Don’t miss this hidden gem just minutes from the vibrant pulse of Tulum. Here, the air smells of smoke and spice, and the ribs are absolute perfection—tender, deeply seasoned, and kissed by the grill. This charming little town is a feast for the senses, especially for those who love to explore through food. Take your time and visit a couple of the local stalls. We stopped at María’s for the ribs—spectacular—and another stand for the chicken, which was every bit as unforgettable.

Super delicious food. There were 8 of us who had lunch here and we had nachos, guacamole, costillas asadas and a vegetarian burrito. It was super delicious and good big portions.

Very tasty, reasonable prices, and efficient service. I recommend the Poc Chuc; it's delicious. It comes with rice and beans, plus a choice of sauces. The ribs and the fish fillet noodles are also excellent.
