Ordered through drive thru and the fries were medium size but half of the cup was empty. I don’t know why they so stingy with fries like if it’s coming out of their paycheck. The quantity of fries they gave me were the same quantity as my son’s kids fries. Will not be coming back to this location. We are paying for the food and don’t even get the full size.

These people have no respect for paying customers or the quality of food being pushed out. They make you wait for long periods of time just for your food to be cold and drenched in oil. The manger rather argue than have his employees fix the food the correct way the first time.

Slow. The drive thru was wrapped around the parking lot so we went inside thinking it would be faster. We were greeted (I don’t even think you can call it that) by a cashier who clearly doesn’t want to be working. Chemical smell that is so strong. Makes sense because there is a worker going around cleaning the same tables for the third and fourth time… clearly avoiding the long line of customers. Management is non existent. Needs some serious improvement. Save time and money and go elsewhere.

Since the opening of the restaurant, they have not been able to master the art of preparing orders properly. The fries are cold, the burgers are terrible (sloppy at best) im driving further down to get my food because this store ks trash.

I had just left I was the one in the uniform. I asked for a breakfast on the bun with sausage well done that does not look like as well done and I got two of them and I feel like it’s not done if it’s not well done crispy

Idk what is so different about this restaurant than the other whataburger restaurants, but it has an insane wait. If you want “fast food” do not come here, it takes forever for you to get your order and more than half the time, your fries comes out cold. Do not recommend , just make the extra drive to pearland .

Came by yesterday and waited an hour for my order after waiting in line for ANOTHER hour just to find six of these nauseating fries in my meal. It was a busy day for them but that is not excuse to treat your customers in the same way that makes you lose them. Mind you I also found a piece of hair inside the chicken strips. I will not be buying from this Whataburger again! Extremely displeased with the food quality overall..

After ordering online I arrived to the location about 3 minutes later, gave the cashier my name for the online order and waited over 15 minutes for the order, although I requested it be ready asap (4-6 minutes) once I received my order this is what I found, very withered lettuce, the tomato was deteriorating and the chicken patty well as you can see was not fresh, no crispiness to it what so ever. The rootbeer was flat, on the positive side the onion rings were made fresh and the napkins and ketchup were in the bag! You guys have to do better! Your customers come for the quality of the food and the service. Not this!

Terrible experience. We were told to pull up and wait, and ended up sitting for 40 minutes before going inside. Our food was just sitting there the whole time, cold, while the drive-thru employees were on their phones and not paying attention. The cashier inside apologized, but it’s clear this location needs better management and staff accountability. And I’m not usually the type to complain but it’s ridiculous.

Just waited in line over 30minutes for cold food. The customer service is horrible, no professionalism, and they are extremely slow as I stated previously I waited for over 30mins. For food that's so high it should be nice and hot and taste good. Also, I requested no bacon on my salad as I don't eat pork and soon as I opened it what do I see bacon. My daughter didn't even eat her 4 piece nugget meal and cried for McDonald's. I definitely won't be returning and should have listened to the reviews. These people are not lying it's a mess.

This Manvel location need new leadership. Slow and poor service constantly. Mess up orders all the time. Fire the MGR and get someone in there who can get these kids to actually work

My first and last time here I only went here because it was close to my job received my order only to find multiple pieces of hair in my food. Spoke to the manager over the phone. She was very dismissive, but did agree to give me a refund. I honestly did not feel like she cared.

Irritated at my order.. I stopped and grabbed lunch for me and my wife only to get home, and the bag was super greasy, and our onion rings were chocolate brown. You could definitely tell the grease was old. Straight to the trash they went. Thanks for waisting my money..!

This Whataburger had always been exceptional until my last visit. I am so disappointed and mad about what I received! The fries are so old and cold and overcooked somehow and not salted. My patty melt bun wasn't even toasted nor was the cheese even melted. I asked for NO onions and add EXTRA pickles, they did take off the onion but I got 2 pickles. I asked for a coke with light ice and basically got 6 sips of coke with ice filled to the brim. Whoever was working this shift needs some retraining or needs to start caring about their job a little bit because this was NOT it. My meal was gross, cold, and most if it was tossed. I'm very unhappy I paid to eat cold, over cooked or undercooked food and my order was essentially disregarded completely.
