The guy at the billing counter is super friendly and always makes sure my cookies are baked exactly how I like them A little crispy on the outside and soft and gooie from inside. I really like the environment of the subway this location. Peaceful location as well as it's clean environment blew my mind cause i have visited other subway as well but this is my great experience eating here. Everything is perfect like employees their politeness was amazing i felt like home going there. When I visit this subway i really feel glad their sandwich is really amazing they follow instruction as accordingly and listen very carefully. Their customer service is really amazing I would like to recommend all people to visit that subway once and make your day 😀

Subway is one of my favorite "fast" food restaurants to go to, unfortunately I've noticed a decline at this particular facility. The food itself that is displayed is not visibly appealing, from wilted greens (lettuce, spinach) to tomatoes having 3 to 4 slices in a deep dish pan, that has clearly been out all day that they still will pick through. Most of the products are never actually filled, that is understandable given the volume of the store, but, with that being said low volume pans can make the products look nasty, given they will use the gloves from other foods and place their hands into different pans, leaving debris and making it unappetizing. The facility itself is not very busy given each time I've been there, there has only been a max of 2 people working with maybe a handful of customers. I personally feel if the business is not that busy, then there should be no reason to have food not be visibly appealing. The prior visit I had a female on her phone talking through her air pods while making my order, laughing and holding a full conversation on the phone while only looking at me for confirmation to either continue or move down the line, no words were spoke other then the thank you at the end, another reason for my review.

I usually go to the subway off of Berryville Avenue, But today since I was by market Street, I ordered from that subway. I ordered the same thing every time the hot shot Italiano I loaded with my toppings and it’s absolutely delicious struggle to eat the whole thing. Today was highly disappointing. Again, I ordered my normal sandwich, When he handed me my order, it didn’t feel right so I opened it up and looked through it all the toppings were there barely any meat or any cheese. They told me that was the normal amount. Overall, just disappointed would not recommend stopping at the subway would recommend going one exit up to 315 and stopping by Subway off of Berryville

I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to. I asked for a salad here and the young lady told me she can’t make a salad because it requires too much lettuce. So I said, “Okay, I’ll go to Chick-fil-A, thanks anyway.” She quickly changed her mind and proceeded to make me the world’s smallest salad with a few shreds of lettuce. I asked for more lettuce and she added a tiny pinch more. I honestly thought she was kidding. This subway is the stingiest around. One must ask for extra everything, because they do not provide enough food to begin with, and then of course they charge you extra for it. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Go to the subway on Pleasant Valley Rd instead, they offer way more food for way less money.

Worst Subway I've ever been to, I should have looked at the reviews but really who does that? How bad could a subway be? Overcharged me, said I could only get the toppings that are listed on the specialty sandwich, but oh she'll make an exception one time. Put 4 olive slices on the sandwich. I asked for more she put one more on. Ridiculous.

Ordered online. When we picked up our salad bowls there was hardly any food in them. One salad was a BLT with 1 slice of bacon. And a steak bowl with 1 lunch meat slice of beef. They skimped on the protein but also the veggies! I could have held my salad in one of my small hands. Also they neglected the gauc ordered on one salad in which we were charged extra for it. We will be here for a few days and will not be returning to this store even though we love Subway.

Though I do not leave online reviews very often, I thought I would leave one here about this Subway location to warn others so they don't waste their time or money either. On 3/7/24, I ordered two subs online for pickup, one with double cheese and double meat. When I arrived at the location, they were still making the 2nd sub and I noticed that they hardly put any meat or cheese on the sub at all let alone double. I said to the guy making my sub that I paid for double meat and cheese to which his reply was just a smirk on his face. I had my wife and a crying 3 year-old in the car so I didn't have time to argue. As far as the veggie toppings, my wife did not get the cucumbers or pickles she ordered on her sub and the tomato topping consisted of ONE very thinly sliced piece on each side of the footlong. My wife had also ordered cheese on her sub to where there was one small triangle of cheese on each side. I know many restaurants have been reducing food portions due to inflation but this was ridiculous. We paid $24 for essentially two pieces of bread. I absolutely will never order from this location again until I know its under new management/ownership and as its apparent that this is a common theme for this location, I would advise others to avoid ordering here as well unless they're ok with paying $24 or more for two pieces of bread.

