I ordered a bowl at CAVA, and it was excellent. The ingredients were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned. Everything tasted high quality from the greens and grains to the protein and toppings. Even with just one bowl, the flavors were well-balanced and satisfying. What really stood out was the service, especially from Elexsa. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive while I was choosing my ingredients. She answered questions clearly, made great suggestions, and ensured everything was prepared exactly how I wanted it. Her professionalism and positive attitude made the entire experience better. Great food and outstanding customer service.
I had a pretty rough day today, but stopping by CAVA on Murphy Street completely turned it around. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I needed. Everything tasted great and was prepared perfectly. The restaurant itself was very clean and well kept, which made the whole experience even better. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient you can tell they care about their customers. It ended up being the perfect way to finish off my Sunday. I’ll definitely be coming back.
The customer service is why better then it looks, sandy was a great worker making jokes and lightning the mood. There is a interesting mix of drinks. Mix the classic lemonade and the two drinks besides it and it's an amazing combo.
Food was great and store was very clean including bathroom. Elexsa and rest of staff are very friendly and hard working. Would keep coming back to this specific location.
I've been to many Cava's throughout the DFW area but this one has set the bar high. Extremely clean establishment, super friendly staff, and great tasting food. Sandy went above and beyond to accommodate our food and made our visit exceptional! I hope she gets a raise and a promotion for her top notch service and professionalism.
This is most definitely my favorite cava location!! They are so friendly and helpful i wanted to try something new and was a bit nervous but thankfully JESSSIE a lovely gentleman who works there was so friendly and went above and beyond to help me and it’s now my new favorite order! Definitely coming to this location when I crave cava just because of this experience !

Ill start by saying I am not a review person. I had the sweetest interaction with Sandy in the drive-thru today. She was so excited and such a bright face and I just had to leave her a review because she was so kind and just seemed to love her job and was happy to see me!
Hi, this is my second time in this location. I know it would not be the last. Specially for the Great friendly staff on the front line specially this beautiful lady Sandy she is so great, helpful and knowledgeable of the menu. Caba should be so proud of the great food and great service provide on this location. The staff make me feel so welcome. I will definitely recommend this wonderful restaurant. I was having a stressful day and originally planned to stop at Panda Express for something quick, but when I saw CAVA, I decided to make a U-turn — and I’m so glad I did. The moment I walked in, the woman (Sandy) at the front greeted me so warmly. Her positive and kind energy really stood out and genuinely lifted my mood. She’s exactly the type of person you want welcoming customers — patient, friendly, and attentive. The food was fresh and delicious, as always. I used the digital drive-through at CAVA after picking up some books from school, and I was greeted at the window by Sandy. She was absolutely amazing—super bubbly, kind, and so sweet! Her costumer service was just great. The service was fast and smooth, and she even spoke Spanish, which made the interaction feel even warmer and more personal. Normally great. But I ordered ahead of time 5+ hours early. But they prepped it 4+ hours early so it sat on a shelf and got like warm for ~4 hours. Tasted like it. But normally very good.
My friend recently told me about CAVA and so we went to the one in Richardson. The experience was great, customer service was phenomenal. So I decided to give the one in Murphy a try since its closer to my house. The customer service sucks at this location as that seems to be a consistent thing with other reviewers. I've been living in this area for a long time and many businesses open but many don't survive due to the lack of customer service. I hope this management team here in Murphy trains their staff on what being customer focus means.
Someone recommended that I try Cava. So I did. Really nice layout when we walked in. Kind of like Chipotle but much smaller. All the ingredients looked fresh and great customer service. But there’s more… There was a worker handling money and also working the food line. Why? Also she rubbed her nose with the gloves and continued with the food. I’ve worked in food service and scratching your nose with gloves is done without even noticing that you’re doing because it’s just natural. However, it should be a practice that if you’re on the register you can’t touch the food or utensils. Last but not least it’s too compact to eat inside and feel comfortable, for me. -Thanks and be well.
