We are here at 4PM, on 1/8. They are completely short staffed. The girl at the front seemed frustrated but I dont blame her. They have her at the register, the ice cream, and the grocery store. I noticed a bit of chaos in the kitchen too with running back and forth. Get these girls some help. Food was great!

Cheeseburgers, good! 😊 Customer service, meh! 😣 Bag was handed to us in the drive-thru without so much as a thank you or a single word, then realized the order was wrong, had to go into the store to correct it and was given a burger that wasn't according to our order..... disappointed.

I walk up, order a chicken strip combo with barbecue sauce and pay for an upgrade medium chocolate shake. The lady can’t even get the lid on because of how bad the cup was. No big issue until I spilled it all over the place. No big deal things happen, I’m cleaning it up and no one says a thing or any assistance. Still, not a huge issue, maybe no one saw. After 20 minutes of waiting on the food I’m frustrated but being nice about it. I ask if I can get a refund and just pay for the shake so I can leave since I haven’t been delivered food. I say it’s order 653 and the receipt I had to throw away when the cup folded and chocolate shake went everywhere. She leaves to get another person, I explain the ordeal saying I haven’t had any food. I’m tired of waiting and would like to just pay for the shake so I can leave after this going all over the place. I say the order number over again that I believe it was order 653. I got a blank stare and asked if I was wanting to pay for a shake. I eventually just walked out without receiving the food I paid for after 20 minutes. Nice, $9 for half of a chocolate shake. What is going on at this location? Edit: the lady at the grocery isle was very nice. I had a receipt for that because chocolate shake didn’t explode all over that and it was order 830381. She should train the people at the order counter. Edit: they were good today going through the drive thru. Fast and good manners. I wouldn’t feel right not mentioning it so I’m changing it to 3 star

I visited Braum’s Ice Cream Parlor for some ice cream, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While ordering, the junior staff seemed a bit confused and overly enthusiastic, which led to my order being incorrect. Additionally, when I went to grab milk, I noticed mould on the shelves—a clear hygiene concern that shouldn’t be overlooked. On a positive note, the young African American cashier was polite, well-mannered, and provided a friendly greeting. Overall, I was not happy with the hygiene practices and staff efficiency during my visit.

Bless their hearts, this location is very hit or miss when it comes to accuracy and critical thinking. Ordered a medium shake with cherry sundae topping mixed in. Odd order, but pretty straightforward, right? Evidently not. I received my shake full of maraschino cherries...with stems attached. But don't worry, once at home, I was able to dump the entire shake out, remove the 20+ stems, transfer that to a blender to finally make it consumable!

I go here maybe once every two weeks. At first the fries were always on point, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Now it’s as if they don’t let them thaw out before throwing them into the fryer which makes them either mushy or like frost bite that has been fried and doesn’t taste well. The reason i’m writing this specific review today is because I ordered choc chip cookie dough ice cream in a cup. I started eating it and at the bottom of it was orange sherbet which I did not order but seemed like they used the same scooper for mine as they did someone else’s which makes me feel like they are not using the proper cleaning procedures while prepping someone’s meal if they can’t do the smallest thing and get a clean scooper. I love braums but will prob not go back to this location anymore.

I wish I could rate them per item. If I could I would give them a 5 for ice cream as it is really really good! I would give them a 3 for burgers and fries .. they are not bad, though I don't understand why people put shredded lettuces on burgers instead of leafs. And if it was for breakfast I personally would give them a 1 or 2. I tried them today for breakfast. To be fair I don't know their breakfast menu and rather than figure it out I asked for 3 bacon egg and cheese burrito while confirming it would only have those thee items in it. What I received did have only bacon egg and cheese but the cheese to my surprise must have been pepper jack cheese or something cause this thing was spicy (I don't do spicy) and I could not eat it. Before I tried it though I took the attached picture and observed just how little egg there was in it... these things are really thin... Update: every time I go there now threw the drive threw they have me pull forward rather than wait at window for my food. When when there are no cars behind me. You can see from the picture the black on the nearly new concrete where kitchen workers walk food out so often. They do this because the system keeps track of how long cars sit and wait at the window however the cost in time to walk all those orders out the door no doubt masks the staff have to rush even more than they otherwise would.

(Im a minor) The worst braums ever in my experience. They kept messing up the limeade drink and I swear to the stars above that it was the worst, once was bitter, the next time too sweet, now it has no sugar AT ALL. And the burgers and fries are just sad, we ask for a plain burger, no ketchup and all that stuff, but what did they do? Oh they gave us ketchup! Three times😄 fries were cold as always btw. Worst place ever.

Xavier johnson was RUDE AS EVER!! When we pulled up to the PAY for our ice cream he said “ you 🥷s some losers”. When we went inside to tell the “manager” luke what was said, he laughed at us and didn’t even say a word! David then proceeded to joke and call us “broke 🥷’s” and remarks to his friends . KEM was an 10/10, he was very nice and respectful and helped us out . Yall need to get that under control immediately very quickly!

Would like to give more stars but how is it so hard to get fresh hot fries when you ask for them. Our fries were well done and not even fresh... We went in and they were even busy.. what a waste of time and money... Definitely not going back...

The dining room was absolutely horrible. Their computers went down when we try to get ice cream after our meal. The associate had already made my order, but then the manager said hey don’t give that to him just go ahead and throw it away since no one can pay. Lol what a joke. Clean the store and learn how to manage and speak to the customer correctly.

Picture say a thousand words so here ya go. I got scraps in place of eggs they are cold and old goong into the trash plus no syrup for my wife's hotcakes and she doesn't like Braums breakfast but I do and talking her into getting it and Braums just justify why my wife doesn't like this place I'll give this place 1 more chance then I'm out next time this bs happens.
