Very large menu ranging from creative egg and panini sandwiches to smoothies, milkshakes, coffees and teas. Eaten there twice now and food was served quickly and still hot off of the grill.

Main St cafe is an absolute gem! Friendly people, comfortable, relaxed atmosphere and, at long last, a coffee place with food that's worth the trip. They use Amazing Grains breads for their sandwiches (ever had their Salty Bread at Fairport market? Yumm!), and you can pick up a loaf of something to take home (also, perhaps, a cronut that will somehow vanish during the drive home so nobody has to know. Sooo naughty!). Added bonus, at least in my book: they are dog friendly!

Whether you're in the mood for a filling meal or something lighter like a smoothie, Main St has got you covered. The menu is rather dense with a variety of options to satisfied the most picky eater's tastes

We’ve been wanting to try it here so we finally ordered fish and chips for takeout on a Friday! It was delish! Highly recommend!

This is a cute little cafe, assembled from cozy nooks and with an evident eye for comfort. We stopped in here on a whim, having just taken a hike in the cold and rain. Had a great time!

I ordered the Tyler breakfast sandwich: chorizo, egg, cheese, sausage and pesto on an English muffin. Incredible. We sat by the fire on a beautiful fall morning. Will definitely be back.

Place is really adorable and is easy to drag your husband to for good food and smoothies.

This place was amazing but the service was slow the day we went. It almost felt like they put online orders in front of us. The coffee I ordered was a little weak too. But the food... oh my gosh the food was so good. The people were really nice too. Perhaps if I tell them we are more in a rush they may go faster.

Stopped on our way through town for lunch. Great place for paninis, salads, wraps, smoothies, coffee, etc. Has some vegan options (and any sandwich can be modified to your liking) as well as gluten free breads/ wraps and cauliflower crust pizza. Highly recommended

Cozy place with helpful staff offering counter service. Menu is creative with fun specials. Food was yummy & arrived quickly. Happily they have a nice selection of teas as well as the usual coffee offerings. All good!

Cute spot to get breakfast with the family or meet a friend. Good coffee and A LOT of choices for food. Fresh fruit served with the French toast made my day. I suggest the cruffin with coffee as a nice treat when meeting a friend. So glad it’s just down the road! I’ll have to stop by with my dog as they have a cute bulletin board for pictures of their four legged guests.

Hands down, best breakfast sandwich on Earth. You can make your own with tons of cool options, on SALTY BREAD among other things. Cute, quaint, smallish little place with inside and outside seating with a fire pit. LOVED IT!

We were traveling on Interstate 90 and checking the internet for a lunch spot. Found Main St. Cafe 10-15 minutes off the freeway. WORTH IT! We got two hot panini sandwiches, “The Kat” and “The Luna.” Both were thinly shaved steak sandwiches with lots of other good stuff added (especially the melted cheese). Quick service. Definitely worth the short trip off the freeway past the “chain” restaurants.

This is one of those places that you will come again and again too! So many awesome looking items on the menu. Amazing food, really enjoyed, having lunch again today! Keep making awesome food! Thanks a lot!

Love this place so much - I’d go every day if I could! Coffee and breakfast sandwiches are all good - definitely recommend adding the spicy mayo to whatever you decide to order!

If you don't drive by due to lack of allowed road signs you will enjoy a nice lunch. Lots of cozy indoor seating and outdoor seating with a "firepit". Outside can get a bit noisy due to traffic but we still enjoyed the weather and sat there with the doggo. Its coffee shop style order at the counter and they bring it to you. They have gluten free wraps and bread if you need that. My southwest breakfast wrap was hot and delicious.

The service at this location is not as good as the service in Honeoyefalls. I stop in both locations often , they are not very friendly and the food or drinks are not consistant with what I get in the other location. The owner stops in alot and never even acknowledges me or any or other customers. I would think a business owner would want to at least say hello and thanks for stopping in.

Not a huge deal, but if it is offered on the website ordering system, I'd assume they do it. If not, take it off your website and email confirmations. So I basically spent just shy of $20 for a small iced coffee, a few chips, and a pickle.
