The Bastrop location is always clean and tidy. These chicken strips and gravy are to die for... ( and likely are killing folks slowly) but they are always hot, fresh, and delicious. It is a guilty pleasure once every so often and the Apple and cherry pies remind me of the old school fried pies at McDonald's for those of you old enough to remember them.

I was really satisfied with everything here at this Chk. X . I usually don't come to this one area because of the traffic but this night was perfect. No trouble driving in, as soon as we walked inside we were greeted by two employees. Both were perfect 10's with their costumer service.My boyfriend had the #3 w/ three breast Chk . Now these Chk. pieces are much bigger than the place over on San Antonio Street. For myself I had their very delicious tasting gizzard. Which are always made by the order. I was as Happy as a QUEEN BEE, GREAT NIGHT ❤️

Ok, so Chicken Express is one of my go-to fast food places because they have chicken gizzards and livers. I shouldn't love them so much, but I do. The gravy is pretty good for dunking, and the rolls are fresh and soft. My wife really likes the strips. I also had the jalapeño bites. They are good and a little spicy. If you get a chance, try them out.

I have only recently discovered Chicken Express while out on camping trips around Texas but have just realized there is one up 35 in New Braunfels. I have so far had nothing but good things to say about my visits but unfortunately the streak has ended. I drove to the New Braunfels location from San Antonio and ordered a family meal along with an order of extra crispy gizzards. The gizzards were fresh and crispy didn't even have time to check if there were actually nine or not but usually when ordered I receive enough to not have to count. The only issue with the gizzards was it looked like nine small cut pieces rather than nine full gizzards because they all fit into the corner of the small box they came in. But they were cooked really well. (Reason for the stars) On the other hand my chicken strips were barely warm and seemed not fresh at all. This was the first time not receiving fresh chicken and it was disappointing. Over all the staff was nice just not as friendly and helpful as the other locations I have visited. I might have to reserve Chicken Express for those far off camping trips because those little towns just seemed to care about the customers a little more. Next time I pass by New Braunfels I hope they change my mind.

Food is always good The service rocks. Young lady at the front is what true customer service is. Definitely a place to bring the family.

Meal was ordered online, if you call the store directly, it will be less added charges. This store is a bit difficult to get out of if you are turning left due to traffic from the expressway and folks trying to get into HEB. Food is good.

Can’t believe I waited this long to try the chicken tenders. They were delicious! A crunchy breading and juicy chicken. My pieces weren’t all the same. One piece was huge and the other was half the size, but it didn’t bother me. The gravy could use some salt, but that was solved by mixing in the seasoning pack they have. The fries were good. The chicken nor the fries were overly greasy. The corn nuggets and jalapeño poppers were great too. It’s nice that you can sub a side for the drink. All for a great price! I was surprised to see that biscuit are sold here, I was not disappointed in getting one! Drive through was quick and my food was hot. No complaints, thanks for the great first time experience!

Great food! Ordered the 15 tender special that came with a family side. Got the okra. They had a fresh batch of livers that came out so got those too. Top it off with 2 apple pies. Friendly staff and excellent food.

Never thought I'd give a fast food joint a 5 star review. But the young man working the register inside was so damn inviting and helpful. Def went above and beyond my expectations. And btw, the food is always good here. So that helps too 😆

Can't go wrong with some great fried chicken. I always get the spicy chicken but the original is great too. Amazing biscuits and rolls as well as great fries and Mac and cheese. They even have plenty of other things on the menu including awesome family deals.

The 4 piece chicken strips meal I got was Good! The chicken was very fresh, the roll was honey butter flavor and for my one side I got mac and cheese and the large tea hit the spot. I was filling!! I was happy! The price was not too bad either.

Fast, consistent, and really tasty. Be sure to get the sweet tea, they sell it by the gallon. Personally I like the spicy tenders with a yeasted dinner roll and either the fried okra or the corn nuggets. Be mindful that Walnut has a big lunch rush around noon so it can be hard to get into the parking lot.

Best fried chicken ever. Crispy and juicy. Got the "chicken only" to go. Watched it being made, and it couldn't get any fresher. Great flavor. Reasonable prices.

After a long two days of moving, I called the store and spoke with the manager and she was amazing! We had a family order to feed everyone that helped us move. She and her assistant, Destiny, even helped me carry everything out to the U-Haul so I could be on my way without blocking traffic! Every time I visited the store, I’ve had the most excellent customer service!

