P.F. Chang's - Naples

While in the area ( Naples ) we decided on a early lunch. We have visited this establishment on numerous occasions, but this marks our initial experience with an early lunch. Our server, Mady, suggested the lunchtime menu after I inquired about her recommendations. Her service was extremely professional and she provided great service. My wife picked the lunch orange chicken with a side salad and I picked the teriyaki chicken with a pork egg roll. Such a lovey dining experience. The Mongolian beef was especially scrumptious. I had their special Waugh beef. The steak came sliced with rice, a large helping of mushrooms, and a dipping sauce. It tasted like no other steak I’ve ever had in my life. It was really good. And the calamari had a very lite tempura breading on it. It was especially tender and complimented our meal perfectly.

I have eaten at P.F Chang's in Destin many times, but it is my first time to eat at this restaurant in Naples. The restaurant is clean and tidy with easy parking, indoor seating and outdoor seating. Although their food is not really Chinese food, it belongs to American Chinese food, but they tastes good for me. I like the hot and sour soup,stir fried eggplant,kungpao chicken,Ma po Toufu,dumplings, Singapore noodles.

I like this restaurant a lot. The food is very good specially recommend the "Mongolian Beef" and the "Combo rice". They serve so much food that we normally order a plate for two people. The service is kind, professional and fast. Most of the time the restaurant is really crowded, but I think is a good place to visit and have lunch or dinner. I recommend this place.

We celebrated a family birthday at P.F. Chang’s, and JJ made the night truly special! She was so warm, attentive, and made sure our entire family felt taken care of from start to finish. Had dinner at P.F. Chang’s recently and our server, JJ, was absolutely awesome. From the moment we sat down, she was super friendly, upbeat, and on top of everything. She gave great recommendations (the shrimp dumplings were a hit!), kept our drinks full without us having to ask, and just had a great vibe overall. You could tell she genuinely cared that we had a good experience. Thanks for making our night even better, JJ,we’ll definitely be asking for you next time!!!!!

My friends and I decided to go to PFChangs for lunch. Haven’t been since 2008. We do monthly lunches to enjoy and catch up. We had lettuce wraps green beans and of course desert. Food was delicious and it brought back many memories. I had the Butter cake 🧁 it was so delicious I ate the entire desert. So enjoyed the atmosphere and our server was Rebeca. She was fun pleasant and caring. Great service.

My fiancé is real fan of PF. We regularly go to the Gulf Center location and the food has been consistent and decent for a large chain. We usually sit in the separate unexciting small bar and the service has been great. That interior is huge and crowed and has that big chain feel. This was my first time at the Naples location. It’s an upgrade aesthetically, with a smaller and stunning interior and a large bar curving along the back in an open style. It does not have a chain feel. Aside from the aggressive air conditioning from overhead vents over the exterior booth seating (we moved), everything was excellent. The server offered us a free app probably misordered, I believe spring rolls with a hot mustard based sauce that was very good. My fillet special with a sauce of mushrooms, other veggies was excellent and reasonably priced. Except for some hot, hot, hot peppers thankfully on the side. I tasted a piece, they should be illegal!🥵Nothing I can complain about and all very good to excellent. Hope to go back! Next time I’ll take an interior pic.

We came to P.F. Chang’s for a date night, and JJ made the experience absolutely perfect! She was attentive without being intrusive, very friendly, and created such a comfortable, relaxed vibe for us. Been going to (some) PF Chang's for 15 years. And this location probably a dozen times in the last 5 years. This time it was different. Single serving meal ($18) was not to our liking. Both had miso salmon. The plating lacked mushrooms and broth; both are traditional here and on the menu! We usually order this meal so we are not confused. The salmon was fine. My wife had a martini (1st time here) and it was unsat, and served in a tiny martini glass. Our house salads were small , served in an upright dish made it hard to eat....like a large ice cream sundae dish. Who does that? Prior meal here included wonderful salad including lots of shredded carrots; this salad had 3 1" 'shreds' barely visible, otherwise lettuce and wanton stripe. My wife asked for her dressing on the side and she was charged an extra 99cents! The manager reversed this. My old fashioned cocktail was nothing like the menu photo, and the liquid was served level with the single ice cube, perhaps 1/3 of a glass. (NOTHING in common with the smoky old fashioned at Bonefish.) All together a seeming emphasis on cost cutting which i never experienced at PFCh previously. New management? It will be a while before we go back here. Wished I had taken photos for emphasis. The tiny martini glass was a hoot. The server was pleasant enough, but quite rushed and never introduced herself. She DID work on removing the charge for the salad dressing, and checked on us regularly.

