Super friendly service at the drive through window and the food was hot and well-made. Much better than other Taco Bell locations. I will return definitely.
Cheline was very polite she very friendly and professional greqt job I'm a big fan of hospitality
Positives: ---Speediness--- Consistently one of the best Taco Bells to go through. I've never waited more then 5+ minutes in the drive-thru and, knowing how busy Miami drive-thru's get at certain times of the day, this is a feat all on its own. ---Customer Service--- Whoever hires the crew here, they definitely know who to hire. Almost all of my interactions with the staff has been courteous, professional and at times hilarious. Great crew after 10+ years of visiting this place. ---Food--- This Taco Bell has never messed up my likely 50-100 orders over the last decade. The food always comes out well-prepared (some other locations give me burritos that look like tacos). Ingredients are always fresh, and food is cooked always at the perfect temperature. Negatives: ---Cleanliness--- The lobby at this location is the only one in Miami I don't like coming to. For some reason, it always feels like there's a layer of grime on the tables and floor. The bathroom is nothing to write home about. HOWEVER, in this rare occasion, I won't let me OCD nature ding them for this one for having such an amazing drive-thru experience. Overall: 5/5
Very happy with the service everything was clean. Food was cooked to perfection.
This location has really attentive staff. Very fast, knowledgeable and actually care about your order. Even in the drive thru. We're here at a crazy busy time with a huge line and moved through the line in no time. Usually wouldn't review a fast food place but was very impressed. Every time we come here, they pull through
I just ordered an online order and, when i pulled to the drive through, the lovely manger on the shift greeted me very nicely , she was super polite loved the customer service at that taco bell , the was just how I ordered it , it was perfect.
Thank you so much this taco Bell has the best 🤩staff in the state of Florida and the food is served hot the business is very clean even there restroom where super clean. Staff seems to be very young and happy and friendly..
Why was this Sunday night 10 PM Taco Bell the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had in my life? I didn’t know nacho fries could be crispy. They even got my drink right. I think love you guys.
As fast food goes, Taco Bells are usually a fairly consistent experience regardless of where you visit them. In that respect this particular Taco Bell does not disappoint. I got exactly what I expected. I was impressed by the girl who took my order. She was extremely friendly and helpful.
You know you can never judge a business after one experience. But if my first visit to this taco bell is any indication, I would definitely recommend. The food came out fast. The place was clean. And the girl who took my order was so helpful, she even helped me set up and sign up to the taco bell app. I wish I had written her name down, because this employee needs a raise.
Sharlene makes this place a pleasure to visit each and every time. A gem of a human and an asset to Taco Bell. I will come back again because of her wonderful customer service!
I normally wouldn't review a fast food chain, but I moved into the area about 6 weeks ago, and this particular Taco Bell has the best service I've ever experienced as a fast food place. The food is consistently as well made as can be expected from a fast food chain, the facilities are always clean and organized, and the staff are incredibly friendly. They are even accepting of my service animal (my need for a service animal is not always immediately apparent, and mine is a non-traditional breed for service dogs) without hesitation or skepticism. The WiFi is also well maintained and super fast, and they do a great job of keeping panhandlers from loitering outside and harassing customers.
Exceptional Service I'm constantly on the go and due to my busy schedule, getting a quick bit can be a little hassle. Either the line is too long or your order comes out incorrect. This taco bell location has always been exceptional, If i'm craving something lite or sweet my order has always been precise, either I'm having one of my sweet tooth moments, my cinnabon delights has been fresh and hot. Its satisfying to know that management has taken the time to hire which a welcoming and friendly team that knows how to make their customers feel taco fabulous time and time again. Thank you
Always fresh no matter what. This is my favorite Taco Bell. We are here weekly and customer service never disappoints. I absolutely cannot go a week without coming to try a new menu item.
Hey, all I want from my Taco Bell is quick service and my order to be correct. Over the years I’ve accepted slower service and an almost correct order. But this location has the some of the best customer service and I’m not just comparing it to other Taco Bells. I’m always greeted with a smile and my order is always correct. The food is always assembled and wrapped appropriately too. It’s time for other businesses with subpar service to take a look at a prime example of great service and a quality product.
