Very friendly staff, and great bagels! This is a very small location, but the insides are what count. Parking is tight, but easy enough. Mondays are a great day to get bagels as they are on special.

I came to.This store for the first time. I was unfamilar with the products. I told the uoung lsdy Brittney that it eas my first time. Ask het what she would recommend with out any hesiyarion she recommended her favorite the Farmhouse Woe she was right it was a great choice. The friendly and fast service is one of the reasons I will return. Thanks Britney.

Wonderful food and service!! Witnessed an unreasonable customer at the drive through and staff was calm and considerate! Wow I would have blown my lid! Not him! Was very impressed

Living on the coasts I rarely went to Einstein Bros. but in West Texas I am grateful for a reminder of my favorite Lox bagels it's a kind of nostalgic celebration for me now. Helpful and kind staff, thanks for the quick service!

Nicole is amazing. She is nice and makes me the perfect turtle Mocha. I was so excited when Caribou coffee came to Lubbock but also not sure if they can make the turtle mocha like the one I get in MN but Nicole does a great job.

This Einstein bros was the second one I’ve ever been to. I’ve had the hangover bagel as well as the avocado one and our favorite, the French toast with the almond cinnamon shmear! I ordered a cold brew with no ice and the barista, Armando was really helpful and understanding. He even complimented my camera purse! It seemed the staff was genuinely having a good time while serving, prepping and delivering the order to the window. Also, for $9 you can only get 1 drink at other coffee shops. So for $9 a cold brew and a bagel? In THIS economy? I’ll take it! Thanks for being yummy Einstein bros!

Went inside to place my order. The dining room was clean and it was a welcoming environment. Armando was ready to take my order and even told me about some new flavors that were available. My food came out fast and correct. All the staff was really nice which made us want to come back soon.

We stopped in after leaving our hotel, we were greeted by the staff upon entry. There was a gentleman at the counter that asked if we had any questions, he was very nice and helpful. I had the Maplehouse bagel, it was very good. Excellent service every time we have stopped here!

Daniel was absolutely amazing at getting me all setup for my parents and work. Go see him at the LBK store. Ask for Daniel. He will leave you feeling amazing.

Everyone in my party loved their bagels and raved about their sandwiches! The service was fast and friendly. I wish they had the apple cinnamon gourmet bagel that I wanted. The maple french toast gourmet bagel was really good just by itself!

Ordered toasted Jalapeño cheddar and green chile bagels with side of plain cream cheese and a chocolate cold brew. Bagel was soft and buttery. Perfect for breakfast. Chocolate cold brew was just right. Not too sweet.

Saw that they were serving a new sandwich and decided to drop in. Both sandwiches we had were great! Definitely recommend that breakfast sandwich. A little on the pricey side at $8, but it was pretty tasty! Everything was served hot and fresh.

Love this place when we come to Lubbock! I always get the Blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese smear. My hubby got the Farmhouse toasted. Can I just say yum!!!!! I took a bite of his breakfast and oh man was it good. Love this place!!! The staff is always nice too.

Location is drive thru only. Would be nice if that was posted on their door or on the google listing. To avoid being that person walking up, and pulling on a locked door like a dope. Food, coffee, and service was fine.

For the tasty turkey sandwich for lunch and it was very filling and delicious on a warm day. The vanilla hazelnut latte was also good. Employees were friendly, worth the drive from my hotel for a good lunch.

The bagles are delicious, crunchy outside and soft on the inside. They have a great variety including one with jalapeños and cheddar which I love to use for breakfast sandwiches. The French toast bagel with shmear is really good with just the right amount of sweetness. I wasn't a big fan of the breakfast sandwich I tried but regardless Einstein's is a family favorite.

M

Einstein Bros is consistent with their product. I enjoy going in ordering my go-to bagels and knowing that I will get the expected product. The drive through is pretty efficient on Sunday mornings. Inside can get a little busy.

This place was very efficient with their time. Bagel and cream cheese was amazing, definitely will be going back soon. Only gave 4 stars because they were out of the bagel i REALLY wanted, but it happens and they made it up with my other delicious bagel.

