I've never just said "I want wingstop" in fact I can't stand to eat their food. It's always been nasty to me. But this was a changer. My wings were fully cooked, the seasoning was on point, and they stayed hot a long time. I loved my food here. The corn was great also. They have some good brownies.

Great customer service here first and foremost. Can't say that enough. We dropped in on a Friday night, very busy, and the staff didn't even seem to miss a beat. Service was fast and efficient and completed with nothing but smiles. As for the food, we went with 20 naked bone-in wings, keto and all. Super delicious.

Today, my garlic parmesan wings tasted like they had previously been lemon pepper, and my fries were not fresh. The dining room floor desperately needs some boiling water and degreaser before someone falls.

Whoever just sauced up these wings did and amazing job deserves a raise. Used to think wing stop skimped on the sauce but just got an order of atomic wing sauced up so heavy it wrecked my mouth like my name is bonnie blue

Do not listen to the negative reviews about this place! I have been to this location multiple times and I have never had a bad experience. The food is always good. But Today (12/4/23) in particular it was so good that I wanted to ascend into heaven and cry tears of joy.The gentlemen and women at this location consistently sauce and season my food the perfect amount and this means a-lot to me considering that every time I have come to this location they are always working as hard as they can and have a large amount of orders. Despite their volume my food always comes out hot and in a timely manner. I like to get the cajun chicken sandwich and they literally make it perfectly just the way I like it. 10/10 if you are the manager please sincerely thank the cooks on my behalf.

The last time I came, I made the mistake of leaving my purse behind. I didn’t notice until the following day and was distraught because my entire identity and many valuables were in my very expensive bag. The night staff was kind enough to lock it away and the general manager returned it to me the next day when I visited. My family frequents this location probably every week because we love the service and quality of food, but now we love the management too!

On a last-minute decision, I stopped at this Wingstop. It was a Thursday night, and it appeared many other people had made the same decision. The number of takeout and dine in orders was truly surprising. It was a longer wait than expected, but I didn't mind because the wings were plump and tasty. I could see in the kitchen while I was waiting in line to order. I could see literally a hundred wings cooking in their fryers. The wings and the service was excellent!

The only reason I have given 3 stars is because more times than not, our order has been wrong. Also there is usually always some yelling going on from the lady who runs the register to the cooks. The lady at the register can be really rude at times not just to the cooks but to the patrons as well. One time I visited one of the cooks was the one who helped me with my big order (over the phone and when I came in to pick it up too) & he was just the absolute sweetest guy ever! But then the lady at the register came and took over and she was so so rude. Didn't even acknowledge me at all, never once looked at me, and then she started yelling at him because when he took my order over the phone he didn't take my payment up front. She just kept on yelling at him and belittling him just being a bully really. I felt so terrible for him because if anyone should be teaching the other it would be him, he should be teaching her how to have the best customer service possible because that's what she needed! BUT you can not go wrong with Wing Stop Wings, fries & veggie sticks! Wings are fantastic in whatever flavor you chose but definitely try the 🍋 🌶 !

Good boneless wings. Friendly staff. They do get busy during games and all. I suggest ordering online to avoid the standing in the store waiting. Their 20 peice combo is a good one for 2 people

The flavor was great, I think we might have gotten the bottom of the fries; they were mostly short and crispy. They were out of ice, but there was a sign communicating that. The staff seemed to enjoy working with each other but the counter staff was rushed and did not greet guests. She just kinda stared at us until we ordered. Lol 😆

Teriyaki and lemon pepper wings are delicious! Fries are fresh and soft. Take out is pretty fast and always fresh. Restrooms and restaurant are clean. Smoke free restaurant. Combo deals are reasonable. Refillable drinks.

Great place for wings. Fries are really good when they are fresh, but will get soggy fast. so keep that in mind for take out orders. Call in orders are the best way to get your wings here. Staff is kinda a hit and miss. some times they seem enthusiastic, other times, I think they front help could care less to be there.

Really enjoy the food from this place, but their estimates for pickup in store are SO wrong! Every time I placed an order I showed up 20min late, and they still told me to wait an additional 10min before it's ready. That's the first reason which I show up late, so that I don't have to wait for the food. Every single time. Ruins the ordering experience...