Ordered lunch about 12:30 afternoon on a Wednesday. I entered a few edits/ light sauce etc. the staff was friendly and engaging. Everything popped out perfect within 5 minutes YUM! Very clean restaurant, employees all wearing gloves. Pleasant music. Ashley was wonderful! Thanks Ashley! :)
Really great service with the kiosk to make ordering quick and easy. However, the jewel was the staff showing an interest in how my food was prepared. Seeking additional clarification for the modification I requested through the kiosk and not just assuming. Friendly and professional staff always gold star service and good food is a bonus.
Great customer service, short wait time, and always pleased by the way the store manager greets with optimism, and full of Life to all of his customers. Mr. Jordan should be recognized and given a bonus for his care and assistance to each customer that he's assisted. Great store.. Thank u so much for you and your crew. Ms. Sarai 4/24/25
Consistently the best Taco Bell I have ever visited. As a vegan who’s order is often incorrect and contaminated, it means the world to me that every time I order from here, there are no animal products on my food. Additionally, the food is always hot and fresh! Thank you all so much!
They are always open and its nice when you want to get a taco at 05am
I love taco bell and enjoy it often but most times lacks service even when I’m not expecting good service. But, I must say this Taco Bell was spotless, quick, and the service was literally one of the best I’ve gotten from fast food. Sharlene was taking my order and I had to ask her what her name was because I was so impressed.
I had a very good experience this morning. They treated me very kindly and made me feel at home, as if I had known them forever. They were very fast and friendly, and the food was really good. Breakfast was delicious. I ordered combo #12 and it was perfect. Thank you very much!
Got drive through. The lady working the booth had such a great attitude and made my day better. The order was correct and tasted great!
Since my last review I've gone twice and everything's been great. Cinnamon twist are perfect again and I've gotten everything in my order Update since my review 2 months ago 5 Feb 2026 I lowered my five stars to four stars because of the following issue I discuss, but they did handle it very well and respectfully, so I will still gladly go there. Hopefully, they can work on these little issues On multiple occasions, they do not put 1of 2 items in the bag yet charge me for both. I could understand if I'm ordering a bunch of things but it's literally two items. How do you mess that up so many times to where I'm driving and by the time I figure it out I have to turn all the way back around wasting my time and gas. And in trying not to hold up the line, I immediately exit but need to remember that this place has poor quality control, and I need to check my order before I drive away . Otherwise the food is good 65% of the time. On a couple occasions, the cinnamon twist have been unreasonably rock hard. The drive-through is quick. So they got that going for them. They're also extremely friendly, which is great. Nov/Dec 2025 Okay listen… whoever the sweet lady working at this Taco Bell is? She deserves a whole raise, a bonus, AND a crown. Her energy is so warm and genuine it literally makes your day better just pulling up to the window. And the bean & cheese burrito she made me?? Pure perfection. The temp was spot-on, the cheese was melted just right, and it was made exactly how I asked — you can tell she actually pays attention and takes pride in what she’s doing. Honestly, if every restaurant had her, the world would run smoother and feel way kinder. 10/10, protect this woman at all costs. 🫶🌮✨
Tacos, burritos, quesadillas, nachos... Qué más? Excelente!
i ordered multiple menu items, everything was served correctly and within a reasonable amount of time considering how short staffed this location is, they were attentive and helpful, thank you
Rating is compared to establishments in their category, to be fair/useful. This Taco Bell served me dinner that appeared fresh and tasty. I was so jonesing for Taco Bell and they got the job done. Thanks, Taco Bell. Oh, the dining room was really cold, but hey.
Great service, tacos could have been hotter, (temperature)
This Taco Bell is by far the best Taco Bell I’ve been to. The only complaint I have is that an older woman named Cheryl consistently breaks health code violations. She eats while on the clock and in front of customers. She mocks her manager and makes faces at her when she turns around, she pulls down her mask a lot just to talk and has the worst attitude out of all the employees. But aside from her, the food is great, the other employees are always working fast and are always kind, and I can see that the manager is always thinking of the customer because no matter what I may need, it’s always in the bag already.
