We came to Mansfield because the one in Midlothian got shut down. They are so nice here! Our food was also excellent. We will be back!
Had deal with T-Mobile and ate here again after many, many years. Food was good and decent priced, which was not at all my past experiences at Schlotzsky's.
Always loved this place since the opening of one of the first in Arlington Texas over 30 years ago. They need to put another one in South Arlington. My only complaint is I have to drive to Mansfield to get my favorite classic ham and cheese😖
Crystal was the absolute sweetest and the cinnamon rolls were to die for! 10/10 would recommend
They were good, however they have made changes to their menu for instance no more wheat bread only one type of bread and they have a lot of calzone dishes now who's a little bit pricey but was very tasty
I went through the drive-thru and like every restaurant does at times they made a mistake on my order. I went in and James the general manager not only upsized my sandwich he added a cookie in my bag for the hassle. That's good customer service!
Nice worker was very patient. I got an email for an original sandwich for $1.99 but it didn't say that I had to go on the app to redeem it and it caused confusion but the worker was able to assist me and she kept a positive attitude throughout the whole experience.
The original never let's me down. This is the best bread you'll find.
Clean dining room and restrooms. Friendly, efficient staff. The Fresh Veggie and the Roast Beef and Cheese with bacon sandwiches were both delicious. Always a solid choice!
I ALWAYS order a small or med fresh vege with XXX olives. When I got home I opened my sandwich to eat it and I knew it was PERFECT ! The manager made my sandwich (yes I called and asked) and it was awesome...and thank you for the olives on the side. 💗 💗💗
Just has the best experience/customer service of my life. My order was wrong In drive thru so I called to store to inform them and an Angel answered!!! Carol Carol Carol this lady deserves a raise and a promotion she was so kind and courteous and even brought me the correct order to my home!!! Who does that??? Carol that’s who!!! I stopped into this branch to work as well as have a cinnabon. I didn't expect such top notch service for such a small order. The team is definitely service-oriented and thrives on fulfilling the needs and wants of each customer. Thank you for this branch.

I love this Schlotzskys location! They always get my food right, it tastes great, & the staff are so fantastic. Seriously, well run. I used the restroom today & it was clean & actually smelled nice. That hardly ever happens anymore at fast food spots. Anyway, clean restaurant, nice, friendly staff & great food. Just wanted them to know how awesome they are!!
These folks went above and beyond. I had a meeting to attend and I stopped to get a dozen Cinnabon rolls to take to the client. Schlotzky's computers were down so I waited to pay. Unfortunately I ran out of time and was going to have to leave without the cinnamon buns and go to the meeting empty handed. Schlotzky's gave them to me! They were a HUGE hit at the meeting. When I returned later in the day to pay (and thank the manager), they only charged me half price. Food is always great here, but customer service makes the difference!

Having eaten at Schlotzsky’s from the original store in the’70s to franchises all over, this one in Mansfield has been consistently good for years. Service is great, and the store is clean.

Best friggin Schlotzsky's location ever! We drove 10 miles to get to it, took us 20 mins to get home. We got a Deluxe Original Med. Our bread was not soggy, lots of meat, and fresh veggies. And the drive thru window lady was so nice and respectful. I couldn't ask for a better experience across the board. We will make this out store now. GOOD JOB!!!
Great team! The young ladies working there were so polite and patient with us (we had our kids with us). We were so impressed with them. I wish I would remember their names bc they were amazing 👏
Always good sandwiches here. Never been a fan of the pizzas so just sticking to their original sandwich is perfect. This location can be hit/miss with the consistency of the sandwiches. Sometimes I feel like I get more or less meat. Sometimes I have to re organize the items on the sandwich to balance it out. Cinnamon rolls are OK but definitely not fresh. Growing up eating Schlotzskys, I could’ve sworn I used to get a pickle spear with my orders. Now they are nowhere to be found. Ordered delivery here 50 times and not once got a pickle. Not a big deal but if they are supposed to come with one I feel robbed.
First timer here! The restaurant was clean, the staff was nice. The cashier was pateint with me and all my questions lol. I had the turkey bacon club sandwich and was impressed. It tasted so fresh. The bread was soft and I like how they offered the choice of what size sandwich we can get.
