Whataburger in general is awesome. This store is very clean, fast, and delicious. They keep those floors mopped all the time, but they can get slippery so be careful.
Ordered with app to-go. Bag was waiting when we got there and only 5 minutes after we ordered! Everything was in bag and made it super easy to grab and go.
If it wasn’t for Whataburger I would probably starve. Been working nights, this is the only place that’s open late (whose quality hasn’t suffered) *cough* McD *cough* TacoB. I feel so blessed that the night crew does such a great job! I come here probably 4 nights a week while I am in town as I work very late. I basically wake up, go to work, go to Whataburger and come home. No time for groceries or lunch. The night crew is as good if not better than any day shift at any restaurant. Other places serve cold food with attitude. Whoever owns this franchise is doing a great job. Great management that hires wonderful employees. See you tomorrow!!!
We go by often enough to experience this establishment at times when they are slow,, when the parking lot is full and during every conceivable hour of the day and night. Our orders are always correct, customer service has always been great and the food consistently good. FAT GUY APPROVED!!!
Best Cheeseburgers and fries in town and to the service I give 5 stars because ,we don"t wait too long to get our food and the people who work there is very kind and attentive to the consumers.

I visited this establishment yesterday evening. I was very impressed with the speed of receiving my order. I also want to give a shout out to Angel, very polite gentleman, he explained to me how to receive rewards just by downloading the app. I will in fact download and be a regular customer here. We are new to trying Whataburger. We really enjoyed the food experience tonight, even though it was carry out. We tried the jalapeño burgers. Loved all of the different options that you can add to them. We did use the app and pick up was easy. We will definitely be back. The food was really good. Only attraction might be that the floor was a good bit sticky went in I came inside to pick up. But other than that, would highly recommend. We would love to eat in next time. Great that they are open 24 hours too because we tend to eat at odd hours.
My dad loves Whataburger and he goes to one any chance that he gets. We had a few problems though. He ordered a large fry, we got a small. Apple slices were also soggy.
So when it comes to cost to taste and proportions.... Whataburger does fit the bill. The biggest issue I have is the .60$ each slice of cheese. Over all worth it even for breakfast. Cheers

This is the second time this week I’ve been charged for jalapeños, had them on my receipt and online order, and have not received them, this time I even made sure they’d put them on, and when I got home it was not there, I wouldn’t be as mad if I wasn’t charged for them. And if the worker actually did what they said they was going to do. Do not tell me it’s on my burger, if you know it’s not, that’s lazy working.
On our trip to Oklahoma we stopped here to go to the bathroom because we thought Starbucks was closed on memorial day but they were not because we found out later. Oh well. This Whataburger was not good because their bathrooms men and women were ugly and maintained. Both my wife and I were not happy. Also I had a Starbucks cup from before we left home and I wanted to fill it with ice water but when I was doing it the employee and a manager were watching me. I can only assume that they had problems with people stealing drinks and not paying for it. Yeah it was weird.

My food wasn't even warm. Arrived at 2pm. Ordered a burger and fries. Came out cold. Not sure how. It took ten minutes so it wasn't like it had been sitting. I love whataburger, but thus was bad.
I eat here almost every day but after today I will never go back. Now I know why people want to attack the workers. They are rude and disrespectful. the food was so cold we could not even eat it. I wish I could give negative stars.

Completely unprofessional cussing sitting on counter tops at 4am get my breakfast before work . It was completely inedible eggs was definitely sitting out for 4 plus hours I call as soon as I get to work they say no problem apologize said come by anytime in the next week we’ll make it right! Went to the Mount Pleasant, TX Whataburger to pick up my online order. When I got home (30 minutes away, an hour round trip), I discovered two meals were missing. I immediately called the location and spoke to the manager. She told me I could drive back to have them remade. I explained that I wasn’t going to spend another hour on the road for their mistake and simply asked for a refund. She replied that it was “not company policy” to issue refunds and instead offered for me to come back tomorrow to get the missing food. I told her I don’t come to Mount Pleasant often and would not be able to come back tomorrow. She then offered to extend the remake for a week, and later even said she could ask her district manager to extend it for two weeks. None of this fixes the fact that I paid for two meals I did not receive. This is absolutely unacceptable. Refusing to refund customers when an order is incomplete is stealing. I paid for food and did not get it. Whataburger should do better.
Ordered food for the kids and me. Theirs was okay, but I got a burger with mushrooms, and it looked like crap. It had a big long hair curled up in the center. I returned it for a refund. I paid with a $100 bill, so in order to get refunded, I had to give the manager back the change. All the bills and all the coins. He was rude, and I think that policy is stupid. It's not worth the money. I can go to a mom n pop and get better food
This place has the Worst service I've ever experienced. They're unwilling to actually help the customer with the offers that they have on their mobile app and basically tell them to buy more in order to compensate them. Absolutely ridiculous. I've been there multiple times and only ever had good service once and it was on a curbside order.
I usually get at least edible food here. But yesterday April second at 10 30 ish pm ( after my son was born and my wife wanted food) we for a couple burgers and a large fry to share. The burgers were disgusting. I mean I tried to take a bite but couldn't I had to sit it out. The Fry's were soggy everything was so so so bad...... If it wasn't for us just having our baby boy I would have at least gotten my money back.... I am shocked our food was this bad. I've never had that happen at this whata burger( not I haven't been in a while to be honest.)... Id recommend another place
