Loved their Poha and Upma—fresh, tasty, and highly recommended food. But the Bhel Puri and Dahi Puri were disappointing soggy and lacked flavor.

Good quality food and definitely must visit when compared to other nearby Indian restaurants. We tried garlic naan, chole kulcha, paaav bhai and butter paneer. Except panner every thing is good

The best chaat I had in years. The food is very fresh, right portion, and mouth watering. The spice levels were perfect for everything I tried - samosa, kachori, chaat, chole. I couldn’t stop ordering until my heart was full. I wish they had a larger seating area but that just because of the location I guess. I would visit again & again whenever I am around.

Poha was absolutely fantastic! It’s clearly their best seller for a reason flavourful, fresh, and perfectly cooked. Unfortunately, the other items felt disappointing most of them seemed frozen and lacked freshness. If you visit, definitely go for the Poha!

Finger licking Delhi style food with lots of options from chaat to parantha to pav bhaji and kulcha. We family of 10 people were looking for a place to satisfy our North Indian food cravings. While walking down the street after a long day at Niagara Falls we spotted this joint but I saw bad reviews and were hesitant to go inside at first. We thought will try 1-2 food items to begin with and then see how is the taste.. we ordered amristari kulcha, samosa , kadi chawal and my family said oho dilli ka swad aa gya.. we keep ordering the food almost all the items from the menu and loved it all. Their kulfi was amazing. These are all the items we ordered- 1. Amristari kulcha- must order 2. Gobhi parantha 3. Paneer parantha 4. Samosa 5. Dahi bhalla 6. Pav bhaji- uncle offered one free plate of pav bhaji as well.. you will never find such a courtesy in such a touristy place 7. Naan -butter, garlic 8. Paneer butter Masala 9. Tikona parathas for kids and to go with left over curries/chhole 10. Kadi chawal- they were like home taste. 11. Mango lassi was little sour and liquidy but decent 13. Chocolate kulfi were so delicious. You can never go wrong with this place and must try place for your cravings. I don’t think this place deserves bad reviews I feel all the bad reviews are given by other food competitors. Lovely place to sit with families after a tiring day and enjoy wholesome meals!! We overall spent 250$+ at this place and totally worth every penny.forgot to mention the friendly staff and fast service by them.

Absolutely loved this place! It’s an amazing spot for North Indian cuisine, serving pure vegetarian food with Jain options available too — which is a big plus. We ordered aloo paratha, rajma chawal, chaas, meethi lassi, and mango lassi — and honestly, every item was spot on! The flavors were authentic, everything tasted super fresh (even the mango lassi was freshly made), and the quality was excellent. We had placed a takeout order, and I really appreciated how thoughtfully everything was packed. The staff was warm and cooperative, which made the experience even better. Definitely a must-visit if you’re craving wholesome and flavorful Indian food!

🌟 A Must-Try Spot for Authentic Indian Vegetarian Food (especially chat)! 🌟 I had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic pure vegetarian restaurant and was genuinely impressed by the quality, variety, and flavor of the food! 🍛 What I Tried: I ordered the Rajma Chawal Combo, and it was simply delicious! The rajma (kidney beans) was cooked to perfection with a rich, flavorful gravy that paired wonderfully with the fragrant basmati rice. It was hearty, comforting, and reminded me of homemade North Indian meals — a true soul food experience. 📜 Menu & Variety: Their menu is extensive, with well-priced combos like Chole Bhature, Poori Sabzi, Amritsari Kulche, and various chaat items that bring the Taste of Chandni Chowk right to your table. The chaat section looked incredibly inviting, especially the Samosa Chaat and Tikki Chole. Everything is very reasonably priced for the quality and quantity offered. 🍽️ Ambience & Experience: The service was quick, and the food was served hot and fresh. The staff was courteous, and the setup is clean and comfortable — perfect for a casual meal. 💯 Overall Verdict: If you're craving authentic, flavorful Indian vegetarian food, this is a place you don’t want to miss. The Rajma Chawal alone is worth the visit, and I’m definitely coming back to try more items from the combo and chaat sections.