This is the second time I have been here and the service and food was amazing...I was helped with my order very quickly and then asked by other employees while waiting for my order if I had been helped or needed anything...
I love Schlotzsky's. I like the turkey original. The one on camp bowie still offers rye bread ! Try with their hot sauce and jalapeño chips and you get a pickle. Delicious sandwich.
We went inside and placed our to-go order this evening. The restaurant was very clean and the employees were so kind and helpful. We can’t say enough about the quality of our sandwiches. They were fresh and made perfectly. Please don’t miss out on the strawberry lemonade, it’s FABULOUS!
Nice, clean store with friendly staff. A small sandwich is actually quite filling. My sandwich came out quite quickly although the restaurant was busy. And the sandwich was very tasty! The pickle on the side is a nice touch that has little coat for the restaurant, but adds to the experience. If you don’t mind sugar the strawberry lemonade is really good.
Well they have a gluten free bun. I am not sure if they take the care when heating up your sandwich that Pie Five does but they were lacking compared to the Hillsboro Schlotzsky's.

Liked this store. They were really busy at lunch hour, but seemed well prepared. Took a little longer than anticipated to get my order, but all was correctly done. Nice clean, comfortable, efficient location.
Given the COVID situation I totally understand that staff is short. I ordered my food through the drive through but I failed to check the order. The staff was super sincere and very quick to correct the error. Thank you and I will be back.
I ordered online for pick and my ordered was incorrect. Didn't find out until I got home. This location is usually really good about my orders. I went back and explained to the manager and she was quick to correct the error and even comped the missing sandwich from my order.
Service was good. But they should put napkins in to go orders. The food is,really good. Wife had the bacon beef and I had the French dip. Both excellent. Our 88lb Boxer loved the pieces we shared.
I've never had issues here or other shlotzskys, we did purchase a small cinnamon roll to share , a bit stale not soft and chewy like normal, couldn't eat it, should have taken it back but did not. I'll eat the sandwich but not dessert

Fav sandwich only downside break was a little stall. The server that took my order had many issues with a simple turkey bacon sandwich and just added ham, so my order was not correct. The sad part is I live in Illinois and have been waiting 3 years for this sandwich and unfortunately not as good as had in Kansas.
visiting family so stopped in, because this is the easiest place to get a something for everyone’s needs. lactose intolerant person got the French Dip, Granddaughter got the Double cheese pizza, & I got the Sausage/Pepper Calzone. I have never had the calzone & was impressed. Staff were friendly & got our order perfect. Dining area needed some attention, but it was right after the lunch run.
The person taking my order was eating and drinking behind the counter when I walked in. I waited for a good 15 minutes until she noticed me because she was also just hanging out on her phone as well. I love Schlotzskys but I won't come back to this location because that is unsanitary. And when we informed the manager, he just told us "Don't worry about It". I'm sorry but that is not how you treat a customer with a concern.
Went through the drive through to get Bogo Wednesday.But California flat bread was very hot and had a lot of bacon.Bristle very poorly done could need it
Everything tasted old and not very fresh. The meat was ever hard around the edges. Bread had a strange flavor.
I used to love this location but since the remodel it's not as nice inside. Drink machine was gross with sticky sodas all over it. They moved the cut fruit across the restaurant from the teas, it used to be right by it which I loved. The fruit today looked old. They did have a pickle bar which was nice. All in all decent food, just not well kept inside.
I love Schlotzsky's, but not this one. The past 3 times I have ordered, something has always been incorrect. From sauces on the side, to a request for no onions, or extra cheese. All things that you won't find out until you get home. Hopefully it was just the one random employee that doesn't care, as I do really like the restaurant.
Lady at the counter was on the phone when we entered, there were about about 5 people in the back, all which looked at us expect the girl on the phone, YET NO ONE said HI or welcome, it took the front counter lady a good 2-3 min before she even said hi and asked for our order. Other than that the food was on point, Amazing product. Location was clean. I would just request they work on the Customer Service Skills
I did a Uber eats and to my surprise I get half a damn sandwich I paid 15 bucks for. Half a sandwich.. how lazy can you be to give someone half a sandwich to bag that up and feel like you did your job. Unbelievable.