Walk in. Ordered an All Nighter. Food was great. I stood alone in line for about 5 minutes before one of the 5 people behind the counter asked if I needed help. Oops. Once they figured out I hadn't been served, they jumped in to play. I'll be back.

Went in for just a plain bagel and cream cheese got talked in to a breakfast bagel sandwich, great staff very good customer service...only problem is the premade probably highly processed eggs on sandwich otherwise it's good. The flavored cream cheese is good just don't like fake processed eggs I prefer real eggs especially for the price but do recommend anything without the eggs unfortunately coffee was cold and not good place was clean and staff was very good I'd think a California company that's so worried about the environment and health would not sell processed food however

I've always loved this place. However, I was very disappointed when I went on June 12th. The staff was irritable. My order was very wrong and for the price I pay for Nova Lox, I want it right. They seemed bothered helping customers.

A
Angel Sotelo

Food was good I got here at 6:55 didn’t know they opened at 7:00 and nobody took my order until about 7:10 through the drive thru. There lights weren’t even on and I had to go around the drive thru 4-5 times before they decided to grace me with their time.

K
Kamille Mountjoy

When i walked in I was greeted by a very nice young lady in the lobby. I walked up to the case to look at the bagels and a few were not labeled so I was waiting for someone to come over to the "order here" sign. A lady with A LOT OF HAIR (not contained) yells from the "pay here" sign "I can help you here". I told her I was wanting to know what kind of bagel it was since there wasn't a label. So instead of walking 5 steps she wanted to guess what one I was interested in. Instead I took one that was labelled. I've never been to Einstein before so I didn't know what I could put on my bagel. She then pushed a sign out to me with choices. I guess I was just frustrated with the young lady's lazy attitude. This will be the last time I visit this location.

S
Stephanie Wesztergom

Drive through only. 2.5 months AFTER Texas has been fully opened. Very close to the highway. The "intercom" box on the drive through pedestal was broken and looked to be kinda zip tied to a conduit. The audio level and quality was such that I asked if I could just drive to the window. The staff was courteous. I asked what type of sweetener was available for coffee as I like stevia or splenda not sugar or syrup. The young lady told me there was not sweetener. I could chose a flavored syrup. I qualified my request asking " y'all don't have splenda or anything?" The young lady looked at me and replied that they do have splenda.. OK OK she did not know what sweetener is???? God help us

M
Madison Pedzinski

I like Einstein's breakfast and their bagels, but their coffee is not good. I have tried it many different ways and I can't enjoy it. I also have yet to visit and Einstein's that has a friendly staff. Even though the food is good these two factors keep me from being a repeat customer.

I love Einsteins, I really do. I miss it when I don't get to go often. But this particular shop, I don't believe, the employees have an understanding of what their duties are. That's usually a lack of communication by supervisor/manager. They have all employees on the bagel side while the drive thru has one person and it seems they are responsible for all drinks that need making. I've been here 3 times, and it never changes. My family has finished our bagel sandwiches, no coffee was made. The second time, I stood at the barista counter for 20 mins waiting for our coffee. I was ready to ask for my money back instead of our drinks, but figured it would probably take even longer. By the time someone made our drinks, it had been over half an hour of waiting for them. Had to take them to go. I gave them another chance, and again we ate with nothing to drink... Then I started asking where the coffees were, to anyone who walked by me, they said the gal at the drive thru window would get them! She didn't even know I had ordered them!! She never stopped handing bags out the window, she had no time without making the line of cars wait for their food, which she did to get our coffees. There were 4 ppl on the bagel side!! One of them could get the drinks! I've patronized Einsteins in CA and NV. That never happened to me at any store in either state. The register person always got our drinks after putting our food order in. I feel bad for this negative review about this store, it's close to me, but either I'm giving up Einsteins or I hope management will train their staff to be more efficient. Communication is the key!!

