We had breakfast here twice during our stay, and both times were excellent. The prices were fair, and the quality of the food was definitely worth it. The first time, we ordered Catalina’s breakfast, a fresh fruit bowl, and waffles to share. The next day, we got the same but swapped the waffles for pancakes. Everything was delicious, and we truly enjoyed our meals. Would definitely recommend and would love to visit again!

I love Maxine’s! Perfect for every meal. The servers are always on point. Nacho, my waiter this evening, was excellent. They’re very attentive but not too on top of you, it’s the perfect balance. The prices are pretty typical for South Beach, even a little on the less expensive end, depending on what you order. It’s a beautiful restaurant and a great location. They have indoor, outdoor, bar, tables and a few booths so there’s pretty much every seating option. There’s usually a table readily available even if it looks busy. I’ve stayed at the hotel in the area so I’ve been here quite a few times 👍

The food is affordable and came out in a timely manner. My fiancé’ got the ribeye and I got the traditional paella (Valenciana). The ribeye was good, especially for the price. My dish was pretty salty, but good. Very nice atmosphere, calm and spacious. Emre was our waiter and was very sweet and attentive.

Sat outside. The whole order to check took about 1 hour. They preadd Gratuity. When restaurants add Gratuity I never tip them more. But usually I always tip at 25%. Food was great! Be advised! If you aren't staying at the associated hotel, your service will be lacking. Waited 10 minutes for a glass of water. Placed drink order and my monitor came 20 mi uses after my wife's beer. We split the check for her work and it was split wrong. Food is cheap, disappointing. Our chees and seasonal fruit plate you couod get better quality at a gas station. Soda had no carbonation. The google rating and looks of the place were deceiving. Bathrooms had shampoo for soap.

We were on a stopover in Miami. Walking and thought it looked good. Burgers were dry and overcooked. Wings were also dry and basic. Fries were soggy and cold. We sat outside and they blasted the music so loud that all of the patrons on the patio looked up annoyed; when I asked a staff member to lower the music he gave me an attitude. Finally; there was a $6.00 service charge ( never disclosed beforehand) and an automatic 14% tip added. If food and service was good I would normally tip 20-22%. Avoid this place in Miami. Footnote: just got off the MSC Seaside and the late night burgers and pizza at the buffet were 1,00000 x’s better.

The service is horrible. The food is decent and the location is great but I live locally and I am never coming back. Eveytime it's been awful. The waitresses are more bothered about talking to each other and socialising than helping ppl. Everyone wanted around me. It's empty and I wanted 30 minutes to ask for coffee then no own came again. The cleaned had to go interrupt the social hour of the girls in the front. They don't care and gratitude is already added. Ask for it to be removed as you'll have an awful time.

He rushed through taking our orders, didn’t take the time to listen carefully, and gave us the impression that he either didn’t understand or wasn’t interested in our requests. I ordered a cocktail and the Hangover burger. The burger was quite tasty, though the fries were bland and underwhelming. My girlfriend had a pasta dish, but unfortunately, the pasta was burnt — as shown in the photo we took. Another family member ordered a wrap, but the chicken was very dry. When we tried to bring this to Emre’s attention, he appeared confused and dismissive. Later, we noticed Emre looking at us angrily, and it seemed like he was complaining about us to another staff member, which made us feel very uncomfortable. When it came time to pay, we did not leave a tip since a 14% gratuity was already included. Still, the server attempted to ask for an additional tip, saying it would go to him personally. We politely declined, explaining that we didn’t feel comfortable with the service provided. He then became visibly upset, walked away frustrated, and tossed the receipt onto the table in an unprofessional manner. Afterward, we spoke with the manager to express our concerns. The manager was very respectful and professional, offering to make things right with a complimentary dessert or something from the menu. We declined the offer, as the experience had already left a negative impression. We truly appreciated the manager’s attitude, but unfortunately, the service experience overshadowed the rest of the evening. Hopefully, this feedback will help improve future guest experiences.
