I felt right at home at this Spanish family-friendly restaurant! The waiters were welcoming and the atmosphere was cozy. The music was not loud and I appreciate that. We had the sangria and the paella Valenciana, which were both delicious. While we waited for our paella for 2 (which takes 45 minutes), we enjoyed some garbanzos, tortilla española and patatas bravas, which were also very good! We had some paella left but we ordered dessert anyway :) The flan was very good! Overall, the food was fresh and home-style. Yes, we had to roll out of there but I enjoyed this restaurant and will definitely come back!
The caldo Gallego was awesome. The camarones enchilados I found a bit bland. Overall I'd definitely return to this place. Staff was very attentive.

This was my first time here... I did not know this place had been here for almost 40 years... I most have driven by thus restaurant 1 million times but never had the chance to go in. This time all the stars were aligned... I had a business meeting near by and when it was over, it was the perfect time. Loved the food, the service and the staff.
Excellent!!! Impressive taste and service. All due respect bro the best Spanish Restaurant in Miami.
Best Spanish Food in South Florida. Victor & Domingo treat you like family upon walking in the front door. The Wines are amazing. 5 Stars all the way around! Clean environment too!
Great little place with delicious food & bread good prices , good atmosphere, service is excellent by Domingo & the other gentleman. We didn't have sangria this time but everything! there is good.
The best and most authentic Spanish restaurant in Miami. I've been to this place many times (like over 30 times and counting) and decided to finally write a review. It's not some trendy, pretentious tapas place, it's an authentic Spanish hole in the wall serving great quality food and wine. If you want to go for just tapas, the Mar y Tierra, Boquerones, Croquetas, Gambas al Ajillo, Garbanzo fritos, chorizo al vino, pulpo a la gallega, and many more are all fantastic options. If you want to go for tapas and a meal, the seafood, pork, and red meat are all worth having. The waiter Domingo is fantastic and the manager Victor a great host who both treat you like family and are attentive over their tables. You can't go wrong going to this place!
Nice little Spanish place with good food and wine
On Saturday 3/30/24 my wife and I where looking for a place to have lunch and my son recommend this Restaurant, small place but has the best Spanish food in Miami, has a great service the food was hot and well cooked I do recommend this place.
I've being eating great Spaniard food in this Restaurant for over 12 years. It is family operated, the original founder reired to Spain and his sons were left in the business. The paella is chock -full of seafood and the tapas and salpicon are fresh and daily made. Great selection of Spanish wines. Only problem is parking. Better parking available at dinner time.
We had tapas, fried garbanzos, caldo gallego, ham croquettes, and the pulpo a la gallega. All great, but the croquetas were the best in town so far. We accompanied our tapas with white sangria, great choice. Kudos to the chef and our waiters they too were amazing. Recommend!
Love this place! If you like Spanish food- real Spanish food, then go! Tapas, paellas, vinos españoles… it’s the real deal!
Consistently great food and service. I have been coming here for many years and can honestly say I have never been disappointed. I have been to other Spanish restaurants, however, this is THE place for authentic food.
After coming back from Spain 1 month ago..this is as legit as can be . Our server Gretel was superb the food and wine Amazing !!!
We have been coming here for years. It is always an excellent experience. The food is delicious, the service is great, very accommodating to special requests.
Amazing food, service, and really friendly people. I would really recommend this place.
Great tapas restaurant! Probably one if the best I have ever had, with a really good choice of wine. La paella en tinta de pulpo is delicious, the service is great too.
This was my first time at this restaurant. The service and food were excellent. I will definitely be coming back.
Excellent food and family atmosphere , the service very fast and accurate .If you really want to enjoy Spanish cuisine , definitely this is place.
Love this place! For us is one of our favorite places. Great food ! Great price and a family atmosphere.
Delicious Spanish tapas and wine. Service was excellent and price wise is unbeatable.
Everything was great. Attention and food. 100% recommended
Food is amazing, easily the BEST Paella I've had in 10 years. All the appetizers were amazing as well. Ramon was our server, he delivered an excellent customer service to us, was kind and professional. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you!
I have been coming to Los Gallegos for more than two decades It has been a fantastic experience The people that works at the place makes you feel like part of the family Pleasant and great experience Highly recommend Five start
We’ve been visiting Los Gallegos Restaurants for over 15 years we feel like family there. We love the Spanish Omelette , croquettes and the Lamb Ribs not to mention one of my favorite Dishes from the Chef’s Guillermo the Grill lobster with we paired with a magnificent ribeye. Also thanks Victor for the wine recommendation and the teen Domingo , Ramon and Chiqui always attentive with friendly and good service.
Our first time at Gallegos, and we’ll definitely be coming back! The Paella Valenciana and garbanzos fritos were absolutely delicious. The service was very attentive.
Food was delicious - ham croquette appetizer and sea bass is what i got. If you opt for homemade potato chips as a side like I did, ask for them to be heated up though.
BEST SPANISH RESTAURANT IN MIAMI. Amazing Restaurant. The food is delicious. Staff very helpful. I love the grill lobster. Great selections of wine.Thank you Victor for all your recommendations.
My 70-something year old mother is a regular at Los Gallegos since she loves Spanish cuisine and Los Gallegos has really delicious Spanish food. An old family friend invited my mother, my teenage son and middle-aged me to lunch and this was the place we chose to eat with her. My mom did a great job ordering for us since she knew their portions were large. We all shared the fish soup, fried calamari (squid) and seafood paella. Then each of us ordered different desserts: the flan, the creme brûlée, chocolate cake and pears poached in wine accompanied by a cup of coffee (either cappuccino or espresso). Every dish was rich in flavor and absolutely delicious! The soup and the paella had generous portions of fish and seafood! The desserts were really nice too! The couple at the table adjacent to ours also appeared to be regulars. They ordered different bottles of wine and tried several of the dishes including fried calamari, grilled octopus and a platter full of assorted grilled fish. This is a family-friendly and family-run business that was very welcoming to all customers as if they were eating at the home of close family friends rather than at a restaurant. Victor, Domingo, Charlie/Carlos and Oscar were all very kind, friendly, helpful and attentive to us as well as to all the other customers at Los Gallegos. We had excellent service with a smile and they also took photos of us seating at our table o we would remember that wonderful meal.
After visiting a few of the best Spanish Restaurants in the area, “Los Gallegos” the best! Quite Frankly! Many of the restaurants in Madrid don’t compete with “Los Gallegos” very very authentic! Excellent service!
If you want an authentic taste of Spain, you must visit this place. Nobody should leave without trying the Vasque cheese cake.

