I cannot say enough good things about this place! If you are an iced coffee lover- definitely try the Thai style iced coffee is always a favorite. I also really love the bagel turkey sausage cheese sandwich. I don't eat pork so this is a staple for me. Really great every time I get it! I recently went on the weekend and got the ricotta pancakes- also so GOOD. The maple syrup was really great but super rich, so if you have a sensitive stomach be warned. I also recently tried the butterscotch latte- so delicious. Reminded me of butter beer from Harry Potter world lol. And the latte art was gorgeous (as pictured). The general ambiance is also gorgeous.

Great food. The avocado toast was some of the best I've had. The pancakes were more standard but still very yummy. Portion sizes are small though, and the seating is pretty limited.

Great atmosphere - super beautiful and Instagram worthy. The waffle with ham and cheese was delicious and the iced caramel double oat latte was perfect. The espresso was really good and the drink was not too sweet.

The drip they had was columbian-blend from coffee project, hence very dark-chocolately. The matcha latte was very unique — it had a seaweed-like flavor which I’ve never experienced with other matcha powders. I was impressed by the decor, though the space itself is tight.

Walked past this cute Cafe and gave it a try. So glad we did. The cashier was friendly and welcoming. Gave us space and time to look through the food and drink menu. We ordered a avacado toast with scrambled eggs. A Lemongrass medley hot tea, an Iced Oat Chai, and a Iced drip. All the drinks were well made. I loved my Chai, not overly sweet (just a hint) with cinnamon powder sprinkled on top. Well done. My son had the avacado toast with scrambled eggs. The eggs were fluffy and topped with microgreens(olive oil and seasalt) very nice touch. He thoroughly enjoyed it. The indoor space is quite limited but lovely. They also have 3 outdoor tables. Their bathroom is extremely clean and cute.

The most juiciest and tastiest egg-Benedict i’ve ever had! So so good! Avocado toast is awesome, crispy bread and delicious mix of avocado! Ohhhh our vanilla latte and croffle was very good too!! You should definitely try! Actually everything we had was beyond perfect! We will go back again next time for sure!

Lovely cafe with cute decorations serving good food with an Asian twist. The coffee and tea were good too. I got the mushroom toast which I absolutely loved and still think about. There was a generous amount of oyster mushrooms on top mixed with nice herbs and honey. Full of flavors ! Also tried the spinach croissant which was just ok. Friendly staff.

Definitely recommend checking this great brunch spot if you are in the area. A very cozy spot serving an awesome line of brunch menu items. I ordered the avocado toast and it was loaded with fresh avocado and topped with crunchy veggies. Highly recommend this dish. Also couldn’t resist and ordered the Frame Croffle - so delicious! The coffee is also very good. You can tell they invest in high quality coffee beans for their coffee drinks. Will definitely come back again soon. Thanks Frame 👍🏼 🖼️

Adorable cafe! Very cabin relaxed vibes and decor, great ambient music, had the mushroom toast, was delicious! Also had the brown cinnamon latte - wasn’t a fan, but not terrible. Would go back!

What a quant little spot. Being a flat white snob it’s always nice when I can say a perfect flat white! The quinoa bowl was delicious, not sure what he had but it was delicious with added eggs for breakfast.

I really want to like this place but I am a bit upset that I paid almost $8 for this cardamom rose latte that I don’t think even had any coffee in it at all. It really tasted just like flavored milk. I would give this place another chance but I don’t think I can justify the price for no coffee

Do not eat from buffet area after 2 pm. The definition of buffet: a meal consisting of several dishes from which guests serve themselves. Quality of food is poor in the afternoon. Found a piece of yellow plastic in mine. Instead of getting an apology- I’m was asked to modify my review. So I did. I believe food served in the food bar/buffet area should be at a reduced price if there is potential that it contains foreign objects such as a hard piece of yellow plastic in the yellow rice.