If you order it online you'll still have to wait for it. I've only ordered online once and was able it pick it up when I went in and that's because I was 30 minutes late going to get it. The floor by the drink machine is always sticky. The cooks always look so rough! Pants sagging, du-rags hanging out, nobody wearing a mask, shirts dirty...I'm not understanding it. I'm a big fan of the thighs though. This addition makes me very happy!

This is my second time here. The first time I placed my order in store, to-go and it took nearly 30 minutes to get it with a nearly empty restaurant. Tonight I ordered online and waited at home. My order was supposed to be ready at 8:07 pm, at 8:17 pm I was told my order had 10 more minutes. DO NOT expect to get your meal timely, you will not. The food is Wrong Stop quality but the cook time is ridiculous.

I love wingstop but only if they are not busy. If they are busy you are getting terrible fries and soggy tenders and if you ask for a re make they dip your same tenders back into the grease and give you dry tenders with fried on sauce. The lady manager did this because she is the one that told them just stick them back in the fryer.

My food was pretty good, the original hot is a solid flavor you just can’t go wrong with. The Cajun is decent, I liked the original hot more. As far as service, I would like to see a significant improvement. I place so much value on the important of making sure a customer is greeted and check on. I’d like to see the staff be quicker and more attentive and driven. My experience today was that they came off as slow and unmotivated and rude. I don’t really think that professional employees should carry side conversations in front of a customers.

Waited and watched ten orders get their wings before us. When we finally got ours the fries were extra dark and cold. I asked for fresh fries and the guy didn't even make eye contact, grabbed the fries and threw them in the trash. What ever happened to friendly service.

Tonight I was telling my dad how much I enjoy boneless wings and that we should grab some tonight and throw them in a salad at home. It's always hit or miss with this place. We ordered a boneless family pack and ended up with bone in. You know what is good is a salad...not bones. My dad has never been to a Wing stop and now he has a bad taste in his mouth. Thanks.

If you do an online order for dinner at this location, make sure you add atleast 30 minutes to your pickup time. It's ridiculous, if you're paying $80 for dinner, they should atleast try to be prompt about delivering it to your vehicle. Why do I come back even though the service is lacking time management? The wings are damn good. 😂

It wasn’t one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Wingstop. I went to the restroom to wash my hands but there was no soap and no way to dry your hands, the dispenser was out of paper towels. That leads me to believe the staff isn’t following proper sanitation procedures either. Next, the coke machine was out of ice and more than half of the drinks were flat. I informed the staff about it but was told that it was being “worked on” but it would have been courteous to let your customers know that before or during the ordering process. It didn’t appear to be the cleanest of restaurants either. I also ordered veggie sticks with my meal that were soggy as well. The only redeeming quality were the actual wings themselves. They were excellent. I ordered 5 Garlic Parmesan and 5 Lemon Pepper. I’ve been to many Wingstops across Texas and I cannot recall ever having a poor experience like this. I usually let experiences like these go but the only reason I am expressing my malcontent is because I want the next customer to have a better experience.

I placed an order online and was informed that it would be a 43-48 min. The email I received simply said to wait in my car until the time specified on my email confirmation. Upon arrival at the specified time, I went to the door and got yelled at for trying to go in and told that I needed to call. There was no parking in front so I had to ask for assistance and when approached, was told that I was just gonna have to wait because they were busy. When I tried to let them know that I had tried calling twice but the line was busy and that I just wanted to check on my order, I was interrupted before I could finish and told again that they were busy and I would just have to wait. After repeating that more than once, she rolled her eyes and asked me for my name. Five minutes later another girl came out and told me that it would be an additional 25 minutes on my order and that I couldn't get my money back because it was an online order. She told me again that I would just have to wait. That's when I asked to speak to a manager. The MOD is the only reason I gave the 2 star rating. She was sweet and apologetic but I will never go back to this store. The service is slow and the employees are extremely rude. As I write this, it is exactly 1 hour from the time I placed my order and I am still in the parking lot waiting.

The first time we tried it and we got food poisoning...Our cashier that took our order was very nice but looked to be overworked...they were swamped, short handed and even stopped taking walk-ins for an hr to catch up. We did go on a Saturday but if they know it will be busy they need to be prepared.

