The layout of the parking lot is a bit inconvenient, but service is always good. My orders are always correct and taste the same every single time. They might be a bit slow when going in to get a drink, but they are polite and usually apologize for the wait. Through the drive thru they are a decent speed considering how long it takes to make the drinks

Everyone here is the *sweetest,* most accommodating, most personable staff I've ever met at a Starbucks - and that's saying something. I'm always greeted with a smile, kind words, and at times even get a dash of well placed humor. Love that. Love them. I'm a STARBUCKS LOVER.I been driving to this location since Nov 2021.They ALWAYS make my drink PERFECT. I love the service,place ALWAYS CLEAN all is great EXCEPT there are times they are CLOSED,hours before close time and HOLIDAYS have ZERO to do with CLOSING early!!Since it's happened to often I CALL 1st NOW!! Besides that bump all is great.

I frequent Starbucks and while not crazy about their stance on certain issues or agree with price increases during Thanksgiving and Christmas, they do serve good fresh products. I buy coffee beans and syrup there mostly to make my own drinks (coffee) at home daily but now and then I’ll have a cold drink from there and if it is not made to my taste they never hesitate in making it right and most of the time give me a free drink on my next visit for the inconvenience. It is also a good place to stop for a coffee and WiFi if in need of computer work while on the road!!

Friendly when taking my order or when I ask for suggestions Neurodivergent Friendly small talk at the window Food & drinks simply taste better from this Starbucks. Extremely great customer service and got my order out quickly. I did not catch the employees name but she went above and beyond. I ended up getting the Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha and I swear this stuff is addicting. So addicting I had to come back again to get another one 😂. I have been regularly going to Starbucks for years now. I recently moved nearby this location, and every single time I go they have phenomenal customer service, and nine times out of 1, the drink is made perfectly (which is difficult considering my regular order is a Trenta cold brew with extra half-and-half and light ice and 12 pumps of vanilla) 😅 Kevin is my favorite person to see at this location! He always remembers me and my order, and makes me feel important. Corporate should snatch him up fast!! ;)

This is one of the best Starbucks around. And even during the rare times in which a drink is not made correctly, they will correct it with a smile. They really have a great team here, and the manager Karen is wonderful! (I hope she never leaves. It's a always nice to see her there and to know she's running the place so well. :))

3:20pm on 2/6/26, Brian was working. I had the weirdest request for a handful of large/small straws for a family member who loves Starbucks straws for everything! No judgement, no attitude, he just smiled and laughed with me about the request and fulfilled it VERY generously lol.

The weekday morning crew crushes it every time. But the weekend crew makes the most inconsistent drinks. I only order two basic drinks and I regret at least half of my weekend orders. They are sometimes bitter and cream level is inconsistent. I don’t think Starbucks is great coffee, but it is convenient and consistent - except on the weekends. I also don’t like when they “complete” the online order when it is not really complete. My drink should be on the table before it says it is in the app. I guess this is a metrics issue. But it is inconvenient for the customer.

This is my regular Starbucks location and I'm a Pink Drink girl but today I wanted to try something new so I asked the barista to get me anything without coffee and for it to be sweet and he gave me the Pumpkin Caramel Chai. I believe his name was Patricio. Best drink I've had besides my regular. Will definitely ask Patricio for another surprise drink in the future.

Silly review I’ll admit but we are here almost daily and they never have enough sleeves. Twice this week but it’s a regular occurrence. I recognize it’s a first world problem but when you spend $5-6 for a grande drink, the simple things matter. If you order cups, consider ordering equal amounts of lids and sleeves. Otherwise, 5 stars!

Hit or miss on speed. Sometimes I zip through, but not often enough that I can risk pulling through without ample time to spare. My latte is never right, not sure why its so hard. I get a plain venti latte, don't care what kind of milk, and then ask for the cup to be filled to the brim with cold milk after the froth is poured, just to cool it off a bit. They heat the milk, forget the milk, make a smaller latte to have more room for milk. Apparently it's really difficult. Still, I return.

