Came here on a whim since it is a bit of a drive but it was totally worth it. I walked in 30 minutes before they closed and got fresh donuts, made to order, and friendly staff that was super patient since it was my first time here. You pretty much start with a plain donut and coat it with whatever you want! There were other items outside of donuts that I will definitely come back and try. And just in case it's not obvious, the donuts were AMAZING.

Pretty amazing. I have ordered half a dozen three times and still have not duplicated one donut. The options are pretty overwhelming in the best way ever, but they have some fan favorites that make it easy to pick from. I suggest checking their menu online before going to see what you are in for also try a combination your not used to, the Blueberry Pancake is so good.

I recently got married and Duck Donuts supplied the end-of-night gift for my guests. They were a hit! Bonnie worked with my wedding theme (burnt orange and navy blue) to come up with custom donuts and they also provided some of their most popular donuts (everyone was raving about the maple bacon flavor). It was the perfect end to a perfect night, and my guests are still talking about how good the donuts were! Bonnie could not have been easier to work with and she is clearly passionate about what she does. Highly recommend if you're getting married or hosting a large event!

Wow, I will never eat another donut anywhere else. This is a must try experience. Knocked it out of the park and fresh hot delicious donuts with endless combinations made individually right in front of your face. OMG what an experience. You must try this and experience it for yourselves. Amazing melt in your mouth fresh made donut creations individually hand made as the only option for basically the same price of the stale tiny sad excuses for a donut that the major donut chains have been getting rich off of for the past decade or 2. We live in Rockland County, and anytime we cross the bridge we make sure to go to Duck Donuts in Mamaroneck. The donuts are amazing that is a given, but the girls in the store are friendly and so helpful. Bottom line donuts amazing check and customer service double check!!!

They're crazy, how can anyone sell customized donuts made to order with this quality and quantities of topings at this price? They have a large variety of topings and they rotate seasonal specialty donuts, it's always fun to choose. But not as much fun as eating them.

Stopped in randomly when I was on my way to somewhere else. They are absolutely delicious. You don't even need all the frosting. The cake part is yummy in and of itself.

Love the donuts and breakfast sandwich. There aren't as many coffee options, but it's not a place where the coffee takes center stage (or really needs to). The donuts are freshly made and made-to-order, with plenty of options to choose from. Not as small and sweet as a Krispy Creme, and not as cakey and stale as a Dunkin' Donuts could be. Staff are very friendly and warm and the brand has a definite warmth (reflected in some of the topping options with "beach" themes). Don't miss out if you haven't tried it yet. There is a Chipotle next door if you need something more substantial beforehand.

Went to the second day of the opening weekend. The line was insane but it was well worth the wait. Definitely the best donuts I've had. The iced coffee was great as well. The staff and owners were very nice. They came out and gave everyone menus to look at and samples of their donuts. I will definitely be back to take friends and family and also to try their other offerings

I got two donuts off the menu. I believe they were custom made. I shared them 20 minutes later and they were still warm. Like delicious cake. Great toppings and definitely the best donuts I've ever had.

So, I like donuts and wanted to try something I heard was very different from others. Duck Donuts. I don't understand why that name but I am quackers about this place! 😁 Pick from the specialty donuts they make while you wait! Made while you wait? Whaaat!? Yup, the variety is insane and I will have to go back many times to try the different types of topping options to create a personal fave. The donuts are fresh all day!! When the order was ready, a friendly staff member showed me the donuts to be sure my order was correct. Did I mention they are WARM! Nice and fresh and warm. How can one wait to drive home to eat them! The donuts are light and fluffy, not doughy. They are a regular size and worth every penny, which is pretty inexpensive considering they are made while you wait. Check out the menu on their website. Look at the pictures. I consider it time well spent. It was not very crowded the day I went; however, I have heard the line can be long. The staff was friendly and patient (good there wasn't a long line), while I felt like a kid in a candy store, trying to decide the 1/2 dozen order (Cookies& Cream, Lemon glaze, Strawberry confetti, Chocolate explosion, Chocolate with shredded coconut and marshmallow drizzle, and Cinnamon bun). Refrigerated 2. Put them in microwave next morning 12-15 sec. tops. mmm-mmm.🙂

The staff was friendly and the store was clean, although the store was busy there wasn’t a long wait time. I love how the donuts are made fresh to order and you can taste the flavor in the donuts. I’m excited that duck donuts finally made its way to the NYC area.

Went here today. Found it on Instagram as a suggestion to the food accounts I follow. So glad I came. I’ve only seen places like this in NYC or New Jersey. I tried the maple bacon donut and the all chocolate donut with chocolate sprinkles and chocolate syrup. Both was great. I think I’ll make this my permanent weekly habit.