Embarrassing bad. I ordered a BMT and had to argue/talk over the server to get more than 4 vegetable choices. Four pickles were the limit until I pulled out my phone to write a review. That got me a fifth pickle. Gee, thanks. I’m surprised the lettuce strands weren’t counted. The reason, according to the crook behind the counter (probably the franchise owner): taxes. I would have laughed had she not been serious. This is a reflection on every Subway. The chain has lost my patronage for life. Will be checking regularly to see when this store goes out of business, and I live abroad. Potential customers: vote with your feet! There are other choices right next door!

i want to preface this with the fact that i have been working in the service industry for over 10 years and i hope the people working here are okay emotionally. i came in with a good attitude and was trying to be kind and intended on leaving a tip and having a nice little lunch in here! i did not end up eating here because the service was so rude. i asked for extra olives and she literally put 4 olives on my sandwich. i told her i would pay more i just want extra olives and she charged me $1 for 4 more olives. i have never left a one star review for anything in my life but the way i was just treated in this subway actually made me walk out. incredibly rude, stingy, and inhospitable. i hope this place gets shut down so no one ever has to eat here!

If I could give this less than 1 star I would. Nearly $13 for a sub and it was the most pathetic sub I've ever gotten. Asked for olives, pickles, and banana peppers and got exactly 3 of each. 4 pieces of chicken later and like 10 seconds for "toasted'.. asked for ranch on both sides and he dribbled a couple drops. Stop ripping your customers off or you'll lose them. Pathetic

Came here for brunch with my sister this afternoon and didn’t have a pleasant experience. Staff was rude and stingy. Will not be coming here again. 4 pieces of ham on a 12 inch sub? When you mention extra they add one piece of spinach ripped in half extra ? This is ridiculous. After deciding to write a review, I noticed there was A TON of other complaints written about this place. I learned my lesson for sure and will be reading reviews for now on. This Subway has to do better.

Pathetic experience, the staff girl in the shift of 6 pm Sunday was rude, incompetent and made horrible sandwiches. I can’t believe she put one topping and barely there sauces. Sad to see that despite standardization of the menu items, the store staff screws up and we get a horrible experience. Subway, take note and work hard on your individual stores. Just tragic to imagine that such a global, well loved fast food chain delivers inconsistent n non standardised experience. I wish I could give zero or negative stars. Extremly disappointed and angered.

I placed a mobile order for 2 Italian BMTs with DOUBLE MEAT. I paid 6 dollars for the double meat and didn't receive double meat. I call the restaurant and they were very rude and they did not refund the $6.

I ordered a 6 inch turkey, bacon, avocado mozzarella sub. When I got home I realized there were only two pieces of turkey on it. I called the number for the store from the receipt that claimed they would “make it right.” They hung up on me when I complained and then proceeded to not answer the phone. When I drove back to the store, the employee called me a liar. She said she always puts four pieces of meat each sub, and that I was lying about only having two pieces. A second employee came out of the back to verify that they never make mistakes and that indeed I was lying. I even showed her a picture of the sandwich, attached here. She accused me of tampering with the sandwich before I took the picture. Obviously I didn’t. I will never be back.

Please close down this location and re certify the “Sandwich Artists” for gods sake. This location sells really small sandwiches for a lot of money. It’s a disservice to the public. #1When you make a sandwich, it is always made with two rows of folded meat on open faced bread.#2 fresh produce purchased the morning of is added to the top of the “folded” meat. #3 add condiments with a smile and engage customers properly. #4 THANK THE CUSTOMERS FOR THEIR BUSINESS. Went to Subway today 7.24.2023 The girl behind the counter was very rude like she didn't want to wait on us. She stayed in the back for a while then came out and says WHAT DO YOU WANT! I give her my order. She acts like she didn't want to make the sub. I ask for extra pickles she gives 4 I ask for extra pickles please she adds 3 more. I gave up. Next sub same thing less pickles. While rolling her eyes the whole time. Then mumbling under her breathe. I had to say...If you don't like you your job maybe you should quit! While paying yes i did say this lady is really acting like a B----. She gets the money then starts calling me all kinds of F-------B----- and MF B------ and saying i need to get out of the store F-----B-----. I am completely disturbed by this and definitely will never go back to this store again. Something needs to be done about this ASAP.

The workers are incompetent and can't follow simple instructions. However if there was a rating for cleanliness five star all the way. Don’t go to this subway location. These people are the worst kinda cheapskates imaginable. They skimp on every ingredient and pinch Pennys any way possible. Never thought I’d be writing a review for a subway franchise but this place is horrible. Do yourself a favor and visit McDonald’s or Chick-fil-A right across the street.

And they don't even put enough meat on the sandwich to cover the bottom of the bread. I usually only eat a 6 inch and still have some left. I ate the whole 6 inch and was still hungry. They put nothing on their sandwiches and charge outrageous prices. They need a new owner or better employees. I never tell people not to go somewhere l. But YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY GOING HERE! SAD BUT TRUE

Absolutely the worst subway!!! I will never go back. Do not waste your time!!! I had to ask 5 times for more green peppers..employee would only grab 1 or 2 at ya time the fifth time he looks up at me and glares at me.. very stingy with spinach and any other vegetables toppings. Very rude and nasty as well. Menu says to add bacon is &1.50 extra I got charged $3. And paid $15 for a ft long..Very horrid service. I should have read the reviews first.

