On the day we went, they weren't busy at all and due to that, the biscuits were not hot and fresh. They had obviously been sitting around. The food in the Admiral's Feast, that we shared, was well prepared and delivered to the table at an appropriate temperature. The steamed broccoli was slightly over cooked and a bit mushy. I wish the fried food didn't all taste the same too me.

We waited an extreme amount of time to be seated before the dinner rush. The waiter was awesome. Very attentive and the food was good. All COVID procedures were followed and had a pleasant meal.

Shea was awesome !! Very patient and very kind. I love waitresses like her !! I gave four starts because I found a hair in my food but overall it was good.

Service was great from Victoria. The food was good. The silverware and glasses were not. The dishwasher needs to be cleaned. The glasses and silverware had buildup on them. That’s the only bad about our meal. Otherwise we will be back. Oh, and they didn’t have grapefruit to make a salty dog, but that’s no big deal. I prefer clean dishes and silverware over the drink.

I am a big fan of seafood, but my experience with red lobster was disappointing. Hostess and waiter did an amazing job. The food threw me off the board. The lobster tail was gummy and the pasta was okay. The sauce showcased a disbelief reveal of my dish. I wish the head chef would next time took a look at the food before it was sent off to customers.

Honestly the food didint give me the smile I was looking for on my face but man I tell you Phillip hill was an absolute pleasure to me, my wife, and kids. He was so respectful and you could tell he takes his job seriously and is genuine from the heart. He cracked us up with his amazing jokes and made us feel at home. HE DESERVES A PROMOTION/RAISE🙏🏾 🙌🏾

At first I was very upset about the wait because we were sat at our booth then waited 20 minutes for service but realized it wasn't the waiters fault he was trying to help do everything in the kitchen bar ext. Once he was able to get to us and take our order and drinks the man was a machine not only was he training a new waitress but getting yelled at by other tables because of the kitchens mistakes I literally had to bite my tongue because the customers were very rude to our waiter CHRIS H. And even with all that going on he noticed my 9 year old sone was unhappy so he surprised him and brought a live lobster to our table to show my son, wife and sister n law how cool they are in person!!!! We joked with him and he joked back and honestly gave us a great review of helping his day get better but he was an amazing man and kind human being so amazing for going above and beyond, he will be the reason our family goes back because the kitchen staff was not at their best but the prices were still the same but Mr Chris h made up and couldn't apologize enough and tried helping our bill out but we wouldn't let him and right as we were paying surprised our table with an amazing desert !!! We'll be back soon because of him

Food was good except a major issue. We asked for the shrimp trio on special but asked if fries could be exchanged for a baked and waiter told us no problem. Also asked for a side salad. Got the salad which lettuce was definitely not fresh. Otherwise was okay. Received shrimp which was good. Then we got the bill. Wow! Almost $30. We were charged for the regular shrimp trio which usually comes with two sides. Then were also charged additional $5 for side salad. So frustrating that waiter did not tell us he changed our order until the bill arrived! And also billing for the side order of salad that should have come with the order we received without the extra cost! Paid without making a scene but will not be returning!

I did speak with the manager and he did apologize for the Miss communication and promised to make it right next time we are In. It helped to try to make it better from our original post

I was surprised that it is not as good as it use to be. Every item was in smaller portions and not the same great quality as before. It has been a while since I have visited Red Lobsters 🦞. The butter for the Shrimp Scampi was a watered down butter liquid. My drink of tea was not refilled. Was very disappointed in our visit. Still expensive! Let me start by saying that I am not the type to complain, and rarely will take the time to leave a negative review. We went here for a birthday dinner. Otherwise, I would have never waited an HOUR to be seated in a completely empty restaurant. When we were finally seated the table had food crumbs everywhere. We cleaned it ourselves while the staff silently watched. The margaritas were awful. Our food took way too long to come out, and was cold when it did. I ordered just the shrimp cocktail because I knew better than to order lobster or crab in this place, but that was the only thing not to come out. And when it did (see pic)... 😑 Another member of our party found his mashed potatoes to be covered in hair. The crab legs were so soggy, they were inedible. This was a $30+ plate, and IMO completely unacceptable. Evidently our waiter, Bryce, knew this based on the fact that he never came back to our table after finally delivering this "food". In fact we had to seek him out to pay, and after several members of our party had left. We did express to him our dissatisfaction, but was met with indifference. If you are looking for fine dining this is definitely not the place. Whatever you do, do not plan a date night here! But if you're looking to spend WAY TOO MUCH of your hard earned money on an imminent bout of diarrhea, than this is your spot. I, for one, will never come back birthday or otherwise.

Hands down the worst service I have ever experienced. We were seated about 30 minutes before someone took our drink order. Restaurant wasn’t even half full also. Other tables were canceling their orders because they got tired of waiting. Took over two hours to get out of there. Definitely will not be going back.

I remember when I would go to Red Lobster and enjoy a meal. It isn't the same anymore. The crab legs are overcooked and the crab is not cooked right either. I will never eat there again. There were only a few guests and the parking lot was empty so that says a lot.

Very poor customer service. Food was subpar.Manager was disinterested.I haven't been to this location in over a year before today. Last time, my experience was better. I ordered a medium well steak and popcorn shrimp with a salad and a baked potato. My husband ordered the bar harbor lobster bake and the stuffed mushrooms. We ordered and everything was brought out. Steak was well done. I informed the person who brought the food out. She said she would tell our server. I ate all of my food and my server never asked about the steak. The manager never did. After I had eaten everything else, they brought another well done steak. At this point I complained and was told that the manager would come take care of it. He removed the cost of the steak and apologized but I could tell that he really didn't care. Not once did our server check on us or offer to bring a refill. She did walk past a few times but never stopped.Worst experience ever. Do yourself a favor and go to Texas roadhouse. Better food at half the price.

Upon first arrival the restaurant was not very busy but we had to wait for two parties to be sat before us, Minor 10 minute inconvenience, still very annoying. One set we're placed under an air conditioning vent that was obviously an adjusted for equilibrium in the store and made us very cold, again a minor annoyance and inconvenience. Upon our server introducing herself and trying to push the latest specials upon us we were annoyed, but only yet again slightly. The real major annoyance came when we were informed that our server dropped the tray and we would have to wait for the kitchen to recook our entire order. Major annoyance, major delay, restricted us from our previous plans from the night and caused us to have to reschedule a trip to Lubbock. I don't blame our server, I know accidents happen but to me accidents have happened during this entire visit. Upon receiving our entrees, My crab legs were void of flavor and had no claws, as all knows, the claws are the best part. Also these crab legs were the absolute worst that I have ever tasted, nor broken into, nor worked that damn hard to get at the meat. I would not be surprised to find out that the tray the server dropped was scrapped and my crab legs were reheated slightly just to be returned to my table. I am not impressed with anything at this restaurant, I will not be returning regardless of any incentives or coupons, or credits that they will provide as to this review. This is a company that is going under and deserves to go under. I am not at all impressed nor willing to try this location or any others again!!!
