Lulu is amazing server she was attentive with everything made sure were had everything we needed and kept checking on us
Had a birthday party with 20+ people, the service was great overall. Food came out fast and they came to check in on us constantly. Thank you Shakey’s Monterrey Park will definitely make reservations here again :)
This one is the best one. Food is spot on delicious and the service is impeccable. Shout out to Andrew D , he was awesome and so helpful. I’m clumsy and dropped my soda and he was so quick and polite in picking it up. The team here is awesome! 🙏🏽👏🏽🙌🏽
What a delightful place! The atmosphere is relaxed and perfect for going with family and friends. The service was quick and the ambiance very welcoming. The staff was friendly and efficient, making our visit a truly enjoyable experience. Without a doubt, one of the best restaurants in the city.
Joanna was the manager in charge and everything from food, service and cleanliness was amazing. Loved her positive attitude towards customers and employees.
A little loud, but its to be expected at a family pizza joint. The staff are ALWAYS friendly and ready to serve the customers! Best Shakey's in this area !!!
The food has always been the best from this location. Been coming here for as long as I can remember. Has some of the best mojo. Staff has never let me down or having a bad experience even when it gets packed. It is a tight fit when the place is busy unless you can get a seat on the left side where the games are.
We came for the Lunch Buffet! Great customer service! Lorena and Lulu gave us excellent customer service. They came by our table often asking us if we were ok and picking up our plates! There was 10 mins left until the buffet ended and we asked if anymore Smores Pizza was coming out and Ell put in a request for us! She even offered to bring it to our table! Thank you for making our dining experience enjoyable!
I want to take this opportunity to congratulate an employee Lorena, General Manager for her outstanding performance in the platform at Shakeys. All the staff providing excellent customer service, great attitudes and going above and beyond their duties. Lorena set by example making sure everything in the kitchen, food and dining area is perfect. I commend her for the fabulous job she is doing. Please let her know she is awesome.
Had a splendid and welcoming experience. My family wanted to dine out so we decided to get Shakey’s. The food was well made, the vibe very pleasant, and the workers were wonderful. What made the experience even more enjoyable was one worker in particular. Giselle kindly greeted us and wiped down the table without us even having to ask. Usually I’d have to ask for a table wipe but she read my mind. Even after we got our food she attended to our every need. Would definitely recommend coming here food was great and the service was impeccable.
Its been years since I have gone to this place but I still have precious fond memories of coming with my parents when I was a kid...I loved their Pizza and Mojo Potatoes they were my favorite I also loved the Arcade and the old movies they would play on a movie screen... I am glad it is still here I hope to go back and eat there again one day.... I miss You Mom and Dad Thank You For Making these memories so special for me... 🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️🍕🍕🍕🍕
Great for all ages. Who doesn't love pizza! The good is good but it's not my favorite pizza place. They have a cute little arcade with prizes. Their lunch buffet is a decent meal when you're in a hurry. It's a better choice than a fast food drive through. I love the salad bar!
While on a visit to the region,we made it a point to stop at Shakey's Pizza sure glad this place still exist. Great service great food great atmosphere
Great Shakey’s!!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Bunch a lunch is always well stock. Lorena is always helpful, and the clean up crew is always on top of it.

I wonder if you changed the 🍕 sauce cause and cheese cause it tasted different. And the chicken was salty. This time was different. I like the old pizza and chicken.. Mojos were good.
My favorite pizza place. I no longer live in LA but everytime i come down here the family goes to shakeys. I been coming here since i was born. I tell them everytime how there used to be a trailer that they used to come to my school. O the good old times. Next day: found the best reheat option for mojos, chicken and wings bbq style
Fair size parking lot in the front facing Atlantic boulevard. Located next to just tires big green sign seen from the street. Very clean and spacious. Old style Shakey's atmosphere. All you can eat buffet is $11 plus tax soda extra. Everything very clean. Highly recommend it. Restrooms very clean but only one handicap and that's the only toilet in men restroom.

Pizza was for the most part standard. We also had fried chicken an it was delicious. Well done, hot after a few long minutes after serving. Flavor was great.

Packed packed packed! But thankfully have always been able to get a seat. The food is good, obviously, it's Shakeys 😋, service is normal everyone is nice. I would recommend but just be prepared to search for a table lol
I spent almost $200 worth of food for my family and was treated terribly by Hannah for inquiring about my mojos, after 30 mins. Her attitude was shockingly poor and unprofessional. After I complained she was moved to the children's section - glad someone took action. Hannah should take that unique customer service style straight to Chuckie Cheese's; I hear they're hiring for specialized roles. On the complete opposite end of the spectrum is Lulu. Lulu is world class and a model employee in retail and hospitality. She is a genuine asset who single-handedly salvaged my experience after Hannah's behavior. Lulu deserves a promotion immediately. Please confirm that you will recognize Lulu for her exceptional work. Thank you LULU

I don’t remember this Shakey’s being this bad.The picture is supposed to be four pieces of chicken and mojos. The chicken pieces were tiny and the mojos were unseasoned and mushy.
