I had a nice hot french dip sandwich and it blew me away with deliciousness. Maybe it's because I was hungry, but the swiss cheese, beef, sauce and french bread all combined perfectly, in just the right ratio. It was served au jus, of course, and the broth made my day. So savory and just the right amount of saltiness. Oh, also it came with a pickle! Sometimes I'm not a big pickle fan but this was a high-quality spear. I paired my meal with a half sweet iced tea, and I would definitely order it all over again. Give it a try!
It's a little pricey but worth your money. The sandwich I had was satisfying. The salad was a bit dull, but the sandwich was fantastic!
Great sandwiches to have when you are at the EV chargers. Got the cholula chicken and it was delicious.

Awsome bread, great engagement w customers. (Bit pricey, but for good reason)
Best tuna outside of homemade I've had. Just the right amout of pickles. I also tried the turkey sandwich. Also delicious. My loved her Greek salad was well. We go regularly.
The restaurant was clean and the you g lady who helped my daughter and I was super sweet. We were very happy overall.
Came in here and had to wait close to 5 minutes for anyone to come to the register to take my order and when they did they skipped me and started taking an order for the people who came in after me. I was incredibly put out and feeling ignored. When I got to order I had the corn and shrimp soup of the day and after my first taste I was hooked!!! I have never had a bowl of soup that good in my life.... it was beyond delicious. The service might not have been great but the quality of the food truly makes up for that.. You guys make a darn good soup!!

I usually go to the Walmart on Mountain View to do some shopping, I fond out that this store is the closest to San Francisco. I was curious to see what Sourdough & Co had to offer. The store seats on a corner as you enter the Walmart from Showers Street and is kind of hard to see at dark. The store was clean and the set is very casual, the cashier said hello and was very patient and helpful as I was looking at the menu, the restaurant has both hot and cold sandwiches as well as soups and salads. We ordered the Clam Chowder, the Chowder was a bit thick and had a good seasoning, the soups are accompanied by three pieces of fresh sliced Sourdough on the tray; I ordered the Crispy Crunchy Chicken that was advertised on the wall, the sandwiches can be ordered by 4”, 6” and 8”, the cashier nicely asked to take a seat and that the food would be delivered to our table, the sandwich was served with a pickle warmed on a toasted sourdough bread with sliced lettuce and tomatoes, with a ranch and house dressing, jack cheese and crispy tortilla strips, carved chicken was advertised and it had a pull chicken look to it, I was surprised on a good way by the taste of the ingredient, the freshness of the veggies, the crispy crunchy feeling on every bite. Overall a great experience and will make sure to visit the other chain store locations.
Wanted something different so we tried the place out for the first time. It was very clean looking and the staff welcoming. My mom and I both had the French Dip. We could have shared one ( we know for a future visit) but ended up eating it all because it was yummy and didn't want to throw it out. Haha It isn't a cheap eat, but it is someplace I wouldn't mind spending my money on another visit.
Chain sandwich shop with a stylish interior design. The guest room was clean. I paid approximately $17 for the meal in the picture. I like that the sandwich is easy to eat because it is dense and well wrapped. Less of a mess compared to for example the Subway franchise. In my case, the employee at the counter seemed to be new which was not a good combination with me as a first-time customer. Weird: I paid using Google Pay but still had to sign the receipt (that included a tipping request).
Monday afternoon 2pm never been to a sourdough & Co but quickly realized the people are friendly, staff is good, and the food (Al be a bit overpriced then say a Jersey Mike's or jimmy johns) was great the chicken Cholula sandwich is what I went with and it was delicious the sourdough only made it better would come back but not for the prices 👍🚫

This is my second visit. Much better than the first which I did not review at the time. The staff is much improved this time. Friendly, polite, and doing their jobs well. My order was made accurately and quickly. My sandwich meal was tasty, but expensive. The avocado was removed from the menu options, but I did not ask about it. I came on a Sunday and the bread was a little chewier than I would’ve liked but its still tasted fine. The restaurant looked clean and tidy. Bathroom was also clean and tidy. It is a unisex bathroom, one stall and wheelchair accessible. Bathrooms are for customers only (not public). I will come back again. Last time my main concern were the employees who argued with another customer, and loudly complained about them when they left. ( I felt like they escalated that event unnecessarily.) Today’s employees were great and very polite. It was a calm and peaceful lunch. Really the visit is a 4.5 stars one, mainly due to price to value.

Small location with 3-4 tables for eating inside. Food and service are top notch. Great for taking out. Parking can be a bit tough to find due to other commercial services in the area. I like the brisket and the clam chowder.

Sandwich I had was great, but the prices were ridiculous. $16 for a 6" sub? Not including chips or a drink? Staff was, at best, disinterested. Both playing on their phones and totally not present.

I used to love this place, but for $11.49 to get one thin slice of meat, it’s not worth it. You have to look closely in the picture to find it. All I taste is onion. I ordered the pastrami & turkey on a gluten free wrap.

Food sucks!!! Sandwichs are so plain nothing special to them, 🥴🙄 i could make a better sandwich at home. Over price too. Not impressed by this place. Highly Not recommend. Save your money 💰💰💰💰💰 NASTY food over price
I had a positive experience the first time I had a veggie sandwich here. I should have listened to the reviews. Upon my three subsequent visits to get a veggie sandwich, I was dismayed. Each time I have Requested if they could melt my cheese, I have come home to find that they didn’t even put any cheese in my sandwich, though I paid extra. (And in truth, it’s not about the money, I don’t mind paying extra for quality product. No quality here!) Not only that, as other reviewers pointed out, though the sandwich states that there is avocado, there may be a smidgen or no avocado whatsoever! to top it off, the sandwich is tasteless. Just cold veggies, limp cucumber with no dressings.. The staff also lacks graciousness, they are cold and dismissive . It feels very transactional here Along with feeling like they’re doing you a favor. Seems like there is no Quality management is lacking. The only thing that I can say about this place is that this sourdough bread is good. Sadly, this place would be a gem, but the food and the staff need to step up.
Me and everyone who ate the food I ordered has been in the bathroom or actively vomiting for about 45 minutes now. I'm writing this review as my bowels are organizing a popular revolution to destroy all traces of the tuna salad. I am not happy and would not reccomend for obvious reasons. I don't know if it was the tuna, the soup, or the whatever and frankly I don't care. The service was good and the store seemed clean so I'm not sure who is at fault here but I'll assume it was the owner until proven otherwise.
I walked in to order a sandwich and there were like 3-4 people behind the counter who were all busy making sandwiches, they completely ignored me. They didn't even say "I'll be with you in a moment." I waited for 3-4 minutes, nobody else in line, remained completely ignored. Obviously I didn't stick around. I crossed the street and bought a grocery store sandwich. This kind of customer service is totally unacceptable.
Got charged for the price of a salad with chicken without the chicken. I was fine with that until i got home and saw they couldn't even put a dressing to go with it.
