Personally not a fan of fast foods, but it is THE booming industry and the g'children love it. Therefore the g'children are pleased. Clean building and parking lot, ease of movement throughout, service was prompt and we love the self ordering. Overall experience was good.

Clean, quick service. My only complaint is the small parking lot and having to walk through the drive-thru line to get into the building, but otherwise, it was all good.

I love using the Mc Donald's app now to get our food whenever we go to McD's. Once you place your order you can pay through the app and just give them the code your given and it makes ordering so much faster. And not only that but you collect point for making purchases which gives you discounted or free item! It's a win win!! It also makes the line go much faster! You can order through the app and get your purchase drive thru, curbside or go inside. However you do it your collecting those points :) This is great for any of the Mc Donald's locations just verify that you are at the location your purchasing/or plan on picking up at and you're go to go.

This place has stepped up the service they have a new guy working all shifts that gives you a five star treatment. I seen him picking up trash in the parking lot the other day on his way into work. Also the other staff member are awesome.

I always have a great experience at the McDonald’s on Timberland Drive! The food is hot, fresh, and exactly what I expect every time. The staff is friendly and works fast, even when it’s busy. My favorites are the spicy McChicken and double cheeseburger, they always hit the spot. Definitely one of the better McDonald’s locations around!

Great location. Inexpensive, delicious food. I particularly enjoy the Classic Chicken Sandwich(it tastes almost identical to another famous chicken sandwich, but cheaper, and available 24/7). My kids really enjoy the new and improved play area.

Five dollar meal deal finally got us back to Mickey D. McDonald's shouldn't be $15 each! The meal is an excellent balance of cost and quantity.

Arrived at 10:31 and was told that it was too late to get breakfast. Cashier said that receipt promotion for free sandwich after survey was invalid because it was in Louisiana. Showed him validation code on phone and he allowed it. Kiosk does not have dine-in option. Paper towel dispenser ran out of paper.

They have no respect for the customer and continue to screw up orders and then act like it's you not them. If the owner truly cared, he wouldn't allow this place to be run this way.

This location stays pretty busy but the food is really good here. May not be the best nutrition wise but you just can't beat that taste. Sometimes I crave the Big Mac I call it a Mac attack. But because of my diabetes a few hours later I have what's called the Big Mac blues. Must be all the carbs from the buns. The food is always fresh and delicious the staff is friendly and the place looks clean. The Price is Right. This franchise is doing a great job. We will continue to keep coming back as a family I highly recommend this location.

This McDonald's is a clean, well-run establishment that does a good job of serving food correctly and quickly. The restaraunt is generally kept quite clean and I'm always happy to visit it. My only word of advice is that, should you visit between 2:30 and 4:30, have cash on hand, as their credit card machines go down every night around those times.

I went through the drive thru. The lines were fairly long and yes, there were two lines. The parking lot was full as well. I ordered the fillet of fish, a small fry and a small chocolate shake. The lines moved quickly and I received my order right away. One thing that irritates me is when McDonald's makes my sandwich crooked and the cheese melts on the bun so you can't correct it because it rips the whole sandwich apart. Whatever! Anyway, it did taste good as I expected it would. The fries were a bit old and the shake had a bit too much chocolate in it. I rarely go to McDonald's and I guess this is why. I should have ordered the quarter pounder with cheese. I'm not sure if I can honestly recommend this McDonald's to anyone.

Out of the 3 Mcdonalds we have here in town, I would say this is tied for first with the one on the loop, depending on what time of day you arrive. The last 3 times I dined here, the food was FRESH. The time before that was kinda meh.. but not to the point that I was dissatisfied. Its Mcdonalds, quick and cheap food that I didn't have to make myself! What more could you ask for? Well, maybe a more sensible parking lot.. but that's beside the point.

McDonald's is a good place or a second-degree burn cup of coffee and a quick snack. They need to stop making their fries in such large batches so that I have a chance to get a fresh order. And it really wouldn't kill them to keep a fresh pot of coffee on all the time instead of making me wait in the evenings.