I’m pretty sure that this place couldn’t get an order right if their lives depended on it. Not for the first time, I made an online order for pickup. Twenty four wings, half plain, half garlic parmesan. Ordered ranch AND blue cheese. All the wings were plain and I got all ranch and no blue cheese. This type of thing has happened several times before, at both locations that I order from. Honestly, these days, it’s just like a box of chocolates. I never know what I’m going to get…

I’m sure it’s generally pretty good quality. But last time I ordered. I chose 2 of the dry rub seasonings (Lemon Pepper & Louisiana) but the wings I received were essentially naked. There was a tiny bit of lemon pepper seasoning & literally nothing on the Louisiana wings. Extremely disappointing. 👎

Love wing stop but this last time the man had our order and held it up for fries. Then proceeded to fill all the orders after us with fries. Waiting until the next batch and added our fries. They now have a screen for you to see your order status. They marked it complete long before it was ready. When he proceeded to give everyone who ordered after us their order and we asked if he said our name because he waited till he had multiple orders and we couldn’t hear the names he had an attitude. I used to love wingstop but 30 minutes way after their time they said would be ready has been too much.

Came in and order food; definitely was busy manager told us about 15-30 min wait which was okay didn’t have anything to do.. food comes out everything is great except no season for the fries.. so no worries I’ll just go ask for me. Ask the manager for fry seasoning because there was none on our fries. She tells me next time go wait in the back of the line of 8 people for seasoning because i was messing up her flow.. comes down to wouldn’t have to ask for the seasoning if the fries were seasoned right the first time don’t catch an attitude with me 🤷🏼‍♂️

These workers I can tell are usually trying their best to deal with the onslaught of customers at meal times, but it seems management hasn't given them the proper organization to handle those rushes. Consistently long wait times, uncoordinated curbside delivery, and incorrect orders due to mayhem on the backend. These are not worker issues but management issues and it is clear they are doing nothing and will continue to do nothing in order to help out the workers that stick around through this nonsense.

After being on hold for 20 minutes I decided to drive to place order. They young lady informed me that they do not answer the phone and accept call in orders. I explained to her she may want to let her management know to let customers know. They were playing loud inappropriate music in the kitchen. They were not rude, just very unprofessional.

Got our order wrong. Again. Then I call and nobody answers the phone. Wingstop has great wings but their customer service is horrible. We went to this location because another location did the same thing to us last time. Order is wrong like half the time we order from them. No sauce on our wings. I don't understand how this happens so much. Nobody will read this review either. See other reviews that complain about the same thing. I guess we're done with wingstop now. No manager makes it right, nobody checks the orders, and now they don't answer the phone. 10 minutes on hold right now and counting. How are they this bad at this every other time you order from them? Still no answer. Horrible horrible customer service. Please management fix this place. Look at all these bad reviews

They've messed up my order the past two times I have come to this location, I thought I would give it another chance after the first time but I should have just gone to the other Wingstop. Last time they completely left out the sauces that I paid for, after confirming it with me before handing me the bag at the counter???? One of the workers is extremely condescending (borderline creepy) and part of the reason it took us so long to try this location again was because neither I nor my partner wanted to interact with him. Second time was def not a charm! Wish there was a good Wingstop in this city lol

Waited 40 minutes after my expected pick up time and the order was wrong. 10 of our wings were supposed to be boneless and they were bone in. Confirmed on the receipt they were supposed to be boneless. I don’t eat bone in wings. So now after spending a ridiculous amount of money and time I’m left eating cold soggy fries for dinner.

We ordered online and the app said 19-24 minutes. I showed up to pick up the food 20 minutes later and still sat in the restaurant for another 40 minutes waiting. I'm used to this Wingstop being fairly slow, so that wasn't a huge deal, but then when I got home, they had forgotten half of my order. I went back and let them know and received an exasperated eyeroll and a half hearted apology and then waited another 20 minutes for the rest of our food. Nothing was done to try to make up for the mistake besides sarcastic apologies and rude looks. When I finally got home, most of the food was already cool and I had to reheat it. It was just an absolutely terrible experience. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience with this location, either.

