Best one so far in Texas. Well, until today, 6/17/24, half the food came out part of the order mistake, and the youngest one didn't get his food until everyone else had almost finished their food. I asked to speak to the manager, and no one came out to talk to us
Atmosphere and customer service was SUPER. Our server was friendly, patient and handled our multiple orders accurately. Again my FAVORITE DISH...Fajita Chicken Flameado (I think that's the correct spelling) was AWESOME as always. My family and I were very pleased.
I went into Casa Ole Christmas Eve, not knowing that they closed in ten minutes. Even still, we were offered extremely good service, and the food was amazing. The employees could have told us they were about to close but were eager to feed us even still props to yall guys.
Every time my daughter and I go to casa Ole for our daughter and mother outing, the service is excellent, the food is always delicious, the atmosphere is wonderful and pleasant. Thank you so much for being a great place to go out and enjoy ourselves exclamation point
Even though this is total Tex-Mex we really like this restaurant. The service is always great, the green sauce is my favorite with the fresh chips. The food is always the right temperature and most every time it’s fast.
New Visit: (8/19/2022) Absolutely love my Casa Ole! Thank you for bringing back your original flavor. The yummy chips and salsa is my absolute favorite. Disappointed in my Casa Ole, the tortilla chips are horrible. No taste and bad texture so many broken pieces when brought to the table. Hopefully this change is temporary, will visit again soon
Great food, great service. Our server was friendly and attentive. The food was very good and portions were huge! We really liked the green salsa. This was a great choice for dinner while passing through town!
Casa Olè has been established in the Lufkin for over 30 years, that I know of, and I've never had a bad experience. They have a bar area to sit at as well as tables and booths. The staff has always been friendly, fast and attentive. We've also ordered to go during the COVID period and everything was just great. My favorite has always been the green sauce when they bring the chips. They bring both red and green sauces and refill your chips reguarly without asking. They also offer a great lunch menu.
And again..... my favorite waitress never fails me. The only reason I love it here is my sweet girl Cookie! She always makes sure we have all we need and then some, drinks stay full, love her.
I hadn’t been to a Casa Ole in 15 years just due to the lack of locations after we moved away but I remembered the food being great when I was young so we decided to give the Lufkin location a try after some Christmas shopping while visiting family. The sauce was just as good as I remember, if not better. Also the shredded chicken in the taco salad is still great as well! I’m glad they haven’t change and I plan to go back!
Our waitress was friendly and very caring. She checked in on us frequently and also made sure we never were without anything. She will be the reason I’ll want to come back. I works like the atmosphere to be a littler brighter though.
Stuffed Avocados are pretty good. The waiter was awesome. I paid for my table without them knowing, when they asked for the bill he covered for me and said it was a "Ghost Angel." Much love! Give them a try!
I'm reviewing again! This is hands down the best place in town. The food comes out faster than drive-thru even when packed. They must have a small army in that kitchen. I don't even need to say anything about the green sauce it speaks for itself. I'd order it as a drink if they'd let me. The servers are excellent on every level. I've been going here for 4 years since I moved here and not once been disappointed. But recently, I discovered they've been hiding something. The best dessert I've had in soo long! Their Sopapillas! They are simple but amazing. I've been missing out for so long. There were so many wasted trips without getting them. I got a little extra honey. You can get them with a bourbon 6. You have to try them! Heck, go there just to get them and only them. You won't want to share. And to top it , it was ridiculously cheap for a wonderful, fresh dessert. Do it! Do it now! Huge queso! All the green sauce you can stand. Two huge combo plates that have cheese enchiladas beans and rice with cold plates included, two different tostadas. Four HUGE sopapillas. 43$! Such a deal for 4 courses nowadays.
I go into Casa Ole a lot & I’m greeted by the nicest manager & I have a favorite waiter! He knows me& my family well! He knows exactly what I want & he’s accommodates to my needs due to stomach issues! He makes sure I’m able to enjoy my meal & he gets my cold glass of sweet tea to go! Allen deserves a special gift or acknowledgment for his work! I also sit back and watch him with his other tables & he’s so good to them! To me Restraunts need more Allen’s! I appreciate him!
