Recensioni di Ludwig's Biergarten Mountain View
The quality of food here is excellent. The availability of some of the menu options also depends on whether you visit for lunch, dinner, or brunch. The dinner menu is a bit limited and I wish they added Weisswurst and Wiener Schnitzel (veal) back to the dinner menu. But overall, dining at Ludwig’s is a great experience. My favorites are the Jägerschnitzel and the Currywurst. They also have a great selection of beers, of course, and the cocktail options are great as well.
Not cheap, but very delicious! Unique and yummy food, draft German beer. Do recommend!
I was here with my team for a happy hour after an in person meeting in the office. What I loved about this place is that it is very cozy sitting outside and they have their own parking which helps a lot. The service was great, the staff is very friendly and accommodative. I definitely recommend this place and will visit again with my friends for sure.
Delicious food, lively atmosphere, friendly wait staff, great beer selection and very fast service. I enjoyed it so much I HAD to go back. This will be a weekly visit as long as I am working in the area. Also worth a mention, they play great music AND they had football. Well done Ludwigs!
Lots of variety of German bier to choose. Multiple sizes give option to try multiple beers. Food scene is decent. Sausages are great but felt expensive. Overall lovely place for sharing a beer with friends
Loving this place! Lively & lovely. Great food, great beers. Great atmosphere. Great service. And the village of Mountain View is wonderful. Had a great stroll.
Good German bites basic or hearty. Good beer on tap selection. Glad to see 2 ciders and sours on there. Please dont cut them in the future. Schnitzel was freshly fried and flavorful. The rice noodles on the side was pleasantly filling too. Beer cheese dip is a must for the pretzel, though the pretzel was a bit dry... the salt sprinkle on top is not salt but breadcrumbs?? Odd. Sausage was oozy and superb. Beer Flight is houses choice, no subs. Kinda expensive for the tiny portions but it's a good sampler of different drafts.
Although relative high priced, the experience is overall very convincing since Ludwig's provides a real German dine experience with original flavor and more than a dozen German beer on tap. As a native German I appreciate the concept of this restaurant which introduces you in the German Biergarten culture. Ich komme gerne wieder, bis zum nächsten Mal.
We visited for early lunch on a Friday for our first German food date. The staff was attentive, insightful: we got a great beer recommendation to go with our feast for two + pretzel. Definitely for the meat lovers among us. We loved the chicken sausage and the links. The pretzel is soft and delicious. The place is sparklingly clean. We'll be back.
LUDWIG'S in Mountain View is the perfect spot for soccer enthusiasts and beer lovers. With a lively atmosphere and screens showing all the Copa America and Euro Cup games, it's a great place to catch the action. The beer selection is impressive, and if you like fruity beer, you should try their Rekordelig Strawberry Lime—it's a delightful choice to complement your experience.
Herrlich! (Fantastic!) Really good beer garden, definitely a new favorite in the bay area. The 1L beers are as authentic as it gets, the warm pretzels and accoutrements are better than in Munich, I mean they really put in the extra effort here at Ludwigs. Really very highly recommended, from a true native Bavarian. Chapeau Ludwig & team! Love your work. Prost - auf euch! EDIT: Sappralott (omg!), the veal SCHNITZEL was absolute perfection. The kitchen at Ludwig's is EXCEPTIONAL. Very very solid 5/5 stars. EDIT2; Second visit, reconfirming Ludwig's is incredible. You should go and order a 1L “Helles.” DO IT.
One of our favorite places in Mountain View. It has great vibes, beer, and food. Sometimes service is a bit slow when they’re busy but it’s just made us better about ordering the next round before we’re done with the last.
Had their veal Jägerschnitzel and it was as good as always. They serve it with a delicious mushroom sauce and some sweet lingonberry jam that makes for great contrasting flavors. The side of spätzle is always nice to have. Love their relaxed atmosphere where you can hang out with friends and have a few beers together.
We went to the Oktoberfest on Sep 27th and it was an amazing evening! Great accordionist, additional dance music later on. Lot‘s of Oktoberfest atmosphere and the famous duck dance. All of our guests loved Ludwig’s, the food, and the beer! The staff was nice, too. Strongly recommend.
Excellent location for getting together with friends and having great selection of beer ! Staff is always been great even when we show up in big groups every month 😁
On the evening we went, we ordered from the bar and sat indoors. There were a few tables open outside, inside was quieter. The German cuisine was good and the service was friendly.