I visited Delhi Chat near Niagara Falls twice during my stay, and I must say their Poha and Upma are absolutely amazing! It genuinely felt like I was eating my mom’s homemade food simple, comforting, and full of authentic flavor. On my first visit, I had Poha for breakfast, and it was so delicious that I took two extra portions back to my room for lunch. Today , I was pleasantly surprised to find Upma it took me straight back to home-cooked breakfast. I would highly recommend this place, especially for their breakfast options ONLY However, I wasn’t too impressed with the Pav Bhaji and Chole Bhature. They were a bit too heavy on butter and lacked flavor. All in all, a must-visit for anyone craving homestyle Indian BREAKFAST near Niagara Falls!

I recently visited Delhi Chaat Corner, and honestly, it was amazing! If you’re a fan of chaat, this place is going to be your new favorite spot. The flavors were spot on tangy, spicy, and just the right amount of sweet. I tried the pani puri first, and it was super fresh and full of flavor. The puris were crisp, and the spicy water had that perfect kick. Then I had the aloo tikki chaat it was soft on the inside, crispy on the outside, and loaded with chutneys, yogurt, and spices. So good! The papdi chaat and dahi bhalla were also top-notch. The vibe of the place was great, and the service was quick and friendly. It really gave me that proper Delhi street food feel but in a clean and organized setting. Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic chaat. I’m definitely going back soon!

It was our first time trying Indian good and we were unsure what to get. The employee there made us feel welcome there and even recomened some of the meals to us. The food was really good and surpassed our expectations. Highly recommend. If I lived in the city, I would go back.

T

For was good, but service was slow for chaat. Also constantly need to buy the person to get your food. Other food came fast. Taste of the food was good.

Excellent food and service. Portion sizes were decent. Less spacious than I’d have liked although that may speak to its popularity. Overall, a very nice experience.

It was very hot there. Air conditioner was not working properly. Food was good. Quantity served was decent. Services were quick and staff was helpful. Only if air conditioner was working properly this could have been a good experience

Food is for restaurants prices but quality and serving is like street food. Food is served in paper plates, lacked spicing and paneer was almost non-existent, just sauce. Felt like a tourist trap, would not be back.

j
jesal dalal

Overpriced. Feels like food is all frozen pre made. They don't give quantity. Ordered kachori got a small just 1 pc. Staff is friendly.

M
Muhammad Rayyan Javed

Prices are high but the quantity served was too low to satisfy the appetite of an adult. Tried Alu Paratha, Pulka Roti, Daal Makhni and Plain Rice.

S
Shaun Patel

Food here isn't good at all. It was like we were served frozen and ready to eat food with "extra tadka and butter" on top. There are better places around. Wouldn't recommend this place.

B
Balajee VenkataRaman

Low value for food. The garlic naan and Amritsari chile was just heated based of frozen ready to eat meal. Never expected this in any restaurant!

R
Radha Nagaraja

The food was below par. The panipuri that we ordered seemed like cheap store-bought and much worse than what you can you can get from ready to eat box. The Paratha that we ordered was so small and felt like they heated up a frozen, small Paratha. The naan also was so small and tasted like frozen naan’s heated up and given to us. This place was very pricey, and not worth the cost. To top it all off, they didn’t let us purchase the deals that were on their menu, claiming that it was outdated. Overall, a very low experience.

G
Gaurav Kasliwal

Cons: Less Quantity.. 1 0erson need to order 2 items Kulcha and naan seem to be frozen one. $30 for 1, $50 for 2 Samosa has no spices and is not hot. Pros: Pure vegetarian Restaurant.. Chhole is good but lacks spicyness. Good Indian taste for tourist place.

Srikant Menon
Srikant Menon

Food quality is not good. Taste is average and price is too high. Food is served in small paper plates - not convenient at all. We ordered kadhi chawal, chole puri and paneer makhani- naan combo. Paneer makhani was the better of the lot but rest were not up to any Delhi standard. Suggest to avoid the place.

Adwai Eswaran
Adwai Eswaran

Ironic that this is supposed to be a chaat place because it was some of the worst chaat I’ve ever had. Ordered the dahi puri and bhel puri and they were both awful. The flavors weren’t even in the ballpark of what you’d expect and the ratios of ingredients were noticeably way off. I’m not even sure if chaat masala (kala namak, amchur, etc) was used at all. I’m so glad we didn’t order more initially because most of it went in the bin. The only slightly redeeming item was the dal, which was decent.

Kratika Agrawal
Kratika Agrawal

It’s frozen food that they are reheating and serving. They just have the good image and show, but the food is what we buy frozen. It doesn’t seem a good representation of our country’s food at such a prime location.

R
Rajen Mehta

Bad food, rude owner, outrageous prices. Just buy frozen food from any store and heat it at home, at least you will heat it properly.