D
D Z

I guess we can in an hour before closing. The 2 staff were busy talking to each other instead of addressing the only customers wanting to order. Mayan off day but if you're open, then please address the customer relatively promptly.

This place has great food but the service and look could use some work. The dining area is incredibly dated. The service is slow and it seems like they don’t really know what they are doing. They run out of bagels very quickly and they gave me hardly any cream cheese on my bagel.

N
Nymphcydri

Shorted us a bagel. We had appointment so couldn't return and us thats always awkward having to claim youre not just hiding one or something. Carmel maxhiato was not so carmely and oh so coffeeey. Bagel was alright. Not brilliant. But taste was satisfying and belly still happy even though i only ate one instead of two.

M
Madison

The bagels there are really good. I went there today though, ordered, and AFTER the girl slid my card, she proceeded to tell me they were out of the bagels I ordered! Very frustrating! If I would have been told that beforehand, it would have been absolutely no big deal.

I

I ordered Turkey, Avocado and Bacon bagel to go. The host (Armando) was somewhat rude and condescending when I asked about that if they make americano... gave me a cup and pointed to a drip coffee container... "here is your americano... just add hot water". After I left and unwrapped the bagel, there was no bacon.

J
Jonathan Mathers

Love the food but the service is terrible. The staff is not friendly, and does not know their own menu. Ordered a super nova, and they charged me for it, but gave me a lox shmear instead, no avocado, no brains! I know what McMurphy must have felt like in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest trying to explain simple substitutions on my order. Look alive. Treat your customers with respect, and know your stuff. Lastly, while your lox is delish, and your onions and tomatoes are super fresh, please place more than two capers on my bagel. If it comes with capers that means more than a caper! Don't short change the customer because you don't know your product. Smelly toilet.

The management of this location needs to seriously take a look at their business. Why is this location locked to the public and drive-thru only, in Lubbock Texas in the year 2022?? Is COVID still the excuse? Schools are open, movie theaters are open, sporting events are happening mask-free now! Heck, even McDonalds let’s you come inside again. Instead, you get to sit in the drive-thru trying to absorb all the selections on the menu while the impatient customers behind you rev their motors at you. Then they can’t make the meals because the store has no hash browns. Seriously, management, the world is moving on after COVID now. It’s time for you to do the same.

A
Aly Busch

This location is the worst. The staff is rude, someone needs to teach these kids proper customer service. The sandwich's we ordered looked like they were tossed around, zero care or F's were given when packing the order. The only reason for the 2 stars is because despite it looking like a toddler made our meal they didn't taste bad.

M
Matthew

Unfortunately the app does not work for this location and it's drive up only. So it took way to long to get breakfast! We are traveling and this is one of the largest Einstein I have seen. It's a shame you couldn't go inside to order especially since the app didn't work. I'm sure it's a staffing issue.

T
Tony W

I have visited this store periodically to buy bagels for the office. The customer service is marginal, at best. If they are out of something, it doesn't seem like they really care. I will try a different location next time and hope for better service.

Worse Einsteins I've been too. Skimpy ingredients and a gross environment.

This location is closest to my place of work. I stopped in this morning, waited in the drive thru line for 7 mins with no one answering.... Drove around and had to play musical doors, (there is three and had to pull them all to find an unlocked) the lobby has 0 lights on, walked up to the front counter and a girl was setting there on her phone. I stood there about a minute with out her ever batting an eye, then said "hi", she did not even bother to set the phone down, as I asked if the drive thru was open.... She stated "yes" and I stated that I had set out there as well as several cars behind me for around 7 minutes. She yelled for a girl in the back named Amanda, now Amanda was the sweetest and apologized, she did give me a coffee for the wait, I ordered the "all American", Amanda asked her to make the sandwich, as sge made my coffee.... I know I should have checked but since all the up and down I had to rush, went to eat it and let me tell y'all it was COLD, and you can tell just slipped together... There was one piece of bacon and the bagel was so hard I couldn't eat it. Such a waste of 8 ish dollars!!!