Not my personal favorite but a very close second! We had a big group. Birthday celebration. I wish I would have gotten the night managers name (she gave it to me and forgot it. So sorry.) waiters name and the bartender. We called a few days un advanced for reservations, she (the night manager) told us she would be ready for us. She was! She had tables prepared for 25+ guests when we arrived. They were understaffed but they took GREAT care of us. Food was very good, as usual! Give them a shot. Good people and good food. Enchiladas, burritos, that’s what I get. They are really good.
The food and service are always great. They have the best green sauce in town
The gentleman who served me Alan was very polite and professional in addition to being an excellent server and all in all made my experience that much more enjoyable. The food was amazing I would 100/10 recommend the CBR and definitely recommend asking for Alan as a server
Went to eat at casa ole last night. I didn't catch our server's name. She greeted us in a timely fashion, got on top of our drinks, and gave us time to look. The food was delicious and she didn't annoy us while we ate. She offered dessert, we declined. Very good service, good food. I will be back.
We had to reschedule our gathering multiple times. We are so happy that Casa Ole was understanding and had no problem with that. After two months, when we finally got together, there was room for us to set out our Christmas, birthday, and valentine's day presents and decor. The food was nice and the servings were large. We will definitely come back for our next gathering.
This restaurant feels like a part of our family. We love the food, people, and service we get each time we go.
Best way to get job experience fresh ingredients and great value of service...
Food was good and the service was excellent. Our waiter Shawn was the best server I've had in a very long time. He was on the ball and gave us that "we're old friends" kinda vibe. Will be asking for his section from now on.
Love going here on the 5th 15th and 25th of every month for $1.99 margaritas.
It tasted good went during lunch older style mexican restaurant
This restaurant is incredible! The waiters are awesome and friendly. The exterior looks great. The interior was quiet and nice. And the food was amazing! I got the beef chimichanga. It was super super delicious. The perfect amount of beef, tortilla, and then sauce poured over it on the outside 💯
Omg. I got the fried stuffed avocado , absolutely the best thing ever. And think about it every day since and can't wait to go back again. Absolutely delicious.
We love eating here...great food every time! And you can't beat the happy hour prices!
Had a great experience tonight. The place was very busy but our service was still very quick, the server was friendly and the food was delicious! Highly recommend the corn ribs!
The character, consistency, and energy here has changed from enjoyable and reliable- to blah. And, be aware that if you order only drinks at the bar, and accept the chips & salsa offered to you, you will be charged $4.99
I love their queso! We tried the stuffed chicken breast. It was wonderful. I found it odd that tortillas were not included. Service was a bit slow... it was great then our server disappeared and a manager took over for a bit. Something must Jane happened.
Everything was great except 3 main things. 1) The smell of sewage on the complete side of the restaurant by the bathrooms and Acapulco room. 2) The bathrooms had such a strong chemical smell (lavender Fabulouso is what it smelled like), that it took my breath away. 3) Your hostesses and people at the checkout need to work on their friendliness. They didnt smile and was very short and abrupt when seating us and paying out. However, the food and service from our waiter, was amazing!!!
The food has improved. We are back to going here again!! Tried 3 times before I said anything, but it is back to the old casa ole
Old Faithful never fails to please! The chips and salsa are a good enough reason alone to come here. :-) the food is priced well and the servings are large. My wife and I will come here regularly. We came on Sunday night around 7:30 and the restaurant was not very crowded so that will likely be the time we will visit. I had the Tampico dinner and my wife ordered the flautas and we both loved what we ordered.
As always it was good. The only thing I would say is that the young people that they have working the door have poor attitudes. really need to do some work instead of standing around and talking to one another.
Delicious as always! We went to another popular Mexican food restaurant to find a one hour wait time. We decided to go to Casa and were seated immediately. The order was taken within minutes and we had food within 10 minutes. We were in and out within an hour. I have zero complaints!
Ice tea was like drinking water. Red and green dipping sauces were too watered down. Our waiter was more interested in another female employee then he was in doing his job. High praise to the cook staff. Cooked food was hot and delicious. Over priced I feel but that's Corporate greed.
Food was good for a different owned Casa Ole franchise. The Liquid Gold was spot on as usual. They were not busy but our waiter was hardly there Abe had to flag him down all the time for service.. was a little slow getting our food. Otherwise.. this is our stop on way back from galveston cruise time on way home.
Food is pretty good, and I like the colorful decor. We had to wait longer than is comfortable (and I'm pretty patient with waitstaff), and they got our order wrong, but of course that happens sometimes. Will go here again - the tilapia was really nicely presented and tasty!
