Man, this place was on top of it. Service at midnight was great. Got our food seconds after we sat down. Place was very busy we had to park in Walmart parking lot cause drive through was wrapped around building. Great customer service and good food.

It has been 8 years since I have been to a Whataburger it was great too! The food taste amazing as always, the sweet tea taste great! I got my order very quick and staff are very friendly!

Honestly, really high quality location. I did have an issue at one point due to the fact that you can't refund mobile orders, but it came up due to something totally out of their power, and while I was annoyed, they dealt with it well. Great food, and the banana pudding milkshake I got there might be one of the best ice cream concoctions I have ever consumed.

This location is very well managed and organized. I was greeted by 3 employees as I walked in within 15 seconds. Attentive, positive, and smiling employees and it shows within the lobby through cleanliness, well stocked tables, drink area, ext. The bathrooms are very clean as well. I was short maybe .40 and only had a debit card. The manager who was also ringing me up was more than happy to help cover it for me with no question and a smile. Needless to say I was very impressed with every aspect you could think of here. And they were even busy but my food was out within 5 minutes hot and fresh. If I'm ever back in Mt Pleasant I will be stopping here again for sure with my money in hand. Another note they have nice wooden chairs on a patio for customers to enjoy the nice weather. A good plus and adds character that stands out. EDIT: Stopped here a month later for the second time and still just as impressed as the first time! 5 star customer service and greeted multiple times immediately. Looking forward to my third stop I reccommend you stop here too!

Me and my husband had an incredible experience at Whataburger. We went a day before August 1st. It was my first time there. I really enjoyed it. I am 100% satisfied. I can't wait to keep going. All I can say about this place first off simply amazing, Might be the best Whataburger in Texas. had to do work down here for 12 weeks and 2 to 3 times a week. I would eat breakfast here and go back for late lunch early dinner Crystal the general manager is such a sweet lady Courtney the young gals working behind the counter is exceptional. great customer service definitely lived up to the Whataburger name. This restaurant is just phenomenal, when they say places make you feel like this place did it this made me like I was stepping back in mama’s kitchen and they made such Delicious meal. Hats off to Mount Pleasant, Y’all Whataburger y’all have set the standard high.

Typical Whataburger. It is fast food, and the women’s restroom was clean. I did not ask my brother about the men’s restroom, so I can’t really comment on that. But he didn’t mention it, so it wasn’t out of the range of expected. The food was good, and the booth was clean.

I came in to get breakfast last Wednesday they were very busy chaotic this sweet woman working at the ragister I didn't catch her name she was wearing a. Skirt and long sleeves and had here hair in a bun I've never had someone treat me with such professionalism l she was so friendly and sweet she took the time to open the door for me refilled my drink she said a few kind and encouraging words to me not knowing what I was going thru her smile and attitude really brightened my day I just wanted to thank her I will be back

If it wasn’t for Whataburger I would probably starve. Been working nights, this is the only place that’s open late (whose quality hasn’t suffered) *cough* McD *cough* TacoB. I feel so blessed that the night crew does such a great job! I come here probably 4 nights a week while I am in town as I work very late. I basically wake up, go to work, go to Whataburger and come home. No time for groceries or lunch. The night crew is as good if not better than any day shift at any restaurant. Other places serve cold food with attitude. Whoever owns this franchise is doing a great job. Great management that hires wonderful employees. See you tomorrow!!!

We are new to trying Whataburger. We really enjoyed the food experience tonight, even though it was carry out. We tried the jalapeño burgers. Loved all of the different options that you can add to them. We did use the app and pick up was easy. We will definitely be back. The food was really good. Only attraction might be that the floor was a good bit sticky went in I came inside to pick up. But other than that, would highly recommend. We would love to eat in next time. Great that they are open 24 hours too because we tend to eat at odd hours.

It's a pretty great place to get good fast-food. Some of their staff is a little rude/impatient with customer (examples include cutting you off while you're trying to order) but even with that it's still worth going. I have no clue what I'd do it I didn't have Whataburger in my life haha

Would have given them 5 Stars, but waited 12 minutes on a Sausage Biscuit. And then had the Manager tell me they were very busy (when I was the only Customer inside the building. Plus a Customer came in behind me & got his Sandwich 5 minutes before I got my order). This is extremely "Bad Service". I believe I can find another place when traveling through town next time.