I have given this place three opportunities (all terrible experiences) over the years since they opened. Today was the final. I went against my better judgement, and even mentioned to the person with me before we went in that if they continue to skimp on the vegetables and servings, I would never return. The young lady making the sandwiches was clearly instructed by the owner (or she just sucks) to add the bare minimum to any given sandwich. I ordered a footlong, and she literally added 4 tiny banana peppers, a few olives, super thinly sliced 4 tomatoes that didn’t even cover the entire footlong and same for the maybe 3 thinly sliced cucumbers that were left in the container, maybe 4-5 tiny slivers of onion, maybe 20 small leaves of spinach that didn’t even cover the length of the foot long, and a pinch with three of her fingers of diced green peppers. I asked her to add a bit more of all, but she was so reluctant and almost afraid to do so. This is definitely not the standard, and for the price of the subs these days, covering the length of a sub with a few more veggies is not going to make or break a place. Never again. I have never seen a subway that seemed to chop their veggies more than how they typically are at all other subways. Strange, never again! Never!

Ordered online. Ordered steak and cheese double meat and cheese. I barely got single meat and no cheese. Sub was supposed to be toasted it's barely warm at best. Ordered meatball sub it was cold as well. 2 foot long cookies were....you guessed it was still cold. Guy, working there was the slowest I've ever seen. Ordered ahead online, and once I got there, I still had to wait 10 mins. This is the worst subway I've ever been to.

The place was empty. Clue 1 during lunch hour. Service was very stingy about adding more than 2 pieces of spinach to my sandwich. Not much toppings. 2 pieces of each - onion, green pepper, spinach and tomato and cucumber. The Italian herb and cheese bread, had 2 melted pieces of cheese.

I see I was correct, don’t waste your time coming here as the owner don’t care about customers & doesn’t have proper pricing. He says I can make my prices how I want them. Good luck getting the business buddy because your gonna get shutdown eventually. All reviews are correct they skimp on all products. Older employee needs to comprehend a little better & speak clearly. The young one was good but I wouldn’t waste your time I left the food there I didn’t wanna pay their outrageous scam prices.

Listen to all of the negative reviews. Do not waste your time or money. They are so stingy with toppings. Four pickles on a footlong sub. Two green pepper slices. When asked for more, the woman was so rude and said they have “limits.” And the started mumbling under her breath. Bread didn’t even taste like subway bread, very odd.

Terrible! Used online deal for the BOGO footlong for $1 and they told me that you only get 1$ worth of meat because of the deal. AVIOD THIS SUBWAY, just go to the next nearest one.

Superbly disappointed. I usually love Subway for a quick, semi-healthy option. The staff here were rude, and the portions were ridiculously small. I got 2 leaves of spinach on my entire sandwich. 2 pickles, approximately 4 pepper slices. A practical waste of $8, I will never return.

I've never been to a worse sandwich shop. 4 Tablespoons of meat and same with toppings besides lettuce on an entire foot long. Refused to provided enough napkins and got snotty when asked for more. Would not even provide receipt with my pick up so I may not even be able to file a complaint because the online system is currently only taking complaints with a receipt number.

I normally do not leave a review but today I will. We order at the store and I got a Monster sub and well it’s more like a Shrimp. There is more bread than anything and literally two pieces of spinach two banana peppers two pickles. This is awful for the price you pay for the food not to mention it’s cold when I asked for it to be hot! I do not recommend this subway at all and will never eat here again.

Just left this Subway ... HORRIBLE food and service We ordered 2 basic grilled chicken subs (toasted). We sat down to eat immediately and both sandwiches were cold and tasted odd. We requested a refund and they the attendant argued and refused. She said that she could reheat the sandwiches and that we should add more toppings to give it more flavor. She called her manager on the phone and he refused to refund us. We left the sandwiches with the attendant and told them we would be disputing the charge. Had we checked the reviews before buying we would have known this is not a Subway restaurant thay we wanted to try.

I am not sure where to begin with this place. I stopped in to grab subs for my kids the other night and they wanted to try the footling dippers. Advertised as "Footlong Dippers are served hot, swirling melted cheese and meat and rolled in Subway's soft and bubbly lavash-style flatbread. Three mouthwatering varieties – Pepperoni & Cheese, Chicken & Cheese and Double Cheese – are served with one of Subway's 11 signature sauces, like Honey Mustard, Creamy Sriracha or tangy Peppercorn Ranch. Footlong fans can choose their own flavor adventure and try all 33 sauce and dipper combinations to find the dip that hits." They were nothing more than flatbread with a sprinkle of cheese on one end and rolled up dough/bread. We even requested/paid for extra cheese in them. Way to drop the ball subway. I hope yall seriously try harder and do better. There seem to be a lot of bad reviews for this location..