This place has a definite identity problem. It looks like a steakhouse but it’s actually a Texmex place. Green sauce awesome. Queso awesome. Our server Susan C was awesome!! Need to update the decor. I don’t want to smell leather when chowing down. But ask for Susan. She’ll take real good care of you.
This was my 1st time dining at this place, and overall, we had a good experience. Our waitress was very attentive and the food was Piping Hot! My wife recommends the Fajitas Flameado, and I had the fajitas Ole for one, which was delicious. There is plenty of food to bring home a good size to go box. Lastly, I am usually NOT a fan of green sauce because I do not like avocados, but this green was amazing. We even brought some home with a side of chips!
Good service, food was good, the restaurant needs a remodel..
Use to love it, but all the old servers left. Anna been managing this place for years left. Alan gone. Just strange. I'll give a update review next time
Nice clean tables excellent service. Food was good although I only had a tamale dinner I did take notice the bus cart going by didn’t have much food on the plates. They did give good portions also.
Food is normally amazing… I ordered the spinach stuffed chicken, not up to their normal standards, canned spinach no seasoned and way too much. Waitresses were great
Excellent service and it is very nice and quiet. Decor is not Mexican themed which is a shame. Green sauce is amazing however stay away from the spinach enchiladas.... The spinach is from a can and it's nasty. I have had ones made with fresh spinach and they are amazing. It is too bad they are lazy and use canned. Smh stay far far away.
We appreciated the waitress honoring our request for seating in a quiet area of the restaurant. My husband and I quickly chose the food we wanted, but the waiter said I had to order the larger portion since it was Sunday. I told him that I don't care for large portions - so he recommended another choice, which I trusted him to understand my preferences (salads containing chicken) . True, it was a smaller serving, but the taco had only a tiny bit of hamburger. The tortilla with refried beans & lettuce was OK, but I couldn't eat the melted cheese tortilla because my body can't handle cheese. Next time I will try to do better describing what I can eat. I'm reporting this experience because I'm disappointed I could not order what I prefer to eat.
We came in for lunch. I got the fajita nacho’s and the meat was seasoned and cooked great! The chips and salsa was not that good, but there were ok I guess. The service was excellent though! The 3 stars was for the chips and salsa..
The lighting at the store could be very much improved. Couldn't tell if they were opened or closed, and they had no lights to let you know. Unfortunately didn't get to eat there, because all of their computers were down, so it was cash only for today (March 20-2023)
Food was great as usual but the service sucked! Asked for extra red sauce, didn't get it. Asked 4 more chips, didn't get. Asked for silverware & waiter got it but stood talking behind register, so had to go get it. And also waited for ticket to pay, never got it so we went to register & that took awhile! It would b different if they were busy, but they weren't!! Ugh!!
We went last night. There was nothing to complain about. The kids really liked it. It was a nice atmosphere. They had a lot of kids options, not just mexican. My autistic son loved it and ate all his food so that is always a win. It wasn't great Mexican food and it came out a tap cool but all in all I really can't complain. It won't be my favorite place but I would go back if others wanted to.
The taste and quality of the food is fairly consistent, and it's a decent price for stick-to-your-ribs Tex Mex. I typically get the cheese enchilada dinner with beans and rice, and I always thoroughly enjoy it. I don't think I've ever had a bad meal here; however, the service is pretty neutral, neither good nor bad. The cleanliness of the restaurant isn't good at all. The menus are always sticky, the bathrooms are pretty awful, and the amount of chipped plates they use make me wonder when the last time they updated their silverware or dishes was. I'll still continue to patronize this location, but I do hope they try to be a little more clean in the future.
I could smell the restroom was backed up not pleasant 😒
Ain't like it used to be. Food was just OK and overpriced. $47 for a husband and wife to eat Mexican food when the food was just okay, they serve cold Salsa when other restaurants have better food, serve your salsa warm and the service ticket is much cheaper.
Low carb choices were very limited. I had the shrimp brochette. It was a little overcooked and shrimp were farm raised.
Food & Service is amazing as always! Do NOT go on a Saturday night…they have mediocre live entertainment that is BLARING so loud you cant even think…hitting notes she cant hit every time. We definitely would have went somewhere else had we know this.
