I'll start by saying this place is really cute! The decor is just right. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed even though it they had a good amount of people there when I went. I ordered the creme Brulee dirty boba with tea and the taramisu mini cake. I enjoyed both, but the cake was amazing! The staff were all super nice and answered any questions I had. Customer service is my biggest factor in revisiting a place, and they are spot on with their customer service. Overall, I would highly recommend trying this place!

Feng Cha in Murphy is a delightful spot! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by a really pleasing aesthetic – it's clear they've put thought into creating a welcoming and visually appealing space. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. The front person was so kind and friendly, making the whole experience even better. It's always a treat to visit a place where you feel genuinely welcomed. If you're in the Murphy area and looking for a great tea or drink spot with a lovely atmosphere and friendly service, Feng Cha is definitely worth a visit! We got the strawberry breeze and bursting dragon fruit. The bursting dragon fruit is a seasonal drink. Both drinks were really good. The strawberry breeze is great with lychee jelly.

Lots more drink choices than Mochinut next door. App was hard to order from. Servers were friendly but not rhat informative. Drinks were ok. 100% sweetness of quite sweet. Interior has some seating but couches need updating with new clean covers.

I paid extra for additional boba, but the amount I received was very minimal—honestly, it felt like a regular portion or even less. It was disappointing, especially since the boba is my favorite part of the drink. I hope this can be improved, because the place has potential, but I didn’t feel like I got what I paid for.

Boba is good, the place is cute, but the owners REALLY lack customer service skills. This is DEFINITELY NOT a welcoming boba tea shop. Make sure that they don’t get your order wrong, because they will not want to refund you even if they mess it up (and the drinks are pricey) Overall, I would not recommend this place.