M
Murari Kumar Jha

Worst quality I and quantity for the price they charge. No tissues not good service. Not recommended for any Indian though they will be sold just on being an Indian restaurant

S

They don't onow how to make pani puri please never try it

Taken Pav Bhaji, Chole Bature. I found gravy not so good. It was disappointing. Wouldn’t come here again. Mislead by the rating.

Overpriced frozen food. Total garbage. Stay away. There are plenty of better options around this place.

Very bad experience. Frozen food is served. Small quantities, hence turns out expensive. There are better options available around.

Food is very average. Chole was over spicy with lots of black pepper. You will get frozen naan, kulcha and paratha at very high price. Avoid at any cost

D

Don’t go by the name. It’s nothing close to Delhi food . All they serve is frozen food. Avoid going here, there are better Indian restaurants nearby serving fresh food

S

Pulka is ready made chapathi and everything is over priced at the same time very small in size overall waste of of money please refrain yourself from this shop since it is tourist spot no repeated customers will be coming so they don’t care about anything may it be quantity or overprice.first time had aloo paratha small papad size and also aloo kulcha also small papad size and not stuffy , cost is also not less!

Worst place for Indian snacks .. calling themselves Delhi chaat corner .. Masala tea is made once in the day and served throughout the day .. Samosa are frozen samosa soaked in oil Gol gappe are ones you get in department store and friend .. gol gappe water was pathetic Papri chaat didn’t have any yogurt in it .. had to ask them to add later .. Sorry not coming here again .. pls stay away from this place

Food is very expensive for the price. Not great taste. Chole bhature was cheap quality.

K
Kaushal Soni

I would not recommend this place if you find any other option. Service is really bad. Had to wait an hr just for chai. Food was ok overpriced and had the worst taste. When it comes to payment, they give you priority, and for service, you have to wait. Paid $76 just for food which had the worst taste

n
neetika jain

It’s all frozen food for $17-$18. Tried a few things chola bhatura, aloo tikki chaat ..doesn’t seems anything was fresh. Everything was frozen.

H

Please if anybody is going there don’t go nothing is good like no service size of roti paratha is too small also food is not tasty and. Expensive 😭we just wasted our money.😭

P
Pavan Bhupatiraju

This place is a classic tourist trap that thrives solely on its proximity to Niagara Falls. The food was overpriced, lacked flavor, and showed no sign of quality. It’s clear they count on the steady stream of hungry visitors rather than repeat customers. The restrooms were poorly maintained and added to an already frustrating experience. If you’re visiting the Falls, plan ahead and explore dining options a bit farther out—you’ll likely find better food, service, and value.

S
Shiv Tiwari

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Deceptive, Rude, and Tasteless I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves a warning label. First off, the pictures on their menu and online are pure deception. I was lured in by what looked like the most beautiful Chole Bhature I’d ever seen — golden, fluffy bhaturas and rich, spicy chole. What I got was a soggy, flat excuse for bread that had clearly been pulled out of the freezer and tossed on a tawa. When I asked the owner about it, he snapped, “Did you read the menu? It said tawa bhatura, not real bhatura.” Are you kidding me? That’s the kind of shady wordplay you expect from a scam, not a restaurant. Absolute disgrace. The samosa? Not even fried. I’m not exaggerating — it was cold in the middle and looked steamed or microwaved at best. Just sad. Other items were clearly frozen and microwaved or quickly heated. You could taste the freezer burn. For the prices they charge, it’s shocking how low the quality is. To top it all off, the owner and staff were just plain rude. No hospitality, no apology, no accountability. It felt like they were doing me a favor by serving me their half-baked, reheated nonsense. Do yourself a favor — skip this place and find literally any other Indian restaurant. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.

T
Thirugnanasambandan Vijayakumar

Very bad place. The served spoilt dal tadka. The cashier was very bad and didn’t accept their fault of bad food. Very bad taste of Kari pakora. DON’T GO HERE AND SPOIL YOUR HEALTH AND WASTE MONEY.

P
Poornima Vasant

We have been waiting 50 minutes for 4 plates of poha. And there are customers all around us complaining about the same thing. Apparently their cook has not shown up and I'm not sure who is cooking, but everything tastes bland, just greasy and burned. Would avoid this place at all costs.

