I am very disappointed this has been a gradual decline. I had to order twice because my first sandwich was all wrong, so I had to complain on Door Dash but I really wanted the sandwich I ordered so I ordered again. I at least got the right sandwich but you can tell it was thrown together and not even made properly. It was suppose to be a Hickory BBQ Cheeseburger but had no cheese. Then when I tried to call the shop directly instead of handling it through the Door Dash app, the phone has been taken off the hook and is busy. It is what it is but I will think twice before I order again from this location.

Location seemed very busy. Ordered one drink. Took over 10 mins. Based on observation, manager took my order. Employee brought me my order. Both manager and employee seemed frustrated and cold in their interactions with me. This industry is about customer service. If you don’t like interacting with the public, consider other employment. Correct location should be Temple Texas on Drive.

The order was so slow to be delivered (15 minutes). When asked to correct they took the burger to remove the unwanted pickles and onions, then told me they couldn't remove them and had to remake it but it "wouldn't take long". It then took over 10 minutes to get the corrected item

Ordered a sonic blast, delivered by doordash. Imagine my surprise to receive a medium cup of plain vanilla ice cream with a miniscule sprinkle of what was supposed to be blended in on top.

This was our 3rd time trying this location. Orders take forever, even when there are no other cars in the stalls and they're always wrong.

I keep trying to give this place second chances but I can’t anymore. Half the time I order from here my food is wrong. But I don’t ever call to complain or get it fixed cause I’m not that type of person. I always use the mobile app so there should be no issues with communication. Tonight I placed an order at 8:54 pm and pick up time was 9:00pm. I checked into the mobile stall probably 9:10 because I’ve never had the orders ready by their estimated pickup time and that’s okay. I know how crazy fast food gets. I waited till 9:30 before I went through the drive through. I would understand if it was busy but it wasn’t at all. We pull up close enough to the window to see our bag just sitting there before the carhop grabbed it to give it to us. Another employee was leaned over the table on her phone. Of course my food was barely warm. I typically don’t complain cause I’ve worked fast food and know how it can be. But when I’m 30 min past my pick up time and there’s people texting on their phone while I’m waiting and my food is right next to them, its a bit ridiculous.

Modern Caveman Self Reliance

Fries were old and gross, the burger was ok but certainly not what I would expect from a sonic. The ice cream for the kids was pretty good. Second time getting food here, this time it made me sick. Probably shouldn't have eaten the two fries before throwing the rest out. For some reason I thought maybe the first one was bad, but into the second and then looked at them. Cold, weird color, obviously old and disgusting. This town has enough problems without employees destroying the few places to eat by clearly not caring what they put out. Got sick within a few minutes of eating the burger. Should have known better, just from looking at it. Thought maybe I was expecting too much from a fast food place, and that it wouldn't be that bad. This place can be turned around, just need employees that care.

Oh my goodness gracious if I could give negative stars I would 😭 we sat here for 20 MINUTES! For two food items. Just don't go here if you're in a hurry...or at all. We had to order at the window because we sat at the drive in menu with nobody answering for 5 minutes.

The manager Shay or whatever her name is needs to be fired and her crew retrained on customer service. They messed up my order and then refused to fix it unless I paid the difference. Sorry excuse for a sonic fast food joint.

Our carhop Samriyah was very rude and disrespectful. We asked a simple question and she was very crappy with her response. It took 45 to get food ordered online and the fries were stale, cold and stuck together. The slush was runny and watery. Very very rude and I will NEVER go to another sonic if that is how employees are allowed to treat customers.my club chicken sandwich was not toasted no bacon and had spit on it. Had to throw out a $10 meal.

My order has been wrong 2 times now. Both times they forgot a drink & I had to remind them. All good items had ingredients I made clear not to add. It’s like they made whatever they wanted to or can’t read. My receipt shows clearly what I wanted & it’s attached to the bag. But for some reason they can’t give the same thing on the receipt. Customer service won’t give a refund even with proof of the entire order being wrong. It’s not busy at this locations so how can the order be wrong 2 different times. Give me my refund!!!!