Always have a great experience when I pick up dinner, walk in, and drive-thru cashiers are always courteous. Not always fast, but how can you rush perfection. My wife always loves the gizzards.

I have lived in NB for 5 years and yesterday after church was the first time and my family went inside and dined in at Chicken Express. The staff was nice and polite, and they brought out our food and drinks to us. The dining room is clean and super cute and cozy! And they play some enjoyable music. I definitely didn’t imagine it to look like it did inside compared to other Chicken Express dining rooms. So next time get off your car and go inside… and sit! 😊

Their chicken was extremely moist we had the chicken tenders. The breading that they bread them in was not heavily seasoned which was kind of a disappointment but also kind of a good thing so I was not going to give them any less points on that. Everything that we tried was good. My grandson who's a picky eater for french fries said they earned at 10 stars out of 10 from him on french fries. The dinner rolls reminded us of Parker House yeast rolls. Which you never get to eat those. Those were wonderful! The only reason why I didn't give them five stars for service was.... we ordered a gallon of sweet tea to go and they forgot to give that to us but did charge us for it. I will call them tomorrow to see if they will give us a refund for that. That's the only negative point I would give them. It was just an oversight they were busy and just missed that part. So again I do not think it would be a wasted trip. Wonderful place to eat. The cashier was very kind and courteous to us answering all my questions. We had never eaten there before. I had a lot of questions about the food and what I could order since I just wanted to taste things I didn't really want a meal at first but then when my family found out I was there. We ordered a big meal to go. Lol Thank you you guys for making it a very pleasant experience for our first time.

This place is the king of strips. Juicy, full of flavor, and most importantly big! you want little baby strips that are more like nuggets, then go to one of the other chicken places, cuz chicken express comes with it. The fried pickles are off the hook too!

First time at a Chicken Express. I did not know what to expect. The employee at the cash register was GREAT ! We told her we had never been here and she was so patient and explained things to us. I ordered a 3 piece thighs only chicken combo. I got Mac n cheese. No spicy chicken though. Added the spicy packets to the chicken. The chicken was BOMB. Delicious. Crispy. Tasty. Moist. WOW this was good chicken. We went today August 6th at around 1230 pm. If the manager reads this, give kuddos to the person at the order desk. She was awesome !! She deserves recognition for great customer service. Definitely a fan. Will be back for more.

You can never go wrong with Chicken Express. Little hard to get into right now in New Braunfels Texas because of construction in that area. But it was definitely worth it. Nice atmosphere inside it was clean. The lady working the counter was very friendly. Chicken tenders were absolutely awesome. Mashed potatoes gravy in a roll. Sweet tea cannot go wrong with anything at Chicken Express. Highly recommend

Stopped by here on 6/17/19 on my way to Dallas. Logan took our order and he was very friendly and provided great customer service. The place is also very very clean. After we left with our food, I was disappointed because my food was cold and I asked for a roll and instead had cold hush puppies. So we turned around and brought the food back. Logan apologized and Josh confirmed my new box was hot and correct. He was right, the tenders were piping hot and delicious. Therefore a 1 star review turned into a 5 star. Tell the guys I said thank you! Nothing worse than being hungry on a road trip and disliking your food. Glad that was avoided. 😊

Well its official, Chicken Express has the best fish dinner in town, that's right, I said fish. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is asked for extra tarter sauce and received extra ranch dressing, as a matter of fact all I recieved was ranch dressing, probably because there both in blue packets. Still way better than Long Johns, you'll have to go to Macadoo's to find better.

I have to say that the inside is very clean and the food was really good. I tend to think that chicken pieces/plates are kinda overpriced (but that is me). however, the service was exceptional and the staff super nice ! I will probably go back, but anything over 5 bucks is excessive (for chicken)....but perhaps I am CHEAP ?

Love the fried fish is fresh and delicious and great price for the combo or dinner or family meal. Dinner platter I get 2 fish fillets they are big pieces can get 3 and choice of two sides and comes with homemade hush puppies for 7 something not bad for all this food. Chicken express has great chicken but also great fish.

Bought #1 ckn tenders with gravy, Cole slaw and a roll. Didn't get enough cole slaw but what I did have was good. The chicken was cooked to a golden color. At least I received enough gravy to finish my meal .....If you like spicy you would not be disappointed.