Very Frustrating... every time we come here they are out of something, today they were out of every breakfast sandwich.. Really... they should keep their products in stock so that they do not run out, with the growth around they need to accommodate for their customers, the staff is SUPER friendly.. but just irritated that they run out of stuff.. ..

I asked for a brown sugar oat milk shaken expresso I had it remade because it tasted awful. The second time and it still tasted bad , I didn’t want to bother them anymore as they were busy . Please try to make your drinks better . Thanks 🙂

Waited inside for 45 min till I recieved 4 cheese and ham croissants.. we wanted to cancel the order .. the person handling the warmers for sandwiches was overwhelmed, frustrated... Because we have to wait and being ignored we recieved 2/4 dollars cash cards They weren't bussy but they act like they are very bussy scrable everywhere. Inside were 5 to 6 people waiting for their drinks. Two came from online placing orders and outside in the car lane about 4 cars as well. Cashier engaged in long conversations with customers creating longer waiting line/times. 6 employees cannot handle this location and isn't bussy at all. Other than that, place is nice inside , was clean and organized, cashier was very friendly.

None of the 8 to 10 customers sitting in the store were wearing face masks, though there was a clear sign that said "face masks required". When I asked one of the employees why the facemask requirementis not being enforced, she said, "I don't really know the rules around here". To the management: You are putting everyone who walks into your business at risk. Shame on you for not enforcing the mask mandate.

Came to this location on Thursday and Friday both around 10am and ordered the same thing, iced coffee with vanilla sweet cream cold foam, on Thursday I received regular foam, not the biggest deal. But on Friday when i received my coffee with what was vanilla sweet cream cold foam it was salty and very thin, not appetizing at all. Very disappointed because the staff is very nice but the coffee is sub par, better coffee at other Starbucks in Allen.

I can't recommend this location. I don't treat myself to Starbucks often because of the price, but this location is a major let down. They're really trying to save pennies on food cost here. The frappucinos have way too much ice, so it's very watered down. I was also looking forward to a pumpkin spice latte, but it was very milky, hardly any espresso or flavor. I can buy water and milk that doesn't cost $6, thanks.

We mobile order here all the time because it’s closest to our house. The biggest problem with all Starbucks is consistency. It’s as if they have no drink recipes, or they are not adhered to. One week I have the best cinnamon dolce latte, the next week it tastes nothing like it should and has no evidence of cinnamon. One week it’s a full cup, the next it’s two inches short of the brim. Starbucks doesn’t offer a hazelnut hot coffee on the menu, other than build your own, which never turns out good. Wish there was a coffee bean in the area.

Do not order through here from a delivery app. They will always miss something with your order. Today was my macchiato! Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me, today I got fooled a third time and I’m wearing a dunce cap for trusting these people at Starbucks. Ordered my coffee through my phone to pick up....iced coffee w/ milk. Got there coffee didn't have milk, even said it on the ticket. Guy fixed it for me, seemed inconvenient for him to do. Also the guy in drive thru was taking selfies on his phone. Every time I go here my order is wrong and it has terrible service. I will drive out of my way to use a different Starbucks

I ordered my drink through mobile order for pick up at drive thru. Waited in the drive thru line for over 25 minutes to get my drink which was already melted and watered down. Service took forever to give people their drinks. I shouldn't have to have my drink sit for over 30 minutes while I'm already waiting in the drive thru line.

Overprice coffee underpaid employees I don’t know what you expect but you get what you get spend $7.05 dollars in a cup of coffee and get some flavoring added to it. You could do it at home for two dollars. It’s complete waste of money.

On the drive thru I asked for a salted caramel mocha venti coffe, on my sip after leaving I realized it was a hot chocolate cup. Not to mention that my drink sticker said Grande instead of venti, good thing the cup was actually venti.