Well, it's a Taco Bell, so I'm pretty sure most people know the routine. You'll probably get at least one or two homeless people asking for money if you go there after Dark, but that's pretty normal. Service is good, relatively quick, and as for the food, it's definitely Taco Bell.
I've always liked Taco Bell for the food and the price... Open 24 hrs and in a good location...
I decided to set foot on this place to try their Nacho Fries. I think they’re AMAZING. The rest of the food is ok. People seem to love Taco Bell but, considering I like Mexican Food a lot, I prefer to look for other options.
One day this place will be able to execute the correct order and serve it hot until then it is open very late so maybe you’re drunk and the food will taste fine.
Certainly not the best Taco Bell, but easily not the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever ben to. Not great, but honestly not even the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to in dade county. Like- it’s a Taco Bell. It serves that purpose effectively I suppose. I honestly think the consistency and general food quality has improved since COVID? Maybe I just lowered the bar for everything in life idk..... generally the staff is nice enough, you can tell they frequently have new people working the drive thru but they do alright. Like- It’s a Taco Bell it gets the job done
Ordered via drive-thru and they got my very simple dollar menu item wrong so I went inside and they got it wrong again but I didn't say anything to complain. Other than that is pretty good service I guess
The staff took "contact less ordering and food delivery" to the extreme. I'm not sure if it was because we weren't wearing masks or if they were antisocial. But, the staff was not very friendly, which is what I have grown to expect from Taco Bell. Maybe I'm just spoiled from my local Taco Bell. The food was decent, I have no complaints there. It was hot and fresh.
Breakfast crunchwrap excellent. Good service! Lady smily good. But no coffe!!!!!! Around area taco bells suffer from broken coffee machine not good!!! Have to fix them quick!!!
This Taco Bell is closest to our home so once or twice a year we stop by when we don't feel like cooking. We usually get the hard shell tacos supreme, Doritos tacos, and the churros. You know what you get and it is ok. The staff here are nice and friendly. Quick drive thru and off you go.
Went here 2 times while in Miami and the staff was not very pleasant both times. Customization requests to food were not given. In other words, the food was not prepared as ordered. And one night, the drive through line took us 40 mins to get through. I love Taco Bell and I was hungry late night on a Saturday so yes, I waited but was still underwhelmed with my food.
The staff is friendly but their burritos are badly made with the sauces all in one corner from my experience. Sometimes they forget things so we have to ask. I wouldn’t mention that if it wasn’t so often because it could be a common mistake but when it’s that common it’s worth mentioning. One time my friend ordered a 12 pack of cinnabon delights and not only did they take a rough 25 mins but we bit into them and the inside was COLD and gross.
They were stingy with their portioning with food. Their crunch wrap was dry and distasteful. I never left the window when I took a bit of the wrap. I told the woman at the window that the wrap had hardly anything in it besides lettuce and she went to the manager to let them know. He told her to ask if I would like something else and I simply said no. So I told her I wanted a refund, cuz as we all know we don't send food back to be remade(we can pretty much get a general sense of why can we!). I heard them bickering about how they shouldn't give me a refund etc... Then the manager finally came to the window and he ask if I had eaten the food first then complain. Like sir first of all I didn't even leave to begin with, secondly after taking 2 bites I gave the food back. Anyway should they be even asking you that. The food was unsatisfying that's all you need to know. Well I got my refund back after an extra 5 minutes of the swiping my card again and signing etc. I work a lot at night and sometimes I get hungry and I want something quick to eat I stop to whatever Taco Bell I see, but this is the first one that I've had to complain about a dry wrap with almost no product in it.
Earlier this week I left a 5 star review for this taco bell but today at 9:30 pm the girl in the drive -thru is talking and acting really unprofessional. First time for this place. They are normally professional but not today. Her name is Fifina. Not good.
On the screen my amount said 5.30 something. Pulled up to the window and the guy tells me 6.20. I tell him I thought it was closer to 5 dollars and he says it was actually 5.88. I look at what was charged to my card and it was 5.99? Not a big difference but how in the world do numbers get mixed up like that for a simple order? Doesn't add up.