Not all Casa Ole locations are equal, so my review is solely for the Lufkin location. The server was friendly and prompt, and everyone working was very nice, so that wasn't a problem. However, the quality of the food at this location is worse than many of their other southeast Texas locations. The chips are paper thin, and you only get one salsa (and a green sauce) for a table of four. The salsa itself wasn't bad, but the green sauce just tastes like avocado water; not much substance at all. Chile con queso was decent. The kicker was the fajita flameado, which was served in a pool of unappetizing grease. There was way too much cheese and barely any queso in the dish, and I ended up just digging out the beef and chicken. The tortillas were warm but obviously store-bought. Overall, A+ for the service, but D for the food.
Came in at 4pm on a sat. Was promptly seated. 15 min later I still have not had anyone come take my drink order. I moved to the bar top and had great service from James there and the food was excellent! The place was not busy there was at least one waiter for every table. I was the only one at the bar top. The lunch menu says "add $3.99 for after 3pm and weekends" 1: they told me I could only get 1 meat in my meal even though there is a menu option for "mixed" 2: they told me they don't serve off the lunch menu on the weekends, per the manager. It was about 80° and 90% humidity inside. Quite uncomfortable.
If you would like some great Mexican food...go somewhere else! You're not getting it here. The food was bad, waiter kept disappearing. Decor makes no sense, looks like it should be a steak house... I won't be back unless I have to.
As others have said, not very good. Fajita crisp was bad. Nachos Grande was barely okay and the burrito con queso was bad. Rice and beans were below average as well. Chips and salsa were alright. I hate to leave bad reviews for restaurants because I like to see them succeed but it needs to be known that this wasn’t a good experience. Good luck in the future.
Food was bland, water tasted like chemicals, they got my order wrong at first but the manager came and fixed it, the service was bad but then again our waitress was a new gurl so I get it. She accidentally dropped our plates while trying to clean up our table and I watched 2 of her coworkers laughing at her disgusting behavior. I told her about it and she says "it's okay they're always like this i dont care" The manager was very nice and helpful as well. Also the place smelled like trash
Honestly this restaurant was a let down. The salsa was watery and the food wasn't great. If your expecting the familiar "casa ole" meals here, you will be disappointed. The staff was great and the restrooms were clean though.
Got the chimichanga w/shredded chicken would have taken a pic but im sure we all know what an Elmonterey frozen chimi looks like could have upgraded to the Fajita meat probably should have chicken was so dry when i cut into the chimi it split open like Grizwalds christmas vacation turkey i have no idea how this place has 4.1 Stars ? Maybe the Bar is fantastic 😂😂👀👀👀 really nice atmosphere though I gotta say i appreciate the response however you should read the review i said it looked like an el monterey chimichanga however if that was home made / hand made id get a new home to make em in
The evening manager is Extremely rude. A guest in our party found toothpicks rolled up INSIDE her flautas! Not just stuck through them, as to hold them together, but INSIDE them. We brought it to the managers attention, as it was a MAJOR safety concern, and just wanted him to be aware of the situation. Before I could even finish my sentence, he was quick to say "I'll just take it off the ticket!" I tried to explain to him that we weren't asking for that, but we were generally concerned about the safety and well being of other guests. As we were nearing the end of our visit, rather close to closing time, he came back to the table and started clearing our plates, and even tried to take a plate that my friend was still eating off of. I tried to bring up the flautas again, and he said "Dont worry about it, we need to wrap this up and get the checks out so we can get out of here!"... excuse me?!? As a former food service worker, for almost 20 years, I realize that at the end of the day, you're ready to get out of there. It's frustrating when customers are there that close to closing time. But its not like we came in, sat down and ordered at closing time. We got there at 9:45, Over an Hour before closing time! The food has been "decent" the last few times I've been, and our server wasn't Terrible, but the manager definitely wasn't friendly, and there were toothpicks inside the flautas! 😐
Cheese enchiladas were rubbery cheese with a watery, washed out enchilada sauce. My friend and I both got sick over the food. Waiter was not great. He tossed an empty to go cup that was the size for a toddler instead of the regular size cup usually given. I told him the food was horrible and he agreed he didn't eat there. I will not be going back
This is usually my favorite place to eat and unwind on Friday evenings. However, the last several weeks the supposedly frozen Margaritas have been less than satisfactory. When we spoke to the bartender he said he really wasn't going to argue with us and he could care less. We then spoke to the manager and got about the same response. They are not nearly as busy as they used to be.. Wonder why?