If I could I gave -100 star….Man so bad experience… they don’t take coupons wow….. ladies restroom was not working…..men restroom no toilet tissues no hand towels…. In veggie delight they don’t put much veggies at all…. I don’t know why corporate not doing anything with them… like take their license back or something

Stingy, so stingy. Literally barely any food actually added to the sub. They dont take Subway coupons and they act like an extra leaf of lettuce is going to hurt their bottom line. Never again. Ill travel 15 min to go to another subway.

Please do yourself a favor and avoid this specific subway at all costs! The staff is unfriendly, argumentative, and the environment with all the “WE DO NOT ACCEPT COUPONS” signs is very uninviting. They charge way more than other subways in the area, they give you the skimpiest amount of meat and cheese, and staff makes darn sure they charge you if you ask for some extra to make it an actual meal that will fill you up, and the ingredients are not fresh, bread is always stale, and they hide the meat so you can’t even see it before they slap it on your sub. There’s only ever 1 person working at a time so it’s also very slow. Been there multiple times hoping it would get better, but it hasn’t. It’s managed to get worse. 0/5 stars.

Got a monster steak sub and your supposed to get 2x the cheese. I mentioned this to them and they said no that's not what it means. I said then what does it mean??!! She couldn't explain. I then asked for tomatoes and noticed this subway cuts the slices in half and you only get half of what you ordered. To bad there's no zero rating. I'll never go back to this place again

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! That is exactly what I did! I paid $40 for 3 subs and I get home and it was all veggies and a couple slivers of meat! The bad experience did not even start there. It started when my daughter and I walked in the door. A young girl with dark hair was working and we placed an online order. I asked her if I could switch out the chips she threw in there and she acted annoyed that I even asked her a question! I e got our drink and I said Thank you! And she just glared at me and was on her cell phone. So to have that experience and then come home to empty sub is beyond frustrating! I tried to call the store and ask to speak to a manager but of course no one answered! After reading all the reviews, I think corporate needs to be contacted and told to read the reviews.

THIS PLACE RUINED SUBWAY FOR ME. First time we went to this location and first time trying the “nachos”.! I’m sorry…. As soon as I pulled out these nachos I did nothing but laugh. What else can you do? There’s literally no cheese at all. Raw onions , can count the pieces of cold/frozen shredded cheese… But what’s worse ( if that’s even possible) Is the subway subs. She put 5 tiny pieces of chicken teriyaki, about 1/2 a slice of cheese , and like 10 pieces of shredded lettuce . Bread wasn’t fresh it had a weird taste to it . the subway restaurant didn’t even smell like subway I should have realized something was wrong right then. Blaring Indian music . Which is fine and all but weird for a restaurant of any chain . Girl employee also wasn’t in any kind of uniform and was strange . This was 2 nights ago 4/16. What a weird and bad experience

Wish I could give this place 0 stars cause that’s what they deserve. Wife ordered me a Chicken Bacon Ranch which basically was old bread wrapped around lettuce and tomato with what looks like little bitten pieces of chicken and a half a piece of bacon. My wife got another sub and it was same story. Worst $35 ever spent in my life. These people are literally price gouging customers and not giving customers what they paid for based off all the reviews I am seeing. We called and asked to speak with manager and the guy I spoke with was rude and said maybe they will get in touch with me tomorrow after I explained situation to him. Place just straight up sucks, hopefully they go out of business soon cause they need another place there and the service is terrible, they only care about getting as much money as possible and don’t actually give customers what they request for.

Ordered online, went to pick up subs and there's was no one at the front of the store. An alarm was beeping, I'm guessing to alert of a customer being there. After waiting 3-4 minutes a lady showed up seemed annoyed I was there, no greeting no thank you. Didn't bother me but when I got home and opened up the subs to check which one belonged to me and my son, I was shocked at the small portions of food. Even as you picked up thr sandwich, you could tell they were light. Ive been to a lot of Subways in my life and never seen anything like it. You pretty much ate bread and slight taste of meat, cheese and lettuce. Never going there again.

Decided to try this subway since the one near us hasn't been so great, but that looks like a 5 star restaurant compared to this one. I did an online order to get the logo deal then went straight in to make sure they do it right. The app wasn't working right so the special instructions didn't go through so I asked if they could warm the meat and vegetables before putting it on the bread for one of the subs. All of a sudden they are annoyed because of that simple question. Then they rushed just to get me out and I didn't even get to see if they did the other sub right. Both subs didn't even have cheese, I didn't get the cucumbers and onions on mine and barley any meat. On the other was suppose to be double meat, and when I asked to make sure, they said it was double, but it only had like 4 slices of meat. If you have a problem giving people what they want then dont start a franchise from a business that's ment to do that. They need to close this Subway down.