Another terrible experience. I frequent this Taco Bell quite a bit, and I am typically disappointed at the horrible level of service they provide. The only reason I go is that it's near to my job And there's typically no line (huh... wonder why...) Almost every single time I ask for sauce, and it is never in my bag. Mind you, they always ask you if you want any sauce and they even put it on the receipt, but whatever I ask them to put it in my bag and I get nothing but attitude from the person at the window. They may have renovated the outside, but the staff still have the same old broken problems. I will make a point to literally go to the TscoBell about once a week and write the same review because I don't expect anything to change.
I was disappointed at the fact that almost all the food was cold. Not even warm. And always happens that they miss food, if you tell them they get upset at you but they want to get you out of the window fast. Not please with this location.
Neither condiments nor plastic cutlery were out for self service. They appeared to be short staffed; at one point 9 people were in line waiting to place their order. All the employees were doing their best, but they needed help.
Placed the MOST SIMPLISTIC order you can think of through Ubereats. I get 50% of my items and I just don’t get it…. I paid for extra items and didn’t get any of it. I don’t understand! It doesn’t seem to sink in how people don’t follow the orders, gets everything in the bag for order to go out and check to make sure everything is in. What if the order was for you? The lack of customer service here or anywhere is just distasteful.
Waited seriously almost 20 minutes for our food and it wasn't busy inside. Not sure what happened. Maybe they had a decent amount of mobile orders going on beforehand.
Passed by at 4am Saturday August 2nd operator said they were closed, but there was people inside working and straight ignored me. This location closes at 5:30 by the way
El aire acondicionado estaba muy fuerte. La comida bien. Picante pero bien y la atención bastante regular.
The workers are slow they took 1 hour to give me my food and they rude worst place ever
SHUT THAT PLACE DOWN. Would not recommend, unless you want food poisoning. They made a mistake and gave someone else my food but then we told them and I got my food. The taco with the sour cream and tomatoes is good. The basic one is okay. The mexican pizza was a mess to eat. I wouldn't recommend it. Their freeezee making machine has been broken for two days. I only go to taco bell for the freezees. So like highly disappointed. I guess I will call next time before I go. UPDATE: I found a moldy taco last time I went. Check your food before you leave. And their freezee machine, you guessed it, broken again. Update: went there again because someone else wanted to go so badly and guess what moldy tacos. Shut the whole place down.
I ordered 3 deluxe craving box wich didn't even come in a box, they didn't put the cheesy nachos in any or the orders, the salsa verde grilled cheeseburrito only had HARD rice and like 2 pcs of chiken no cheese no salsa no veggies nothing, no wonde why is always empty in that location.
The quality of this Taco Bell is much better than that of the one on 36th St, but it still has its issues. Two employees are literally yelling at each other and no one is getting their food. I wish I was making this up. What a joke. Update: After 40 mins, I got a refund instead of my food. Do yourself a favor and skip this location.
Twice order from this store Taco Bell 630 79 st Miami Charged me for what i order but only got half of it.
Has to be the slowest service ever. The girl in the front walks like a zombie Takes forever to take your order. Then it gets worst. The person making the food orders must be the zombie king. I recommend management to review camera from 1:15pm to 1:50pm...today june 8th. You have see it to believe it...
First taco bell experience. And won’t be trying again. All the beans are horrendous and mush. At least the crunchwrap is okay but definitely not worth the hype at all. Would not try this again, anywhere.
The only want to open drive thru at 9 AM so if I don’t have a car I can’t get food at 9 AM.crazy world.
Order through the Taco Bell I selected the drive thru option for pickup , when I arrive to the store after 20 min since I made the order they told me at the drive they to Go inside the store , then they made me wait for 20 min more and when I ask for my order they haven’t even started to prepare it , I understand that some places have staffing issues but it wasn’t busy when I arrive the drive they was Empty , they made go inside to wait for an order that they haven’t start to prepare that’s a huge Joke , I live 5 min away from the place but I prefer to go to the one on 36th st they are more efficient
Cashier was nice. But horrible customer service. We gave our name for our order. When our order was ready the employee didnt even know what the order was even though she made it. She brought the food out and layed the bag on the counter and walked away. .... im not sure whos hyping this fast food serice but i give it a 1 star thanks . Thanks to the cashier only person that look that cared about her job...