R
Rohit Bajaj

For all non-Indians who have eaten from this place, I’d like to apologize to you on behalf of all Indians that this food was sold you as Indian food. The menu says something like ‘Taste of Chandani Chowk’ a district in New Delhi that is known for its selection of street food and restaurants. The chef either left Chandani Chowk a very long time ago or has never been there. The food is frozen Naans, Parothas and below par Daals and Paneers. I wish every business owner success but passing off frozen food reheated is bad business at best and fraud at worst. The prices are as if the food is cooked fresh. Most customers are tourist so doubt there many repeat customers but even those thinking of going the first time…don’t waste your money.

A
Atharva Pashankar

Worst experience ever. Ordered Paneer paratha with chai and Poha. Paneer paratha were the Haldiram or Deep brand frozen which were heated on pan and served. Poha was literally stale looked like they made it a day before. And the chai was literally tasteless I never had this horrible Chai. Was almost 80% water and 20% milk.

A
Archana Heer

Went there on Sep 13, served FROZEN naan and parathas for USD $80. FROZEN FOOD, scammers. Do not go to this place.

A
Akshay Baxi

Horrible food. No taste. Frozen food reheated and given. Avoid this place. Prices are very high… mango lassi for $8.99… really. Very poor sitting area as well.

T
Teja Chowdary

I wish I could add review for this restaurant from a hundred different accounts so that people are not scammed. Guys it’s not worth your money. Quantity is poor, taste is worst, bland . There are many alternative restaurants just beside this. Don’t fall for this.

A
Adeel Nasrullah

Ready-made, preheated parathas, minimal items available despite a very full fledge menu, lack of napkins, and complete absence of soap in rest rooms. AC is not working either. This tells the lot about this place, despite of being in very prime location. Very disappointing.

N
Neeru Mehta

We were so hungry for good chaat. This caught our eyes Grandkids wanted to eat Samosas. So we ordered food samosa, Naan lassi. Oh my heavens the Tikki chaat was made with ice cold tikki. Frozen Deep Naan was not even hot .lassi was ok. Salty Lassi was made with water down Butter milk. Dal Makhija was cold & ask by my G Kid. What it taste like this. I wish I can eat cold food. Is NY has any health food inspectors checking on this quick money making places from the tourist.Tea was cold & made early morning. Ask the guy to fill my bottle from the tap water answer Was No. Buy the bottle water. So sad.

D

Food Was Uncooked Frozen Paratha and Rotis Dal was hard and Yogurt taste was very bad not recommended to come here.

N
Nikita Singh

I wish I could give a negative rating. The when we said Pav & bhaji are uncooked and chole had foul smell and portion of everything is very less, not even full for a 5 yrs old, the person at counter said “Jyada Gyan Mat Do, Mere khane ko aaj tak kisi ne kharab nahi bola”. Everything served was Frozen food only. Please do go there if you do not want to fall sick eating their unhealthy food.

P
Pravin Dhandapani

Too expensive. Paid $16 (with tax) for a Falooda. I have had way better falooda for much much better pricing. Looks fancy from outside but different story inside. Don’t waste money.

B
Babita Singla

The food quality of this restaurant is very poor. The taste was not even suitable for eating- we had to leave Kadi chawal untouched. The curd was unusually sticky, which made it feel like something was mixed in. The rotis seemed frozen and taste was extremely disappointing . I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

P
Parth Pandit

They served me frozen food. I ordered Chhole Kulcha but I got a small paratha instead which was just reheat from frozen. They charged $17 for that which was way too much for what they served me. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

R
Rajan Kaler

Worst experience ever. They are offering frozen breads and prantas. Not at all worth it. The attitude of the owner was so bad that he don’t consider any of his mistakes. Please think before you enter and order from this awful place.

Akash Gm
Akash Gm

Disappointed with the food! Not tasty:( Pav bhaji was very salty and after reporting it, they replied “this is how Pav bhaji will be tasting”. If you don’t know how to cook the dish, better don’t make it!! The chef doesn’t know how to respond to the customers.

I believe that giving a one-star rating is also a waste of time for the restaurant. The food was not only terrible but also overpriced. The owner was the most disrespectful individual I have ever encountered, refusing to accept feedback and becoming aggressive, even threatening harm. Regrettably, food services in Niagara are inadequately regulated, and I spent nearly half a day in the area attempting to report the issue to the food safety agency responsible for the region. This effort proved futile, as the restaurant does not fall within the Niagara Falls jurisdiction. I visited the restaurant with two other families, and most of them experienced food poisoning after consuming the food there. It is unfortunate to note that it is quite pathetic in the United States that such restaurants are not properly regulated.