It's simply unacceptable to charge $20 for a sandwich and soup to then NOT prepare the order correctly. I'm not sure if the Schlotzskys employees can't read an order or simply don't care to even attempt to get it right. Either way, it's incredibly frustrating. No thanks Schlotzskys.... I'll go elsewhere. 🙄
I spent my entire lunch break waiting for a single (1) sandwich. And I ordered it online! I feel bad for the other 5 people that had been waiting since before I got there to pickup! Manager repeated that the long wait was “because there’s a new guy back there and he’s learning”. I’m no expert, but maybe don’t wait till lunch hour to train the new guy, and then blame them for the inevitable backup.
For $14 this chicken bacon ranch calzone did Not get the job done. The calzone is not sealed. Its like they use a piece of pizza bread then fold it so most the meat and cheese go to one side when they cut it. My first impression was the calzone tasted bland. Their ranch sauce is some of the Worst you will taste. The marinara sauce tasted good. Over all I give the C/B/R calzone a 5.8. The to go box is really cool lookin. The classic cinnamon roll was pretty good. I give it a 7.3 out of 10. At almost $20 Ill stick to real calzones at real pizza shop. Cinnabon is not really worth $5.
Drive-thru pick up food wasn't what I expected. I ordered online from the pick 2 menu: Fiesta chicken sandwich and California chicken and avocado flatbread. The bread was hard and no Chipotle mayo was added. The sandwich was bland. The flatbread pizza looked messy and thrown in the box. Food doesn't look like anything advertised on their menu.
I ordered my kids a cheese pizza. I’m not sure what they gave me but my kids wouldn’t eat it. Tried a bite and it was gross. I’ve been coming for years and the food has always been good and service bad. Today it was both. I waited at the drive thru for several minutes before anyone said anything and almost drove off. I waited a very long time for my food and was disappointed. I had to edit my post to include a picture of my Albuquerque turkey sandwich. I order it every single time I visit and I’ve never gotten one with pesto. There are other things wrong with it but I’ll leave it at that.
I’m not sure how dine in experience is but drive thru is the absolute worst. There has been a couple times I’ve gone when no one even answers the box to take orders and there are no cars waiting at the window. It took 15+ minutes to get an order of Cinnabon bites.
I've been to this location twice, and each time my order is completly wrong. I asked for a salad without chicken, the guy hands it to me and states, "I checked to ensure there was no chicken on your salad", the salad was full of chicken. A second time they handed me a flatbread pizza that was burned and hard as a cracker. My husband went to this location as well and they also got his order incorrect. Each time it was the same manager. I'd rather starve that to spend money at this location. This should really be a no star location.
Horrible service. Ordered online and went in to pick up. Girl with either dreads or long braids was standing at the counter getting Cinnabons. She took them to the drive thru, came back to the counter to get the tongs, and turned around and started washing them. There were 3 other people working. No one ever said a thing to me. I finally just reached over the counter and took my pizza which was sitting there. I was in there for about 6 minutes while she ignored me from about 5 feet away. Nope. There are too many other places to eat to put up with this.
The person took her time to get my order ready one two cinnabon rolls. I has to ask for bag cause she was already trying to hand me the boxes with one tilting to the side. She went to the back and passed the bags. I am able to see the bags clearly from the drive way. She proceeded to take more time talking and laughing with the coworkers and come back and get a bag. The cinnabon were very cold and we dony live far from this location. The icing was already half way dry. I had to microwave just to get it soft again. This was a terrible customer service and she did not care about it one bit or her work.
Ordered two sandwiches, two chips, a salad, and a Cinnabon. Came home and opened my bags to find only two sandwiches and a bowl of lettuce. No chips, no salad dressing, and worst of all - no Cinnabon!! This was after I had to pull forward and wait 8 minutes for my food. Not the first time this has happened to me at this location. I guess incompetence is to bed expected at fast food joints, but come on!
I have always loved Schlotzskys but the last 2 times I've been there, they have over charged me. I argued with the manager about the amount and she said it was right, I got home and looked at the receipt again and they did over charge me. I called and she did give me my money back, but I went back again today and was over charged again... makes me wonder how many people are getting over charged and dont realize it?? Have ate here for years and I wont be going back... very disappointed!!!
Second time ordering from the app, and they don’t deliver all of the food. DoorDash blames the restaurant. The restaurant blames DoorDash. We have to drive up to let them know.