The donuts were so soft and airy on the inside and the process was really speedy too! I got the maple bacon donut and my boyfriend got a peanut butter/chocolate one. It was my first time trying the chain and I was really happy with the whole experience!

Ordered via Uber eats and it was very fresh & delicious! It’s not like other donut shops where it feels like the donut is too doughy or like it will harden after 3 minutes out in the air. I ordered what I wanted and told the cashier to surprise me with a donut. She chose the maple bacon, and it was one of the most delicious treats I've ever had. The coffee was a great touch as well. I cannot recommend Duck Donuts enough, either for a treat, a quick coffee, or a full breakfast. Stop thinking about it - go here.

Got a dozen of Duck Donuts when I visited a friend and WOW, the donuts were so good. The texture was perfect and loved the variety and creative flavors. I liked the size of the donut as well, not too big and not too small. I can’t wait to go back.

I stopped by Duck Donuts in Mamaroneck with a friend and we were blown away! The service was friendly, the shop was spotless, and the creativity behind the donuts really stood out. I ordered the blueberry milkshake, which comes with an actual blueberry donut blended inside and topped with whipped cream. It was one of the most unique milkshakes I’ve ever had. We also got a half dozen assorted donuts, including a Father’s Day special that had peanut butter, chocolate drizzle, and whipped cream, absolutely delicious. My friend had a cold brew coffee and a Cinnamon Toast Crunch donut that hit perfectly. What made the experience even better was the community vibe, we shared one of our donuts with a customer named Jose, and he said it was “delicious.” Whether you’re a local or just passing through Westchester, Duck Donuts is a must try. Everything is made fresh, warm, and customized exactly how you want it. We’ll definitely be back!

I don't remember how I found out about this place, but I was intrigued. Finally several months later, I went there on a Wednesday morning...and OH BOY! I ordered 6 donuts (a variety) from the menu (approximately $15) and they were worth every dollar and every calorie. First of all, they are prepared & topped fresh. No old, dry donuts here. (If you've ever gone to that other place at 10AM, you know what I'm talking about.) I got the donuts to go and the car ride home was driving me NUTS!! The aroma of the donuts made me want to rip the lid off the box and shove them into my mouth. Seriously...they smelled amazing. When I got home, I couldn't wait to see if what my nose smelled would live up to the hype. I ate the Coconut Island Bliss and it did not disappoint. Let's start with, the donut was warm (cake donut). The chocolate was all melt-y and delicious. I wanted to take a bite of each of the flavors right then and there, but I didn't. Later in the evening I did try another donut. Let me say this, they come in a box, but they did not dry out after several hours (unlike those other donuts we all know about). The flavors were really nice. I also really enjoyed Sunrise (lemon icing and raspberry). I AM DEFINITELY GOING BACK THERE.

Duck Donuts is a chain that manages to make you feel like you’re having a mom and pop shop experience. After you order, you get to watch the magic of fresh donuts popping out of the fryer and then dipped and sprinkled with your personal creation. It’s an experience before the party in your mouth! You can literally have anything on any donuts for just 2.75, which is a steal- especially compared to Dunkin Donut’s old and tired donuts that sit on a shelf for hours. The staff at this Ducks has always been really nice and help you think of unique donut combos if you can’t find an idea from the many seasonal boxes and flavor combinations they come up with. Jose is the current soul of this branch, just a cool cat with a good playlist and a love for good customer service. Daily specials, deals and coupons through their app, and all around a good time. You won’t be sorry! Some of my favorites include Maple Bacon, French Toast, and Powdered with Strawberry Jam.

I’ve heard a lot about Duck Donuts but unfortunately there was never one close enough to try. When I saw they were right in my backyard, I had to stop in for the Grand Opening and...wow the wait was totally worth it! These donuts are cake-y bliss and the toppings are outrageous! The way you order is by mixing and matching the donut cake flavor, with an array of toppings and “drizzles” (think chocolate sauce, etc) to make it just the way you want. They also serve coffee (hot or iced), a one stop breakfast shop for a special day. This location is great, with plenty of parking and there’s just a small window between you and everything going on, so it’s cool to see how the donuts are made! Pro-tip: Do-nut mistake them for serving only donuts. They have great milkshakes as well as sandwiches on the menu...which of course trade the typical sandwich roll for, you guess it, a donut. Highly recommend making a trip...and expect a line. I don’t know if it was just because of grand opening or what the line we waited on was out the door. (And still totally worth it!)