Had an incident happen on September 6th…I had an online order,when I went to pick up mu whole order was made wrong,I was missing food…when I complained about it the manager and crew got upset. I told them since they couldn’t make my food right they could keep it and I would like a refund, manager on duty told me he would have to wait for his manager to process refund in the morning and it would take 5-7 business days for it to come back to my account! Today is September 17th I have yet to receive that refund and anyone I contact they tell me there is nothing they can do for me!!! I spent about $80.00 on this meal and it’s ridiculous that they won’t give me my refund

Literally on 8/29/24 at around 6:30pm I placed an order through Uber eats and for one the fries looked old, two, my wings were wrong… I ordered a 10 piece traditional, 5 lemon pepper n 5 orig hot and got all 10 BONELESS ORIG HOT…WTF

As a delivery driver, it felt like they had very little consideration for my time in regards to getting the orders ready. I had to wait 30+ minutes and was prompted twice to drop the orders by the app for them taking too long. Would never deliver food from here again. If I am here to deliver food that should be to customers by 10, then it should be ready before that time.

Honestly this was the worst experience. I ordered online and when I arrived I found out they were out of fries. The cashier seemed defeated and had attitude because we didn’t necessarily want corn or veggie sticks with our wings. We settled for corn and rolls just to find out their oven is broken. 35 dollars and I’m not even getting what I wanted not only that, there’s a lobby of about 15 people and no organization in sight. I love wingstop but this will be my last visit.

Note for scheduling, if 4 people cannot get my order out in time, then schedule 6. I should not have to wait for 45 minutes after being told “it’ll be a minute” if it’s more than 5 then tell me i’ll have to wait an eternity for my food.

Horrible. I placed 3 orders I asked for 2 5pc tenders combos and a bone in combo. Well I live in plainview. They checked the bag and everything. I came home with only 2 orders. I also asked for lite lemon pepper on the tenders. It was filled with lemon pepper. I asked for mango habanero tenders my 2nd order. I got atomic flavor and of course I didn’t get the 3rd order… cashier name was diamond she checked the bags. And Cooks can’t get there stuff right. Need to get checked on. I kept calling and calling like 10 times. No answer. I’m trying to get my money back. But no answer. Horrible overall please don’t come here. This place needs to get there shit together. Manager needs to get there employees on check. I’m giving all one stars if I could give 0 I definitely would. Never will I go back here again.

We will never be going to this one again. We ordered 2 6piece meals with drinks on the app. Waited 30 min before going to pick it up. When we got there, still waited another 30 min before we got our food. When my food was ready, I checked the bag and didn’t see fries but I saw that there were two big platters folded so I thought “ok they must have switched it up and put the fries and ranch in there and closed it”. Well I get to my car, I opened it up and to my surprise there were no fries or ranch. I took my food back in there and told the ride ladies at the front I didn’t get my fries or ranch and the Mexican girl swore she put them in there. Uh no ma’am you didn’t. I think she got mine mixed with someone else. She got attitude and acted like we stole some fries 😂 so our fries were replaced but ranch was not. I asked for ranch and they ignored me. That wasn’t the first time they have done this to someone. I saw the same thing happe couple weeks ago where they missed fries and got attitude. This place has changed at the evening time. This place is a joke!! And I couldn’t eat all my food bc they drenched it with a lot of salt!

They originally prepared the completely wrong order for us. Then prepared a second order supposedly checked it. Then we got home and we were still missing 10 of our wings. So I went back and the lady at the counter gave me attitude because she did her job wrong twice.... Nice.

Worst Wingstop in Lubbock. DO NOT GO HERE. Every time I try to give him another chance they screw up my order. I’ve been waiting on a refund for two weeks. The general manager said it takes 7 to 10 business days. They never answer the phone. They’re always out of lemon pepper. They’re always out of something soda machine is out. If you want a horrible experience order from this Wingstop.

After several attempts to order online and could never get through, we were able to finally order after they called us back. They told us our order would be ready in 20 minutes, which would’ve been 6:45 PM. Got there the place was absolutely filthy. The floor was disgusting. Waited till 830 for our food.!!! Not to mention, it was cold when we got it so disappointed if this place gets that busy, maybe you should hire more than three people won’t be back! I am completely and utterly frustrated with this location. They are constantly forgetting the side ranches and have horrible time management. Today I made an order and they did not give my husband the side ranches or the large ranch that we paid $4.09 for. He ended up having to go back to the store twice to get everything we paid for. To make matters even worse, I did this as a mobile order and place the order before they were even opened so there’s no excuse that my order should’ve been wrong as it was one of the first orders they should’ve received this morning. Very disappointed in Wingstop, tried this location out over the other one in our area due to terrible service etc. and the SAME thing happened here. Showed up 10 minutes after they told us our meal would be ready for pickup after placing an online order and it was not ready for another 20 minutes. We pay and then we come to realize they were out of fries but did not mention this to us or anyone else placing orders. They wouldn’t make a trade other than with carrots and celery or give you a refund on the order, refused. We then had also purchased sodas and the whole soda machine was out…. Why not say that it’s out of order? Do not come to this location

