First and last time. I ordered takeout and they charged me for the box. No other restaurant in all of Mérida charges extra for takeout. It's ridiculous, and what bothered me most was that after I placed the order and specifically said it was takeout, they didn't tell me I had to pay for the boxes until they delivered it. Then they charged me again. I WILL NEVER RETURN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

They're usually very friendly, but today I think they had new staff. A woman there definitely lacked tact. I placed my order as usual, and when I asked if I had an employee discount, she scolded me because she had already entered the full price and it couldn't be changed. She said it was my fault, that I should have spoken up before she did, and that now I had to pay. I have no problem paying the full price for something, and I would have if she hadn't been so rude and told me off as if it were my fault. On other occasions, the staff gives me discounts and even offers promotions. I hope they bring back the staff who worked before because, honestly, as long as she's there, I don't plan on returning. It's very unpleasant to be scolded for nothing and treated so rudely when there are better ways to say things.

Muy mal servicio por parte de una chica que esta en el mostrador con pestañas falsas, no respondió el buenas noches y no nos quiso sellar el cupón que teníamos, soy cliente de la sucursal de plaza patio, pero sin duda no regreso a la sucursal de aquí.

This is my second purchase here, and the cheese fingers weren't there, and the boneless cheese was too golden. They only gave me two sauces to choose from. Of course, I ordered triple cones.

They usually let me upgrade from a cone to a box, but here they wouldn't let me and wanted to charge me extra, which has never happened before. Additionally, they refused to stamp my frequent customer card even though I bought two cones. Terrible service, unlike at other locations. I don't recommend this place.

Strange way of serving, difficult to eat. My first visit was great, but on the second they put very little dressing on it, making half the food dry and bland. The first time I was able to get extra dressing, now they want you to pay extra. It's not worth the money. This was my last visit.

My experience with the food at Monkey Papas was disappointing. The boneless wings and popcorn chicken were clearly low-quality frozen products, and the fries weren't anything special either. As someone who enjoys boneless wings, I expected much more. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations, and I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for good food.

The attendants are very rude. They don't offer you the cone holder, and everyone who bought them had them. The cashier and the people working there really don't know anything about customer service. I won't shop here again.