My family and I ate at P. F. Chang’s in North Naples last night, and the food was outstanding! We’ve eaten there many times before, but this was by far the best meal we’ve ever had. Everything was fresh and perfectly cooked. The fried dishes were golden brown and not greasy, the meats were tender, and the sauces were delicious. The service was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. It was such an enjoyable meal from start to finish. I’m already looking forward to going back again with my family. Easily the best experience I’ve had at P. F. Chang’s!

We stopped in last night to PF Chang’s and WOW a BIG change from a year ago. Our server Rebecca was amazing. Right away got our drinks and appetizer soon after. She was running back and forth handling 7 tables and working the front seating people. Food was amazing. I had the Sesame chicken with fried rice and as appetizer we got the spicy shrimp. Great service and great food. Keep up the great work PF Chang’s.

Amazing food and service! Rakylah was an outstanding server. She was very curious, respectful, kind, and knowledgeable about the menu. Jamie, the manager.did a fantastic job seating us and making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We highly recommend P.F. Chang’s of Naples for a great time and super great food.

Delicious food but the service could be better. Looking back, the service wasn’t that bad, the restaurant is just under-staffed. Huge portions for affordable prices. The Mongolian Beef is SO good. Highly recommend it over the Changs Spicy Chicken.

Naples, FL Party of 5 with reservation We were seated quickly and according to our reservation. Our beverage orders were taken and starter orders soon after. After our main course orders arrived, one rice side was missing. The table was served two bowls of rice and were told, "This is 2 serverings of white rice (for one bowl) and this is 2 servings of fried rice (for second bowl)." We asked our server for dinner plates. In the meantime, I was waiting for my serving of rice (5 people, four rice servings left). It took almost 5 minutes for the server to return with the plates. When I mentioned that a serving of rice was missing, she commented that the rice was on the table. I mentioned that it was only 4 servings. She commented, "I don't see what the problem is." Well, I do. We paid for 3 upsell of 3 fried rice orders and only 2 servings were delivered. Again - a long delay for the 3rd order of rice to be delivered. Our meals were delicious, but our server was below average. The only time that she smiled was when she delivered the check. MEANWHILE, we were able to observe at the table adjacent the restaurant's ROCKSTAR server being attentive, offering suggestions, and even showing and suggesting a butter cake dessert and describe how it would be served and presented. He was such a 5-star server that I asked to meet him before I left for the night. If I was still in the country club F&B industry, I would have tried to take Darren Mensinger away from you. The next time I come, I will request Darren as my server. Darren knows how to create a dining experience for P. F. Chang's guests and not just perform tasks or take table orders. He should train all the servers!

Big problem with the sizzling dumplings. They hit them with oil at the table on a hot plate and the chili oil vaporized. Several tables around were coughing and sneezing, bad idea. That stuff irritates the nose and eyes.

Wow.....what happened to this location?! First impression was the dirty wine glasses at the half round booth we were seated at.....Secondly, our sweet & sour soup and chicken lettuce wraps came at the same time before our drinks arrived...??!! When our drinks arrived post food delivery it wasn't the right size wine....and it went on and on. Our waiter was very nice but not experienced. There were many tables which ate and left....and weren't cleared pre departure and post departure. I grew up in my restaurant business....and was stressed out watching this happen before my eyes. The manager took off from the bill a lettuce wrap ( which are always good) and the soup. The soup, we didn't eat because it was between eating our lettuce wraps warm....or soup warm. I hope the corporate office sends someone to this location...because they need to be trained properly. The empty tables that had been occupied were still not cleared by the time we left.....even though the hostess, manager, and wait person were there not prioritizing getting all the tables cleared and reset as soon as possible. I have been a customer for years....and never encountered such a bad experience there. We drove a half an hour away just to enjoy our lunch there and it was a disappointment. I thanked the manager for taking the soup and one lettuce wrap off the bill for the inconvenience but......it's not about the bill, it's about the experience and they need help to preserve the reputation.