Nice big outdoor seating with canopy. Online menus and friendly service. Check in with the hostess to be seated. Chicken sandwich was crispy and the runny egg made it decadent. Side potatoes was tasty with bacon but could've been crispier. 0.5L beer $9. Great selection of German beers and 5 local craft beers.
Ludwigs is a lively German spot on Castro St that serves up terrific food. We went on a Friday evening and there was no wait time despite being quite crowded. They have plenty of outdoor seating which was fantastic in the beautiful weather. We got a couple pretzels to start and they were phenomenal. Not overly salty or greasy, just right with a nice sweet dip on the side. We got a vegan lentil loaf which was decent to share, although if hungry you could get your own. The apple strudel with vanilla cream was an amazing treat at the end. I'll definitely be trying those mouthwatering Berliners next time I go. Throughout our experience, our server was timely and friendly, and everything was well done. Check this spot out for a good time!
We went there around 3:30 ish on a Friday afternoon before the rush started. We got a Happy Hours Signature wings and a Jalapeño burger. Both items were splendid and we enjoyed them to our hearts delight. Our waitress was also really good. Recommend going there just for the beer alone!
Came for happy hour. Overall good spot, staff were amicable and quick to serve. Ordered a salad with chicken and the sausage in bread - great texture on the bread and sausage was moist and good seasoning. Good rotation of beer on tap and cans/bottles. Ambiance was nice, setup with outdoor dining on both ends of the building.
Great spot! Outdoor seating with ample heaters, there is also some indoor seating. Great beer selection with German beers to pair with all the great food. The pork knuckle is giant and amazing. It is my go to every time I visit. Get the knuckle and plan to share or take some home. The servers are always super nice and attentive.
Very close to a true European Beer Garden. Authentic German food and beer on tap. Goulash was fantastic. Don't bother with the nontraditional menu options!
Ludwig’s Biergarten in Mountain View is a delightful spot for anyone looking to enjoy a genuine German beer garden experience. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, with long communal tables perfect for socializing. The beer selection is impressive, featuring a variety of authentic German brews. The food is equally noteworthy, with delicious options like bratwurst, pretzels, and schnitzel. The staff is friendly and efficient, ensuring a great overall experience. Whether you're a beer enthusiast or just looking for a fun place to hang out with friends, Ludwig’s Biergarten is definitely worth a visit.
Favorietes: Of course, their beer selections, potato pancakes & classic schnitzel. It is my favorite beer garden in the area. They have a great selection of on tap beers. They have authentic German/Bavarian food. Their outdoor seating is very relaxed, and it is a great place to hang out with friends and family. It is dog and baby friendly, too.
Finally an authentic German restaurant. Being of German origin, I have tried many restaurants in the Bay Area that claim to offer authentic German food - unfortunately, most are a bit disappointment. Ludwig's is different. They make their own sausages and even make some of their own sauces. I love their food, the atmosphere and everything about this place!
Absolutely amazing lentil loaf with mashed potatoes and a carrot apple salad. Fresh and flavorful. They have a vegetarian prep chef and you can tell. Also had the double wheat beer and it was fantastic.
German beer garden in downtown Mountain View is legit--even my friend from Germany says so. 4.5 Food: 4.25 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4.5 Cost to worth it rating: 4 ($18 for 2 sausages w sides, $30 full schnitzel with sides) Opentableable: no Return worthiness: yes Highlights - Sausages: SO good. Get to pick from a few. My faves are the Ludwig's Fränkische which is like a thicker bratwurst and the Käsekrainer that has little cubes of melty cheese inside 5 stars - Pretzel: warm and great version, bit smaller than expected. Like the flavor of the beer cheese sauce but it's a thinner versions 4 stars - Burger: my son has had it and it's good with good fries too. 4 stars - Schnitzel: large and flat breaded pork but not so much flavor. Nice with spetzel. Cool they have options for a half portion or veggie version if that's your thing. 3.5 stars - Lots of beers to choose from: including the oldest brewery in the world - Mulled wine in winter: very tasty with great spices 4.5 stars - Friendly new female owner who appreciates her customers - Open outdoor seating with some coverage and traditional picnic tables. Also some tables indoor for a different vibe. Lowlights - Bit of a wait for food: when we went they were open but the kitchen wasn't yet - Qr code menu has an order button but you can't order Fun place to hang out and we'll be back.
