We went through the drive through on Saturday and received friendly and fast service. The donuts were delicious even though we went later in the day, they weren't stale at all. We got two glazed, two chocolate iced, and two Boston cream.

I try to go when there aren't many other customers, and I have had the pleasure of being served by Joe on several occasions. He is consistently friendly, and often ends up telling me short stories, like the one about the crazy bird who dive bombs other birds (and sometimes people). I hope you keep him around; he makes the experience much more humanistic.

This is a great place, but the lids to their coffee make it undrinkable! There is a major design flaw. I had a coffee mess in my car!! The coffee was delicious except for all the grinds at the bottom of the cup, yuck! They are very friendly but I will never order coffee there again until they fix their lids. Their doughnuts were yummy!!

Went to the Manor location because it was the closest one… learned my lesson. I asked for an egg and cheese kolache and was told they haven’t had them for months and laughed at.. when I just had one three days ago from a location in Austin. The website also shows a combo meal where you can get a Kolache, donut and coffee and when I asked about it I once again was laughed at and told “that ended months ago, there are no combos”. If the donut weren’t so darn good I would be leaving one star.

Glazed donuts were cold, the cashier rude and kolaches burned with a smidge of a sausage. Whoever owns this place needs to consider a major overhaul before they run out of business. As a customer don’t waste your time and money. My family was starving and couldn’t eat their burned and cold items.

I ordered online because its advertised that they are served warm before 10am . Once order arrived 20 mins later my donuts were cold . I did not receive the order I placed. Im very disappointed. Probably won't be purchasing Shiplys anymore.

So, I haven’t been back here since December of ‘24 as the chocolate stuffed doughnuts were a pregnancy craving. I went twice last year and the doughnuts hardly had any stuffing. Said I wasn’t going back. Went today and it was even worse than before. I’m going to attach a photo. It even kind of tasted like a booger. I kid you not. The chocolate was very watery and strange. Worst location.

I came to this place for the first time and bought donuts and they are really delicious, since I am pregnant I bought milk and when I checked it was expired and I asked to change them and all the milks were also expired, then according to the seller she could not refund my money because she did not have access, it is not her fault, but the owner or the manager should maintain supervision of this serious and unforgivable problem of offering expired products to the community, especially when this product is eaten by children, etc.

do not come here for filled donuts. there’s a tiny amount of filling at the bottom of the donut and the rest is dough! you eat about 3/4th of the donut before you bite into any filling. the regular donuts look pretty sorry too, very thin and frail looking.

Not the first time but they are really holding back on the walnuts on the chocolate iced nut. Always little to no walnuts on there. Their website shows what they are supposed to look like maybe the owner needs a refresher on how to properly make them.

This location of Shipley has really gone downhill. The jalapeno and cheese kolaches are now 90% bread and dough. 3% cheese And 7% sausage. Very disappointed they make them soo big it's disgusting. Update 7-7-2024 My cousin stoped by ordered 2 dozens of jalapenos kolachis and did not receive the jalapeno ones. He got charged for jalapeno kolachis