Just went thru tonight and the attitude at the drive thru is off the chain. The girl kept rushing me and was not friendly at all. Seemed to be bothered to be working. Oh and my straws were NOT in my bag !!! A whole lot of sass and no class. just an observation.
I took my family to Taco Bell on February 5th 2017 and I know fast food is fast food but I ordered the party box and 6 additional tacos and when I arrived home all the tacos in the party box were all broken and the additional burritos were old like someone may have ordered and didn't want them so they put them under the heat lamp and prayed for someone to order them. The loaded potato I ordered the potatos on them were so hard like they were very old. I am so disappointed in Taco Bell I spent over 25 dollars for this meal and didn't even get to finish or enjoy it it was horrible. I can't believe how great the customer service was while they served this horrible food I don't think I will ever eat at that Taco Bell on 79st again
Avoid by all cost.. Employees keep you change in drive through. Managers have bad attitudes, employees attitude stinks. Came in made a complaint about my stolen money. They keep giving me the run around. EMPLOYEE NICOLE H (works the night shift).. IS Using stolen CC to Rob customers money and Management doesn't care... STAY FAR AWAY
Cashier Bruanka T. was very rude. Did not say thank you or any greeting remarks. My receipt stated I wanted all the sauces but I only received mild sauce and when asked for Diablo sauce she grunted very loud "huuuuh, here." Never will I return. If I could rate a 0/10 I would because the person taking my order was rushing me as well.
WORST PLACE TO GO TO AT NIGHT!!! Every weekend that my friends and I go out, it's a tradition for us to go to a Taco Bell! Since this is the closest one to our homes, we have always gone to this one. We happily wait the lines and order a buttload of food-- but there is one guy in particular who takes the orders at the windows who is just GOD AWFUL. I don't know his name but he is an African-American type looking individual and it away's there during the night shift. The last time we were there, he had such tremendous attitude we ended up waiting the line and just leaving without ordering. Our order wasn't event hat complicated-- a two person order-- and anwsered the telecom with a "what do you want". No welcome, no letting us know of any specials, NADA. We have never had issues at this location before until this guy and this terrible experience isn't the first time. Now, we sadly avoid this location and occasionally change to burger king. This was definitely a disappointing change for us.
Night time you can get great service here but day time is a completely different place! So i order a coffee... Well first the guy gets pissy when i say just a handful of sugar ALOT! then apparently if your not spending enough you look dumb asking to use a locked bathroom the kid stomps around the counter after rolling his eyes at me for even asking! Then i ask another employee for more sugar for my coffee and her reply is... Do you really need more?
I normally don’t complain when I get the wrong ordered but this needed to be address for a-couple of different reasons.. . I have severe dairy allergy’s.. I had ordered a Crunchwrap and inside was filled with sour cream and queso.. I had also switch the beef for black bean and ended up with beef. The only thing I want out of this is eployees to be more aware of food preparation, especially for people that suffer from different food allergies and health conditions. Many are not so forgiving. I’m a waitress and understand that things happen but to mess up this bad.. especially when I read it on the screen and someone happened to read it wrong?? It’s Disappointing
They take picture of your debit card on drivin-thru and used it so happens to me 3 times , always at night. So be careful
The food was horrible. I ordered 3 hard tacos. They were very soft no crunch what so ever. This is the worst Taco Bell I have been to. This message is definitely for the employees there. Please take pride in your work. Don't serve anything to anyone that you wouldn't eat.
I’m call corporate !I feel that this is very disrespectful of the Whole stuff crews feel like it’s okay to Turn off the soda Machine Every day at the store! I’m a customer and I think that is not Right to the Community ! They can shut Taco Bell down and put Chick-fil-A
Horrible experience nobdog in line, took so long to get my food.