Ludwig’s Biergarten is such a delightful spot! We started with the pretzel, which was reasonably priced, though the selection of sauces felt a bit expensive. I ordered the pork schnitzel—it was delicious, but I was surprised that it came as pork tenders with scrappy pieces rather than one solid cut. I chose spaetzel as my side and thought it was very bland. Super disappointed and wished I ordered fries instead. I did appreciate that you can choose a full or half order. Service was very good, and my husband really enjoyed the two-sausage combo; both sausages were very tasty. Overall, the food was a smidge on the pricey side, but the beer was reasonably priced with lots of great options. A fun place to relax and enjoy a good meal.
I visited this new restaurant yesterday and was genuinely impressed. I ordered the sausage sampler with sauerkraut — it was actually the first time I’ve ever tried sauerkraut, and I ended up loving it. The sausages were absolutely unbelievable in flavor, easily some of the best I’ve had. They also have a great beer selection. I went with a 1-liter Weihenstephaner black, which paired perfectly with the meal. The prices are very reasonable, and the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this place for a visit with family or friends. A great spot to relax, enjoy good food
Oktoberfest was my first time to Ludwig’s (how did I not know about this place before now) and I was floored by the food and beer selection. Not only was the Paulaner Hefe-weizen crisp and cold but it all paired well with the food I ordered, a vegan option of bratwurst (finally a place that serves it), sauerkraut that was tasty and not mushy and just right flavored mashed potatoes. I will definitely be coming back!
I had such a wonderful experience here! The food was delicious, and the warm, inviting ambience made it even more enjoyable. The owner is incredibly attentive and generous, making every guest feel welcomed. I happened to visit on celebrity trivia night, which was a blast—the host kept the energy high and made sure everyone felt included. Between the great food, lively atmosphere, and friendly service, I can’t wait to come back! (PS Pets Friendly)
I went to this place while on a work trip as we were craving some good German food. The sausages were absolutely fantastic. The beer selection was excellent and had something for everyone. I personally had the sausage bites appetizer and the cheese spaetzle dish. Both were extremely delicious and I can't wait to go back the next time I'm in the area.
We had an amazing dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. Everything we tried was fantastic, especially the sliders and the Bratwurstplatte (Sausage Sampler). The fries with cheese were a standout as well. We’re already planning to come back soon to try the Wiener Schnitzel—it’s definitely on our list! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and an excellent atmosphere.
Basic beer garden place. Decent beer selection. Food is pretty good. Really big portions so I actually recommend sharing if you're not that hungry. Charcuterie board for 2 is a good app for like 4-5 ppl. Service was nice and they were really patient since I was so indecisive. Seating is really good if you have a larger group since all the tables fit about 8 ppl each
Fun German themed restaurant and bar with large outdoor beer garden type area. Authentic German food.
Really positive vibe here, amazing staff, and the food was pretty good as well! I went here for dinner with my roommates to get some authentic German cuisine and were quite pleased with the experience. The restaurant was really busy - it was a Friday evening - but we were seated within 10 minutes. Service was very quick as well! I got the Sausage plate with the chicken sausage, and asked for a mixed green salad and cucumber salad in place of the sauerkraut and mashed potatoes. The greens were really good, with just the right amount of dressing. Cucumber salad was pretty nice as well (even my roommates though so), but it did get overwhelming in the amount of dressing towards the end. The sausage in itself was just okay though; It was nice at the beginning, but too salty towards the end. My roommates split the Jager Schnitzel and a pretzel and were very satisfied. The chicken piece was quite big and that mushroom sauce on top was just amazing! The spatzale on the side was really good too!
Liverwurst w/ Apples & Onions 4 Spatzle Kade Kroketten w/ Bacon Wrap & Lingoberry Dip 3 Mac & Cheese balls Plain Pork Sausage w/ curry sauce 3 Pork sausage w/ pretzel 4 Pork & Cheese sausage 4 Pork & Veal sausage 4 Traditional German Goulash 3 not tender Plum Cake w/ Streusel 4 Apple Strudel w/ Vanilla Sauce 4
As you would expect in a beer garden, they have a great selection of beer. The food is pretty good too, we had potato cakes with salmon and veal schnitzel and both plates were tasty. In terms of what can be better, the food service specifically was more on the slow side and the only seating option available is wooden benches, which are not very comfortable and not for everyone's back.