Homelike Spanish traditional food in the middle of Bird Road. We liked the patatas bravas, croquetas de jamon, tortilla española, and the calamares fritos. The service was good: the owner was friendly and involved on making you feel like at a friends house. We would come back for the cold tapas and maybe the desserts.
Very nice service, place, and food. Was a bit pricey for the portions of the foods considering they were tapas, but it met my expectations of it since it was a very recommended place. The waiters were very funny and interactive, and the place had a homey ambiance similar to restaurants in Spain.
Surprised by this little place .atmosphere not great but food was very good. Id definitely go again . taste was fresh I had the grouper pan seared , appetizers were very good . Recommend if your in the mood for Spanish cuisine.
Excellent food that truly tastes like home cooking!! A gem of a restaurant with a good variety of tapas - everything we tried was delicious. Run, don't walk!

Nice Spanish cuisine. The gazpacho soup is wonderful!
Great place for tapas and a bottle of Spanish wine.
Authentic Mexican food good service excellent drinks great for family and couples on dates service is quick and attentive we'll come back for sure
Lunch time today there were about 5 tables occupied everyone was nice cordial food was very good. All Spanish dishes. Parking a bit of a problem. Very good Spanish place no music
Great tapas, soups, seafood and spanish, ham and cheeses and wines. Social distancing and very clean and good service. If busy parking is a bit of a challenge.
Honestly when we got to the restaurant, the service was pretty hostile. The server was not in a good mood probably because of the fact that we are not older than 60 years old which is what we saw come in and leave in the time there. Parking is extremely sketchy. If you dont find a parking spot in the front, leave, the laundromart section is scary. Food was average, the best was crema catalana, everything else was normal, nothing out of the ordinary. I would not go back cause honestly wasnt anything special.