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Ordered the 100pc group meal. When I got home NO RANCH DIPS were included. I called as soon as I realized I was missing the ranch. Was out on HOLD for over 30min. I called back several times and NEVER SPOKE TO ANYONE!!! When my daughter arrived they demanded to see my receipt!!! This is ridiculous!! I spent $140 on this order and the ranch dip seemed to be too expensive for them to include in my meal. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS STORE!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE. YOU WOUNF BE BEST TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!

Over 2 hours my poor delivery driver had to wait for them to make my 2 items and they had to miss out on their money because of how incredibly ridiculous this location was. It’s one thing to mess with people’s food, but it’s another to mess with people’s time and money while no matter what the people at wingstop are still getting paid by the hour. Every time I called they put me straight on hold and did not once answer and that shows me that this location is a horrible rep and I will definitely not be ordering here again.

Took hours for us to be told our meal was still not ready. Do not recommend this wingstop on slide. Was told we could not get a refund or meal remade. Several people were waiting hours for their meal as well and at the same time as us. Poor service and management!!

Lady got my order completely wrong. Wanted a 10 piece boneless meal with 2 ranches and 2 blue cheese. Then an order of cheese fries. Instead got 10 classic with cheese fries. And like 10 blue cheese. Will not be going back.

So many issues with this place. Health violations everywhere. Zero leadership! Coke machine that's supposed to have all kinds of options only had coke or root beer. Trash everywhere. Food was late by 15minutes. Fries were cold. Really disappointing. But won't be getting my money again

This is my first time there and already a bad experience I ordered food and got the wrong order and my fries were just Nothing but crumbs I called and she needed permission to fix my order asked to bring the wings back so what they can resale it I'm so confused if I can give a Zero I would wing stop your lucky you get a 1star very bad experience for a bill of 45$ this is my first and last time to eat here management was bad as well they need more training in customer service as myself being a 25+ years of management customers come first I have pictures to prove it

This was, without a doubt, one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. If I could rate this place negative stars, I would. First off, it took over 40 minutes to get my food. FORTY. MINUTES. For tenders. And when they finally handed it over, it was ice cold—as if it had been sitting there the entire time while the staff stood around doing absolutely nothing. I could’ve microwaved frozen tenders at home and had a better meal in less than half the time. But the real disaster? The staff, specifically the so-called “manager” Destiny (per the receipt). Not only was she completely incompetent, but she also had the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered in a restaurant setting. She was rude from the start, getting mad at us for asking for an update on our food after waiting for so long, but the moment that sealed the deal was when we started cleaning our own table (something we didn’t even have to do), and she rushed over just to insult us. Her exact words? “I’ll do it because y’all don’t look like the people to clean it,” as she snatched receipts and trash out of our hands with extreme attitude. Excuse me? Who talks to paying customers like that? The food was terrible. The service was even worse. And Destiny? An absolute embarrassment to customer service. If this is the kind of management Wingstop hires, it explains why the entire place was a disaster. I wouldn’t eat here again if they were giving the food away for free. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

Put an order in online for a single chicken sandwich meal, said it would be done at 6:28 we go in and wait by 6:45 they tell my boyfriend they are barley dropping it and it will take 8 minutes.This Wingstop always takes forever.

I paid 69$ at this place, order was wrong, didn’t have any ranches in my bag. I kept telling the cashier how many ranches I was missing and she kept looking at me like my basic math was wrong. I showed her my order, if I spent $69 why would I be trying to steal a $1.00-$4.00 ranch. The guy in the back yelled out did you check the bag, well no shit sir I took everything out on your counter. I then waited 5 minutes for them to give me my two missing large fries. This place is a joke, a waste of money for sure. Horrible customer service and lack of minor intelligence. If your cashier cannot read or comprehend basic English, I believe you need to hold your employees at a higher standard for better customer service.