Our waiter acted stoned , we had my daughter birthday party there. We will never go back period. Couldn't get drinks , chips or salsa oh and forget about the green salsa or napkins. Everyone's meal came out wrong oh and the charges on the tickets were all jacked up. I wouldn't waste your time or money at this place.
Bar help is beyond rude. I almost felt her to be aggressive. I waited 10 minutes in an empty restaurant for a drink and was basically read the right act because I didn't want to order food. It was obvious that it was an inconvenience that this person had to even speak to me. I have done business with Casa ole's for years. No more !! She made sure to rudely inform me that chips would be charged and the limit was 3 drinks without food. I wanted one margarita and some chips. Dear lord .... never go here. I had some time to kill and it was nearby. I walked out. The food at the Jasper store is gross anyway .......I am sure Lufkin cant be any better. On my last visit to the Jasper store the enchilada's were frozen and microwaved like a TV dinner. Go somewhere authentic if you want good food and good service.
it was a horrible experience the waiter was rude and was very shitty i don’t recommend and they tried to over charge us
Service was HORRIBLE!! My whole family had to wait 45mins before anyone got their food. My sizzling plate was COLD! Refills were nonexistent almost. Our waitress would disappear. When it came time to check out, she went to help a different table instead! A nice family dinner that should have taken an Hour or hour n half, took two n half hours!!
While the waiter was great it got so hot in there. We asked if the air conditioner could be adjusted and was told the air was out “again”. (Apparently this has been an ongoing issue this summer) The thermostat showed 85. I would hate to see how the kitchen staff was handling the heat. We left more than half our food. (Nobody likes soggy chips to eat at home.)
Out of 10 years of coming, this time was the worst and the final straw. I used to love their margaritas and spinach enchiladas. Now we get here on the 5th which is supposed to be Cinco De Specialty’s Day. They have changed the policy on this so many times. They had a new waiter come out and give us all the wrong information and they still wouldn’t honor the deal. Their chip machine was broken and chips was cold, stale, and nasty. We ended up paying 20 dollars for two 4oz glasses of margaritas. My Bestest had visited this place with me this night and she was here from out of town, and this was the outcome. Never again will we even look in their direction. They also raised prices of the food items and the quality of the food has truly gone left.
The management staff was unprofessional. They tried to add charges to our ticket of items we never ordered then got upset when asked to remove them. It almost felt like they stereotyped us the moment we walked in but, when they tried to deceive us since we had a few margaritas, I knew then that Casa Ole’ Mexican was not a place I’d revisit.
Horrible atmosphere all the windows were closed in the middle of the day made the rooms dark and depressing (don’t think that was part of the decor). The waitress attitude wasn’t pleasant at all either. My husband ordered combo fajitas, (the beef was hard and no taste, same with the chicken). The nachos I ordered had so much cheese and grease that all the nachos were soft plus no taste either. This is the first time we went to this restaurant and also the last time!
If I could give zero starts I would. We came with a party of 7 and we had the worst experience with Cara as our waitress. We walked in and asked for a table of 7 and the host went to set up our table and just pointed and said your table is ready go find it. We found out table with only 1 basket of chips and 1 red and green salsa. When asked the waitress for additional chips and salsa our waitress Cara rolled out eyes and came back and threw them on the table. We asked if we could order drinks gave us attitude and walked off before we were done speaking. And that was the last we saw of her until we finally hunted her down so we could order food. Proceeded to roll her eyes and cut off each person that was speaking. Never came back to ask if we needed refills, if our cold good was ok. The guacamole was brown and looked like it had been sitting out. She stayed hidden in the office with the manager, and never came back to our table. We waited over 30 minutes to get our checks to be able to leave, and had to go to the bar area to get our own to go boxes. We finally got our checks and there was gratuity already included on our checks, which explains why she was extremely rude and not attentive. We asked to speak to the manager(the one who she was hidden in the office with) and he laughed at us and said she is the best waitress they have... If rolling eyes and cutting off customers as they are talking is the best waitress then casa ole really has gone down hill! If you want bad service with cold food and no refills then casa ole is the place to go they are serving it on a silver platter, and the manager apparently praises that behavior!!