The service and attention to the customer were excellent. The food is what I had a slight issue with. First and foremost, the sliced jamón was packaged (not freshly sliced on the premise as I would expect a Spanish restaurant to do). Secondly, the potatoes in the ensaladilla rusa, were undercooked. The ensalada mixta, was made with iceberg lettuce, my personal pet peeve as it has no taste. And lastly, the crema catalana was not creamy enough as it appeared to have been made with an alcohol that also spoiled it's simple, yet rich taste. The croquetas de bacaloo were tasty, as were the chunks of queso manchego.

Too expensive for what the food they offer or claim to be Spanish food.
I was excited to go to this restaurant since I heard that the food was good. Unfortunately our family had a bad experience. We ordered our food and my husband's food never came. I questioned the waiter but he implied that my husband did not order the food. To make matters worse he did not apologize or try to makes things right. He just made excuses and took no responsibility. I made the comment that we were unhappy and still no apology. He finally apologized when we were paying the bill. I guess he wanted a tip. The restaurant was pretty empty so I really don't comprehend what happened. Although the food was good, bad service and a bad waiter ruined our experience and we won't be going back.
We had a party of 12 to celebrate my mom’s 80th birthday and even though we called three days in advanced. We got there at 6:00 they didn’t take our order until 7:00 because I guess we were not priority. We got our food at 8:00… All our vegetables were frozen cold had to send them back. Good food but understaffed therefore no good service. I will not recommend this place for any group over two people… you have been Warned. I will not return there. Very dissatisfied. Our bill was $500.00 with two jars of sangria a dish per person and 5 desserts plus three coffees. We left a good tip a bit over 20% because we are good people but the service didn’t warrant it. They need to hire good kitchen staff to help.

The food was not good DON'T order the sopon marinero
The services in this places is terrible. The food is bad and the desserts very expensive and of poor quality
What a terrible experience!!! Came here for dinner due to such amazing reviews and ordered a paella with my parents and let me begin by saying the paella was watery, the shrimps were miniature, the fish looked old, we didn’t even touch it! Ordered croquettes as appetizer and they were still frozen when I bit into it!! Told the waiter and he had a major attitude (older gentleman) refused to even offer us another meal, something different as in plain sight the food wasn’t even touched!!! Nothing, horrible customer service, I paid for this disgusting food but I will be sure to leave them this review in every site I possible can. Do not waste your money or time!!
This has always been one of our favorite neighborhood restaurants. Good food, good service. Restaurants now a days are going through some very difficult times. Therefore we placed a take out order of our favorite menu items. When we got there, I could not believe what I saw. Non of the staff were wearing masks! If anyone one of them had the Covid 19 virus, they could easily be spreading it over all the food they were preparing. On top of that, there were three other people milling around the bar. They did not have a table set up at the entrance to the restaurant for people to come, pick up their order and pay. It was truly disappointing how they were disobeying all the rules in place to minimize the risk of contagion. This showed extremely poor judgement on their part and we refused our order. We will never return here.
I suspect most of the previous reviews are fake. If you want overpriced cuban food by all means go here. This restaurant is very expensive and the quality is not great. The people working there are not friendly, and most people who go to this restaurant are over 50.
Fake paella without saffron. The octopus portion was tiny for the price. Nothing tasted fresh.
This is the worst “spanish” restaurant I have ever tried in my life. Came here while visiting my parents in the area and I couldn’t be more dissapointed. The croquettes which is a traditional spanish recipe were cold and tasteless. I ordered the secret recipe pork and I couldn’t even eat it. Terrible experience from start to finish. They call themselves a fine restaurant (this is ridiculous)! I could eat better at Pollo Tropical. Avoid at all cost
I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I have tried so many restaurants in Miami and around the world and I can guarantee you this restaurant is the worst I have ever tried. I got food poisoned the following day after eating here. The only reason I came was because I was invited from a friend around the area. I will regret this for the rest of my life. Too many reasons to mention. Avoid at all cost