This is the perfect place to eat if you want rude employees who snatch your money out your hand and toss your food on the counter. Not only do you get rude employees, but they forget about your food and you have to remind them to make it. And to make this dinner even more pleasurable, your meal comes with begging homeless people who does not stop asking for you to buy meals for them. Ive had the honor of 3 homeless people kept asking me to buy them food within the 15 minute period I’ve been here. Management didn’t do anything.
the worst fast food experience. I asked for an order number 6 with water and Two chubby cheese. I got home from the tru drive 5 min later. all wet food raw tortillas employees working unprotected 3 employees. 8:45 pm or 9 pm. I had to throw the food away. I will never go back to that place again I do not recommend it there is no customer respect. it was horrible.
horrible staff, I wished there was a -3 star, because you arrive and nobody cares that you are there alone staind waiting for a cashier to take your order, I'm sure the cashier is the one that makes fries and the manager cleans the bathrooms, horrible staff!, nobody cared I was standing in front. I went to wendys nextdorr and they were happy to take my order without ignoring me.
Manager today at 4:00 pm was preparing our food had no gloves and just threw our fries on a plastic tray that had no paper. Order was not complete keep forgetting our drinks. Soda machine dirty, where you pick up the sauce & straws dirty, tables dirty. Windows outside and inside dirty. This place is a mess. People arguing in the kitchen poor coordination and terrible customer service. I can not believe how they run this place. What happened???
Very rude couldn't hear us we asked to come up to the window. They said no, they can't add anything to the order at thr window. Must mean someone deaf can't order at the window. Asked for chips on the side for my nachos. Never had a problem at any other taco bell with that. They refused.
The staff was arguing all the time, there was a flight in the store, and the service is horrible, Not the same as it used to be in this place. Afraid I can't come back here with my kids. And then I opened my food and it was the worst. This people need to be fired for the sake of the store. I've been living in this area over 20 years and this was the worst day out of all the places I have lunch.
It is now as extremely terrible as it formerly was amazing. Antonio used to manage this store and the whole staff were terrific. Now a new girl is managing and she is terrible with an attitude, and her employees have imitated her poor attitude. We used to bring our group here every Sunday, but now are forced to go other places. Too bad.
Horrible unprofessional service, at 3am very poor treatment. Asked to collect pickup and was rudely sent away from the window for no reason I spent money on this order aswell and didn’t even get it, extremely frustrated. What a waste of money! A total shame.
Come on , it was a long day and we my sister and I love the cheesy gordita chrunch we order two and a cinnamon stwist , our tacos where so sad and dry , and anything but cheesy I am very dissatisfied and annoyed we waited about 8 mins in line for this so sad I too pics for my post... This was the taco Bell on 79 street a d us 1😒😒😒
I was here thursday November 20th at 6:50 PM. The reason I say this is because if ur a manager here you’ll know who to call out. Anyways the ladies here were so rude, because they MESSED UP MY ORDER. UNBELIEVABLE
On August 28th, 2025 in the evening I ordered from Taco Bell at that location. The door dasher stole my kids' food and drink. I called the store to ask if they could resend me the food that was stolen from me. The door dasher the lady told me NO. I called DoorDash and reported the issue and they tried calling Taco Bell to ask if they would resend the food so my kids could eat it. The DoorDash customer service representative said that the lady at Taco Bell said no they will not resend my kids' food. I called the Taco Bell and I spoke. To the lady and she said is nothing she could do. I said but I never received my kids' food. Then another Taco Bell worker said in the background Oh that DoorDash worker we gave her food to always steals the customers' food. I said then why have someone like that do DoorDash for your company? Why not report that they are stealing customers' food? I recommend not ordering food from this Taco Bell. I will be calling Customer Service on August 29th, 2025 asking for my money back. They took my money and didn't give me my kids' food. The workers in the evening are very nasty and not helpful at all. I also emailed customer service. If I could I would put zero stars. Don't buy from here.
I ordered uber eats more than an hour ago. The uber driver has been waiting for more than 40 minutes and nobody say nothing and the order still not ready.. i called several times and nobody gets the phone. This kind of places are supposed to be fast and efficient
Most disgusting, rude and nasty customer service at this place every time. Especially the busted up hoh working the drive thru 11pm 10-7. Will never be back.
Worst taco bell on town. Big time attitude drive thru attendant!! Not coming back anymore.
