Stopped in at Hooters – Mesquite, TX for lunch between meetings with a colleague, and I have to say, this location absolutely delivered. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Mela, the manager, who went out of her way to check in on us during our visit and make sure everything was perfect. Our server, Tamia, was fantastic, attentive, friendly, and quick to make sure we had everything we needed. Tamia recommended the Smoked Wings, and WOW. They were incredible! I went with the Buffalo Chicken Wraps, which were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The restaurant itself was spotless, the atmosphere was upbeat, and the whole team worked together seamlessly. This location gets an A++ for service, cleanliness, and overall vibe. Huge shoutout to Mela and Tamia for making lunch such a great experience. 5-star team! We’ll definitely be back!

I was sat down and 15 minutes went by without me being waited on, but then one of the waitresses by the name of Donna came by and asked if I was being waited on. After saying no, she said she would gladly wait on me if I moved to her area. So I did and she did an amazing job. She is the main reason why I’m giving such a high score for this restaurant. The food was great. The atmosphere was good, but the service by Donna was amazing!

Fried pickles are always my go to. Music was my type, they also let you pick your own music. If you go ask for Landy as your server !!!

Amy,the bartender, was very friendly not only to me but all the other people at the bar. She seemed genuinely interested in to the conversations they were having. Hooters appeared to be busy when we arrived, had a very short wait and seated quickly. Jeremy was very friendly and greeted us with a smile and took us to our table. Kiana, was our waitress for tonight, very pleasant and a bubbly personality. Took our drink order and returned quickly. My wife enjoys the Fried Pickles alot, We ordered both 10 Boneless Wings and a side salad. The Fried Pickles and salads came out quickly, the wings took a bit. Our wings arrived very hot and fresh with big dipper fries. Kiana kept the glasses full never had to ask for a refill. The location started getting crowded but Jeremy seemed to be sitting them at a records pace. We will be back

Food was hot and fresh, which we loved! The jukebox was a fun touch—you can play your own music and set the vibe. Our waitress was awesome too: attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. Definitely a fun place to eat and hang out!

Just to start with I’m going to brag on 2 seperate severs, one being mine, and one being another server witnessing her performance. Kristine was my server and with a short staff and semi busy Thursday night. Was seated instantly, with server greeting me with in minutes to get my drink order and tell me about specials. With in minutes of getting my appetizer order, my drink and appetizer was severed to me. Kristine already had a busy section and me paying out early, a large party came in and she managed to make me priority and treat me with same smile she had with every one. Even went out of her way to have small conversations and laugh with me when she could. She went above and beyond to accommodate me! The other server Raine was working close by, constantly busy. Hustling and smiling with of her customers. Even going out of her way to make sure I was good when Kristine’s hands were full. Even when 1 customer treated her rudely and disrespectfully she shook it off and came back with a smile working twice as hard and cheerful! The team work was excellent, the manager was stepping in busting tables, delivering food and went out of the way to verify everything was good with every customer. The professionalism displayed was of high quality. Sitting near the kitchen I don’t recall seeing one order come back. Which tells me quality control was on point! This team made a statement and set the standard of customer service in the industry

Everything was great. The only two things I have a complaint about is that they don't have enough kitchen staff. We waited an hour and 20 mins for our wing. But they were good and hot. Also they have a limit on how many drinks you can have I guess on one tab. I mean it's a good thing,but if I want another drink and I'm not drunk. Give me what I asked for. Thanks Hooters !

We haven’t been to this Hooters location in years—mostly because I couldn’t handle all the crickets during cricket season. We usually go to the one in Garland/Rockwall, but my husband and I decided to give this one another try since it’s closer to home and they had a late-night wing promo. It wasn’t very busy, so we’re not sure if they were short-staffed, but the order did take quite a while. That said, once the food arrived, everything was cooked perfectly—and our waitress was very nice and apologetic which made the experience better.

