Amazing little spot high in the mountains. Great food, I have been in town all week haven't found anything I didn't like. Great atmosphere, fun vibe! The staff is amazing! Grace was the best! She was so awesome and fun !

Party of 3 for dinner: (plus infant) No waiting for seating at a great table up front on the restaurant side. Our server, Chelsea, was knowledgeable and friendly. Our bartender, Jamie, made some of the most delicious tasting espresso martinis I’ve ever tried. The food was prepared by Kenny, who cooked everything to perfection; the cheesy sausage and meatball appetizers were brought out promptly and were delicious...the bread served with the meatball appetizer was remarkable! After we had some time to enjoy the appetizers, Chelsea brought us the mains…the filet was perfectly medium rare and seasoned well. The Fish was flaky and tender. The Craft House Pizza sticks were a spicy treat. No room for dessert on this trip, but they offer some tempting choices. We will certainly be back soon and often. Also, they said the meats are locally and humanely raised on the owner’s ranch and the freshness was delightfully noticeable.

We came in last night and had such a great experience thanks to our server, Natalia. From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. She checked in at all the right times, knew the menu well, and had such a positive attitude that it honestly made the whole meal better. If you come here, ask for Natalia. She turned a normal visit into a great one.

We had a group of 13 and everyones food was amazing! Green beans with wasabi sauce oh dang! Great appetizer! Has the pastrami dip also sooo good! Service was great yes gonna take a little bit for our large group but server was super kind and on it. Also it's gonna take a little bit to make such great food so to us it was so worth a little wait. Loved it!

My husband and I came in yesterday, he had the Shrimp Tacos and Tortilla Soup, and I tried the Cajun Fettuccine both recommended by our server Samantha. Even though she was super busy she had time to explain the new menu items to us and made some great suggestions, our food arrived promptly, tasted good, and Samantha was so attentive we didn't even have to ask for anything. Its so nice when a random stop is the whole package, good food, great service. We will be back.

My family and I were in town and chose to check out Mount Shasta Craft House and for a wednesday night it was BUSY. Our server Samantha was absolutely swamped and we were beyond impressed at how well she stayed on top of all of her tables! My husband is in the service industry so he understands the pressure of keeping up on service, and Samantha really did an excellent job. She recommended the shrimp tacos that were so delicious and the kids actually loved the tortilla soup when they tried it. We really enjoyed our time and food and the service.

Omg Samantha is the best waitress. She makes this place feel like home. I love the revamp - the drinks are sooo yummy the food is amazing. You have to make reservations here!! A must in mt Shasta. The girls that work here are all so hospitable. That is hard to find in this day and age. I am blown away by the wonderful service and quality in food. Well done. I have to mention Anna as well. Mt Shasta has a real gem here ❤️ thank you for your wonderful service and taking care of me and my family.

Always a great option. My family and I locals and eat here often.Tonight we ordered a BBQ Chicken Pizza and Chicken Carrot Ginger salad. The food was full of flavor and the portion was enough to be full and still have leftover food. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff is wonderful.

Great experience. The service was excellent, the staff was very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious, and you can really tell there’s quality in the ingredients and care in the preparation. The atmosphere is also very pleasant, a beautiful and comfortable space. And an unexpected highlight was the playlist, at times it felt like someone was controlling my personal Spotify. I’ll definitely be coming back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was my first visit to this restaurant under its new name and I was not disappointed! I dined here with a large group for a going away lunch for a coworker. Our group of 15-ish people had excellent service from Brandy and Breanna. We all received our food fairly quickly for a group of that size, and the few people who arrived quite a bit later than the rest of us received their orders very quickly, with some even receiving their orders along with the larger group who had arrived earlier! The consensus from the group was that the food was phenomenal all the way around. For those who need to care, their gluten free options are great! They offer gluten free options for their pasta dishes, their pizzas, and their burgers/sandwiches. The GF pizza crust is amazing. It's fluffy and a little chewy, almost like a regular pizza crust. That's hard to find, I assure you. My one complaint (echoed by at least half of the group) was that we were seated at a large set of tables joined together in the bar area, directly in front of the large window. It's a great little spot, but between 1:00-3:00 p.m., there is blinding sunlight that pours in and everyone who had to sit facing the window or perpendicular to it had to either wear sunglasses or suffer. Someone needs to add blinds to those windows. Other than that, it was a perfect dining experience, and I intend to return soon with my husband...but not while the sun is up! ;)

Formerly knew this place as another but decided to check it out since the change in ownership and they have really upped their game. Went in yesterday, the new deco and art is amazing and our server Brandy was fantastic & catered to all our needs! Don’t miss out on their locally raised beef, it’s a must, I will be frequenting the Craft House more often now!

Went to celebrate my husbands birthday. Step daughter and I each had burgers and fries…. couldn’t eat the whole thing, it was massive. Hubby had the rib eye and totally enjoyed the whole thing! Also had flat bread and calamari appetizers. Everything was delicious and our waitress Brandy was amazing!

I really tasty restaurant in downtown Mount Shasta. We were there late in the evening and we were still greeted with a smile, and our server was wonderful. She seemed genuinely happy to see us. We had the filet mignon, which I was told was good not out of sight, but was tasty. We also had a wonderful salad. The lettuce was fresh and wonderful, and the feta and avocado were a nice touch

I really tasty restaurant in downtown Mount Shasta. We were there late in the evening and we were still greeted with a smile, and our server was wonderful. She seemed genuinely happy to see us. We had the filet mignon, which I was told was good not out of sight, but was tasty. We also had a wonderful salad. The lettuce was fresh and wonderful, and the feta and avocado were a nice touch

Ok here we go!! I came in here a year ago and it was AMAZING!!!! Proponently displayed was a Real Brick pizza Oven!! The signature item that really set this place apart. The atmosphere WAS Amazing. The kind of Amazing that would really make you come back even if the food was Mediocre. Came back with my family about a year later, and the pizza oven is now behind closed walls and the dining area went from Unique to a fancy cafeteria. NOT HAPPY. WHO MAKES THAT DECISION how do you come to that 🤔 ?!?!? Now I'm bitter, my favorite beer blew and they didn't have a replacement keg, my son ordered pizza sticks and got a flat bread when I asked if that was pizza sticks, she just said "Yup" for the price the food is OK, the atmosphere looks like a gender neutral bathroom, and unfortunately the best thing about the place is the service, I will encourage my family to go next store next time also Old fashions do not have cinnamon in them unless it's clearly denoted in the title or the recipe!!

Came in for apps and drinks. Seated right away but service was a little slow. Had to ask a couple times for water. Cheese curds were good. The artichoke dip was absolutely phenomenal, highly recommend. The dish comes with at least 12oz of artichoke dip, a surprisingly hearty portion, however it comes with only 6 tiny slivers of bread ‘chips’ and more bread is an upcharge. So unless you want to spend an untold amount on extra bread, which should be free, you’re forced to raw dag the drip with a spoon. That lost you 3 stars. Yall need to provide an appropriate amount of bread for the dip.