Terrible, I must say very bad service. I came to pick up my order on Saturday, March 29th, on 11 pm and the women who work there were very rude and provided zero customer service. The woman who helped me yelled at me from the window and told me to move my car because my order wasn't ready and that I couldn't stay there. She used bad language and had a very bad attitude. People like this shouldn't be working in customer service.
On 2/28 the manger Christene is very rude and disrespectful towards workers. I was in the drive through and it was very busy, she wasn’t doing nothing but yelling at the poor worker in the drive through. I felt so bad the cashier was trying her hardest. This is not the first time i’ve seen this. All the other times that i’ve been there the other girl manger with the nose ring and black curly hair be treating them nice. Do better when hiring!
Learn when to shut it, & don’t argue with the customers over the order they just placed. We know what we ordered. Listen to the people that pay for the food that pays your bills. Service would improve if they’d take the time to listen and repeat back the order when customers order. And if there’s a problem with the order, learn to fix it and don’t act unprofessional and argue with customers. ✌🏼
Sept 25 9:50pm. Your current team is utterly useless low class workers who ignore customers take 30mins per order and act entitled. I'm sitting her quietly watching them mess up and disrespect others. Do better. Hire better
I am extremely disappointed with the integrity at this Taco Bell location. I was charged a donation without being asked for my permission. Normally, the drive-through cashier asks if I’d like to round up or donate, but on this visit, I was not given that option. What made the situation worse was that the cashier, Darline C., initially did not provide my receipt. I had to ask for it. When I reviewed it and questioned the unauthorized donation, she claimed the system automatically adds it, which I know is not accurate because I’ve been asked on previous visits. Customers should always have the choice to donate it should never be assumed, added without consent, or hidden. It’s not about the small amount of money; it’s about honesty, transparency, and integrity. Because of this experience, I will no longer be a customer at this location.
Has anyone had a good experience at this location? I normally go to 125th if I want Taco Bell because I've rarely if ever have had an issue with my order there. Problem is I only live two blocks from the location at 79th st. I stopped going there years ago after continuous issues with the staff there. It's amazing how much nothing has changed except for the redo of the building. For some reason the staff that gets hired there is always a group of rude or uncaring individuals who have no idea what customer service is. Anwyway, I decided to give it a try once more since I was craving some nachos with melted cheese the way TB does it and only went to the location because I work south now instead of north. I walked in and of course, no one even acknowledged I entered the store. But that's normal for this place. My order was supposed to be ready by 6:55 pm. I got there a few minutes earlier around 44 or or 47 after. And after numerous mobile orders got picked up, a couple of customers who ordered from the kiosk started getting their orders. It was now about 6:25 and still no food. The person who was supposed to be the manager looked at me and then asked when of her workers to ask me what I was waiting for, while she was looking right at me, so then she then decides to ask her myself anyway that's all she did, because the employee then walked over to check my order. They haven't even started making it yet and it was 25 minutes passed when my order was supposed to be ready. At that point, I had enough. I asked who the manager was pointed to the later who did nothing, and I said I want to cancel my order. Then then tried to make the order and I repeated several times I no longer was interested in the food. They ruined any desire to eat anything from that location. Finally one of the employees said I had to cancel from the app, which you can't do once they accept and put it in the preparation queue. I explained I'll just contact the customer service on the app and go from there. TLDR. Do what, but I bet you won't have a pleasant order experience at this location. This spot is the only one like that I rarely have issues at other locations. My order was two nacho bellgrandes with nacho fries. That was it.
I stopped by this Taco Bell drive-thru after doing today's errands to grab an afternoon snack for energy. I ordered 3 Crunchy beef Tacos because they are low in calories and fit my diet. My daughter wanted the Beef Chalupa Supreme with chips and beef. I went over it extensively with Sharlene, who took the order. I was exhausted from the day and forgot to look inside the bag until I got home. Big mistake on my part. There was one sloppy wet beef taco with the shell uncrunchy, not 3 crispy crunchy tacos as I ordered (very unhappy). The order for chips and cheese was not enclosed yet I paid for it. (again very unhappy). It was a very simple order. They are too far away from my home to go back! I have no words. I will not be going back there.