This place is a low value chicken joint. It is hard to call anything cheap these days. The food was hot crunchy and covered in grease and gravy. What do you expect. I would like it to be a bit less costly for what I got.

I've literally stopped here on the road heading north towards Austin and it is a great selection for chicken gizzards but the time you have to wait is a little bit longer than I'd expect at a fast food restaurant. Then again it is almost average for chicken gizzards to go in but it seemed like there was a lot of tourists also stopped here so it made it a little bit harder to want to wait because people never know what they want.

I have always enjoyed chicken express. Their breading is crunchy. The spicy tenders are not very spicy. Their fries are a salty treat, sometimes soggy. I love the okra. The mozzarella sticks come with two but are fairly tasty. The biscuits are often pretty dry. I am a big fan of green beans but I do not like theirs. The green beans were very salty and had inedible strings. My favorite has to be dipping the tenders in the gravy after I have added the serendipity to it. SO GOOD. We have gone to this location a few times. They are pretty standard for chicken express. We have had dry tenders here but have also had nice a juicy ones. We will go back for sure.

1st time here. Passing through on a touristy trip. We used the Google app to find this place and the pictures helped is decide on coming here. Overall average: B+. Good portion sizes and great tasting. We opted for the chicken tenders and they were huge and not skinny. Good taste, not dry, crispy and good. Mashed potatoes were different but, once I tasted them, they didn't disappoint. Gravy could've been warmer and the fries could've been hotter. We paid $23.00 for the family order of chicken tenders, 2 large family sides, 8 rolls, 3 large, 32 ounce tea's, and sauces and seasonings. Definitely try both versions of the Serendipity packets. We will return.

Our order was very inaccurate and the gizzards just don't taste as good as they used to no matter which Chicken Express I go to

There was no line when I drove up. After I ordered. I pulled up behind another vehicle. They were waiting on their food. We sat there for a good 10 minutes. They finally got their food. When I pulled up, paid and then waited for my food. I however, did not expect to wait another 10 to 15 minutes before my food would be ready. They had 2 cashiers taking orders for the drive way and only 1 person preparing the boxes with food. As I was leaving is when more employees came to help. I had about 2 or 3 vehicles behind me.

The poppers and fried pickles were good. The breading on the chicken was soggy and the meat was tough like it was overcooked.

I bought the 12 piece meal bone in chicken, but the chicken was OK. To be honest, it was very greasy and kind of soggy. The chicken texture was also a bit gummy. The okra and fries were good, as well as the biscuits and rolls. In my opinion, the chicken strips are a much better choice than the bone in chicken.

4 years ago was the last time I walked into a Chicken Express this one was in Seguin area. They had great chicken tenders the combo was roughly $5. Now thanks to all of the inflation the same dish was $10. Thankfully this place actually had an open dining area and was clean in the bathroom and everywhere. Good job but I honestly can't justify spending this much money for four strips of chicken.

This is one of our favorite places to eat. It’s a 3x’s a month kind of spot. However my order today was off but not by much. Today I called spoke with manager who by the way was rude, short, and in a hurry to get off the phone with me, it seemed…I paid for a 4pc and a 7 pc + 3 pc +1xtra thigh…but ended up with 2 4pc meals, and my 3+1… so in her words she’ll make it right by giving us those three pc whenever I wanted… and quickly got off the phone with me. She seemed so rude and in a hurry I couldn’t even mention how I couldn’t eat my meal cause it tasted so old. Over $55 meal and couldn’t make it right. So how do I really make this right?

I will admit I'm hard to please food was average not bad not great not worth coming back for. Docked some stars due to feeling rushed and not so friendly. I will probably not come back but I'm not entirely disappointed either. Get some friendly staff and maybe lower the prices a tad and maybe I'll try again. Until then Popeyes and Cains both are a better deal, quality and service.

Ordering via the drive through was frustrating because the employees apparently couldn't hear me very well. I'm not soft-spoken and I don't have a loud vehicle so I'm not sure what the problem was there. After paying for our seven-piece tender meal (which was surprisingly expensive), my wife noticed that they didn't hear me order an extra side of mac 'n cheese. We ordered it immediately after receiving our food at the window and just waited for it. The mac 'n cheese was not good at all. It was flavorless, the "cheese" was very runny and the actual pasta (macaroni) was pale and colorless. It was not worth the wait or extra money. The chicken tenders were surprisingly good for not being very fresh but honestly they were great. I hope the pictures do some justice but the mashed potatoes were seemingly half empty. After pouring out the gravy, there seemed to be a scoop of mashed potatoes that was missing. I've had my fair share of mashed potatoes from Chicken E and this was abnormal. It is the new year, so maybe it's something new... The roll and the sweet tea were both delicious so they helped earn the "it was okay" review. After this experience though, I'm hesitant to return to this location and more tempted to go to other locations or just go to Cane's.

