Chassidy whom we often see at the drive thru window is always super friendly & thorough. We once received a sandwich with the wrong ingredients & she had the correct sandwich ready to go for us upon returning & even offered cookies for our kids. Very appreciative of workers like her!

This store and the staff were great! I placed an order on the app which gets delivered through doordash. Around the time the order was due to arrive I got a call from the store stating they were notified by a dasher that someone else had taken the order and wanted to know if i received it. I did not. They remade my order and worked with doordash to get a new driver and have my order delivered ASAP. They also threw in 2 coupons for free pick two, and two toasted bagels with cream cheese. The two employees I spoke with kind and quickly acted to correct the mistake. Great job and thank you for getting this hungry family our food!

I stopped by yesterday after a shopping trip. I live about 25 minutes away from this location. It was a lovely experience. I ordered breakfast, lunch and drink items through drive-thru. I did not catch the employee’s name, but she provided A++ customer service. She noticed that my iced chai latte drink wasn’t prepared exactly as it should be. She recognized the issue promptly and fixed it. There was a delay in preparation of my food and she communicated everything instead of just letting me wait without an update. I also had an issue with my order registering to my Panera card. Today, I called and spoke to Kim about the issue. She helped me sort it out and customer care fixed the issue promptly. I highly recommend this location.

Went there for a quick meet-up with some visiting Canadian relatives and our big group of six were all able to find some delicious and freshly made entree for our liking. It was a Saturday evening but it was pretty quiet and we were able to have a casual conversation and catch up. It was cozy and warm.

I had the most delightful takeout experience today. I ordered A breakfast sandwich and steel cut oatmeal that was delicious. What made the order extra special was the pleasant conversation I had with the drive-through attendant I’m assuming he was in his 30s to early 40s and I’m sorry I forgot his name but he made the experience less transactional and more personal. We had a Lovely conversation and I left feeling great which is what each encounter should do. I highly recommend this Establishment

I had a really nice experience at Panera today. I ate a fabulous Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt and it was a “pick 2” combo, so I also selected a fresh crisp Ancient Grain & Arugula Salad with Chicken to accompany it. Additionally, I was invited to choose any free baked good treat, as it was my birthday. I picked the Kitchen Sink Cookie. It was muy delicioso!! If you are into the salty sweet combo, you are in for a real “flava fest.” This was only a mere $12 and it was a great meal to share, which I did. Enough to be happily satisfied, yet not so much to be uncomfortably full.

5 Star Panera all the way around. Friendly staff, fast service, clean, great tasting food. Everything we ordered was prepared perfectly and fresh. We didn’t use the Drive Thru but this location has one — a huge plus for traveling.

The most personable staff!! The food is always great. The staff actually love their job and it shows! They talk with customers, check in on how the food was and build rapport with frequent customers. John and Star are so friendly and welcoming. This is my favorite panera in the area by far! I would drive out of my way to go to this panera over any of the other ones in the Buffalo area.

I love everything at Panera Bread. The broccoli cheese soup is delicious. The sandwiches are delicious. Portions are great, for lunch get the half size soup and sandwich, as the full size is way too much for lunch. I love that you make your own tea, as you can make it to your own liking. As there is a drive thru, it can be a bit time consuming to sit inside, or to get take away as they process drive thru with priority, or so it seemed. Oh and the bread is great too. The photos show the full portion of soup and sandwich, the sandwich did go home!!

The manager here went out of her way to make a pot of fresh coffee in the afternoon. Thankful for the new people at the register who are very friendly and helpful, it makes a huge difference in how people feel when grabbing lunch. Very clean even when busy. Highly recommend. For quiet visit on the weekends, usually packed for lunch weekdays. Also this Panera is in the hub of everything and a Outlet Mall as well.

Ordered online because my Panera NEVER can give me an Asiago bagel when I just pull up to the building no matter what time of the day or night, so I’ve got Tuesday13 bagels for my freezer - but saw this Four Cheese Souffle and just had to try it. IT IS EXCELLENT and I think the first souffle I’ve liked in over 3 decades! Fluffy & moist with a great cheese taste! Do yourself a favor and get them before it’s gone like so many great offerings are!