I finally got to try this donut shop today. The coffee is good, I had a caramel macchiato. The customer service is great. For first time customers the staff explains to you the type of donuts they have. You can even customize your own donut. All the donuts are made to order. The donut batter is cakestyle. They even offer sample donut as you wait. I had the maple bacon and coconut maple donuts it taste so amazing. I definitely would go back. I highly recommend duck donuts if you are donut lover. They even had merch on the wall for sale too.

This is a specialty donut spot, Their donuts are really good and they come in a lot of varieties. There's not a lot of seating in the location so I always try to place an order before I get there to take home.

Their donuts are amazingly delicious and the staff is lovely, just need to keep an eye on the number of people in their store at once, definitely more packed than felt safe when I was there, had to order as quick as possible and run to wait outside to feel comfortable...😳

Their plain donuts are really really good. More of a cake type donut in my opinion but sooo good. I’d definitely go back for those. I also like their hazelnut iced coffee a lot it’s quite unique with the whiskey flavoring. The place was very clean, workers were efficient if not the friendliest. Most people in NY want to display their attitude anyways.I’ll take efficiency over friendly any day of the week though. Kids will enjoy seeing their display of tiny rubber ducks lining off the counter area. There was plenty of parking in the little mall that it’s located in also.

We came by this morning to check it out. It was our first time and the donuts were delicious. But the cashier LIZ which was on the receipt was not friendly at all nor helpful when u asked questions. She even rolled her eyes when a customer in front of us ask her questions. She had an attitude she really needs to be retrained because you don't treat people like that at all. If she is not happy at that job leave it. But we will not let her ruin on day. We will come back again. The staff making the donuts were great.

If you like gourmet donuts, freshly made, custom flavors and toppings this is the place to go. When creating your donut you can go freestyle or choose the most common combinations. Everyday of the week they have different discounts on drinks or donuts and price is similar to it's competitors.

So this was my first time here. I had never heard of a duck donuts before so when I saw the ad on FB I was like WHAT is a duck donuts. When I saw that it said made to order donuts I was excited. As soon as you walk in the smell gets you, it smells so good inside and you can see them making the donuts to the left as you walk in. Today I did the half dozen for $12.95 after taxes and I have to say I'm happy with the product. I got the s'more, coconut island bliss, maple bacon, chocolate with toffee, vanilla with nutella and vanilla with coconut.

I love this place. They have some yummy donuts. The only complain I have is that yesterday I ordered 3 dozen of donuts and somehow they put in 4 regular glaze donuts in my order when that was not what I had ordered in store. I will keep a closer look at my order next time I walk away.

Cashier lady today was not welcoming. I explained I wasn’t familiar with the choices and I attempted to chose from the menu and she kept stood there waiting for the full name of the item as if I need to get it right before she can assist. Then I asked for a receipt 2 minutes later and she said “receipt for what”? 👀. I questioned what do you mean for what..my order then she corrected herself and said which order and I gave her my name. We went looking for the mini donuts but only to find out you have to pre order those. Service was ok, seemed like it could have been an off day, but definitely didn’t feel very welcome there to stay long with two young ones.

Giving them a three star experience for 5 star food. We waited over an hour (pre ordered our donuts online) and still were not ready. Truly a disappointment to see people walking in and out of their orders and we needed to show up to prompt them to start our order. The sign stating call for curb side pick up was a fallacy as when we called multiple times it went to voicemail. The employees were great but waiting that long for a preordered meal was not acceptable. The donuts were delicious and exceeded expectations. The base was so cakey and full like no other donuts. The customs of each individual donuts were delicious. Highly recommend

The only thing worth getting here are the donuts. Also keep in mind if your a person that likes big portion sizes this place is not for you. The caffinated drinks are sub par and will make you disappointed. All in all I won't dine here again and the donuts are priced more that they are worth.

Donuts are pricey and small. They are dipped in your glaze of choice, but this glaze is thick and VERY SWEET. It overrides experiencing the soft delicious cake part.

The manager of this place is beyond rude. She loudly complains, talks to kids like they’re adults, and doesn’t exactly exude professionalism. It’s a shame because I’ve typically enjoyed bringing my kids here.

Donuts are good, but when the cashier tells your kid: “I’ll start them when you let me move, so pay”, not worth the sweet treat. The other lady had to step in and help.