Food was fine. However I ate as quick as I could and got out. I have seen cleaner truck stops. Every table is dirty. Trash cans over flowing. Have to ask for fork and napkins because nothing is stocked. But the staff is just sitting on their butt watching tv while I ask for a clean table. If it is this nasty in dining, how bad is the food prep area. Never again the Mansfield location. If you like dirty and nasty, it's the place for you
I was pissed off went to go get me some cinnamon rolls last night went home open my box for my cinnamon rolls to look like somebody peeled around both of them like they where eating and threw some icing on the rest they looked old but I came back in the morning and the manager was very nice and replaced them for some fresh ones with no problems when I showed her my receipt and how they looked she have great customer service thank you
Been coming to the store for over 20 years. Ordered the giant original. Should have realized a problem when came with a drink but with masks and older hearing I thought that I misunderstood and when I got home the sandwich was more like smoked turkey breast. I finally figured out. Being 20 miles away we ate it not worth returning to store. We all make mistakes will give the store a call Sunday. To see what they can do.
For the second time, I ordered a Veggie Supreme pizza and got home only to realize there were no vegetables. Check your order before you leave the drive through...this is unacceptable. I wont be back.
It was 8:20 and the doors were closed and no response in drive thru. Went around one more time and the workers literally ducked as if I didn’t already see them! Can’t believe the laziness.
Food was good, inside wasn't the cleanest, and service is really lacking. Sood at the counter for a long time wanting to get a bag to put our to go containers in, and a lid for the mini cinnamon roll that we did not finish.The three people working on the other side looked at me several times, but went on about their business. Finally just left, but not before noticing one of the three staring at us. I stared right back until he looked away. He knew he had purposely ignored me. Won't be spending anymore of my money there.
Its rip off the soup tasted like canned soup 4 oz for $4 the sandwich is a size of McDonald's kids meal paid $14 for nothing. I am Dallas chef have 40 years experience in food business .these franchise have only nice clean decor have nothing to do with getting food worth ur money Never again
Stopped in for a pick up order today and the gentleman behind the Togo counter and the African American woman at the window were incredibly rude. I simply asked if I was supposed to pick up the order and the Togo counter and the man very rudely said no that I had to go to the order counter, the lady came over and said the same thing and then he muttered to her and she rolled her eyes. Excuse me but I asked a very simple question and here are grown adults acting like rude teens. I would be so embarrassed to act like that at work. Horrible customer service for absolutely no reason.
Be sure to check your order before you leave. Preferred two sandwiches and neither were correct. Deluxe was a single, and not a trace of bacon on the turkey bacon club. The bread was from yesterday or the day before. Very disappointing.
There was an incident that occurred at this location yesterday afternoon (11/18/19) and after witnessing it, I will NEVER eat at Schlotzky's again. It was about 12:30 when my boyfriend and I walked inside the restaurant to get lunch. Upon entering there was one patron standing in line with no one at the register to take orders. No one greeted us as we entered. Shortly after we walked in, another patron got in line behind us. Again, no acknowledgement from any staff. We waited several minutes and still no one came to take any orders. I noticed three people working; one person at the drive thru, one lady making sandwiches, and an older gentlemen, who I assumed to be the manager, was also helping with sandwiches. There was another patron standing up by the counter waiting for his order and I heard him ask the older gentlemen behind the counter if he could get a refund because he couldn't wait any longer. The man proceeded to say that waiting 18 minutes is too long and he didn't have the time to wait any longer. He was polite when he asked for a refund, but the man behind the counter was extremely rude and argumentative. After processing the refund the lady brought the man his sandwich, but the manager snatched the bag away and said he doesn't get it because he got his money back. The patron then tried to give the money back since the sandwich was now ready, but the manager got an attitude and threw the sandwich in the garbage. After witnessing such HORRIBLE customer service my boyfriend and I walked out, along with the other patron standing behind us. Absolutely ridiculous for the manager to behave the way he did. The patron should've been given his sandwich for free for having to wait to wait so long! Very sad to see something like this because I really liked Schlotzky's and would eat there frequently, but never again after that disappointing display of disgusting customer service.