My wife & I love Love chicken express, it’s our go to chicken spot in NB. Dining in no issues everything is on point & service is solid. Drive-thru on the other hand is a real hit & miss. I know there is no way they would have served the smallest pieces of chicken on the planet if it were dine in so why serve it in the drive-thru??? I had the fish at Chicken Express in Burnet Texas. It was wonderful! Thought I would get it here at this one. It was horrible!!! The fish was either over cooked or sitting a long time. It was to hard and dry to eat. It was so disappointing we had to throw the entire order of fish away.

At this particular location it's always a problem. I go for only a certain kind of food. It's supposed to be cooked fresh to order but never is. Especially when the cashier ask if I want it fresh...of course I do.

First and last time I’ll go here. 1. Did not have correct change to give me because they were out of pennies. Instead of giving me a nickel they shorted me and said sorry. I’ve never ever experienced anyone selling something shorting the customer instead of themselves. It’s not my fault they don’t have adequate change to run the business. 2. Ordered a biscuit with my meal. Drive off and when I opened the box no biscuit. So I went back. They made me wait and finally brought me 3 rolls and another tea for my troubles. While I appreciate that they did try to do something extra, still no biscuit. 3. Had what they call mac and cheese. If there was cheese in it it did a great job of hiding. Was waterey, no salt, no cheese, bland and gross. Tossed that.

I always order fried chicken livers and tell them I want them rare in the insides. They always fry them to the point that they are hard as a rock. Always complain to the manager to no avail. Unfortunately it's the only place in town that does livers and gizzards. Pretty simple I would think. Just cut frying time in half.

Tonight was a one star night... Only reason they get 2 is because it's been much better in the past. Started off by waiting in line a bit longer than is usual but thought nothing of it cause it was like 8 o'clock. Not exactly rush hour so I figured they were making my food fresh. Boy was I wrong! Got my food, 4 piece spicy tenders (tenders is a misnomer but more on that later...) Pulled out of the drive through and opened my box to start eating and that's where things really started to go south. I started with the corn nuggets (who wouldn't?) And they were just barely warm. I was hungry and wanting to get home so I didn't think to much of it and wolfed them down anyway. Next (90 seconds later...ok maybe it was 2 1/2 min but not long) grabbed the first "tender" and it was cool to the touch...well I'm like an old stubborn mule, once my nose is pointed toward home it takes a lot to turn me around. So I ate it anyway, not terrible. Not terribly spicy either, kind of bland. And as it turns out it wasn't so tender...and the more I ate the chewier they got. Luckily they gave me an extra tender to help make up for all the energy I expended chewing the cold breaded rubber they called chicken tonight. Although I might still be at a net calorie loss if it weren't for the corn nuggets and roll. Overall I was not impressed with my experience this evening but didn't have time to go back and have them make it right so I'm doing what all good millennials do and trashing them on the internet.

Don't go inside! It stinks of raw sewage. The smell does not make for a good dining experience. Only use drive thru! The food is good.

Spicy chicken was undercooked. The regular chicken tenders were very small. The service messed up my order the first two times and the white gravy that they offered with the chicken. Yeah it tastes like the flower was not fully Incorporated

Quality of chicken has gone way down, waited for 15 minutes for my food, and no one was wearing masks so I won’t be back. I was going weekly. Plenty of good chicken in New Braunfels.

What a joke this place has become. Its 12:30pm ( lunchtime ) and they're serving cold chicken. Disgusting. When i sit down i notice they didn't even give me my complete order. When i ask for what was missing it was a joke to the kids working. No in sorry sir, nothing. Its like a game room attitude behind the counter, laughing talking extremely loud to each other. Where's the manager to control the goofyness going on. VERY DISAPPOINTING VISIT.

Fresh and fast is not what they do. Don't go if you order fish. They take so long and don't care that you are waiting. Gives someone behind you one of your meals. When you finally get your food the corn is terrible and all dried out. Not fresh! Will definitely take my business elsewhere.