So would really like to give it four stars but no one had a mask on. They were talking over the donuts. No gloves. Not even the owner The donuts were fresh but the butter cream and maple syrup was super sweet As breaking down the flavor profile of the donuts. I had the lemon raspberry with butter cream. Donut takes like a pancake but in the in cake form. The lemon had an after taste which leads Me to believe it’s not real Lemon but an extract which was not good because the taste linger way too long after I ate the donut. The buttercream was just lard, power sugar lots of it. No butter there. And it wasn’t lard then then some other stabilizer was used in place. Hint it should be a gelatin with real butter and then some powder sugar. As a baker and cook I know My son had a plain donut with maple syrup. Bacon and the maple sugar was too Much the bacon was salty but the syrup Over power it. If your diabetics don’t eat these. If you need a quick sugar fix go for it. If your looking for them to have masks and gloves on go to the market next to it. Secretion onto food is the number one reason people are getting sick. The store was clean and the bathroom

My first time at this place, a friend of mine, recommended me to try it out. I order a mini chocolate chip vanilla with a glazed caramel based on the picture I saw on the menu . The chocolate chip on my donut were too big, and it was overpowering every flavor on my doughnut, I told the employee why do they advertise mini chocolate chips if instead they give you big ones, they did nothing to rectify the issue. They were basically told me that I was at a login there’s nothing I can do and the employee walked away. I was left sitting on the donut dad no desire of meeting at this point. The reason why I gave them one star because there’s nothing else to give, the cashier told me that’s all you’re getting that’s it, am I supposed to get 20 if I’m just by my self … I was suspecting better customer service, and not to just walk away with a doughnut that doesn’t even look what’s on the menu they didn’t even offer me to make me another one. At that point. I’ve decided that I will never come back again. Please make sure to double check what you get by the way, instead of telling you welcome they said we just raise our prices….

I was just denied entry with my service dog. I tried to show the manager my certification & proof of his training & legitimacy & all she cared about was if the dog had a "service animal" harness on or not. The harness has nothing to do with him being a service animal. Anyone can buy a service animal harness & pretend their dog is a service animal. I had legit certs & proof & she asked me to leave & refused to accept my business. I was just there to buy a single donut & leave. I am pretty sure what she did was illegal. If they're going to have such a strong stance against following the laws for service animals, the very least they could do is follow equal fair policies. Allowing dogs just because they have harnesses has nothing to do with whether those service animals are legit

Do not get an egg sandwich. FYI English muffins have to be toasted. No one in the history of the world, in their right mind, with time and access to a toaster has ever *preferred* an untoasted English muffin. I also asked and she said, yes, they come toasted. But it didn't. It didn't come toasted. And I had already driven away. So. Anyway, I'm sure their donuts are good if you're into a diabetic coma.

I dont write reviews often but just had to for this one. First on the donuts. The pictures looked amazing and the machine frying donuts was very cool. BUT the donuts just didn't taste good. It was warm, but texture was like it came out of the microwave. Also my daughter wanted to know about why "ducks" were part of the store. Without answering the question, cashier short response was "you can buy it for 2 dollar". Guess they just want to sell merchandise.

So Lillian took my order, which was the donut, bacon, egg, and cheese. I also ordered a lemon doughnut and a coffee at the time it was myself and one other lady who was actually behind me. She placed her order, which I let her found out to be a half dozen donuts, and I happen to notice that the young lady preparing the orders was putting her order together took a little time cause she had to decorate each donut with the specified icing and she handed this young lady her order, and I was sitting there waiting for mine I was there before her. It was a very little order and I question why did that young lady receive her order before mine at which time I felt uncomfortable and I asked for a refund I asked who the manager was and Lillan specified that she was the manager and I asked her if she could, please ask the young lady who was preparing the orders why she skipped over my order to take care of this young lady and she said that she would do it later in the back not in front of gas mind you there was no one in the restaurant, and I even took it upon myself to ask the young lady how come my order was skipped. She refused to answer me. I requested a refund and her back the item that I had which was a cuppa coffee and she told me to keep the coffee and I said no that was OK. She then proceeded to throw it in the trash, which I understand completely but the manner of which she did it was just very unprofessional. The reason I took this matter so personally because I own restaurants as well, and if I happen to skip over one of my guests in the way of making their order, especially when it was a small order to take care of someone’s larger order and they questioned me on it. Well, I would give them some explanation Lillian as far as I was concerned, was extremely unprofessional and not nice so but that being said I won’t be going back and maybe you should just work on your customers service skills. This is my second time here . The first time was wonderful. But upon arrival of walking in the appearance of the condiments looked disturbing. Not to mention two woman were having a full blown conversation as on was glazing donuts in the palm of her hands ( pretty sure that’s not how she should be doing that ).Not even acknowledging me . So unprofessional. If you ask me they don’t like there jobs . And it’s unfortunate because I like duck donuts but you have lost a customer and business at this location.