Dirty store, lazy workers. What happened to the customer being right? Or taking care of the customer? They tell me they haven’t dropped my wings yet which is already late so then I ask can you make them extra crispy then and they say no. I say can I do half and half flavors and they say no the are too backed up. What does tossing some wings into a flavor even matter? It’s your guys jobs I don’t feel bad that you are busy. That’s a good thing that means that your working which is what you should be doing because your at… WORK. No instead they’d rather rush through all the customers so they can go back to sitting around and being on their phones. Do better wingstop.

This place sucks every time I get food from here my food is wrong and on the day of 8/4/25 I only ordered voodoo fries and a pick up(I was in the store) and it took an hour I watch people that got a whole meals before I got a regular order of fries. Horrible food and services. To dang greasy. It is ok to drain the meat for better quality. Makes no since people are been told you have to wait an hour for food. If management can not train or teach other how to cook for their busy hours, then why have a fast food restaurant. It never fails when you enter this place, never have chicken, and the wait time makes no sense. I and 8 others just walked out. After 5 years of not visiting the store, I thought things would be better. Nope, worse, I will never enter the building again.

Wow, what a bold move—advertising that you're open until midnight but actually closing up shop by 9:30 PM. I guess “customer service” is just a suggestion here? Awful experience for Super Bowl. I placed my order the night before to pick it up at 4:30 PM. I was there until 6 o’clock and they told me they could not find my order. I was one of about 25 people that were standing around waiting for their food. The store had no order for orders. My 430 order not made but some 5:00pm were made. Walk ins got food. Just a terrible experience. No apology & yet to see my refund

Placed an order on the app today. Went to the location. Ordered a 6pc combo wings and fries well done along with an 8pc combo wings and fries well done with all flats. Went to the counter and they said they didn’t have an order and asked if we were at the right location. We advised yes we are. Manager found our order in their system and made it for us right then and there. Got home 5mins after getting the food and saw that nothing was well done or extra crispy. Fries were mushy and cold. Also the 8pc flat wasn’t all flats and had drums in it. The receipt said all flats and wings and fries well done

Its so sad when you are a DoorDash or trying to get peoples food out but then you get there and Food wasn’t ready until almost 25 minutes later had asked him beforehand when I got there. My customers number was and one of the tickets didn’t have a name on it so a person by the name of Stacy was very rude and started yelling at me because I didn’t know the customers name because it wasn’t given to me so I had asked her what I need to do to get the customers name . So I can get my food and she told me she didn’t know and she has too many orders to even help me. So I went ahead and contacted customer and I did get their name. She still did not want to help me. She was laughing Front of customers and making fun of me saying I was getting upset when I wasn’t. She was extremely rude was not helpful at all Even if it was busy, she needs to learn how to have customer service and be calm for the customers, but instead She was rudely loud and degrading towards me. I didn’t even get my food until 30 minutes. I’m a door dasher you would think they would help but they didn’t and could care less to even help me at all. I even have a video of her making fun of me cussing. They said they were really busy, but they only had one person making food. Why two of them were just standing around not helping anybody up in the front.

Ordered around 7pm and went in 20-30 minutes later and they told me I was 2nd I line to get my food but that was not the case. 7-8 people received their food before me and then I asked for my food again and they said, with attitude, “ well there are only two of us right now, wait.” So unprofessional. I completely understand if you are short staffed but say that instead of having an attitude and lying. Such horrible service and a horrible front person. Wish I could could give Zero stars! Went here yesterday for a date night. Only one family of 4 was there when we made our order, and after we ordered, we were told there was a 25-minute wait. The inside of the establishment is disgusting. One table just had everyone's trash sitting on top as there wasn't a trash can in sight. Trash and spilled food on the floor and the tables that were available. Once the food arrived, the only thing good about it was the fries. We both had the chicken sandwich in itself, which was decent but didn't have much flavor, and the buns were overly stale.

Worst wing stop ever to order from! They messed up our Oder three different times! On top of that the wait was awful we spent almost an hour there, waiting on our food. There was only one worker due to the fact his co worker was causing a scene outside with his girlfriend, yelling and screaming and refusing to let her get in her vehicle. A by stander was going to call the cops. After Witnessing the circus outside of Wingstop we finally got our food which looked disgusting and Old🤮 try at your own. Never again. This made me want to more back to Fort Worth
