Roast dinners are fantastic... great portion size, and selection. 5* Cheesecake too! Relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Nice garden in the summer.

We enjoyed the Roast Meal yesterday. The lady serving was attentive, pleasant and a pleasure. The Pudding was yummy too!! There was a homely atmosphere, a singer/ guitarist in the main bar that made it fun. Also the guys singing along to the music. I highly recommend a visit.

Watched the Euro Final here, absolutely brilliant atmosphere and delicious BBQ food was served on the day. The Pulled Pork Burger was one of the best I’ve ever eaten. Few Notes: - Friendly staff. - Parking limited. - Disability Friendly. - Beer Garden was spacious for the size. - Price of items were very reasonable. The pub is just off the main high street which allows for quieter and more pleasant experience. Overall excellent pub, I would visit again!

Deliciosa cena asada el Domingo de Pascua. Comí cordero asado, delicioso. Mi esposa pidió el Wellington de champiñones y espinacas, casero e impecable. Excelente servicio, precios razonables y ambiente agradable. Sin duda volveré. Debería haber sacado mejores fotos, pero en ese momento uno nunca piensa en eso.

Vi la final de la Eurocopa aquí. El ambiente era fantástico y la barbacoa estaba deliciosa. La hamburguesa de cerdo desmenuzado fue una de las mejores que he probado. Popped in for a pint on a Saturday afternoon. It was pretty quiet but The Park Tavern had a relaxing, welcoming vibe, almost like a country pub. There was a reasonable selection of Shepherd Neame beers on offer and a pool table, dart board and a TV for entertainment. There was also a beer garden which would be nice in the warmer weather. The pub is also not far from the town centre and Albany Park is close by.

A hidden gem of a pub! When we first approached, it seemed closed from the outside, no obvious lights. But we tried the door, and we're very glad we did. Shepherd Name's Master Brew ale and Spitfire lager on tap, as well as the rarer Whitstable Bay Dark stout. Friendly service, cosy and clean pub, clean loos in good order, bar games (darts and pool) available. Enjoyed five pints there, and plan to revisit next time we are in the area. Pub is a cash only pub, no plastic accepted. Definitely worth a look.

Has really been turned around from the tip that it had become a few years back. Pleasant interior, little sign of the rowdies of old. Well kept beer on draught. Remarkably well priced

Great little pub, don't underestimate this place. It's a small local corner pub with little kerb appeal, however Sunday Roasts are fab. We rocked up on spec, received a warm welcome, including our little dog. Lovely chatty staff, roast beef was really tasty as was the roast pork. Good value and Hurlimanns on tap, what's not to like. Will be back again soon.

Un pub pequeño y genial, no subestimen este lugar. Es un pequeño pub de barrio con poco encanto, pero los asados de los domingos son fabulosos. Llegamos sin previo aviso y nos recibieron con una cálida bienvenida, incluyendo a nuestro perrito. El personal es encantador y conversador, el rosbif estaba riquísimo, al igual que el cerdo asado. Buena relación calidad-precio y cerveza Hurlimanns de barril, ¿qué más se puede pedir? Volveremos pronto.

Les renseignements sur internet sont un peu trompeurs car nous nous sommes arrêtés pour manger or on ne mange là que le dimanche... Néanmoins le patron était fort sympa et nous avons bu de bonnes bières ! Je pense que ce pub doit mériter le détour le soir ou le weekend !