I love their samurai teriyaki chicken wings! It’s so delicious even with the breading. Their root beer was good! And the fried pickles, i would say decent. Great customer service, our server is Donna and she made sure that we are taken care of! Even though she have other tables to assist. Their alcoholic beverages was good as well! I waited 15 mins with no front host, once they showed they did apologize & said they were short staffed. Then I bit into a raw chicken wing, manager asked what he could do to correct the problem I said “maybe get me some cooked wings” so we waited an extra hour & 18 mins after waiting an hour for the raw batch, so he brought out another 50 piece wings! 💪 He said I will make it right so he took my receipt & discounted a drink off my bill 🤦‍♂️ so not sure what that meant!? 🤷‍♂️ Oh did I mention he apologized for the raw wings… excuse was he was short staffed! 😮 My bill went from $138 to $133 or so! Had to wait a while for waitress to even come to the table and acknowledge the we were there, at least 20 minutes. After that the food was great, the oysters were huge! Wings were good as always! The only problem is the service (the amount of time waiting), this has always been a problem there. 🙄

We had a great time at hooter. The waitress was very nice and accommodating. I had to ask for refills which is understandable because everyone want the pretty ladies attention. The only problem I had was my wings were dry and overcooked. We still ate them without complaining and just drowned the wings in ranch. Now I also got the Buffalo shrimp. The shrimp were soooo good. I'm definitely ordering the Buffalo shrimp again. Also the drinks were nasty. The non alcoholic drinks were nasty. I drink sweet tea which was OK but the fountain drinks were horrible.

I haven't been to Hooters in awhile and it was okay. I didn't realize they sold seafood so I had the crab legs, which were cold. Hubby had the buffalo chicken sandwich. He said it was pretty good. Our waitress did a good job. It's a good spot for casual dining.

Waited for 30 minutes, there was one person in front of us, 2 guys came in and they took them to the table right seay like nothing. I asked why they were seated right away when we had been waiting for 30 minutes. She said, oh sorry I haven't been at the front. The other lady with the santa claus outfit kept telling is someone will get you in minute Bad service no communication. We left. Oh and the restaurant was half empty. I will never go to this place again.

I'm not sure who the cook was but these chicken wings were horrible. 10pcs, lemon pepper and bbq. We received all lemon pepper and some bbq sauce lightly splash on 2 wings. Also the fries were cold...smh. The worse part of the night was observing Jeremy (manager/supervisor) tab a waitress on the butt as she walked by. I'm sure if anyone from corporate was there, they would not have approve of several things. Hopefully someone important read this for the young ladies sake.

Restaurant might need a visit from the health department. Needs to be cleaned. Cups were dirty had to request a Togo cup and I looked in it and it still had foreign particles. I was sick the next day after eating there.

I ordered Baja Shrimp tacos and they were the worst! The service could have been better for sure too. It wasn’t very busy at all the cook had to call out waitress multiple times for her to realize our food was up. Not good on getting refills either.

I honestly have to say I was very disappointed. I have not been to hooters in a while so I. Stopped by 2 pick up my online order that I placed an order online only to realize after driving 20 minutes there and 20 minutes home that I received the child's plate. I ordered a 5 piece bonless wing with the 3 piece tender. And they all looked like chicken nuggets to me. This is a very disappointment for the amount of money that I payed hooters is not what it used to be anymore. The food portions are very deceiving for what you actually see in the pictures.I will not be going here again.And I highly recommend people to consider before spending there hard Earned money. I also called the Establishment to let the know about my food and to also notify them that my fries were not fully cooked, only to not receive an answer.I called and called nobody answered the phone and I couldn't even believe that this is how they treats their customers.

Ordered 50 wings- 2 orders of 20 hot, and 10 3-mile island for take out. The manager brought them to us but didn’t check them. We get home 30 minutes away and they gave us 20 3-mile and 20 hot - shorted us 10 hot wings and 10 wings in total. I want a credit for 20 wings but you cannot call their location. It goes to a call center that can’t pass the call though. It’s ridiculous!

The food took for ever and when we received it, it was hard to eat or undercooked. My husband is diabetic and they don't have diet drinks anymore it limited his options and the lemonade tasted like dirty water.

Absolute worst experience tonight, not busy and food still was taking over an hour, legit over an hour, 47 minutes for waitress to get me a water glass, other guest arrived and ate and left before we were given any kind of apology for waiting so long! Manager was the worse, didn’t attempt to explain or apologize for anything. Real Casual, didn’t care attitude, with a hint of overwhelmed. Instead of helping, he hid in office! He had his staff all over the place from one side of building to other side of building instead of working in sections, we ended up paying for drinks and leaving , very disappointed !!!