My first stop whenever I return to Texas is Whataburger. Dbl-meat whatajalepeno burger with cheese meal. It never disappoints! In and out, five guys and other places are good when you can't get to a Whataburger, but when you can why go anywhere else! It's not about the atmosphere. it's not about service frills. It's about burgers, fries and shakes. Taste and value.

There grilled chicken sandwich is great,when they prepare it as requested. Will be glad when they start serving them again. There food quality is decent. The fries are usually not fresh,but we actually got fresh fries the other evening. They where hot and delicious. Fresh not refried. Which surprise me in the drive thru. The last burger I had was a Bacon cheese burger. It was ok but it appears the meats are getting smaller and had no flavor. Overall fair meal

We enjoy the atmosphere, personnel and the food. We come almost every Sunday night along with many from our church & from other local churches. Can't understand why the management/owner doesn't provide window shades across the entire west side of Whataburger because of the evening sun blinding us.

My first visit to a Whataburger was tonight. I was hungry and ordered the pattymelt combo. The nice lady behind the counter suggested it. I am a big guy and it filled my stomach. The nice guy cleaning the dinning room was super friendly. They are opened 24 7.

Wonderful staff here. My truck once died at the window. Before you knew it, staff came out in the bitter cold to move my car into a parking spot. Was very grateful for their patience. They showed great team work! Thanks 😊

I ate a grilled chicken sandwich with onion rings. The onion rings were very good and hot. However, the sandwich had too much sauce on it. I was able to eat half of the sandwich with sauce running down both hands. I finally pulled the chicken out and ate it. By this time the bun was soggy as well as the remaining vegetables, so it was not finished. Come on Whataburger, you can do better than this!

It was good. The tables needed to be cleaned. Other than that it was good. I asked them not to put oil on the bun but they did it anyway. That's why I gave them 4 stars.

Food was great just like all the Whataburger locations, service was good. The Steakhouse burger was really good. The location needs a little TLC, needed cleaning trash all over the floor. The tables and chairs were run down and chairs had rust on them.

Best 24 hr option in town. It is just like every other Whataburger. If you love it you'll love it. You aren't a Texan then it is decent fast-food. I like their Onion rings.

Traveling thru. 2 cheeseburgers, 2 vanilla shakes, 1 order of onion rings. Got the cheeseburgers wrong, which was very displeasing. Shakes were delicious. Ordered extra mayo, not only was there no extra, didn't appear to be any. Buns were gooey. Order was a bit over $24 which is outrageous. No more Whataburger for us, ever again.

The drive thru is always busy and they take forever to get the cars thru. I went inside thus morning and it really wasn't any better. They had 1 person on the front register and the line was going around the side into the dining area. The food is good as long as you get it hit. Always check your order before you leave the drive thru. They tend to forget items.

Every time I go thru the drive thru they forget the gravy even tonight they reassured me it was in the bag, but it wasn’t. I have spent around 80 to 90 in asking for a side of gravy that I never got. That is they only way I can eat the fries when they are cold.

Previously this particular location had not been very good since selling to another company outside of Texas. This visit was better. I do need to note that their meat patties have become very thin and barely there. I order a whataburger jr because the large is just too much for me. The burger was a bit cool but the fries were very fresh. Also want to note: if you are a senior you need to ask for a senior drink and you will get a small drink for free.

Placed an online order for a pancake platter with 2 strips of extra bacon and 2scramble eggs with sausage gravy to this location and didn’t get all of the food that was requested on my ticket. No extra bacon no sausage gravy, no plastic ware not even syrup was placed in the bag. It was a rushed order and the pancakes taste as if they had clean the grill with a worn down scrapper and wiped with a dirty rag. 😡😡😡😡. I called to speak to a manager and was placed on hold for 5mins. No one came to pick up the phone either. Only one pancake was made correctly the other two were freaking Ragged as if they didn’t spray down or butter down the grill before placing batter on it. Sad just Sad

Service was good. Burgers were tasteless, flat with no flavor. Fries were second time heated. Drinks way too large. Definitely not an $8 meal. Worst burger in ages. Plain kid's meal burger from MacD's or cheap 2 burgers for $3.84 incl. fries & drink from BK are far better price with far more taste. Even shakes are hit or miss here. Sad for Whataburger!