Sat in the drive thru at the secondary menu forever because no one answered and they didn't have a sign up saying that it was out, so had to drive to the primary where I was promptly answered. Food that I asked to be made a particular way (McChicken, no lettuce, or a McDouble no onions) was hot & fresh, whereas the standard issue food (a large fries) was like warm and taste was off. Not good service, but not necessarily bad either... Typical.

Food was not good at this McDonald's. Fries were cold, the Big Mac was dry,the bread was hard and the tea was very week. The burgers continue to get smaller while the prices rise. The lone bright spot would be the service which was excellent here. They apparently can't cook but they get it out really quickly!

Noisy atmosphere for so early. Guy with his phone turned way up and then 5 elderly men pretty much yelling. Tried going to the play area to get some quiet but it smelled so bad we couldn't stay back there. Ordered at the kiosk and was surprised to find that you still have to wait in line to turn in your ticket. What's the point? Food was a little overpriced for the quality and taste. I frequent this location quite a bit. The service is fast and friendly, but I find myself disappointed in the consistency of the food. Sometimes I feel like I have gotten stale french fries, or a chicken patty that has been sitting under a warmer. I can definitely tell the difference between when I receive freshly made food or not, the difference is night and day. I'm also frustrated by the fact that this location seems to stop serving any ice cream product in the evening, considering they are open 24 hours. They don't have a sign. I have tried to order a McFlurry on several different occasions between the hours of 6pm and 11pm and have been told very politely by the employees they aren't serving ice cream at that time. Perhaps the managers should put a sign up or reevaluate when they clean the ice cream machines. Overall, I will continue coming back as this is in a convenient location for me and the service is very friendly, but the food consistency is definitely an issue for me.

They do often get my orders wrong from the beginning but make it right after I double check everything (which I shouldn’t have to do, management needs to check orders before going out).

I ordered through the app at this location. The app said they had frames available so i ordered 1 and then when they brought me my food they said the machine wasn't working today. When asked about a refund they weren't willing to give one till I asked to speak to a manager. Why do we have to argue about getting a refund for food they won't provide but was paid for?

This once was my favorite McDonald's when I was younger. Now not so much. The fries tasted like old recooked fries. Then when we asked for some honey for our nuggets, the girl kept giving me everything but honey. We eventually got it. She didn't seem like she understood English very well. I usually love their fries but they was nasty this time.

A group of us came for lunch. One staff member was very friendly and helpful. The staff member that took our order wasn't friendly at all and treated us like we were stupid when we asked a question about our order. The building was clean and the food was good. Our main complaint is that my sister needed to change her daughter's diaper and there was no changing table at all. She had to take my niece to the car in the rain to change her diaper. We spoke to the manager just to encourage him to getting a changing table for the restaurant but he did not seem to care and acted like he wanted us to leave.

Staff are friendly for the most part but are not the most organized, detail oriented, and knowledgeable of the restaurant's substitution policies (salads instead of fries on value meals). Every time I go to this establishment, I have to go speak with the cashier to correct an error in my order - generally missing food or drinks. This has happened to me at the drive thru and as a dine-in customer.

Took forever in drive thru, which is not the norm...computer went down, no one seemed to know what to do...then, my order of one drink, was wrong. I ordered a Large Hot Mocha with an extra shot of espresso and no chocolate drizzle...they tried to give me an Iced Mocha Frappuccino, so then I had to wait even longer 😡. Never once was I asked if they could make things right, for me having to wait so long...I proceeded to tell the girl that this was ridiculous and her co-worker just laughed...

Lately they've been turning their curbside pickup off, with no warning in the app, so if you order online at night time, you are stuck sitting in the drive-thru for twenty minutes because it's a 2-lane and always backed up to the road on both sides. I understand turning curbside off if they are short-staffed, but there needs to be some sort of notification through the app before you order that tells you the drive-thru is the only pickup option available.

