The employees were super nice and very helpful. The Internet ordering system and their phone system went down so I couldn't online order for pickup so I had to actually go inside. First time I've ever been inside. Looked really nice and clean inside. Haven't been in a pizza hut with a buffet in many years. Will definitely have to come back and check out that buffet.

Having been a previous employee for Pizza hut, I can be very picky. I wasn't very impressed with this place. Although clean and they had food on the buffet, both my wife and I were very disappointed with it. The pizza wasn't impressive, and neither was the impersonal waiting staff. Didn't like the assumption that we were only there for the buffet and I had to seek assistance. The bread sticks on the buffet we're not pleasant to look at and ordered our own and the time it took to get them was extensive. The choice of pizza on the buffet was not that pleasant, basically the same choice, different crusts. Not impressed.

Nice PH. Nice inside and server friendly. Had spaghetti with meat sauce. Good spaghetti for PH. Kinda fast food. Would return.

Went to pickup an order for delivery and was told it would be 6 minutes wait time. As I'm waiting I get notification the order is ready so I step to the counter to pick it up. Another few minutes pass before anyone helps me and finally the short brown haired lady, said she was a manager, told me it would be another 6 minutes at least. I told her that it was marked finished and ready to be picked up. She said yeah she just wanted to bump it off her screen. So I explained that we have limited time to deliver order and she sad she's aware of that. She then told me if I didn't want to wait another 6 minutes that I could cancel it. Of course I did. She was very rude, and clearly doesn't care about anyone else's job or the people she's serving.

Only ordered two pizzas. One was plain pepperoni and the other was Italian sausage and mushroom. I got two Italian sausage and mushroom pizzas. How does that happen? Do they not even check the box and receipts as they’re coming out of the oven? Ask customer service simply for a coupon to try my pepperoni with this stuffed crust bites again And was told in an email that that will not happen. I’m done with Pizza Hut.

Very greasy pepperoni pizza. Two family members became very sick after meal and when restaurant was notified the on duty manager admitted that the salad bar temp had not been checked all day. Salad dressings were surely the cause and only common factor. Very bad business practices

The food is good but the waitresses do not come by to check to see if u need a refill or something. I've had to get up and ask for drinks for me and my family the last 2 or 3 times

So, when did you start paying for condiments? Gilmer must be horribly deficient in Parmesan cheese, because Domino's has no idea what it is and Pizza Hut makes you pay for each packet. I've visited this location three times now and only today was I told they couldn't simply give me packets of Parmesan cheese. I'd have to pay for them. A $40 order and I can't get a condiment for free, because the manager could get in trouble. ??? Last time I checked they had Parmesan cheese in sugar dispensers on the tables. Maybe they've changed that as well and now it's a gumball dispenser that you have to pay a quarter to use. Who knows, but next time...I'll use Little Caesars. Hot, Fresh, Ready and they don't charge for condiments.
