Ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza while waiting at the vet around the corner. Cheap and convenient. Came out to a little over $8, yes I ate the whole thing.

Ordered to go. Pizza was ready when I got there. There pick up kiosk wasn't working but the employees handed me the correct pizza. Just like the old days!

My favorite local quick and easy pizza. Deep dish pizzas are the best from Little Caesars and the general staff is great. Love being a regular here. The deep dish pizzas remind me of the pizza from my home town near Chicago and the cinnamon bite are to die for!

I am pleasantly amazed and now enjoying ordering doordash from here because of their consistency with executing every single time with freshness 👌🏽. OLD REVIEW ⬇️⬇️ Pretty disappointing experience. First time here and last time here. Looking at another review, looks like I encountered the same issue. All of my pizzas were ordered with the original crust, NOT THIN. The pizza had literally NO CHEESE. Like this location is being stingy with cheese and the pizza looked burnt but it was alright. Would I ever order from here again, absolutely NOT. I'm from Redwood City and have always had great quality from the Little Cesar's there. Not sure how an online order in detail are three regular crust pizzas turn into thin crust pizzas with barely any cheese. 👎🏽

Super quick service. Was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Pizza from little Caesars is most always the same quality.. satisfactory, cheap, and fast.

It's not the best pizza in the world but it's tasty and affordable. Plus the place is clean and the pizza and crazy bread here are a lot more fresh than at other Little Caesar's.

Best pizza prices and good quality, but the shop does not apply online coupons, unless you order online (and pickup in store or have delivery)

Obviously not the best pizza you can find. But the price is right, and their hot-and-ready pizzas really were hot and ready. Couldn't really ask for more.

A lady of Asian origin, serves very poorly, has a bad temper. When she serves me, the man treats me very kindly. The lady has served me 3 times and she has always been very rude.

Cheap good pizza. Can't complain about a $5 cheese pizza. Service at this location is just meh, but again it's a $5 pizza! So can't really complain.

3 stars cuz if you want your wings with the sauce on the side is $2 dollars more but for marinara sauce is $1 dollar is just such a bs but i like the pizza

Lil doodoo Caesar’s trying to close when it’s 8:00pm and they close at 9pm. I would understand if it was ten minutes left but in this case not only did they try closing an hour before they also hung up on my face.

Today I've ordered 2 regular pepperoni pizza and I've got two THIN crust pepperoni pizza (it seems like they don't make regular crust anymore or they were mad today), which became like stone after cooling down. No more little caesar pizza for us anymore, it became "little"

For covid being such a big thing this lady touched the food and I did as well and she put it right back and nobody wears gloves and I complained how the food was and she canceled my order saying " then you can go somewhere else "

First off they run off online ordering over a hour before closing. The person working the register had zero clue! Ask for something on the menu and she said they didn’t have it. The picture and price was right above her!

I decided to the Mountain View Little Ceasar's and I ordered 2 boxes of the Classic pepperoni pizza which were $7.49 each ridiculous. If you want half cheese and half pepperoni they'll charge you $9.00 because it's a specialty pizza what!!! I am not even asking for the entire toppings I want less and you'llbe charged more. But back to the issue. I get my pizza and take a slice out of the box and noticed that slice of pizza looked like a thin crusted pizza. I taste the pizza and noticed that the ingredients tasted different. The pizza tasted like cooked spinach which was gritty. I pulled out one of the crazy bread sticks and why did it look like a pretzel. It was not soft it had a crunch to it and I did not like it. I called and the Hispanic female worker picked up and I told her about the pizza she says "The pizza was fresh not sure why it taste like that." There was no apology at all. Then I brought a box of pizza over to my sister's for her kids. Now I was upset. The pizza was so flat. The sauce was super thick and disgusting. The pizza was burnt. I called again and the Hispanic female picked up and I told her what was wrong with the pizza. She says "Sometimes the pizza comes out flat because of the weather." I was baffled at this point. I was like this is absolutely ridiculous. The establishment in Sunnyvale has never given me flat bread pizza like this one. The reason why the pizza was flat was because they're using different dough and ingredients to cut the cost. Again she did not apologize for the mistake nor did she offer to replace pizza. Whenever she answers the phone she is not professional or friendly at all. She sounds like she hates her job and she does not want to be there. She is not enthusiastic about her job at all. The owner does not care either. She has a nasty attitude as well. Sick of this place. Will never go there again.