I have ordered curbside pickup at this restaurant and it’s horrible!! The food is great but if you need curbside pickup forget it. I order, follow their instructions but still I wait sometimes over 45 minutes. I get a text they will be out soon. Wrong. I call the restaurant and still I wait. I’m handicapped and if I could go inside I would. Please make your curbside pick up a better experience. Today I waited 40 minutes, my order was cold and I didn’t even get one fortune cookie. The server who brought the order out was friendly and overworked. Not her fault

What the heck happened here? I used to love PF Chang’s. First time here in a while. Food was tasteless, cold, stale. Blah! Cauliflower was gross. Ketchup and bbq? Honey chicken seems old and was cold - both portions.

I was in the area today and stopped in for lunch with friends. The food was delicious and my server Jenna was very attentive and took care of everything we needed. Would definitely come again and request her to serve our table again.

Down, down, down. This location continues its downhill slide. What was once a wonderful experience is now a short-staffed, bland tasting, uninspiring over-priced bad experience. Been coming here for many years - the last 2 of which have been very bad. Was hoping for better, won’t foolishly try again.

Take out order placed online took 40 mins, was told 20 mins. Ordered Mongolian beef, brown rice & extra sauce on the side. No rice & no sauce on the side so it was a pretty sad meal. How do you forget the rice when it comes with the meal? Apparently the girl doing the take out orders didn’t check either. Beef was dry too.

I went at lunch time and the restaurant was empty. We sat down and waited for a while, no one came to serve us. Later, a couple arrived who sat after us. When the waitress finally arrived, the waitress passed us by, completely ignoring us. The two girls at the entrance simply told her to serve the other people. First, we decided to leave, and as if we were invisible, no one cared why we were leaving or what had happened. Terrible customer service, lack of respect for the customer, and I wonder why the restaurant was so empty.

Disgusting… literally such a waste of money. Every single time I’ve tried this place my order is wrong. Today I received my order to go. When we got home to open and eat, the lettuce wrap filling tasted spoiled and very very sour. Something was off and everyone who tried said the same thing. We’ve ordered the same dish plenty of times and know how it should taste. No sauces were included, then the portion of food received on the other dinner entree was laughable. Especially for the price. Chicken was dry and mostly batter.

This place is absolutely atrocious. If it weren’t for our female server (whom I will not name because I don’t want her associated with this disgusting establishment), I don’t think we would have stayed at all. My husband and I came in hoping for a lovely evening while visiting from out of town about three months ago, right in the middle of the summer. The moment we walked in, the atmosphere was unbearable—so dim I could barely see the hand in front of my face and uncomfortably hot. It was immediately clear that customer comfort was not a priority, and I genuinely don’t know how the servers managed to work in those conditions. You’re probably wondering why we didn’t leave right away. The truth is, I’m an older woman and I get cold very easily, so at first I didn’t think the heat would bother me much. However, by the time our food arrived, I was sweating—which is extremely rare for me, especially since I’m on blood-thinning medication. That’s when it really hit me just how oppressive the temperature was inside. Despite everything, our server was incredible. She was attentive, kind, and clearly doing everything she could, even though the restaurant was extremely busy and she had little to no support. What stood out to me was that this wasn’t even due to a holiday or special event—the server herself mentioned it was just one of those random days where they get unusually busy, yet management still failed to step in and help. I watched her running herself ragged while her manager sat back doing absolutely nothing. I made sure she received a generous tip because she deserved far better than the environment she was forced to work in. Unfortunately, what truly crossed the line was the cleanliness—or complete lack of it. I saw rats, and not just one. Multiple rats moving around a restaurant is something no customer should ever have to witness. When I went to the bathroom, it only confirmed my concerns. The restroom smelled strongly of mildew, felt damp, and was clearly unsanitary. I debated for a long time about writing this review, but every time I pass the P.F. Chang’s back home, I think about that night. The experience still sticks with me, and I can’t help but wonder if that poor girl is still working there, putting up with conditions she never should have had to endure. I will never be returning.
