We ordered burgers with no onion amd tomato even made sure that they knew and it was on the ticket that there should be no tomato and onion but when we got home and opened the food up there was a lot of onion amd tomato on the burgers. They wasn't busy in fact only had me and one other car there and still couldn't get it right.

My friend and I ordered the Rally burger medium meals, it wasn't on the menu board and I think I know why, it was more bread than anything else and it wasn't even a tasty bread, it was firm (not stale). The meat patty was so very thin, I took off the top bun and ate my burger like a pizza. I guess you get what you pay for, a cheap burger that's mainly bread. You would think a burger with the restaurant's name on it will be a little more better than what is given. My friend said she'll not go to Rally's anymore, I still love their seasoned fries so I'll be going if just for that. The service was pretty good, though, I noticed the manager gave us our meal while the worker went to do or get something else and we were left waiting for our drinks until the worker came back. I don't know why the manager didn't get our drinks too. Was she busy too or was getting our drinks not her job? Maybe she felt giving us our food was good enough? I wish managers would be kind and help their workers more. That's for most all restaurants; the sit down type and the fast food types. The atmosphere is, well, what can I say? This restaurant is by the corner of a busy cross roads and is neighbor to a tire shop so it's noisy and not very comfortable. But it's a great location for most businesses so that's good for Rallys, it's just not very inviting to stay and eat on the cute little patio-like place they have set up. Maybe a few more hedges between the road and patio-like place would be nice and more inviting?

30 dollars for 2 people to eat and the food was ok for 30 dollars it should have been delicious

Food taste really good and fresh (a part the fries and mozzarella sticks) plus is not expensive. UPDATE: Ichanged the rate because looks like they hire people that do not even try to serve an order correctly. Every time I go there something is missing or something is wrong, like today i order a 6 monsterella sticky and they serve me 4 but still charge me for 6. To no talk about the Funnel cake fried made with burnt-out funnel fries and even soggy fries....cmon Before used to be way more better...now is a disappointment

Just ordered new chicken tender meal was suppose to come with two sauces just got one box of 5 very dry chicken strips no sauces! No napkins and no straw for my drink! Fries box was half empty. Over all complete disappointment and waste of money!

Please stop selling the fish sandwiches because every time I purchase one I always ask for it not to be overcook and it's always overcooked like I'm eating a fish jerky sandwich🙄

What a disappointment ☹️ The burgers were cool to the taste and my Sprite tasted like something other than Sprite. The fries were oily. Normally the food is pretty good, but today, TOTAL FAILURE 😞 They need to get back to the way it was. What we got today, I wouldn’t recommend ANY of it!!!☹️

Was there today (06/01) about 43 minutes ago. All I order was a Large Vanilla Shake. Very simple order. When I got the shake was very light. More foam and airy. Also looked like a medium. Unless you guys changed your cup size. I feel like I got ripped off for what I got. Don’t be returning for a while or never!!! Whoever made the shake needs to be retrained. I work food service industry. The fact she served that makes me question the standard. I was going to go back but I threw away the receipt!!! Felt robbed. $5.51 for like 4 sips.

Came to this place around 4 pm the customer service was so unprofessional and it was some lady that attended me very rude ..aside from that the food was nasty fries and burger tasted like old oil 🤢 this can make someone really sick smh 🤦‍♀️

I got home after purchasing food from this rally’s and my son opened his chicken sandwich and said there was a bite taken out of it. I was sure he was joking with me and checked the sandwich and sure enough, there was a bite taken out of the burger. My older son said he did not do it either but said that the wrapper was very loose when removed from the bag. Needless to say, I didn’t eat that night because my son needed to eat something that hadn’t been bitten by someone else. I contacted customer service and they sent me a coupon. I figured I would try again, and went in to use my coupon. They would not take the coupon. My guess as to what happened, and this is speculation, they made the sandwich wrong and the person that took a bite of it realized. When they gave it back, instead of throwing it away like they are supposed to, they gave it to the next person that ordered a chicken sandwich aka, me. It is pretty ridiculous that they 1. Will sell food that has been handled by other customers (gross and against health code) 2. Respond with a form letter and a coupon and 3. Not even accept the coupon they issued to make amends. I won’t be going back.

I placed my order just after 1 pm today. My order consisted of the 2 for $8 double rallys with cheeae and 2 all american cheeseburgers. When I got home, I checked the bag and I saw only one double rally wth cheeae and 3 cheeseburgers. Out of the 3 cheeaeburgers, 1 cheeseburger didnt have lettuce and tomato. It contained and excessive anount of pickle. Even after removing all the pickles, the hamburger still tasted like pickles. So my experience was prety bad.