There is a guy named Glen that works here and will pretend he doesn’t here you pull up to the drive through in hopes that you will drive off and he doesn’t have to work. I watched this (from the Starbucks as my GF got coffee and multiple drivers left) and decided to go get a sandwich in hopes that they were open. Same thing happened to me. And I walked in and ordered Just fine as they were in fact open. Dude and his partner acted like nothing happened and shrugged it like they were the first Ones to invent laziness. Manager. Can we get. Good. Service and employees?
This location needs new management air has been out for a week in triple digit weather. The food can't possibly be staying fresh and I ordered online hours in advance items were not ready store was not busy upon pick up have already contacted corporate.
I’ve been coming here since moving to Mansfield in 1998 with my parents. I ate here today and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had dining out. They were out of jalepeno chips, hot sauce, onions and ice. My sandwich was made wrong and it took forever of me standing at the counter for someone to acknowledge me and assist. The cheese on my sandwich wasn’t melted. There was gnats all around the tea and lemons. The tea tasted super old. The pickles were soggy almost gooey. Overall it was just a terrible experience which is really unfortunate because I’ve always loved this place. It’s gone extremely downhill. And all of this cost me and my husband almost $40 for two meals.
Bad service. Patronize a different business.
This place is a joke. We ordered 2 flatbread chicken avocado pizza, one with gluten-free crust. We received one regular chicken pizza. They could not take card, only cash, so I couldn't get my son anything because I didn't have enough cash. Then as I call to complain they conveniently won't answer and says mailbox is full Horrible!!!
Been going here for years and, for the most part, the experience is always good. This time my family went in and had a horrible experience. The restaurant was a mess, there was balsamic vinaigrette and olive oil that was two days expired (there was a whole label that showed the prep date and expiration date), and they got my plain ham and cheese completely wrong, then decided to argue with us when we asked to get the sandwich fixed. There seemed to be no care in the world for the guests.
Came in at 1pm no one maning the counter wated for 5 min then left. Came back at 6 orderd food went for drinks no ice asked for it and one of 4 cups had only 3 ice cubes in it. Dr pepper was out they said they would fix it I watched them prep and make sandwiches. never checked soda. Then said they were out. Was vary disappointed in customer service. And maintenance of there soda machine. Also they got my order wrong
We've (my wife and I) been going to this particular location for years and it's always been very good. Fast service and good sandwiches. The last two times however, one being last night, the food service has been extremely slow. I've had food brought to me quicker at full service restaurants than our sandwiches were prepared last night. I was watching and once our sandwiches were prepared, they sat upon the serving counter several minutes before an employee brought them to us. Another two ladies sitting behind us were quite unhappy with their service too. I hate to type this, it's always been a great place.
The drive-thru girl was very nice, but they messed up my order. This is the THIRD time this location has messed up an order of mine, and it's always a very minor, simple request: mustard instead of mayonnaise. Apparently this is a "rocket science" request for their cooks. Three strikes, you're out! With all the great sandwich shops in the area, I will never be eating at this one again. I'll be going to Jersey Mike's instead. Good riddance.
For some reason the person working the drive thru is very angry. I love getting shouted at for ordering a kids pizza and an adult pizza. Apparently it's too difficult so they have to scream at me. The burden of re microwaving pre packaged pizza is so hard that there are much eye rolls and unpleasantness because I dared to interrupt their day by being a customer. No wonder the parking lot is empty consistently. What a miserable place.
I believe that customer service goes a long way and this location has very little. The general manager Nano was extremely rude to me. Talked over me, told me i wasn’t his problem and he did nothing to resolve my issue. Joann, an employee there ruined my order and when i called to complain I was laughed at, talked poorly to and hung up on. So now I’m trying to enjoy my $20 meal but it’s hard when the employees and management left such a bad taste in my mouth. Very disappointing.