Plz do not come to this place if you are Visiting Niagra falls . They are buying frozen paratha’s and reheating and serving to customers . its unbelievable . I saw it with my own eyes and asked the person in the counter and he confirmed it . Also Tried their chole bhature . Bhature was also frozen . They brushed it with oil and gave us and the person in the counter told me . Fraudsters . Nothing is made fresh . Avoid this place

The Khadi we ordeted was so bad we asked for daal as substitute which came out to be stale. When informed we were told nothing wrong. The Naan in Paneer makhini is frozen naan. The price is 17.99 which is too much for frozen dish served in paper plates. Over all the experience is very bad. Please stay away from this joint.

Food is not upto mark. It’s no where close to Delhi flavors. Taste is not good. Especially don’t try Amritsari kulcha it’s no where close to it. Quantity is so less as compare to price. We ordered kadhi pakoda too and it’s pakodi where un breakable. I don’t know how they cooked them. Only aloo tikki was edible

They do not deserve even single star . They are only fooling people by selling frozen food . Today we experienced food here the food was overpriced and we were 5 people there for lunch . Quantity was so less , we have to order 3 times there to fill our stomach and spent around 120$ for frozen food . Tikki was still frozen from inside . If they are thinking that customer won’t get idea about that frozen food full of preservatives ,then you guys are wrong I can tell even products name ( deep frozen parathas and naan) you can’t fool people we are not stupid . And the price was crazy . And please inform people that you are not selling fresh food , ask atleast if anyone is allergic to these kind of food . Because my digestive system is sensitive and I’m feeling not good after eating your food ( chemicals and preservatives)

Okay so to begin with, the food tastes pretty okay. But the portion size and presentation for the price is absolutely ridiculous, and it should be a sin to charge people this much. Yes I understand niagra is a tourist place but damn is this unreasonable. For $17.99 you get a single garlic Naan ( a very small naan for sure, not the nice big ones you usually get) and a single small bowl of paneer. And to top it all, its all in flimsy PAPER plates. You would think paper is not that big a deal right? WRONG. it ends up being a deal when the bin is near the industrial fan which blows the paper plate onto you, spilling the leftover gravy all over your nice shirt. (True story) Also im pretty sure that the paneer that we had tasted very similar to the ITC pre-packaged paneer, i am very familiar with the taste. And the icing on the cake was the chole, with picture attached. Man was it the worst Chole ive eaten in my life. The chef had put so much black pepper that you could see the pepper flakes drowning in the masala. We took a bite and promptly asked for a refund. So no, I would never ever consider going to this place again, and i hope yall dont waste your money here.

Don’t fall to this restaurant scam. Wish I could do a zero or even a negative rating. We did the whole niagara tour and wanted to have some good indian food. Came here just looking at the ambience. The food quantity is not even good for a kid, also , the taste , I haven’t experienced such worst taste anywhere. Curries are all diluted with water ( it’s easily understood). They give you one bature and panner curry for 17.99 which is not even 16 oz and the taste anyhow sucks. Their masala butter milk is made with curd that’s already spoiled for days. Don’t come to this restaurant looking at the outside view. It’s even better not eating here rather than spending your money. Put your money into something that’s worth and doesn’t ruin your long day.

Absolutely disappointing experience. This place serves pathetic, reheated frozen food while charging premium prices — a total rip-off. The paratha, Amritsari kulcha, and everything else we ordered were clearly pre-packaged and microwaved. Zero freshness, zero authenticity. It's not just about the bad food — it's the dishonesty that bothers me. You cannot build trust or a loyal customer base by cutting corners like this. Avoid this place if you're expecting real Indian food. Total waste of money. Date : 13 July Time : 11:30 AM

A Disappointing Experience – Overpriced, Bland, and Not Worth It Visited this Indian restaurant during a trip to Niagara Falls and was thoroughly disappointed. The food was extremely bland—lacking the rich spices and flavors Indian cuisine is known for. Portion sizes were small, yet the prices were shockingly high, clearly taking advantage of tourists, especially those from India seeking a familiar meal. The place seems staged to attract Indian visitors, but anyone with a genuine Indian palate will likely walk away frustrated. For a city with so many food options, I’d strongly recommend exploring alternatives before settling here. This was one of the most underwhelming and overpriced dinners of my trip.