The food was cold when I recieved it, I got a family size of okra wasn't even room temp it was cold through and through. Chicken tenders were cold as well. The only thing that was at least warm was the gravy. I had heard good thing so I was super disappointed I couldn't enjoy my food.

After being told there will be a 9 minute wait for 3 Pieces of Fish, I was then informed that they were out of hush puppies. They asked would I like a Roll or biscuit to substitute the hush puppies, I said I will take 1 of each. They then informed me the manager on duty said I could only have 1 or the other. I told them they can keep both. When running a business, if u have to inconvenience a customer, u should make an attempt to make it up to the customer in order to retain their business. "I have a choice, and choose to no longer patronize this Chicken Express"

Went threw drive thru chicken was old and dry ask for fresh chicken and was given all attitude wow we spend our money for good service and get treated like that but I’m not haven it I pay my money I want good service and that’s that.. never had problems with this place before like this but today this Crew got the right one ☝️

I love me some Chicken Express, but my entire family definitely got mild food poisoning from this location last night. Idk if it was the tenders, mashed potatoes, gravy, rolls, or okra... but something was not kind to our stomachs. Don't think I'll be back to this one.

Went today with a friend. Messed up both our orders then argued with us when we told them that was not what we ordered. Had to ask 3 times for my drink, they kept just walking away and not bringing me my drink. Food was bland, okra tasted like it was cooked sometime last week and the mac n cheese was cold. Overall terrible experience, wont return.

Extremely disappointed with the drive thru service. I’ve been at this location many times but never used the drive thru until tonight. I had to repeat my order three times. The girl taking my order asked me a question I did not understand. I said im sorry and she gave me my total. First off I have no clue what she even asked me plus I was not done ordering. She was rude, short, and did not listen at all. I know we all have bad days but if you hate your job go find another one. You don’t treat customers so rudely. Needless to say I just drove off and went down the street to Wendy’s. There are waaaaaay too many places to get a meal in New Braunfels. I would have given zero stars if this was an option.

This was my very first time at Chicken Express. My husband took me here so that I may eat some fried chicken since we're on the road traveling to Louisiana to spend Thanksgiving with our family. Anyways customer service was horrible, the chicken breast tasted as if it wasn't properly cooked. They didn't even provide us with napkins. Forgot to give us our rolls. They only provided us with one roll. When we specifically ordered 2 number 3 of the same order. We only enjoyed the mashed potatoes. Other than that worst 😭 first fried chicken I've ever had in my life.

We’ve stopped going to this location. We were kept waiting over 30 minutes for our order, they were absolutely NOT busy either. There was only one other customer inside and they already received their order. The longer we waited, more customers came in and received their orders. We asked 3 times about our order, all 3 times, we were told ”it’s coming, just a couple of minutes“ but it never came. The employees were joking around a lot and seemed to be working on a large order that came after we’d ordered and not fulfilling our order. I get low blood sugar if I don’t eat on time so we had no choice but to ask for a refund and go elsewhere. The young blond girl who seemed to be in charge didn’t seem very sincere in her apology and reminded us it was going to take about 7 minutes for our order. I reminded her it’s been over 30 and we’d asked 3 times already so that doesn’t line up with what she was saying to us. She then said “well, you asked for a refund and I gave you the refund soooo…”. We went back a few weeks later just to see if things improved & as I came out of the restroom, the same blond girl was talking about us to her coworkers, telling them about the previous incident. I found that to be incredibly unprofessional. When she saw me looking at her because I heard her, she quickly said “oh hiiii! Glad to see you…” We received our food and it was undercooked, my husband’s food was so greasy that he literally had grease running down his hands. I’d have taken a photo of that but my hands were greasy as well. We’ve eaten there a couple of more times, waiting several weeks in between but each time, our food is either barely warm and tastes as though it’s been under the heatlamp for a while or else it’s undercooked or super greasy. We’ve decided to continue eating at a different location from now on. I don’t know what happened to the previous manager but service has definitely gone downhill since she left.