What Mexican Restaurant doesn't have white queso. And who uses cheddar cheese on quesadilla. Worse Mexican food I've ever had. Waitress was ok Atmosphere was ok but nothing could make up for the food. I did like the green sauce, the only good thing I can say. I WILL NEVER EAT CASA OLE AGAIN
I hope the owners see this and are as appalled as I am. These are the "fish" tacos... what even is this? This looks like something your kids make you their first time cooking. It was so over cooked it was inedible and it was half of a tilapia filet the meal is 10$ for two of these haha 0 star if it was available
We never got to eat our meal due to the flies all over it. When we said something to both waiters they both ignored it and asked if we needed anything else. The meat on the nachos tasted tainted so we didn't eat those for fear of being sick then I literally caught a fly on the sour cream. They literally just asked us if they could get us anything else when we complained about the flies! That is bad business but yet if we don't pay the $38.01 bill I am sure the police would be called! Worst meal ever! We have went here for many years and will now not return. We couldn't even take our food home for fly crap on it!
I honestly was hoping that I could leave a pleasant review but I can't. I was seated in the section that I was across from the kitchen area. I am going to start with the hospitality and well it was horrible. The server that I had was rude. He literally looked at my family while my husband and son were still eating and said are y'all ready to leave. We were in shock. I ordered chicken tenders, they came out slimy when tearing the tenders apart. I ordered honey mustard dipping sauce, the waiter had poured the honey mustard sauce on my fries. The only friendly server was a female with tattoos all on her arms. She helped me send the food back. My waiter was rude to her about approaching his table and I am glad that she did. First kind face I saw in the entire wait staff. The server tries to charge me for a dish that was uneatable. While sitting there I observed staff dropping take out cups on the floor and still using them to put queso on for a to go order. One was taking food off the plate while the food was waiting for the server to get the food. None of the staff had on hair nets or gloves. Very unsanitary and goes against dhec regulations. So eat there at your own discretion!!!
I’ve loved Casa Olé since I was a teenager growing up in Pasadena, TX, and I always try to stop in for a meal whenever I’m visiting the area. On my last trip, I wasn’t able to visit a Houston location, so I stopped in Lufkin to get my Casa Olé fix and was looking forward to sharing the meal with my mother. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The meal was surprisingly bland, and even the green dip tasted watered down. I ordered the chicken fajita enchiladas, but what I received wasn’t chicken fajita meat—it was cubed chicken breast with a few grill marks. The meat was dry and lacked flavor, which isn’t what I’ve come to expect from Casa Olé. I hope the restaurant can get the food quality back to the Casa Olé standards I’ve always enjoyed. I do want to add that the restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. No complaints at all about the service—just the food itself.
Dirty! Waited 10 minutes to be seated and the place was NOT crowded or busy at all. The wait staff are young and inexperienced which is fine but one of them used profanity because he accidentally wore the wrong shoes to work. Asked that the one of many empty tables be cleaned after I was seated there. The food from prior diners was just smeared and spread on the table. Gross experience. Food was below average and eating it off a dirty table didn't help. Will Definitely not be back.
Had the beef fajitas stuffed avocados. I have had stuffed avocados at other Mexican restaurants and they were a 1000 times better than Casa Ole. The bottoms were drenched in thick glumpy cheese, beef fajitas were then put on top with 3 slices on each side with more cheese on top. The only thing good was the beef. The waitress only came by 2 times then when we checked out the cashier never asked us if we had a nice meal just said thank you have a great night.
We usually end up going to this restaurant three or four times a year when we go through Lufkin to Houston. Each time we go, it is worse. This time was definitely the last time we will ever eat there. We were greeted by a girl who didn't even smile or speak with us except to ask how many. We were brought a basket of chips and only one bowl of green sauce and one bowl of salsa for two of us, and the bowls weren't even full. Our waitress was okay, but didn't really go to much trouble. It was lunch time on a Sunday, and I ordered the lunch enchiladas. She asked if I was okay with the $5.00 "upcharge", and I asked what that was for. She said it was because it wasn't a weekday (?). My cheese enchiladas were horrible, and that Velveeta queso they have is disgusting. The food was the worst I've ever had there, and this time I got sick afterward. When we got ready to leave I asked for a to-go cup to pour my tea into, and she brought me a toddler sized cup - photo attached. It took forever to check out, as the girl at the register was completely inept. For two people to have lunch, it was almost $40 and it wasn't even good food. As I said, this is our last visit. EDIT: Your apology means nothing as I have read through all the reviews and seen almost the same apology on every bad review. Obviously nothing ever changes or I wouldn't find reviews complaining of the same things I had happen to me.
