We stopped in after leaving our hotel, we were greeted by the staff upon entry. There was a gentleman at the counter that asked if we had any questions, he was very nice and helpful. I had the Maplehouse bagel, it was very good. Excellent service every time we have stopped here!

Daniel was absolutely amazing at getting me all setup for my parents and work. Go see him at the LBK store. Ask for Daniel. He will leave you feeling amazing.

Food is really good, healthy options, down fall is drive through is not made for long bed trucks.

Everyone in my party loved their bagels and raved about their sandwiches! The service was fast and friendly. I wish they had the apple cinnamon gourmet bagel that I wanted. The maple french toast gourmet bagel was really good just by itself!

Ordered toasted Jalapeño cheddar and green chile bagels with side of plain cream cheese and a chocolate cold brew. Bagel was soft and buttery. Perfect for breakfast. Chocolate cold brew was just right. Not too sweet.

Saw that they were serving a new sandwich and decided to drop in. Both sandwiches we had were great! Definitely recommend that breakfast sandwich. A little on the pricey side at $8, but it was pretty tasty! Everything was served hot and fresh.

Love this place when we come to Lubbock! I always get the Blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese smear. My hubby got the Farmhouse toasted. Can I just say yum!!!!! I took a bite of his breakfast and oh man was it good. Love this place!!! The staff is always nice too.

Walk in. Ordered an All Nighter. Food was great. I stood alone in line for about 5 minutes before one of the 5 people behind the counter asked if I needed help. Oops. Once they figured out I hadn't been served, they jumped in to play. I'll be back.

Went in for just a plain bagel and cream cheese got talked in to a breakfast bagel sandwich, great staff very good customer service...only problem is the premade probably highly processed eggs on sandwich otherwise it's good. The flavored cream cheese is good just don't like fake processed eggs I prefer real eggs especially for the price but do recommend anything without the eggs unfortunately coffee was cold and not good place was clean and staff was very good I'd think a California company that's so worried about the environment and health would not sell processed food however

This place has great food but the service and look could use some work. The dining area is incredibly dated. The service is slow and it seems like they don’t really know what they are doing. They run out of bagels very quickly and they gave me hardly any cream cheese on my bagel.

Closes early. I drove across town for lunch, during operating hours, doors were locked and nobody answered in the drive through.

Got a tasty turkey.. it only had lettuce and turkey on it despite it saying it has cucumbers spinach etc. on the menu. asked for a minute to look at the menu and they got visibly upset.. very rude staff. caramel macchiato tastes like straight expired milk. spent $30 for nasty bagels. not worth it.

I do not understand why you download the app and it gives you a free smear and bagel for downloading the app but when you try to go redeem it at any of the three stores in Lubbock none of the stores honor it, so why not block the stores out on the app so that you know not to go there. Such an inconvenience and I believe it's kind of rude because even though they don't honor they should still give it to you anyway it's on the app

The food was great until we got locked in and they had to come and unlock the door to let us out. Sign say drive thru. Couldn't tell if they drive thru for entering or exiting. Won't be back.

Ordered a couple of Chorizo Sunrises. Got them without the chorizo patties, so I called and wanted to return to get what I correctly ordered. Employee who made the order took responsibility and said to come back. When I did, the employee tossed me a baggie with two sausages in it and said have a good day. If this is how they treat customers, expect this location to close soon. Awful experience, won't ever be returning.

Lox was $11 and SO disappointing. Look at the end of the tomato, which they did give me another slice reluctantly! Then, the amount at salmon was pathetic. Service was not helpful at all either. I will never be back.

I usually really enjoy this place but it was sooooo bad today. First, I had to sit at the ordering menu in my car for 13 minutes before the employee would even take my order. Just sat there in silence for 13 minutes while she would hop on and rudely say “just give me a few minutes”. When I finally ordered, she was rude and rushed me. I get my coffee and it’s not even full. The bottom was full of coffee grounds. I was so disappointed. I go to take a bite of my bagel… cold, not toasted, disappointing. Worst experience I’ve ever had here, and given the fact I waited over 30 minutes total in the drive thru I already didn’t have high expectations. Avoid this place unless it’s 8am. The staff that work the later shifts make this place a total waste of money.

Very disappointing. Couldn’t serve hot or cold drinks. Out of a number of items. Avocado toast was a joke. I asked for more and I’d have to pay for it on top of the $5 I already spent. Not worth it.

Just don’t. If you’re craving Einstein…this isn’t it. Ordered the Avocado Veg Out & not only was it missing the cucumbers & spinach (1/2 the veggies) but what was there was very underwhelming. Such minimal effort is given here that they couldn’t even cut tomato stem off fully. Should’ve known better & kept driving when it was 12:30pm & there were no other customers.

The Nova Lox cost $9 and has about fifty cents worth of salmon. The bagel wasn't even toasted. Complete ripoff.

Shouldn’t even have 1 star. Where to begin. This place is garbage. Staff is rude and incompetent. They are always out of everything at 10am when they are open til 3pm. Ordered the farmhouse and nothing was toasted! The bagel was chewy and not toasted. The egg was cold and obviously precooked even though they weren’t busy. The hash browns on the bagel were hard and tasted bad. Nothing was warm. Nothing was good. I only ate it bc i was starving but it literally had to be choked down. The coffee was so strong it didn’t taste good at all and we ended up going to Starbucks. The food at the hospital is better than this place and at least they don’t charge you $18 to be disappointed😂 we will not be returning. So much better if you’re going to charge such outrageous prices for BREAKFAST 👏🏼