when i was ordering, i asked for a number 1 plain. the lady asked if i wanted mustard on it and i said “oh no just meat and cheese” and she said “okay so plain and dry” and put the order in. when i got my burger, it was just meat and a bun. i was too shy to go back and ask for cheese so my mom went to ask. i could hear all the way from the table i was sitting at to the front counter the lady say “she didn’t say she wanted cheese on it” with an attitude. as someone who has worked AND managed in customer service, i know for a hard fact that’s not the response you give to a customer at all. and you’d think she’d just say “oh sorry about that i must have misunderstood! we’ll get that remade for you!” no.. instead she handed my mom a wrapped up piece of cold cheese to put on my burger. a sweet employee who witnessed what happened came over and so did the rude lady. she asked the rude lady if she could remake the burger fresh and the lady goes “i cant but THEY can” talking about the kitchen staff. the sweet employee went and asked them to make me a fresh burger and the rude lady took the burger with the cold cheese off the table and threw it in the trash right behind me.

My family ordered last night via the app and waiting for our food in the curbside, we usually go though thr drive thru but wanted to skip the line. When we arrived it actually wasn't busy in drive thru but a little busy inside. Unfortunately it took even longer to receive our food this way. Then when we did get our food yhe fries were already cold and I was missing half the order. Went inside to a bunch of kids running the back yelling playing and cursing very loudly and no one at the counter for the longest. When she finally arrived she seemed to be the only one doing her job and looked scared to death to talk to an adult. For a 40$ order and this service I'm not sure I'd give them another try, belive me I manage a restaurant and that's not how you manage one that makes as much as this one does with as many employees as they have.

The cashier didn't acknowledge us when we walked in. While she was taking our orders, she continued to say "anything else". Each time we told her how we wanted our food prepared, she would say "anything else". It was 4 people in our party....I know she must've said it 25 times. Very annoying and we felt she was bothered that we were there. Love the food but will not patronize at that location.

I’ll start this by saying, the food is good and there’s never anything wrong with it, but I am so fed up with this place. EVERY single time I’ve come to this god forsaken establishment something is missing from my bag. Now you might say ‘hmm well why don’t u check the bag before you leave?’ Because I pick up food after work and live 45 minutes away. Most of the time I get charged for everything I have ordered but alas, something IS AWLAYS missing. Today they charged me for what was in the bag, but it wasn’t everything I ordered, yet they verbally confirmed what I asked for. SICK OF IT!

This is the second time this week I’ve been charged for jalapeños, had them on my receipt and online order, and have not received them, this time I even made sure they’d put them on, and when I got home it was not there, I wouldn’t be as mad if I wasn’t charged for them. And if the worker actually did what they said they was going to do. Do not tell me it’s on my burger, if you know it’s not, that’s lazy working.

On our trip to Oklahoma we stopped here to go to the bathroom because we thought Starbucks was closed on memorial day but they were not because we found out later. Oh well. This Whataburger was not good because their bathrooms men and women were ugly and maintained. Both my wife and I were not happy. Also I had a Starbucks cup from before we left home and I wanted to fill it with ice water but when I was doing it the employee and a manager were watching me. I can only assume that they had problems with people stealing drinks and not paying for it. Yeah it was weird.

My food wasn't even warm. Arrived at 2pm. Ordered a burger and fries. Came out cold. Not sure how. It took ten minutes so it wasn't like it had been sitting. I love whataburger, but thus was bad.

The worst whataburger we have been to. We ordered our food to go and we stood there for 20 mins waiting while we listen to workers complain about drive thru customers. I got fed up waiting so I stood at the counter and what I think was a manager was attempting to take our order again, I said NO we ordered 30ins ago. They used the excuse that they were cooking the nuggets but of course they were room temperature when we got them. Last but not least most of them were dressed like slobs, shirts half tucked in and very dirty.

I’m going to preface this by saying that I’ve been going to this specific Whataburger for YEARS. Typically, they seem to actually do better overnight and have a pretty good overnight crew until here in the past 6-8 weeks. I am not sure what changed, but they have really fallen off their game. Twice now I’ve gotten the wrong order entirely. Several times, we’ve been missing napkins, straws, or requested salsa. One night we even got someone else’s complete order! We were so tired and upset that we didn’t want to drive back up there to fix it. I really hope that they can fix this because my husband works overnights and this is the only fast food open late in this town.