L

We were visiting from out of town stopped specifically to get one of their sugar cookies that my daughter loves, they had none. As a matter of fact, they had none of their cookies and it was just past 10am. Basket completely empty. Very disappointing for my daughter, especially because we do not have an Einstein Bros. where we live. and she had been being to stop and get one since we had arrived in Lubbock.

R
Ryan Patterson

The lights were off?, The drain by the soda machine had something growing in it, the staff was pretty busy talking to each other but they did get my order correct. Bagel was okay a little chewier than other Einstein locations. The signage was falling off behind the counters and they were out of Carmel syrup for coffees.

D
Debra Holt

Long, long line and no way to pull out of line once in drive thru. They allow too many people to order large quantities of food and beverages from the drive thru and they don't know how evidently to ask them to pull over to parking area once they pay so others in line behind them won't be sitting in line forever...first time I did this I was in line for 22 minutes before I got my food and late to work. Second time, was 18 minutes. There won't be a third until I see they are better at managing their drive thru and customers with large orders who need to park and go inside anyway. It is a shame since I have been steady customer for over a year but the wait time is ridiculous.

G
GT Ray

As far as corporate food chains go, Einstein Bros. Bagels barely hangs onto mediocrity. It would be a stretch to call their product 'bagels' other than their shape. The flavor and texture of these oversized bready donuts more closely resembles day-old loaves of white bread with added seeds/nuts/fruit. Alas, this is the best Lubbock can offer given its status as a 'food swamp', an area that has more access to less nutritious foods than nutrient-dense foods, e.g. fast food franchises with highly processed edible substances. Also... why can't we place orders online anymore??!!! So I called this morning to place my order for pickup but no one answered the phone at 7:20am. Upon arrival there were 6 employees manning the store and one was already on break !! A lot of the issues here are due to a deficit of management skills, training, and oversight.

F
Frank Mendoza

I suppose if you go through the drive thru it's probably okay, but if you go inside to order and eat you're just going to be ignored by the staff that are too busy tending to the drive thru and call in orders. Twice now I've walked out after waiting for 10 minutes at the register and completely ignored. If you can get served, the food is usually pretty good.

J
Jason Bootz

I usually love Einstein, but this was disappointing. There’s a sign on a single side of the building that said drive-thru/to-go only, but nothing on the doors. If you didn’t happen to notice the sign (which isn’t very noticeable, we only saw it as we drove off) then you pull on the doors because there’s no sign stating it. The hours on the doors are also incorrect; the drive-thru window has the only correct sign for hours. My food was not good. My bagels were cold and rubbery, and it was dripping in cold butter. I asked for it toasted but this was barely even room temperature, borderline refrigerated. Hoping for better next time.

A
Annette Linahan

this place NEVER toasts my bagels. when i go through this drive through I make it a point have my bagel toasted and they can’t seem to figure it out!!! I wish this location was as good as the one on campus because until that one reopens i’ll make my bagels at home

B
Bret H

Dining room is frequently closed with no notice online. Thus I foolishly TRIED to call them to see if their dining room is open before going to the store. However, they DID NOT answer phone calls after multiple attempts. Really? Apparently they can’t be bothered to put correct information online about their dining room being closed AND they refuse to answer their phone. I guess they don’t deserve/need my business. Bye-bye to Einstein’s!

b
banelly dominguez

It was my first time going and I was so excited to try the texas brisket egg sandwich I literally got 3 pieces of meat in there. It was more bread than anything

C
Christopher Stanley

They weren't accepting gift cards--annoying. I mean seriously I know it's technically at the descretion of the manager, but I'm not aware of any other restaurant that actually refused to accept gift cards. None of the Einstein Bros in Lubbock accepts them, it's really unacceptable. That and everything's very expensive, and I never got the level of service that I would have expected given their prices.

got there at 1:40 and they were already closed… why have it say 2 if you’re gonna just close before 2. Waste of a trip waste of a drive and no bagels. Lost a supporter today.

Probably the worst cup of coffee I’ve ever had. Taste days old and watered down. I also taste a strong onion flavor in my honey almond shmear which is weird.