Bad experience, twice in less than 24 hours. I originally ordered a medium Turkey Original with NO tomatoes, and before paying, I switched to a large with NO tomatoes (I am allergic to them). They made the medium on accident and I was happy to wait for the large since it was what I paid for. It's probably my fault for not checking before leaving, but it was a pretty simple order, sandwich only. Since the made them medium on accident, they offered to let me have it, but I declined...that was a mistake. When I got home, and opened the box to begin eating, the 1st thing I saw were the tomatoes. I immediately called and spoke to Will, a manager, who asked if I could belrimg it back (I said no as I was 15 minutes away and didn't want to make a 30 minute round trip last night). He said that he was working today (11-13) and he would re-make it when I returned. I returned, spoke with a different manager and explained the issue with my allergy. She made notes and began making a new sandwich. My mistake for not checking it again before leaving, because either figured after I explained it to a 2nd person, in person, it would be right. WRONG again! This time I get it home and not only does it HAVE tomatoes, but it's not the Turkey Original, it was just the regular Turkey (still not what my original order was). Since I couldn't eat another sandwich, I immediately called back and spoke to the manager that I spoke to today. She asked if I could come back,, which I explained I would NOT because it would be another 30 minute round trip and I have a flight to catch. She took my name and said that they would replace the sandwich the next time I came by, when I returned from my work trip, which I explained that after the 2nd error, there may be a good chance I may NEVER return to ANY Schlotzkys again! I hate leaving bad reviews, but this is completely ridiculous for such a simple item. A very dissatisfied former customer.
I sat in line for 30 min after giving my order. When I get to the window the girl asked " can I help you? Did you need something ". I was like seriously? Yes, my food i just say here and waited for. She continued act surprised i was there at her window. Eventually I was advised the system was down. That's fine but I was treated like an inconvenience. It was bizarre, never going back..
Waited 30 minutes after ordering. I started to wonder once I noticed 3 family’s who ordered after. I went to the counter to check the status of the food. They completely skipped our order and never made it. A lady in at the same time was bringing light to the manager she was given the wrong order twice. Make sure you’ve got some time on your hands. The service is closed doors worthy. All that said, the food was good.
Usually at the Schlotzskys I’ve been around TX they bring your order but at this location they don’t do that. The men’s Toilet doesn’t flush, my sandwich meat was cold (it’s suppose to be hot) and barley had mayo in it and the sandwich looked like it was just made without a care. Now the cashier was super polite but I won’t be stopping at this location anymore. I wish I could have asked for a refund but it was dinner for that night. Smh
Ordered via drive through, medium original sandwich and chips.. requested the “Hot” (bread crispy). This what I received, bread barely toasted and doughy not the crisp bread requested. Chips in sealed bag were as expected. Unfortunately as it was drive through I didn’t open and check sandwich prior to leaving . Too far out of way to return to have sandwich remade.
This was Not a good experience. We Love the Wednesday BOGO pizza. We have been to several Schlotzsky's around the DFW area and it was a very disappointing meal. We both got the Veggie pizza. Mine was a regular crust. It was still cold, and hubby's was gluten free. Also the GF dough was under cooked (doughy) Very sad looking. Hardly any vegetables or cheese. Lots of sauce. Just didn't taste like the pizzas we got from the other Schlotzsky's store. Waited 10 minutes to get our order and we were the only ones there.
It’s always been a little bit of hit or miss with this location. Been coming here since they opened and the quality has definitely gone down in recent years. This is the first occasion I’ve felt inclined to write a poor review. I’m not sure if they were understaffed and overwhelmed or what the deal was but it’s still unacceptable to me. Placed an order on the app 7/20 to be picked up at 6:15pm through the drive-thru. Waited in line for 5 minutes before deciding to go in since it wasn’t budging even though there were only 2 cars in front of us. There were takeout bags and receipts scattered all over the counters. Gave the gentleman my name and he handed me my bag. The bag was missing my 2 chips and I didn’t get my pizza or my drink, which I had to ask for. Get home and find one of our sandwiches is wrong. It’s supposed to be just a cheese sandwich with extra cheese but they gave us a ham and cheese with no extra cheese. We were charged $3 for extra cheese so it’s unacceptable to not add it and waste peoples money. Drove back up to the store and went in to let them know sandwich was wrong. They “remade” it and the picture attached is what we got back. We just left. Our pizza and other sandwich was cold and undercooked. The bread tastes old. Staff was not apologetic or helpful. While I was in the store, 2 other people came in and also complained about their orders. One man simply demanded a refund because he had been waiting so long for his order. I hope this is just a one off thing of the staff having a bad day but I think we’ll be avoiding this location for a while. I don’t understand what’s so hard about making a simple grilled cheese sandwich? Why would you serve an undercooked sandwich and think that’s okay? For the price of your sandwiches, I expect way better quality and service. I will be seeking a refund. I hope management can support their staff better in the future.