Very Disappointing!!! I normally eat here once a week, but not anymore!!! I took my chicken back because it didn't seem fresh! Sooo I spoke with the "manager" about the chicken she said because it's been 1 hour and I came up there and not called ahead of time to let them know it was a issue with the chicken, that she couldn't replace it and give me fresh! She claimed she had to make a call to see if she could do it and whoever she spoke with said No because it had been 1 hour! The chicken looks like it was cooked yesterday not today!!! Do Better Chicken Express! Check your food before leaving the drive through!!! Do not wait til you get home and ready to serve your family

For years I rated this location as 5 stars. Regretfully, I had to edit this review. Here's what happened: I ordered 2, identical, #1 combos yesterday at the drive through (regular Tenders, corn nuggets, rolls, unsweetened tea, and added a cherry pie for each meal). Approximately two blocks after leaving the drive-through, my car smelled very strongly of pickles. We hate pickles. I pulled over and discovered that one of our meals had fried pickles instead of corn nuggets and we had no cherry pies. No big deal. Everyone makes mistakes right? Wrong. I went back. They told me I had to keep the meal with fried pickles, but put corn nuggets in the box and gave us one cherry pie. I had to throw the whole meal away that had the fried pickles in it when I got home. Did I mention we hate pickles? The whole box reeked horribly of fried pickles. I couldn't force myself to eat it. Lesson learned. Please don't waste your time going to this location. They don't care about you as a customer. The Chicken Express on the loop is fabulous.

I love chicken express. But the store location always gets the wrong orders. Always forget items that I paid for. didn't even offer me the family bundle after me spending $25 on something I could have paid $18. I noticed too late as I drove off. so of course I went all the way home and then went all the way back to the store to forget my forgotten items but I didn't mention I wasn't offered the family bundle. The cashiers should have better training. But hey it's not their food/money so why should they care.

The fact that it’s so hard to get an order right now a days is shocking. Why are you charging for sauces and then forget them 90% of the time. Terrible

Chicken Strips were super bland. Went for dinner at 8pm I wanted chicken but this location did not have any chicken. I had to take the chicken strips or wait 17 minutes I ordered the strips but they had no flavor. Taste like flour.

Cold food, Mac and cheese packed into the box on its side so by the time we opened it, the cold chicken is SWIMMING in a pool of watery cheese which also leaked through the box from being so watery. Even if the “cheese” didn’t leak all over the box, it wouldn’t have been worth eating. Worst location I’ve ever been to.

Last Resort People Eat HERE! You can’t screw up chicken, fried okra, biscuits, and corn… if you’re desperate and there is nothing open, then go on a 24 hour diet. I have had fried chicken in 6 countries and all over the US.. we lived here for a year and passed by Chicken Express almost daily and out in of pure wonder we decided to swing by and grab a bite… to be fair, the staff, the prices, the place was good, but the FOOD!!! How can you mess up corn, Mac and Cheese, Okra, or Fried Chicken? Suggest that the product team for this franchise all quits! The CEO of these franchises needs to go under cover! And for all the unsuspecting tourist…. Save your taste buds and just go get a drink somewhere or get some gas station food… you will end up with the same quality. Good Luck!

Way too cold!! They probably set it low so chicken won't smell, its a cooler inside. Restroom smell so bad thats probably why!

On 2/1/26 cahier on register 3. Host initials DT. Absolutely rude when I asked if she could do a smaller order since I thought she said they didn’t have 5 pieces to complete my order. Come to find out she was saying it was thighs they were completely out of. Not the number 5. She doesn’t need to be working customer service and talking to customers if she can’t even be respectful at the beginning. I work in customer service every day and there is NO way I’d talk to my clients like that.

I have never experience spoiled mashed potatoes. Until now. As soon as I took the lid off, I was met with the most putrid smell. They were soured! What poor food handling process this has to be for this to be the result. You can tell by the color they are bad. Yellow mashed potatoes. I will be contacting the health department

​Subject: Disastrous 33-Minute Wait for Simple Order (11/16, Order #4) ​The service today, Sunday, November 16th, at 11:00 AM was disastrous. I waited an unacceptable 33 minutes for a simple order (#4), which significantly cut into my limited lunch time. The kitchen operations appear uncoordinated and highly inefficient, with orders being fulfilled out of sequence. Management must address the severe lack of organization and staff training immediately to prevent future negative customer experiences.

Called this location to try to find a resolution because all of our chicken was undercooked. Was told “ well no one else has called and said anything” Asked to come back a different day because we work early in the morning and was met with attitude and no told you can only come back today…. I’ve never had issues at the common st location. My advice don’t come here.