Got there about 7:30 pm. No wait, we walked right in … and stood there about 5 or so minutes to be seated for some reason. I should have known to leave at that point that they were gonna be slow/ behind. Pitcher of beer was NOT cold AT ALL, and food was Sort of cold. So that sucked …. BUT YALL THE BATHROOM WAS UNCALLED FOR. it should not have been that dirty. Took my daughter in there and will never go back. The shrimp was slimy, while the manager was polite and apologetic and took care of it the waitress was not friendly , never smiled, seemed annoyed after to said something about the shrimp and never filled our drinks. Went to hooters last weekend for some hot wings and got scammed with these little bitty, not even bite size wings. I thought it was a joke but no it was real. All but 1 wing was normal size. I took a pic and compared it to the other 19 wings. Insane they serve this poor quality of food to their customers. And to top it all off it was full price for some less than sample wings. I will never go back.

It took them almost an hour to bring our appetizer & food out! Never got our fries.(Landy) Server blamed the kitchen being backed up, but the restaurant was almost empty! I’m pretty sure she forgot to put our order in because about 30 mins after we ordered server came to ask what had we ordered. Never offered refills! The booth behind us also complained about the same issues. It was only my husband and I.

Such a disappointment! Every time I come here there’s always bad service. I use to be a waitress so I know sometimes it gets rough when it’s busy buuuuttttt it’s every time I come here! The last experience was with waitress KEKE or KIKI! We had got a table for 6 but needed a table for 9 because 3 more of our friends were coming. Keep in mind we already ordered our drinks and apps. We didn’t mind closing our tab with her and TIP her and move on with a different waitress. Our food NEVER CAME. I was starving and our drinks were empty. She straight ignored us. Walked by our tables plenty of times. She was going off to another waitress the whole time, probably upset because we wanted to switch tables. When we finally got a manager named Jeff involveded 2 HOURS LATER (our fault for not going to one sooner) we were done with that ugly a** h**. Her excuse was she was waiting for the other waitress to come get us. Well while we were waiting what about our food? We wanted some more drinks.. like she didn’t get not a dime from us that night and it was her own fault. We went to TGIF and tipped our bartenders $26 off a $60 tab that’s almost 40% So imagine us having a bigger tab at hooters 🤷🏻‍♀️ Manager needs to do better controlling his girls.

Terrible experience. We sat there for 15 min before the Waitresses came and got our drinks. She helped push together tables so she knew we were there. Drinks came out late. Manager came out and got everyone refils. But forgot the bar drinks another 20 minutes later we had to remind him. We sat there for an hour before our food came out. Just a terrible experience overall.

I went on 7/5/25 and the bartender sucked. She didn't know how to make drinks. A drink was sent back so she just poured it in another cup went in the back and tried to act like she remade it. He only saving grace were the waitresses. Hire another bartender because she is horrible.

If you order delivery you consistently get low quality food. If I were eating in the restaurant it wouldn’t be served like this. Lesson learned, never again!

It never fails. I order something and Hooters can’t seem to figure out the correct order. All that I received in my take out order was a 10 piece 3 mile island boneless wings( I never even ordered that) . What I ordered was below on the receipt. I didn’t even get any fries.I paid over $70 and got not a single thing I ordered. . And this is also the 3-4 time this has happened with Hooters Mesquite. Hooters always says they will make it right and refund… but they never have.

I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with the towing situation I experienced after visiting this Hooters location. I responsibly chose to leave my car overnight after dining and leaving the restaurant around 10:30 PM, well before closing time (12:00 AM), as I had been drinking and felt it was safest not to drive. Despite doing the right thing, my car was towed at 1:30 AM — just an hour and a half after closing. This feels like an incredibly predatory practice, especially when customers are trying to be responsible. There were no clear warnings or grace period for overnight parking, and I received no notice that my car would be towed so quickly. This kind of treatment discourages safe decisions and leaves a bad impression of both the business and whoever is contracted to tow vehicles. I would strongly recommend others be cautious if visiting — apparently, doing the right thing can still get you punished.

This place is disgusting, the restroom was dirty AF. I also had to wait over an hour for ten wings. And the manager knew I was waiting and failed to do anything about it. When I did get my food, the fries were cold. So I will never be going back to that hooters. I will stick to Plano’s hooters.

Today I brought my daughter and her best friend out for dinner. The kids had a great time. The check was 65 dollars and I paid it like I always do. Once the lady brought me my change we began to pack up and leave. As well began to walk to the car the security guard proceeded to run behind me and my child asking to see a receipt that no one in the restaurant asked him to check for. He began to say he thought I didn’t pay but was watching us the entire time. This was beyond disgusting and embarrassing. My child was scared and I will never bring my child to a place like this again. I have never taken anything from anyone and I have never been treated like this in my life. It’s sad to say that the man was the same race as me. This was truly disturbing.