H
Haley Williams

Employee seemed irritated over the speaker in the drive thru and when we pulled up to the window, they overcharged us for the wrong order. I know mistakes happen, but they did not handle it with grace. She employee was blatantly cussing with the window open, and had no idea what was going on.

J
J Anderson

This was my family’s first time to try Einstein Bagels. I have always heard good things and was excited to try it. I was very disappointed with the customer service and how we seemed to inconvenience the employee taking orders. Not a very pleasant experience for the first time. I highly doubt that we will be returning.

J
Joshua Comley

I have had nothing but bad experiences with Einstein's. With credit card being stolen and used by one of the employees and being shorted on several different orders. This location is not with visting.

M
Mindy Duncan

Hours are not structured for a hospital environment, you open too late. Staff are not helpful and a lot of times rude.

M
Myron Jim

Bad service today, I asked for blueberry bagels shmeared and were given plain with no shmear. Also I ordered a turkey bacon avocado with no tomatoes and stated because of allergies and they put tomatoes on it! Ask for a new sandwich they just took off the tomatoes and and put the sandwich back together. Not going back to this place of business! They clearly don't understand that customers are always right!

M
Maude Cloutier

Let me start by saying that I’ve been in the food service industry for over 6 years working in restaurants and now as a barista, and something’s just not right at this location. I tried ordering at the drive thru today and sat there for a good 5 minutes with no response, so I just left. The speaker has always had issues. It used to not be all taped up, then we had a winter storm around 2 years ago that knocked it down. I guess something else happened again because there’s now ribbon holding it up. Sure it still kind of works, but it’s difficult to hear the employees, and for them to hear us. When something that barely works anymore that’s important for customers and employees to communicate to get orders right, it needs to be fixed. Something else I’ve noticed is that they’ll only accept gift cards if they feel like it. My mom lives in Austin and likes to send me these, so they’re electronic. My guess is that their scanner doesn’t work for the QR code, but I know it’s doable by hand. I’ve seen them do it for me, and I do it for customers at my work when their gift cards won’t scan. It’s an extra step that customers appreciate, but for some employees here, they treat like a huge hassle. I’ve seen some other reviews talking about the drive thru taking a long time, and I have to agree with them. I completely understand being backed up, but it’s ridiculous when I only order 1 thing and it takes 20 minutes with only 1 other person in front of me. Yes people get baker’s dozens for work, but I’ve seen other stores getting those ready within 5 minutes. Typically the food comes out ok, but I’ve had a few instances where the bagels are burnt, over or under-proofed, missing something, etc. I keep trying to give them a chance to see if they’ve improved, but that’s usually not the case. Either the employees need refreshed training, or the store needs new management, or both. It’s unprofessional and disappointing, but with some fixing this place has the potential to be really great.

K
Katie G

This is not something I normally do but this location is only drive thru so when I got home and went through my order it was totally wrong and when I tried to call and explain to them the problem no one picked up the phone. I called twice and it just rang until the phone hung up on me. So here I am on the internet. Honestly they are probably busy right now I think church is letting out but it’s still aggravating especially when I spent over 30.00 and did not get what I ordered period. So I ordered 2 toasted blueberry breakfast sandwiches with butter instead of smear, 4 plain bagels double toasted with extra plain schmear, 1 six cheese bagel toasted with onion and chive schmear, and an order of avocado toast. So I get home and find that instead of blueberry breakfast sandwiches I only get buttered blue berry bagels and I was shorted 1 plain bagel, also not any of the bagels were toasted at all. Not even the avocado toast which on their menu states that it comes toasted. Also if you order extra schmear and then smash the bagel halves together and get the cream cheese all over the packaging is pointless. I am very upset that I spent money on this. Honestly this isn’t the first time I have had problem orders but they were small inconsistencies. This makes it to where I don’t want to ever go back though like honestly I know most places are short on workers thanks to Covid but this lack of care for your customers from the employees has lost you a consistent patron.