I ordered a big Mac since quarter pounder wasn't available. It was the smallest big "little" Mac I've ever ordered. Usually the big mac is taking up the whole box. This one didn't even fill half of the box. These people think to keep the price down they will make it a little smaller. Nobody will notice. Almost every food chain is doing this. The lobby was quiet dirty and humid. The TV was not working and the lobby had trash throughout. After an hour in, the lobby finally got cleaned but the humidity remained. The ambience was stale with no music no TV and humid air.

I usually eat there for breakfast about 3-4 times a week. Breakfast is good. Well I had some points from my app at lunch time so I ordered lunch. I got the deluxe double quarter pounder meal about halfway through I realized that the lettuce smelled funny and had a funny taste. This is the only McDonald's that can never seem to get an order right! I go here all the time on my way to work and if I'm not just getting the simplest thing it's going to be wrong. And I hate how they never want to accept card. I've had one employee tell me their machines go down between 3am and 4am every day and then hear something different depending on which employee happens to be there. I've been dealing with this for years now, and figured it would change after they tore down and remodeled the entire store just to find out it may even be worse than it was before.

The old manager told me to go back threw line with the line already being full once again. Just left McDonald’s and I ordered on the mobile app through curbside. I didn’t get my fries so I went back through the drive through to ask for my fries and Jaime refused to give me them saying they were in the bag. When they weren’t and told us we had to pay if we wanted them. This is very unprofessional of them I even showed them the receipt and gave them the bag to prove they weren’t in there. They could’ve honestly checked my car for fries because I wouldn’t lie for $2 worth fries.

Check your bag before driving off!!! This is the only location I go to that I seem to be missing something every time!!! And calling never helps, because they keep the phone off the hook. I got a large caramel coffee along with my meal. And I even asked the girl if it had caramel because usually you could see it. Whenever I started to drink it it was just a regular iced coffee. And I can't handle regular iced coffee. That's why I specifically asked if it had caramel in it. She lied to me. After I have waited in line a good 20 minutes I wasn't going back.

So went to order the "Buy one get one for $1" promo. Long story short, after telling the guy at the speaker what I wanted for 15 minutes he finally said "Oh we don't have that anymore". My mind is blown and people in the fast food industry want $15 an hour.

Ordered two separate meals of eggs and sausage. When I got my order it was one meal doubled. When I tried to explain that it was suppose to be 2 separate meals the lady at the window argued with me that the order was correct. She continued to insist that the order was correct and made no effort to correct it to my satisfaction. In the take out bag there was only 1 set of silverware. I guess my coworker and I were expected to use the same girl and eat off the same plate. The eggs were under cooked and the sausage was dripping with grease. Needless to say I will not be going back to this restaurant. Extremely poor good quality but even worse poor customer service.

I bought a kids meal last Thursday. We've learned to check our order before we leave and I'm glad we did. They didn't give us the apple juice or apples with our meal. I went on the inside and told the manager and looks at me and says that they're out of apple juice. I asked why didn't someone say something instead of handing us the bag? I then told him that we were missing the apples also. He looks at me and says we're out of apples also.

The staff was rude and barely even spoke to us and cut us off as we was trying to order food.

I politely asked for an extra cup of ice and from the look she gave me she was highly burdened. When I got home with my food I only rec'd the bacon and no sausage although I paid extra to have both. Tried to call the restaurant multiple times with no luck in anyone answering. I'm thinking the communication barrier with the drive thru worker not knowing much English was probably the problem in this particular situation but it is very aggravating when you pay for something that you don't get and receive ugly looks when you try to let them know. McDonald's is such a huge convenience restaurant and so world wide that they don't seem to care about just the one person-- they don't have to since it's so big. What's one customer to them??? lol

At there Sunday. Not busy. 4 people in group. Had small burgers and chicken sandwiches and ff. Fries were old. Chicken sandwich was bad. Why do the staff actually act like they are doing something good by sorry changing you on items. Such as 1 sweet and sour package for 16 nuggets. Or asking for extra hot fudge and paying 60 cents for them to give you barely 1 kettle pump off it.