Horrible experience the last two times I've purchased from here. I've heard this place used to be great, but that's just not the case now. Yesterday was the last time I've purchased & will be purchasing from here. I ordered 3 pizzas, 2 orders of wings, and 2 orders of breadsticks. The pizza was made on thin crust & was badly burnt. The wings weren't hardly wings at all, infact one of them was literally just a bone. When I called to address the situation because I had just spent $60 on a birthday dinner that wasn't going to be eaten, the manager who said her name was Anna said "if there's a problem see corporate # on website" then hung up on me. Without even letting me explain the situation at hand. Horrible horrible horrible customer service... Not to mention the workplace was a MESS in the back when I picked my order up & they almost gave me the wrong order & said my name incorrectly several times after I said my name for the order SEVERAL times. Wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE.

Ordered online and it was supposed to be delivered by door dash and, well, it was delivered, just not to my address. I immediately texted the Doordash driver, Francisco, and told him he'd delivered to the wrong house, he said he'd been told that number and for me to "take care." Rest assured, I won't be ordering from this place ever again. I called the store, was hung up on 3 times. I called the # at the top of the emailed receipt, left a message twice. Received no response from this company. Finally I submitted a complaint with the BBB. We'll see where it goes from here. Save your money and yourself from frustration, don't order from this worthless Little Caesars location... you'll just get ripped off.

Be careful to order on the App. The pizza there is good but the service is bad. The attitude of one female staff there was really “impressed “. I ordered on the app and planned to pick it up at 10:30am, but when I arrived there she said she could not see anything on the system. She explained that I might get the refund as other staff come to check the system. I said yes since the pizza is not bad even though the service is not nice. However, to my great disappointment, she started asking me to pay without even asking me WHAT I WANT TO ORDER! I asked her what are you order for me. OMG, she refused to answer but ignore my question. I gave up the pizza and left. The next day, I called back and wanted to check if their system was updated my order. She interrupted me and left me waiting on the line for more than 5 mins! The WORST SERVICE EVER!

UPDATE: It’s been nearly two months and my refund still hasn’t been issued. Both DoorDash and Little Caesars won’t issue me a refund. Can someone please figure this out! I tried to get a delivery order, after 30 minutes I got a notification that the order had been cancelled. I called store and they said my pizza was ready and they'd hold it until the delivery driver came. I called delivery support and they said the store cancelled it and issued a refund. Very strange interaction

Due to severe egg and nut allergies in my family, I wanted to verify the safety of the pizza. Unfortunately, the employee I spoke with couldn't provide the necessary information. I requested to speak with someone who could assist with my allergy concerns, but the employee was rude and dismissive, claiming to know everything and suggesting I order from a different restaurant. She has a nasty attitude! Whereas Sunnyvale branch is so cooperative about the dietary restrictions.

If I’m going to be helped by a cashier with a bad attitude, I’d rather be assisted by a robot. The cashier seemed very unpleasant and unfriendly during the interaction. Customer service definitely needs improvement.

Terrible customer service from Vivian. Walked in she was cutting my order no names showing on the screen. I gave her my name and told her can I please have my Order. She starts yelling and talking to me about I need to go to The oven look for my name and type in my code. I told her that my phone is going on low battery. The app is glitchy. Can’t you just give me my order I showed her the receipt she still said no. I just told her to give me a refund, walked out, spit my money at another one of the 10 pizza places nearby. Ridiculous customer service
