Appena uscita da un servizio Pessimo!! Orribile Di 3 non ne fanno 1 sarebbe sufficiente mettere personale adeguato e professionale, che evidentemente non troviamo al Bar dell Esselunga di Lissone, ho effettuato lo scontrino ed aspettavo il mio turno x essere servita.. appunto aspettavo e continuavo ad aspettare perché hanno fatto passare avanti gente poi dopo 10 minuti di attesa mi servono prima il caffè e dopo 10 minuti il cappuccino e chiaramente il Caffè a questo punto era freddo, non ci siamo il personale fa tanto e dalle tante recinzioni negative direi che il Bar perde punti. Non tornerò più e sicuramente non ne parlerò bene

Un hamburger di pollo, quello che ho ordinato, e che avrebbe dovuto essere. Immangiabile. Al posto del pollo una fetta trasparente di una consistenza vomitevole e mezza cruda. Uno schifo.

The courtesy of some of the shop assistants is a bit perplexing, but perhaps they have no good reason to be polite. Every time someone comes to do their shopping, they get a coffee or a snack at this bar. Unfortunately, I've never had a good experience. I imagine they're very busy.

At 2:00 PM on Sunday, we stopped for a quick lunch. We chose two burgers from the menu, but were told all the sides were sold out and there was no option. Okay, we accepted anyway: the sandwiches cost €8.50 and €7.50, but they were truly awful. Dry, without toppings, completely tasteless. It's not the first time this has happened to me: a while ago I had a toasted sandwich, which was also practically empty. I honestly think it's the worst Bar Atlantic I've ever been to. And the staff... never mind. Zero attention and zero courtesy.

We had lunch at the Atlantic Bar at the Esselunga in Lissone. The staff was very, very confused, despite there being a lot of people behind the counter. 15 minutes for a sandwich with cold fries! Frozen, after asking to have them remade, I was told we could heat them up. You'll definitely never see us again!

I was very disappointed by the staff's behavior, especially that of a blonde woman. I consider myself a polite and respectful person, and I find it unacceptable to be treated rudely and impolitely, despite having been polite. I fully understand that people may be having a difficult day and that there's work to be done, but respect for customers should always be guaranteed. A more cordial and professional attitude would really make a difference.

I usually go to Atlantic bars for breakfast, but unfortunately, cleanliness is lacking: the spoons are always dull, stained, and sometimes covered in food residue! The tables and chairs are dirty or poorly cleaned! The staff are fast but clearly overworked! The restrooms are beyond comment! Doesn't the local health authority take a look around?! And the management? I'll avoid them if I can. My review concerns the Atlantic bars in Lissone and Buonarroti.

I waited 15 minutes at the counter, which wasn't even full. The lady taking orders clearly has management issues; she doesn't remember who's asking and who's not, nor who's asking. I left, leaving the croissant and receipt at the counter and plugging in the coffee machine. Ridiculous service. A little more customer service wouldn't hurt.

As is standard with all Atlantic bars. The bright screen is a nice idea to alert customers waiting for their order when it's crowded. The red seating is lovely. And the ice cream station is where you can watch the machines spin (see photo). I can only give one star for the restroom hygiene. I recommend telling the staff to clean more frequently due to the high traffic these places get.