B
Brendan Beale

Ordered two bagels. Had to repeat myself multiple times, even at the window. You would think this would make sure my order was correct? Nope! Ordered a bagel double toasted, and another toasted. When I got home both were completely raw and cold. Food prices are too high to get worse service than McDonald’s..

L
La Quetta Ray

I definitely won’t be returning! None of the Bagel Shops in Lubbock are even close to being as great as The Bagel Place in Amarillo. I’ll just keep buying a few dozen and freezing them when I go to Amarillo.

D
Daniel Butts

This is the slowest einstein's ever. I waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes and there were only 2 cars ahead of me. I gave it another chance thinking they must have been extremely shorthanded or something. I again waited in the drive thru for well over 30 minutes. Plus they had my order wrong. Not a big deal, it happens. I corrected the order before I paid, and they still left it wrong. When I corrected it the second time, they acted like it was a huge deal. I've never had problems at the one on Slide, so we now drive out of our way because we know it'll still be faster and better service.

W
WhiteBoy404

Horrible breakfast sandwiches! Mayonnaise and eggs don't go together, you don't cook chocolate chips in a bagel, and they're hash browns are unholy abominations that smell and taste like burned cheese! They don't wrap there sandwiches very well either, the disgusting mayonnaise was leaking out of the wrapper and put a stain on my car passenger seat

D
Darren Marrs

I have gone to this location for the last few years, and they regularly are out of bagels or their machines are broken. Today I went there and they were out of all but 4 DIFFERENT KINDS OF BAGELS. Then when I tried to order a mocha coffee, they said their machine for that was broken. This machine has been broken for years, because everytime I have tried to get one in the past, their excuse has always been "our machine is broken". This is a joke. Not to mention the workers are rude. How can you run a food business when over half of the menu is not available? I see bad reviews where the business wants to make it right, but these problems have been there for years. The entire location needs an overhaul. Horrible.

A
Amy Rhoades

This was not the first, but the last of very poor experiences at this location for me. I don't know what is going wrong here, but there are significant delays and issues with equipment not working. Today, I had to get out of my vehicle to ask the drive through line to move in order let me out to get to work. Each of the times there were issues, the workers were frustrated, and let that show in how they spoke to the customers.

R

If there was a 0 star option, I would’ve clicked that one. Not only are the employees incredibly rude and lazy, but the quality of anything you order is always horrible. My bagel that was supposed to be toasted was cold when there was nobody in line AND the HOT coffee I paid for was cold and stale. And on top of that they were out of most bagels at 10 am. You’re called Einstein’s BAGELS… this location is an absolute joke & I don’t understand how it’s even in business

I’m willing to understand a supply shortage every now and then, but this makes the 3rd time in less than 7 days that I’ve gone to eat there and they’re out of almost everything. Not just bagels, but makings for sandwiches. So I’m giving up on them. I kept hoping and I love their food but you gotta have food for me to keep loving.

If I could have given a lower mark I would have. This was my first time to ever visit and I ordered a basic cinnamon and sugar bagel, no schmear. Upon first bite a long hair inside the bagel. The cashier asked me if I wanted my Chai tea hot or cold? I said, "hot.". Then she proceeds to tell me the steamer machine is down. My husband ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel. That is Not what he got. There was No bacon on his bagel. No thanks, I will not return.

Waited in line at the drive-thru for over 30 minutes and asked for items from the online menu and told “we don’t have blueberry muffins”. Drive-thru person was very rude when placing the order and even worse at the window. And for a “drive-thru only” restaurant it would help if the speaker actually worked, we had to yell into it.

My husband and I stopped by this morning but the doors were locked, as we were walking back to the car, another car pulled up to us from the drive thru and the lady driving it told us that she had also tried going inside but the doors were locked, so she had then tried the drive thru and no one was answering. I decided to call the restaurant and a employee answered. She confirmed they were open, but just the drive thru. So we joined a few other cars who were in the drive thru, but it also was unattended. We tried to talk to the speaker, no answer. We pulled up to the window, but no one was there. We watched a few other cars do the same thing we did just to make sure it wasn't a mistake. It was completely unprofessional, we were so surprised that they answered our call but then wouldn't come to the drive thru. Might as well close the place down if no one wants to work. There are others in Lubbock, don't use this one.

