Stopped by Sourdough & Co. today and had one of those sandwiches that instantly puts you in a good mood. I ordered the Pastrami Turkey Sandwich and it was seriously good. The bread completely made the sandwich. Fresh, soft, and perfectly chewy with that classic sourdough flavor that brought everything together so well. The pastrami added a nice savory bite while the turkey kept it balanced and not too heavy. Every ingredient tasted fresh and worked really well together. It was honestly so good that I completely gobbled it up before I even remembered to take a picture. Simple, comforting, and just a really satisfying sandwich that I’d happily order again. The service was also really fast, making it a great spot if you need to grab something quick and get on with your day. Sandwiches are dope!!!! Some kid with long hair made my sandwich and it was extra good. Super clean and that kid made sure I left with some extra napkins cause my wife is a messy eater. Not gonna lie its a lot better than SUBWAY and Wingstop combined.

I've had 4 different sandwiches. All were good, with two caveats. On the reuben, I'd ask them for less sauerkraut. When it comes to mustard, tell him to put it light, unless you like a lot of bite. Only had the clam chowder. I'd give that a 6. I've had better, but it's ok.

Sourdough itself wasn't very sour but the French Dip sandwich was delicious as was the mac and cheese. So will be back to try other sandwiches but probably won't buy a loaf of bread (draegers will continue to fulfill that function)

I went in to the restaurant and had one of their specialty sandwiches. I found the recommendations of the cashier who really had a good knowledge of how the food was there he told me it will cost extra but it will be worth it and boy it was it was the one of the best sandwiches I had in years and I'll go back again shortly I usually like to go back twice a month and see my friends there that made the most wonderful sandwiches in the world so if you want something wholesome and Hardy check out the menu there won't be disappointed Mountain View is well kept secret.

I was there in January 2026, and I really wanted to try their sourdough clam chowder. Finally, I did. It was delicious, although a little bit pricey. The temperature and taste were perfect, but the portion was on the small side compared with the price. It might be nice if they have some samples so newbies like me will try other items on their menu. The service was okay, but it could be friendlier. The location was clean and well-stocked. I will definitely come back.

The French dip is tasty. Not as good as Adamson's, of course, but S&C's hours are longer and they don't sell out before they close, which is a regular occurrence at Adamson's. The sourdough unfortunately isn't sour at all. The jus is a bit too salty. And I personally find cheese on a French dip sandwich to be overkill-slash-not French dip, but it wasn't un-tasty. My biggest complaint is that they wrapped the wrapper into the sandwich, and it got solidly stuck in the melted cheese, making it hard not to eat paper. The mac and cheese is fine, nothing special but not bad or anything. Tastes like Velveeta on elbow mac, so nothing you can't make yourself for less. Wouldn't bother getting it again for the price. I will be back to try other sandwiches, though.

The store was clean and the set is very casual, the cashier said hello and was very patient and helpful as I was looking at the menu, the restaurant has both hot and cold sandwiches as well as soups and salads. We ordered the Clam Chowder, the Chowder was a bit thick and had a good seasoning, the soups are accompanied by three pieces of fresh sliced Sourdough on the tray; I ordered the Crispy Crunchy Chicken that was advertised on the wall, the sandwiches can be ordered by 4”, 6” and 8”, the cashier nicely asked to take a seat and that the food would be delivered to our table, the sandwich was served with a pickle warmed on a toasted sourdough bread with sliced lettuce and tomatoes, with a ranch and house dressing, jack cheese and crispy tortilla strips, carved chicken was advertised and it had a pull chicken look to it, I was surprised on a good way by the taste of the ingredient, the freshness of the veggies, the crispy crunchy feeling on every bite. Overall a great experience and will make sure to visit the other chain store locations.

I loved their soups, and now they’ve changed them. Cream of tomato is now creamy tomato and it tastes like tomato sauce. Replaced Chicken Poblano with a terrible lentil and sausage.

I get sandwiches here 2 or 3 times a month I have never had a problem until today. I order the same things. I am Allergic to peppers . I specifically said no sauce, Mayo only. The girl told me I did not say Mayo and rolled her eyes at me and gave me attitude! They remade with no Mayo no nothing and it was hot instead of cold. Very unprofessional!

Service extremely slow 15 minutes to make my sandwich and the place is dead! They have 4 workers!

Extremely rude customer service by this woman named Sarai, who couldn't understand a very simply request. I ordered online thru their website today at 12:55pm, it says the order would be ready at 1:20pm, my friend and I arrived at 1:23pm and asked if the order is ready. They haven't even started on my order yet. She told me the order is not ready yet in a very annoying tone, I then asked "can you separate the sandwich into two" two times, she then tried to brush me off by saying the order is not ready yet again. I waited another 5 minutes and asked again if it's ready, she told me that they're busy and they're not just playing. So I told her again that if she could separate the sandwich into two because I'm trying to share the sandwich with my friend. She finally said ok so we waited at the corner of the table. Finally at 1:35pm the order is ready, however she merely placed the soup and the whole sandwich into two different bags. So I walked up again and said that's not what I asked for. She then walked over and started yelling "you told me to separate the soup into two". I said that's not what I asked for and would like to speak to the manager. She said she's the manager and she just couldn't stop yelling. She then yelled she won't accept my order again and would like to call the cops. I told her I would love for her to call the cops and I have witness and would like the cops to watch the footage if they have a camera inside the store. If you're the owner of this restaurant, please reevaluate your staffs, I often come here for lunch and most of the staffs were nice and helpful except her. It's ok to delay the order sometimes if you're busy/short handed but at least explain to your customers nicely. She could have apologized for hearing the request wrong but instead she lashed it out at the customer and not admitting her mistakes. NEVER coming back here again! long wait of 40 mins for a sandwich, and bad customer service, not worth it! *this woman Sarai keeps harassing me via her Yelp account and privately commented on my post total of 3 times, I’m keeping the records for legal actions if she continues.

I ordered the Pesto Turkey sandwich which does not say on their in person menu that it is an aioli. Got home and could not eat because of the mayo. I called and they told me that I should have asked. Person actually told me, "Well you never asked if the pesto had basil in it." Disappointed by the rude reply and inability to give me a refund without me having to drive back to the store (I'm 30 mins away).

I used to love this place, but for $11.49 to get one thin slice of meat, it’s not worth it. You have to look closely in the picture to find it. All I taste is onion. I ordered the pastrami & turkey on a gluten free wrap.

Each time I have Requested if they could melt my cheese, I have come home to find that they didn’t even put any cheese in my sandwich, though I paid extra. (And in truth, it’s not about the money, I don’t mind paying extra for quality product. No quality here!) Not only that, as other reviewers pointed out, though the sandwich states that there is avocado, there may be a smidgen or no avocado whatsoever! to top it off, the sandwich is tasteless. Just cold veggies, limp cucumber with no dressings.. The staff also lacks graciousness, they are cold and dismissive . It feels very transactional here Along with feeling like they’re doing you a favor. Seems like there is no Quality management is lacking. The only thing that I can say about this place is that this sourdough bread is good. Sadly, this place would be a gem, but the food and the staff need to step up.