During COVID reopening...Website says they offer curbside pickup. Sign outside says curbside. My husband called when he arrived and they said they didn't have anyone to bring the food out and he had to go in. Staff was wearing masks but not many of the people inside (for obvious reasons). My husband is high risk...so definitely wouldn't have ordered from here if I would have known they were not actually doing curbside pickup. The order was done 10 mins later than our listed pickup time. Order was correct and food was good.

We ordered to take out first off the food was going to be ready at 7:15 then we had to waited an additional 45min then we got the food and still missing items we needed getting our food well over an hour later and when we got home the food was dry and looked like it was refried so many times because it was super greasy and disgusting. Can believe I spent so much money and got this shitty service and food. A really horrible experience that I will not be coming back

MY REVIEW IS ABOUT THE CAKE 😓 The chocolate mousse cake no longer looks or taste how it used to. It used to look identical to the image on the menu but no longer does. I think they changed where they buy them from. Now it's a smaller & shorter slice of cake that looks like someone made the cake at home😓. I ordered to go and the wonderful lady who helped me was nice and courteous. I hope they go back to getting the cake from where the used to order it so it'll look like the menu photo once again and taste as delicious as I remeber.

I wouldn’t rate it one star but I Ordered takeout tonight and at the bottom of the container was a bitten wing? Is this what we’re doing now!? Very disgusting I don’t know if I’ll ever come back after this.

I pre ordered food here 45 mins before my arrival and they started my food when I arrived. I was put 30 minutes behind schedule, missing half of the Super Bowl. Everyone was hiding in the back. There was only one server on the floor. No managers. No communication either.

This location was extremely disappointing and honestly concerning. I found hair in my food, my order of fried pickles came with only seven pickles, and worst of all, my chicken wings were undercooked. After eating there, I became sick. This is not just poor service but a serious food safety issue. I would not recommend this location and hope management and health inspectors address these issues promptly.

Man i havnt been to hooters in a while but this is NOT IT! Look at the "side of sauce". Pretty bad flavorwise too. I doubt ill be back atleast to this location

Im here today on Veterans day I ordered 10 piece breaded half hot half 3 mild and food came out cold n very little sauce the fries were white not done all the way if I could rate the service it was horrible AND WHEN I CAME IT WASN'T ALOT OF PEOPLE IN THERE SO GO FIGURE THIS LOCATION USE TO BE GREAT IT'S NOT I THINK ALL THE HOOTERS HAVE WENT DOWN HILL I WILL NOT BE BACK

Absolutely horrible experience. The service was painfully slow — we waited forever just to get water, and even longer for our food. When it finally came out, there was a hair in my meal. Completely unacceptable and disgusting. The staff didn’t seem to show empathy except to say maybe it was a string but yet their cook wasnt wearing a net nor a hat though they did offer to remake or take it off. The whole place felt unclean and disorganized. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. The margaritas tasted like a icee slush no taste of flavor or liquor i sent one back and got a different one though the next one i shouldve just saved my money. Save your time, money, and appetite — go literally anywhere else.

Went here the other day food was OK. Everything was going well until our server. Cameron arrived She had a bad attitude also called My friend A b!!!!. We ended up paying and just leaving didn’t leave her much of a tit for that attitude. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Not a real hooters! The food was not there… Taste was way off Asked for extra crispy and was brought the opposite… in the wings and fries. Don’t know if this places is a franchise using items not from hooters or trying to save some money, but really messed with the taste/flavor Place a bit abandoned

My family and I visited the Mesquite location September 14. 2024 at around 11:30 pm. We ordered two kids drinks, one tea, and one dos equis. We also ordered a fried pickle appetizer and meals. Our fried pickles were delivered and we discovered a dead cricket in the ranch (see photo). We brought this to the attention of the manager and asked that our food order be cancelled. We offered to pay for the drinks totaling $12.95 and the manager accepted. We did not feel comfortable taking the drinks abd left them. We were completely shocked that the manager made no apology or offere to comp our drinks. He was completely unbothered by the situation.

Beer still cold ....food starting to feel like 7-11 update 8/12/22 seems they are making some adjustments to staff and the restaurant. The food is definitely tasting better seems more freshly made. The restaurant seemed to be looked after a little more. One thing for sure beer still cold😁 5/18/24 update came by to give this place a try to see of they have gotten better ...well they didn't told me 20 minute wait for 2 ppl and restaurant half empty I'm guessing this place even has issues keeping staff.