Very disappointing place. Don't know how they stay open. Tried to order two different things from the menu. They were not prepared for either. How do you stay in business that way? I left with nothing and I will not be back. Tried to call the other two locations only to find out they don't answer their phones. They were out of the way for me and wasn't driving that far to be disappointed again. Really nice customer service. And we wonder why places are shuttering every day, when they don't even try.

I wish I could give less than one star! I love einstein bros but I won't return to this location. They have some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in fast food, and good luck to whoever chooses to visit this location.

Store closed before posted store hours…. Not a dependable restaurant to go to if you hungry…. Very disappointing….

I can understand now why this place has 3.9 stars. There were so many flies flying around inside the restaurant cuz they left the drive thru window completely open even if there were no customers being served at the window. Then the guy at the register had a bad attitude and was rude to me for no reason. Then to be extra petty to me he spelled my name wrong on my order so when they called out that my order was ready I had to ask them if they meant 'my name' cuz they even said the name was mispelled on the order.

Terrible customer service. The employees are extremely disrespectful. After having a bad experience 3 times in a row, I’ve determined that these reviews do nothing to encourage better customer service. They have also been out of plain bagels the last 3-4 visits. Today, I made the comment, “y’all have been out plain the last 3 times we’ve been here,” and the employee just blank stared at me. I think we are finally done with going to this Einstein’s.

Worst customer service ever. Rude staff. It took them 10 min to reheat my cold order, and then the girls were looking at us and laughing. I'm not sure what was so funny? If you want customers, you need to be more respectful and polite 🙂 please save your money and don't come here. Also, I forgot to mention that we ordered a cold brew, but they never got that done! So we canceled that and left the place

Pulled up to the drive through window and the little girl seemed irritated and wanted to get our interaction done with quickly i ordered to the tune of anything else anything else after ordering for bagel breakfast sandwiches and mistakenly asked for cinnamon rolls that I seen on the website my fault that I didn’t check they didn’t carry them at this store she replied with we don’t have this time anything else sucks first time ordering here and will be my last customer service sucks and people are ok with mediocre customer service

Says they open at 7AM on Sunday, not true. Went out of our way to make it here right at 7 to get bagels to go since we are from out of town. It’s now 7:18 and still no one is here. Very disappointed.

Staff was incredibly rude, ignored us for several minutes with an empty store while they talked to each other. Then when we were telling the person loading the box what we wanted, had to repeat myself multiple times while the girl stood there with a blank face or turned around to join the conversation. Also, always out of plain bagels no matter the time and when asked if they were making more, laughed and said no.

I went in to einstein's this morning surprised to see that the lobby was finally open excited Have a bagel for breakfast I was greeted in As I walked in and asked what I wanted I still needed to look at the menu They continued their conversation about the weekend their weekend I ordered my food Ask her to make it a combo with the hash brown and small orange juice that was on the menu When I got my bill it was extremely high and then on top of that I Sat down to eat my food There was entirely Too much smear on my bagel it was running off everywhere I I could not even buy it without the whole sandwich falling apart. The ham was not cooked all the way and the bagel was Untoasted and very chewy when I went up to To speak to her about the fact that I was overcharged for the combo she was less than kind She was very rude towards me like she's felt like she should not have to fix what she messed up! They explained to me they don't offer the combo anymore but it's still on the menu💁🏼‍♀️ I feel like I was very Unfairly treated and I would like my money back the full fifteen dollars That I spent on a breakfast that was unedible

For some reason they lock their inside doors (not even close to closing time) so you are forced to go through the drive through. everyone is so lost here it’s honestly embarrassing. i called before one time and asked for a bagel sandwich on what bagel, the lady thought i had order 3 bagel sandwiches with a random extra bagel. another time before my friends bagel had a mustard packet in it. they messed up my order multiple times. i had ask for the avocado veg out bagel sandwich and the straight up just gave me avocado toast. common sense is most what this restaurant lacks and when they make a mistake they act that you are in the wrong and don’t know how to go about it.