Cool and cozy spot for a get together over some great food and drinks! The food was quite flavourful and fresh, although a bit pricey. The jagerschnitzel and bratwurst-teller were my personal favourites out of everything I'd ordered. The drinks are great too, with a wide selection of several varieties of beer. Staff was friendly, although I thought the service was quite slow considering it wasn't too crowded. The restaurant is on the smaller side but there's plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. Overall, I'd definitely recommend checking this place out if you're in Mountain View.
The food was good. Service could've been a little better. We had to ask for a couple things multiple times. Spatzle was a bittle bland, but the mushroom cream sauce was delicious! Menu is not kid friendly so I wouldn't recommend taking kids unless they're open to trying new things.
Came here for a birthday dinner on a Sunday. Overall food was tasty the pork knuckle and the squash salad was perfect. Tried the goulash, pretzel, and the loaded fries I forgot what it was called but had cheese and mushrooms. The service was a bit confusing since all the servers kinda all over the place took a minute to get an order and then we didn't see our server again for soooo long we waited a long time to get someone's attention by the end. I'll probably be back to try the burger and more sausages. Will try to get seated inside too. Outside the benches are a bit small and not too comfy but it was manageable.
Food is not that great. The amount is too little as per the price. The atmosphere and services are good. Not so many options for food. Literally two options for desert. We took the cream donuts that were ok not so good. Lemonade was refreshing. French fries with mushrooms and cheese was the best one
As pub prices go, this is more on the expensive side, but the food was great and the beer was excellent. Would definitely recommend getting the beer sampler if this is your first time here. All of them were excellent and I particularly enjoyed the schwarzbier. (If you're a first time beer drinker, go for the Hefeweizen, they're sweeter, less bitter, creamy, and my favourite kind of beer :p) The food portions are a bit small, but go great as a snack to pair with drinks. There's a decent amount of seating and the vibe here is nice.
I wanted to try out this place after remembering how good a time I had in Munich Oktoberfest a few years back. I wanted to have some real German brews and some Bratwurst. Overall beers were good. Food was adequate; lunch bratwurst was small but flavorful and I did like the sauerkraut and mash. Pretzels were average, did not like the sweet mustard. Some of our party did not really feel the schnitzel they had (Veal) was as good as they had hoped. Also service was terribly slow, I saw there were only two waitress staff so we did feel bad for them having to cover so many tables. I will like to come back for more beer in particular and to try some of their other sausage plates. Not sure about the pretzel or schnitzel.
Oversell aesthetic and food is good. Once the food was ordered, it came out fast. I appreciate the bartender personally delivering drinks and beer. I love the beer garden vibes, especially at night with the string lights. It’s a lovely place to enjoy Castro Street. Like many places, staff is busy, but we were able to flag down our waiter when needed. Sausage, burger, spätzle, fries—all good. Really enjoyed the Apple Steusel.
Tasty sausage but the fries weren’t as hot as I might have hoped. Good beer selection and some fun ciders. Friendly staff. Service is a little slow but they are t rushing you either.
I passed this restaurant many many times and finally got a chance to sit and dine with my family! The food was actually very good, better than what I expected from a German restaurant. We had lunch there so I did lot have any beers, but I will definitely come back and try again with some 🍺🍺.
Came here on a Saturday night and it was busy but we were seated immediately! The vibe here is super chill and modern, there were nice fairy lights and the place was very popping and busy. My one complaint here is that service is extremely slow- it took probably 20+ minutes to get our drinks and food. Otherwise, I enjoyed the strawberry radler drink that I got and the jager fries as well! I’d come back with friends.
2024 update: Good sausages with spicy sauce. The Weinerschnitzel was breaded and flavorful. Great flavored beer liked by me and normal German beer liked by others in my party. Had the let’s colada and Mango Tango. Also the chocolate raspberry cake which was dense and sweet and filling. My wife liked the pretzel.
Good amount of vegetarian options but I felt my vegan jägerschnitzel was just breading with no meat alternative filling…I was excited to see Spätzle on the menu and a variety of southern German/Austrian/Swiss foods that aren’t super easily found outside of that region of the world.