The only reason we go to this Starbucks is because it's close to home. Have given them many chances but today was the last straw. We always order through their app and the food or drinks are never ready, you still have to wait an additional 10 to 15 minutes. Poorly organized and never attentive to order.

last week i visited this location i ordered a venti drink with "light ice" and was handed a drink with extra ice, ive worked at a coffee shop for years and understand that mistakes happen and i was most likely misheard so i took the drink and went on. however i visited again today and ordered a drink with "extra light ice" to avoid the issue again, yet i was still handed a drink with ice top to bottom. it's sad to have to pay the full price of a venti drink and barely get any drink, so i let them know that i had ordered it with light ice hoping they could simply take it back and remake or fix it. when i spoke to the barista about the situation she blamed me for having ordered it in an incorrect way and told me that i shouldn't say extra light ice if i don't want extra ice? after explaining that this was an issue even when i hadn't said used the word extra as emphasis, i was still spoken to as if this was completely my fault and out of her control, and that she would not fix my drink. i really don't care that mistakes happen, but to be spoken to in such a demeaning way is just not fair for the situation whatsoever. i think her name may have been cher, but im not positive, but this was the first and most shocking treatment i've been given by a customer service worker.

this happened awhile ago, but I just thought about it and thought i’d leave a review. i ordered an iced chai latte with two pumps of vanilla and sweet cream cold foam. i received some sort of green tea (i only like chai). this was fine, mistakes happen, but i asked if they could fix it for me. the guy took my drink and barely poured it out (first of all they aren’t supposed to use the same cup). my drink came out a lighter green color, and i have too much social anxiety to ask again. it tasted horrible. avoid this location!!!!!

TOTAL BS THAT THEIR DINING ROOM IS CLOSED. Seriously people?! What is the point of me coming in to order a drink to do my work and then ordering and turning around only to realize ALL the tables are closed. All of them. Now I have to go to a different place. But with my drink I just bought. Yeah, that’s not gonna work. Lost my business. At least post it on the door so I know before going in. It’s not 2020 anymore. Get with it. Also while I’m at it; 1. My drink was lukewarm. 2. Get some gluten free bakery items already.

I've never had a bad experience out of all the times I've been dragged to Starbucks by my wife, until today. I asked for a small cup of skim milk and they gave me a cup of full of ice with a few sips of milk. First of all, Who puts frozen water cubes in milk?? Secondly, there's no milk at all because the cup was filled with ice. Disappointed, I will probably never order anything for myself at Starbucks.

We ordered through the app. When we got here someone had taken half of our order. When we asked where the food that we ordered was we were assured it was on its way. I was ignored by several baristas until finally one of them actually went to check on the order and she came back to let us know that the manager said the food had already been put out there and that we should already have it. When I pointed out that if I had the food I wouldn't be asking where it was and to please make the rest of my order she again dissapeared to the back to talk to the manager again. This time the manager came out to help make food, and I watched as she put in 7 food orders before getting to my stolen food. When she brought it over to us there wasn't even an apology for our wasted time. Truly a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

as a barista myself i can understand how some things can be very frustrating, but today i had placed a mobile order and accidentally selected hot instead of iced. i owned up to that and apologized and the barista insisted that she would remake it. she handed it out to me and when i apologized once again she had a disgusting tone and slammed the window immediately after handing me the drink. accidents happen! i apologized and she insisted so the gross attitude was completely unnecessary.

Called several times to order a traveler and no one answered. I assumed the phone must not be working. Came into the store to order my traveler. I was made to feel I was a great inconvenience to the. The shift supervisor on duty yelled over me about how busy they were as I tried to explain my attempts to call ahead as to avoid being an inconvenience. I worked as a shift at Starbucks for 5 years in some of the highest volume stores in the state. NEVER ONCE would I consider NOT answering the phone then making a customer feel like they are some kind of problem because they wanted to patronize my store. I'm hurt and I'm disappointed. Shame on you, shame!

This has to be one of the slowest Starbucks I’m literally the only in drive been here for 7 minutes waiting on a drink. This has happened all the 4 times I’ve come here. Definitely not what I’m used to with other locations.