So when I walk through the doors, all the employees are all cussing at each other and sounds like they are just having a blast in the back. I received my bacon cheese burger and sat down. The burger looked a little flat so I took off the top bum and there is not patty in the burger. I take it back to them and explain it to them. The first thing the employee does is turn back and yell, "it happend again". Awful experience at this whataburger, and makes me not want to eat at one ever again.

When ordering food I simply asked for a large root beer and medium chocolate shake to go with my meals. Getting to the window I was asked if I wanted any ketchup and I told them yes I would like spicy ketchup. He brought me a vanilla shake and I handed it back and told him it was supposed to be a chocolate shake the guy had an attitude and brought me back another vanilla shake and I handed that one back he went and got the manager and tried to argue it was chocolate even after I tried it they went and made it again and finally got it right then shoved the cup at me almost spilling it and closed the window btw I never got my spicy ketchup either. It’s service like this that makes me not want to eat at my favorite fast food restaurant. 😡🤬

Every night I go to Whataburger they tell me the shake machine is down! It don’t matter if it’s 9 O’clock or 12! Now I know it don’t take 3 hours just to clean a shake machine! So I called tonight to ask about the shake machine! And the staff was rude about it so I asked to talk to the manager and they told me I could wait a couple more hours and come get one if I wanted one the slammed the phone down and hung up in my face! So unprofessional! This will be the last time they get my money at all! It’s sad that this is the only late night place that Mount Pleasant really have! Guess I’ll just start cooking! I try to give our local Whataburger the benefit of the doubt to do better but it seems to me they cant get it together. Went twice this week and both times they got my order wrong, they continue to blame the drive thru, but in reality its the cooks fault. Train your managers and cooks better.

Waited in line for over 30 minutes just to get a nasty burger that wasn't even made correctly. They weren't busy by no means.. this isn't the first time as of recently unfortunately. Seems this Whataburger just isn't going to keep up with the standard today mc Donald's is better at this point they actually give you what you pay for and it's fresh.. goes without saying they lost my business!

I ordered a Monterey Melt to-go, but when I got home, it was a complete mess. One of the patties was broken and just thrown into the wrapper, and the sauce, onions, and peppers weren’t even on the burger. Honestly, it wouldn’t surprise me if they dropped the whole thing on the floor, picked it up, and wrapped it up anyway.

I went here on mothers day with my daughter to have lunch and received some of the worst service from the young lady at the window. She couldn't stop laughing long enough to take anybody's order and managed to screw up mine and the ladies in front of me too. I asked to speak with the manager to have my order corrected and was dismissed stating that the manager was not available.

I eat here almost every day but after today I will never go back. Now I know why people want to attack the workers. They are rude and disrespectful. the food was so cold we could not even eat it. I wish I could give negative stars.

I immediately called the location and spoke to the manager. She told me I could drive back to have them remade. I explained that I wasn’t going to spend another hour on the road for their mistake and simply asked for a refund. She replied that it was “not company policy” to issue refunds and instead offered for me to come back tomorrow to get the missing food. I told her I don’t come to Mount Pleasant often and would not be able to come back tomorrow. She then offered to extend the remake for a week, and later even said she could ask her district manager to extend it for two weeks. None of this fixes the fact that I paid for two meals I did not receive. This is absolutely unacceptable. Refusing to refund customers when an order is incomplete is stealing. I paid for food and did not get it. Whataburger should do better.

Ordered food for the kids and me. Theirs was okay, but I got a burger with mushrooms, and it looked like crap. It had a big long hair curled up in the center. I returned it for a refund. I paid with a $100 bill, so in order to get refunded, I had to give the manager back the change. All the bills and all the coins. He was rude, and I think that policy is stupid. It's not worth the money. I can go to a mom n pop and get better food

This place has the Worst service I've ever experienced. They're unwilling to actually help the customer with the offers that they have on their mobile app and basically tell them to buy more in order to compensate them. Absolutely ridiculous. I've been there multiple times and only ever had good service once and it was on a curbside order.

I usually get at least edible food here. But yesterday April second at 10 30 ish pm ( after my son was born and my wife wanted food) we for a couple burgers and a large fry to share. The burgers were disgusting. I mean I tried to take a bite but couldn't I had to sit it out. The Fry's were soggy everything was so so so bad...... If it wasn't for us just having our baby boy I would have at least gotten my money back.... I am shocked our food was this bad. I've never had that happen at this whata burger( not I haven't been in a while to be honest.)... Id recommend another place
