This is Amazing. i love their selection of drinks and their service. Beautiful in the inside if anyone wants to relax in there.

Has to be the best Boba in LBK strawberry banana smoothie blueberry smoothie, tropical lemonade tea and the king milk tea where grate the flavor was on point not all artificial tasting like some are the owners husband was a grate guy as well started a conversation and the staff was a delightful as well.

Had leche smoothie with boba and taro milk tea which is their signature drink. Good taste and better atmosphere for kids and had some games to play like chess , carroms and some puzzle games. Great ambience with peaceful environment. Great place to visit and had lots of varieties in the menu.

Our first time having Boba Tea and it was great. I had the doppelgänger with tapioca boba. Taste like a cold brew latte with sweat tea gummy bears. My wife had the soulmate with matcha boba, which tastes like raspberry and peaches n cream.

Absolutely love their teas. Their Almond Butterfly Tea (pictured) is always my go to! Very chill atmosphere to chill and just relax in. I love coming here. Also recommend their Chai Tea and Vanilla Smoothie (pictured).

West Straws has the best bubble tea in Lubbock! Lots of options, friendly staff, great relaxed atmosphere. And they do more than bubble tea - they also have delicious and creamy lattes (lavender chai is the BEST), macaroons, and smoothies. This is a place I can visit year-round and find something tasty that also suits the weather.

I loved it here! Very homey and inviting. The selection on drinks was amazing too! I got the Country Club with Lychee Poppers, super delicious, it was sweet and light with the tangy-ness of the lychee.

Amazing bubble tea at a great price and conveniently close to the TTU campus. I ordered a Green Thai Milk Tea and loved every sip! Tapioca bubbles have always been fresh and chewy, something that has been somewhat hit or miss at other bubble tea places around Lubbock.

We come to this shop every time we are in town. They have the best ingredients, and best options of any boba place in town, and so far, the best I have seen anywhere.

Love this place. Great customer service they are so nice, respectful and patient. Helped me a lot in choosing what drink I like and if I didn’t like it they would make me a new one. Definitely recommend 10 out 10 and I’m for sure coming here again.

They updated the price so I added some menu pictures here, it was a really nice place to hang out, they have games and nice vibes, I didn't like my coffee, I asked for Splenda in the Vietnamese coffee but they add condensed milk in it so she was kind enough to substitute it for half and half but I ended up drinking a bitter coffee for $6🤦‍♀️, but super quick service, friendly staff.

I usually have a decent experience here, with several different flavors and bases to choose from. The biggest downside for me is how none of the milk teas seem to have adjustable sweetness, and are all tooth achingly sweet. I tried to see if even the thai milk tea could be made unsweetened/less sweet, and the employee said it could be, however the drink was still incredibly sweet, what I would consider 100% sweetness at other shops I usually get thai tea at. Disappointing since this flavor is my go to when I want a more savory milk tea and the sweetness overpowers all the other drink's flavor.
