Iris is one of the most attentive member of the entire hotel. Her kindness and attitude will brighten your day while you eat some nutritious foods before you get your day started.

The bartender from this hotel is the rudest person ever. My wife arrived before me at the hotel and was waiting for the the room to be available (even though it was past 3:00pm) when this lady saw her with a bag of food and approach her in a very bad manner telling her she couldn’t have food in the table outside of the restaurant since they sell food. She told her the food was for the room but was waiting because it wasn’t ready. A couple minutes later she had the audacity of asking my wife her name and who was the person that told her she could wait there; as if she was making any trouble. Unacceptable the way she treated her like she was beneath any of the people that were there waiting as well, felt very discriminated and racist her behavior.