I was there a couple times for team building and college alumni events. Beer selection is great. Food served was good (schnitzel, bratwurst, pretzel, salad) The bartender was great - spending time with me explaining the samples I requested. The rest of the staff was not so friendly - telling the group to stay out of certain area and reminding us the rules
Great spot for a casual hangout with a good selection of craft beers. While the atmosphere and drinks are the main draw, the food menu is somewhat limited and standard pub fare. It’s a perfect place for a round of drinks, though you might want to plan for dinner elsewhere.
Came here for Wednesday night trivia. Trivia was super fun and very casual. Lots of the teams seemed to comprise of coworkers. Plenty of time to talk between questions. The patio was a great place for it, it was warm with all the heat lamps and had a really cozy vibe for hanging out for a couple hours. One heads up, the website says trivia runs from 6–9, but it actually went from about 6:30–8:30. Drinks were solid, beer selection was plentiful and can’t go wrong with it. Food not so much. We ordered the cauliflower wings and the German mac and cheese. The cauliflower wings were buffalo-style and decent, but they were pretty light on sauce. The German mac and cheese was a letdown, bland and kind of dry, with most of the flavor coming from black pepper. The crispy onions sounded good in theory but were soft and soggy. Overall, this is a great spot for trivia and beers with friends, but just don’t come here expecting the food to be amazing.
Really mixed bag on the food. Red cabbage was amazing - maybe the best I've ever had. Spatzel was legitimately awful and tasted like dirt. I got two sausages and one tasted like a hot dog while the other was fantastic. Veal schnitzel was pretty good. I'm sure if you came here often, you'd narrow down the best items to make this place 5 stars. Appreciated that they had both German and local beers to choose from.
Good selection of beer and non-alcoholic malt drinks. Had the pork schnitzel, it was not as thin and tender as I had them in Germany. But the fries were delicious. Sourkraut was probably from a jar. Good service, vibe, and location. Prices are slightly higher than what I am willing to pay if they wanted me to come often. Just being honest. My bill was close to $40
Food is great. A bit on the pricy side but I will pay for good food. Everything we ordered was delicious, from the soft pretzel to the steak and to the dessert plate. Service was so so. We came on a Sunday and not super busy. While most of the customers were dining outside, server was playing on his phone sitting inside the restaurant.
We came here to try out German beer and food. The sausage was ok. The pork knuckle, however, was a mixed experience. When served fresh, it felt overwhelming — a huge portion where the fat and lean meat stayed very separate. Interestingly, after taking the leftovers home and putting them in the air fryer, the dish improved a lot. The extra cooking helped render out some of the oil, which then soaked into the leaner parts of the meat, making it taste much more balanced — not too fatty, not too dry.
Well if you wanna have a fun afternoon with great food and beer, well this is definitely a place you should visit , as a bonus they serve German food ! They have tons of different types of beer on tap And the food is really good. There are not many German restaurants out here. But this must my top one in the area.
I was here a year ago, when the place was under a different management and had a really bad lunch. But a new owner came in, and recently responded to my review and encouraged me to give the place a second chance. I am glad I did! We stopped by for lunch this week and the food was delicious. All we had - the chicken sandwich, a chicken schnitzel plate, and a duo of sausages tasted delicious. Including the sides. So glad the kitchen had a turnaround! My only suggestion would be to increase the portion of the entree we had. The service was nice and friendly, and we liked the background music. Hopefully the new management will also replace the wooden seating at some point. It was as uncomfortable as I remembered.
I ordered the currywurst and pommes and the sausage was spicy and flavorful. My friend got the wienerschnitzel which I tried and thought was super bland and basically all breading. I thought the price was definitely a bit steep… 2 entrees and 2 drinks were $78? 😭 and the food quality seems to vary based on the item. I liked the outdoors seating. Service staff were nice.
Nice biergarten on the quiet side. Really good beer. Sausages I had were not particularly great. Runny, soupy, warm potato salad made with sliced potatoes was just stupid. I would go back for the beer and the service.
Food was pretty average here and overall pretty expensive for what it was. I had the 6 Nürnberger sausages which were one of the cheaper meal options at $21. I thought they were a bit small and they kind of reminded me of breakfast sausage links. I think it would be better if it was a plate of different types of German sausages to try. I think they have that but it's more expensive. Pretty good beer selection though. I think there are better options in Mountain View like Stein's or Das Bierhauz.