I hadn't gone to cava in years and decided to try it again, I got a clump of fat for a protein the whole piece on the left is fat, not exactly what I was going for but the rest of the bowl is fine. My standards are extremely low when it comes to food dining out youre better off buying all the ingredients yourself for cheaper and making a way better product. Staff was nice 👌
I ordered harissa chicken bowl and blueberry lavender drink. About 1/3 of my chicken was inedible gristle fat which gives a gag reflex. There were zero sweet potatoes. There was so much dill sauce it was like a soup. I considered rinsing it with water to strain out the sauce, but ended up just taking bites and spitting out the extra sauce in each bite. The blueberry lavender drink was completely out, along with every other special juice. Just tea and soda remaining, but I don’t drink those and didn’t order those. I didn’t have time to ask for a refund. But it was an online order where I specified the blue lavender juice, and when I arrived they handed me an empty cup so I could go discover the juice machines were all 100% out by myself. They could have simply refunded me or warned me or given me options. So I’m summary I had a bowl of dill sauce with bits of chicken fat, and an empty cup to drink nothing. I love Mediterranean, Greek, and Indian food. But I can’t eat this. I ended up throwing most of it away and had to eat out of my pantry. I ordered from them a few months ago, a completely different bowl, and also got tons of gristle fat and had to throw most of it away.
Food is good, but the woman who was serving me was RUDE. Major attitude problem, and couldn't even see her name badge because her sweater was covering it. Hispanic woman with transparent glasses. I didn't expect to receive an attitude when eating out. I feel like customer service could be improved at this location. I ended up getting charged extra for a misunderstanding because this woman couldn't do her job.
Absolutely terrible experience at this Cava location. I placed a digital drive-thru order to save time, and it the complete opposite. The first time I pulled up , I was told to come back in 5mins. When I came back, they then asked if I had just placed the order and told me to come back in 10 mins. No apology, no accountability, just wasted my time. This was my first time at this location, and it will definitely be my last. The customer service was awful, disorganized, and completely disrespectful of customers’ time. If you’re going to offer digital drive-thru ordering, at least be prepared to handle it properly.
We have been to this location many times. We have done online ordering, pick up in the drive thru, pick up in store, and ordering inside. It never fails, one particular employee is always rude. I don't know her name, but she has blue/green hair. She is rude in the drive thru, and in store. This evening was no different. Not only is she rude, she will flat out ignore you. Most of the time there is a revolving door of employees, except for her. We hadn't been in awhile and decided to give it a try tonight. Well, this was our last time eating here. For almost $20 per person, you could at least have employees that are decent. I'm surprised she still has a job!
Service is just awful here. I decided to pick something up on the way home from school really quickly and was looking forward to my meal. I had asked for a create your own style bowl, with all vegetables except the avocado. They had not done this, and only put a couple vegetables. I had asked if they could put all the vegetables, and they said they had and looked at me until I would essentially stop bothering him. I had just checked out and left after realizing that he would not just add the rest of the vegetables to the bowl and just wanted me to get out. The restaurant was not busy or anything, so I had just received bad service for no reason. this may seem like a minor issue, but for a $15 meal I would expect to get all that I ordered. Will not be returning.
Okay so this was my first time ever going to cava and I’ve got to say , I was really disappointed with the service. I walked in with a friend and went to order and the worker Sandy who was assisting asked me what I wanted. ( Keep in mind I was the only person in line I came in at 12:00 on a Thursday) I took maybe a few seconds to look at the options since I was my first time coming here and Right off the Bat the Sandy glanced at her coworker smiled and looked back at me and frowned. I told her i’ll take the rice and for some reason she scooped it so aggressively 😭. She then asked if I wanted lettuce or any veggies and I said yes. then she angerly through the rice back in the rice bin and put some lettuce since apparently the base at cava is the veggies ? then I also asked for arugula which she laughed at and said it would be extra, I was confused then said oh sorry in that case I’ll only take the arugula to which she then angrily threw the rice back in and put the arugula. When we got to the meat I asked for the lamb and She got a little plastic cup out scooped some out then Literally dumped it on the plate while staring at me in such a displeased face. I felt so unwelcome and i’ve never felt such a way to the point where i’ve been compelled to write a bad review. I then asked for another side of roasted veggies and she said it would be extra. I said that was fine and she looked back at her coworker laughed and said something in spanish before returning to me. The entire ordering process felt so rushed like she couldn’t wait to talk to her coworker. Do better Cava…