The barista Kelly was very rude and disrespectful from the moment I walked in and greeted her. I placed my order with Christopher who was very nice and waited at counter for my drink and asked Kelly how she was and looked at me and ignored me then finally said “fine” when my drink was made I had let her know it was the wrong size as I had ordered a venti and not a tall, she then huffed and said you’re just going to have to wait because I have other orders I have to do. When the correct size drink was made I took a sip and had let her know the espresso tasted a little burnt and she said “well I made it right so” Christopher remade the drink and was very nice about the whole situation and it tasted perfect after that. I have been coming to this Starbucks for a few years now and have had no issue until this lady and it really brought the vibe of the location down. Christopher, Makenna and the other lady were very nice and upbeat except for Kelly.

Waste of $5.00. I asked for a Dragon drink and this is what they gave me. Never have I had this problem before and they did not even refund my money.

They didn't even bother to stir the sugar in my latte. I ordered an iced coffee, which comes with classic syrup, and it was missing in the drink. Horrible. In response to your comment, if the baristas didn't even bother to do the basic thing such as adding the correct ingredients or to stir the sugar, what makes you think if I ask them to remake them that they will not do it again? The lady who took our payment was super friendly with the people in front of us. When it was our turn, she was dry. Train your employees better, teach them to treat everyone equally, like that they will actually do the drinks right.

First a guy that served my drinks had a little bit of an attitude. Second, the drinks, I got Matcha wasn’t even mixed right and third couldn’t even take a little bit of time out of his day to throw away just one can, ONE CAN! of empty Red Bull.

We recently moved to the area, placed a online mobile order and didn't know we had to let them know on the microphone before getting to the window we we're there for a pickup. A short, brunette, short hair with glasses girl was rude about it, I understand we "Messed up their system thing" but she neved was polite and gave us the drink and turned her face on us, won't be coming back here. Starbucks people are usually friendly, she shouldn't be working there.

First time going to Starbucks in years because I got a gift card and I heard they have protein drinks. The Matcha drink was not that good... That’s not the fault of the store. But what annoyed me is the fact that I asked for light ice. Please tell me if this looks like like ice to you.

Everything marked 50 percent off is not actually 50 percent off. And when you ask about it, the employees act like you ruined their night. Like sorry for existing I guess. The septum piercing employee was not friendly.

Most of the time I’m ordering coffee, I have the app and it’s quick and convenient. This time I decide to kindly ask for a cup of water, and the staff (Jenna) says in a bit of a condescending way that I have to order something, and while they insist it’s new policy now, I’ve seen them give other customers this item without calling this policy out, but for some reason I was called out… they weren’t even that busy, Starbucks has really lost its way. As a regular customer, I hate that the customer treatment is inconsistent and have to say I’m pretty disappointed.

This location use to be great now they treat you like an inconvenience, they are the necessity just shut up and get back in line tomorrow. Not for me not anymore they need to change!

So this location kinda sucks, especially in the morning. I came in 5/17/25 for a coffee and two sandwhiches while I look for music. The staff, all women, were largely dismissive, passive aggressive and standoffish and gave me a coffee that was 3/4 the way full and called my name for my food while I was in the bathroom. They did exactly the wrong things for every step of my interaction with a low key attitude which is wild cause I even tipped. Not sure what the attitude is about.

To order here is a privilege and expensive. I expect some effort since I'm spending the money. I was excited to have the pumpkin muffin and it was overheated thrown in the bag and fell apart when I opened. My coffee didn't have the protector from the heat. Extremely annoyed! I will do the drive the the Mcdermott location never again

So I don't know what the deal is with a specific male barista here. Second time it happened. I asked for light ice I get a cup full of ice (cup was half ice see pic) and it's not even full to the fill line. It was not as busy and so I paid for a $6 dollar drink and I get half of what it's worth. However, the ladies here are great because no matter how busy it gets they always get it right!