I was going to ask if she could give me some jelly jam and butter because I did order a biscuit. But I didn’t ask her because I was like nah I’m good her attitude would have been worse. I’m not good at face to face confrontation. But I really think she shouldn’t be in the window with that attitude and not giving Decent service. I hope Next time I go I hope they take my review seriously and move her from the window or from anything that has to do with attending Customers because she is soo unprofessional and rude.

Completely ignored us when we pulled up to place an order. Full lines and people moving up but we were being ignored. We sat there for 5 minutes but drove off when we heard nothing. People visibly working. Maybe just hire more people bro

Went through the drive thru and placed my order. Thought everything was fine until I got home. My child didnt have any fries to eat with his chicken nuggets. I got sauce and didnt ask for it. Tried to call soon as I got home. And no answer. Doesn't surprise me. I will probably stop going to this one and drive 20 mins just to go another mcdonalds. At least I'll get fries with my food.

Absolutely ridiculous shouldn't even have to post a review to get help, refuses to pick up phones, so no way to contact but this is a horrible experience. Raw food shouldn't be served especially if youre raising your prices. Disgusting. Update: I have the store saying to contact customer service and customer service saying to contact the store, so essentially they took the money now noone is to blame for serving the food in the state and no money back, so go to mcdonalds if you want raw food and for no accountability!

Bought a large drink SPECIFICALLY FOR THE MONOPOLY TICKETS that don’t end 11/23 a month away and got an old cup with no ticket. Called to try to get it fixed bc otherwise I would have just got a water and saved my money and the lady that answered the phone said OH well it’s limited time and it’s about to end so we didn’t order any more cups with the tickets. Sorry. Then my boss goes in and gets her food 5 mins later and comes back with a LARGE CUP WITH A TICKET ON IT!!! Called back to see what’s up and she said oh she must had just gotten our last one. How coincidental of her. Trash service every time I go there don’t know why I decided to go this morning won’t make that mistake again thanks no thanks.

I went to McDonald's today and I got my food right? And they told me to wait at the second window for the drinks, there were 5. When I got them instead of handing me the four that go in the cup holder and then the 5th by hand, the worker gave them all at once, with obviously four in the cup holder and the other one in the middle of it and the drinks were tilting because of it. Because I had the courtesy to try to get stop them from dropping when the worker handed them to me, they dropped anyways and one spilled on me and my car and I had to fix the other drinks that were falling. Luckily only that one drink went to waste and I never got a new drink which I find very unfair. They never even told me they'd get me a new drink when they left the second window.

I don’t know what happened, but this McDonald’s really let me down today. I got a Big Mac, and it was cold. Like, really cold. The fries were soggy and barely warm, which is just unacceptable.The staff didn’t seem to care at all. No greeting, no thank you, nothing. It felt like I was annoying them just by ordering food.I’ve had good experiences at McDonald’s before, but this one was a joke. I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Lost my order had to wait 20 minutes just for them to ask me what I ordered after I told them 5 different times and repeated keep asking for a receipt even though the lady at the first window never gave me a receipt she told me to “just go to next window “ how did my code and everything work when I was at the incom ?? Just for them to lose my food ?? 2 minutes later they tell me to pull to the third window just to ask me for the same thing I pulled up the receipt on the Mc Donald’s app and I still had to code on my phone this place sucks definitely will not see me there again.

Placed an order on the mobile app and selected for it to be brought to the table. They never brought our food, discovered it sitting on the counter when I went to check on it. They said they were too busy to bring it to the table. The store was not busy at all. Every single table had trash on it & the drink area was filthy. The play area smelled really bad, too. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in several months & there were animal droppings all over the place. If I had seen it before ordering food I wouldn’t have. 🤮

Grossed out at the food prep hygiene. My coffee had a stringy/gunky chunk in it. When I got to the window to receive my online order it took them time to confirm my order and locate my items. First time I've had a problem with the app ordering. It's usually a seamless experience.