The dining room was closed. It took 45 mins to go through a line of four cars. When we ordered we found out that they could not serve any coffee drinks of any kind. When we got to the window, we had to change our order because they were out of several items (but somehow didn't knkw that when we placed out order). We finally got our food and the service was not polite or caring. I won't be back again and I suggest others find another place to eat. Save yourself an hour of dissapointments!

Closes early. I drove across town for lunch, during operating hours, doors were locked and nobody answered in the drive through.

Got a tasty turkey.. it only had lettuce and turkey on it despite it saying it has cucumbers spinach etc. on the menu. asked for a minute to look at the menu and they got visibly upset.. very rude staff. caramel macchiato tastes like straight expired milk. spent $30 for nasty bagels. not worth it.

I do not understand why you download the app and it gives you a free smear and bagel for downloading the app but when you try to go redeem it at any of the three stores in Lubbock none of the stores honor it, so why not block the stores out on the app so that you know not to go there. Such an inconvenience and I believe it's kind of rude because even though they don't honor they should still give it to you anyway it's on the app

The food was great until we got locked in and they had to come and unlock the door to let us out. Sign say drive thru. Couldn't tell if they drive thru for entering or exiting. Won't be back.

Ordered a couple of Chorizo Sunrises. Got them without the chorizo patties, so I called and wanted to return to get what I correctly ordered. Employee who made the order took responsibility and said to come back. When I did, the employee tossed me a baggie with two sausages in it and said have a good day. If this is how they treat customers, expect this location to close soon. Awful experience, won't ever be returning.

Lox was $11 and SO disappointing. Look at the end of the tomato, which they did give me another slice reluctantly! Then, the amount at salmon was pathetic. Service was not helpful at all either. I will never be back.

I usually really enjoy this place but it was sooooo bad today. First, I had to sit at the ordering menu in my car for 13 minutes before the employee would even take my order. Just sat there in silence for 13 minutes while she would hop on and rudely say “just give me a few minutes”. When I finally ordered, she was rude and rushed me. I get my coffee and it’s not even full. The bottom was full of coffee grounds. I was so disappointed. I go to take a bite of my bagel… cold, not toasted, disappointing. Worst experience I’ve ever had here, and given the fact I waited over 30 minutes total in the drive thru I already didn’t have high expectations. Avoid this place unless it’s 8am. The staff that work the later shifts make this place a total waste of money.

Very disappointing. Couldn’t serve hot or cold drinks. Out of a number of items. Avocado toast was a joke. I asked for more and I’d have to pay for it on top of the $5 I already spent. Not worth it.

Just don’t. If you’re craving Einstein…this isn’t it. Ordered the Avocado Veg Out & not only was it missing the cucumbers & spinach (1/2 the veggies) but what was there was very underwhelming. Such minimal effort is given here that they couldn’t even cut tomato stem off fully. Should’ve known better & kept driving when it was 12:30pm & there were no other customers.

The Nova Lox cost $9 and has about fifty cents worth of salmon. The bagel wasn't even toasted. Complete ripoff.

Honey Bee

Shouldn’t even have 1 star. Where to begin. This place is garbage. Staff is rude and incompetent. They are always out of everything at 10am when they are open til 3pm. Ordered the farmhouse and nothing was toasted! The bagel was chewy and not toasted. The egg was cold and obviously precooked even though they weren’t busy. The hash browns on the bagel were hard and tasted bad. Nothing was warm. Nothing was good. I only ate it bc i was starving but it literally had to be choked down. The coffee was so strong it didn’t taste good at all and we ended up going to Starbucks. The food at the hospital is better than this place and at least they don’t charge you $18 to be disappointed😂 we will not be returning. So much better if you’re going to charge such outrageous prices for BREAKFAST 👏🏼