Enjoyed most all the food, beer and sides. Very authentic and well prepared! Quite like my experience in Germany EXCEPT the sweinhaxen. For $40 it looked great but need to be cooked another hour or so. I took it home and put it in the Dutch oven for 2 hours to make it edible easy to get meat off the bone. I hope they can correct this travesty! If it isn’t done, don’t serve it!
Great selection of beer and beverages! Food is average in taste and quite expensive for what it is. Service is attentive but not polished. For instance, we got our entrés but no utensils 🙄 25 minute wait on Friday to get seated. Overall, might go again since it's convenient in Mountain View. But there are other restaurants in the Bay Area serving better German food.
The food was amazing. Everything tasted so good. The servings are large and we all took some home in boxes for later. Everything was plated beautifully. The kitchen did a wonderful job. The rest of the staff, I didn't feel great about it. Maybe it's because there was a football game on? It's also Oktoberfest weekend and it's a German restaurant. I'm not sure. We were seated and a server came by to explain that the menu is all online. We took a while looking at our phones to all figure out what we wanted, and then waited, and waited, and waited for a server to come take our order. We were given water and I drank some, then noticed debris at the bottom of my glass so I set it down towards the end of the table so it could be grabbed easily. It never got taken, asked about, or even attempted to get refilled for the almost 2 hours we were there so I just didn't end up drinking any water. I had a light Kolsh that was good so it didn't bother me too much since I still had something to drink. Before our food came, I mentioned we had grabbed table that hadn't been wiped down when we got there since it was one of the only ones open. I asked if I could have a rag to wipe it down really quickly and was told yes. We never got anything to wipe the table down and then we got our food so it would have been too much of a hassle at the point anyways. We ate our food and talked. Everything was wonderful. There was a football game on that I didn't care for so it was a loud the couple times there was a touchdown or someone fumbled or something. Once we finished eating, we all sat waiting for a long time again. I finally asked if I should go get someone since we had been talking about getting boxes for ~20 minutes. My friend got up to go ask someone. They brought us boxes and we ordered dessert. We were finally able to let someone know about the water glass. I said I didn't want any water now but there was stuff in the bottom of my glass. Someone came back with a pitcher and tried to pour more water into the dirty glass to refill it. We managed to stop him and he had another clean glass with him so I finally got some water which was nice since it was pretty hot out today. The food was amazing. Maybe it was an off day between the game and Oktoberfest things happening. I'm not sure. I definitely want to go back for a special occasion again since it's a bit pricey.
Overall we had a good time here. It is a good location and we sat outside with heaters which were nice since it was a little cold. People around us were friendly and it was overall a fun place to go. The food (when it came) was reasonable, especially the bratwurst and red cabbage. The flat bread was good but not great. The smoked salmon potato pancakes just ok. However the problem was the service. They had two people taking drinks and food orders for a patio that was full of people. They really needed about twice that. We waited while the server took orders from people who were seated after us (which was annoying but it happens). They lost our pretzel order which eventually never came. The drinks were good but took forever to appear.
German beer garden in downtown Mountain View. Large outdoor seating area, but a relatively small interior. Fries and pretzels were average, but the beer selection was decent. Service can be spotty, especially during the peak happy hours. Very small parking lot with small spaces, so be prepared to walk a bit as street parking can also be difficult to find.
Way too many benches for the limited staff and kitchen. Should not take over an hour to get food after putting in an order. At least bring the appetizers out to keep us from leaving ?
Astonishingly overpriced. $150 for a couple entrees, couple appetizers and a couple beers. I found the quality of food to be sub-par. Spätzle was acceptable, although I've had better at Geist in Bangalore somehow. Schnitzel was just sad. Oily, mealy and rather unappetizing. Beers were great obviously, priced somewhat more reasonably than food. Service was mediocre, but eh. I was happy to find a Biergarten right here in MV, but I will not be returning. There's so so so many better ones out there.
Do not come during the German holiday market. The place was extremely packed, and we were initially excited to try the food. However, after waiting for over an hour, our order still had not arrived. Each time we asked about the status, the only response we received was “we don’t know” or “at least another 20 minutes.” We were there with kids, who became tired and hungry, and we ultimately had to leave without receiving any food—after more than an hour of waiting. If you plan to visit, avoid coming on holiday market days.