Stopped in for a quick lunch wanted to eat soup and sandwich it was no brainer for being out of town new the menu and what I wanted !! New veggies corn chowder soup and half Mediterranean sandwich with NO feta cheese with after lunch pastry - Bear Cale . They have Tabasco package to add to soup which I do .. look for it at drinks station lower level also mustard salt peppers etc . Also have cup for water which I prefer at no charge ..common at all stores

They are sporting a new menu again. The steak sandwich with sautéd onions, peppers and a garlic aioli solved my hunger puzzle. The chicken bacon ranch on ciabatta bread is another great pick. Employees were friendly. The restaurant was very clean but I’m not sure how they make money with multiple people sitting there for hours on end.(admittedly I wasn’t there to witness their lengthy stay but you can tell when an individual makes a place their own living room)Very difficult to find a seat sometimes

Everything was good but we waited for long time because the person forgot to ring the buzzer after preparing the food. It was on the counter for sometime so it was bit cold. Otherwise, it is a great place to eat. Place was clean and people were courteous.

Love Panera, but this location has major issues with staffing. They close at random times and lately they keep their drive-thru shut down so you have to go inside. Update: drive thru seems to be open regularly again. They often forget the croutons for the tomato soups and French onion. Last time they forgot the baguette.

I eat lunch here all the time. So much better than fast food options. Lunch always runs me about $15 but so does every where else anymore. Worth it to not just eat fast food burger and fries all the time if you do lunch out alot. Fours stars for service only because once in a while there seems to be stafffing issues and they close the drive thru down or you sit in line a looong time. Which I'm on lunch break so that's not good. But 99% of the time no problem. And staff if always friendly.

I love how easy it is to order and pay! The customer service is very nice (particularly Glenn at the Tonawanda/Sheridan store) and the food is well prepared. I absolutely love the Macaroni and Cheese, bakery items, and the Bistro French Onion Soup. It is the latter item that has cost Panera one star. This soup is not available year round. Once it is available all the time, I will award 5 stars.

Great food, good dining area, but I have had my ordered stolen / given to others before which annoyed both me and the employees. Food is expensive-ish but is worth getting as a treat every now and then.

I love panera but this place got me little bit annoyed. Last 3 times the rapid pick order was not ready even though i was driving from nt. Or it's missing my drink cup and i have to stand in line to ask for one. What's the point of rapid pickup?!

I always love Panera bread. The staff were good but their SOP needs to be updated.

Food was good. The coffee and hot water were empty so we had to wait a few minutes. The chicken and wild rice soup was tasty, but it must have been cooked too long or something because it was a bit "mushy".

Servers were very nice, the food was piping hot. The place was nice and clean. I have no complaints! Very much enjoyed.

Food is pretty consistently good. Rapid pickup seems to be only maybe 85%, with one lost order (got a free cookie since I had to wait for order once I got there). Wish you could leave feedback directly to the store online since I think it would be helpful for them to know. Wrong sides, no utensils, once no chicken on chicken salad.

I have read several posts regarding negative encounters with staff at this location and I have never had a single issue. The staff generally seems friendly and willing to help. I am posting as of today 1/12/22 they have some temporary hours due to workforce shortages. Hoping they will be a full strength soon.

Panera is good for a fast food chain. The iced green tea is fantastic. Their hazelnut coffee is better than most because they don't use the syrup shot. Their food is good. Their portion size isn't fantastic, especially for anything that comes in a bowl like soup. It can be pricey for fast food, but it's better quality than the burger joints. I enjoy their seasonal salads the most. The sip club program is wonderful and I highly recommend it.

Great place for weekday lunch! Got the southwest chile lime ranch salad with chicken along a side of baguette bread. Ordered the whole portion and came with a lot of food. Seating area was packed around lunch time, was able to find a small table. Waiting time was short for the food.

We went for Lunch after visiting Niagara Falls. Chocolate Chips cookies not available. Had to wait to order, no order taker available. Waited a extremely long time for our order. Portions and quality of Soup and Sub were Great.

Usually ok and that's about it. Friendly and on time. Problems I've seen is sometimes dirty, incorrect order, sometimes ingredients change without notice. Update 8/24 Like an addict I occasionally return for more but Friday bit a new low and I'm afraid I'm done. Out of avocado, corn, red onion & Caesar dressing. My wife and I walked out.

The good is actually pretty good. Unfortunately the price of everything is ridiculous! If you get a small soup or Mac and cheese, it's quite literally 2-3 bites of food, depending on if it's normal or small bites!! It's not enough to fill any normal person up! The largest is what I recommend if you're hungry. You should also plan on spending a good amount here.

Was very disappointed today. Ordered my favorite French Dip sandwich, (which I hope they keep as a regular item), but instead of being served on a baguette, it was served on rye bread. I like rye bread, but the sandwich was wayyy too mushy to dip in the ajuaus. The amount of meat was better, but not happy about the lack of the baguette as that's the whole point of of the sandwich. Unless they change, won't be back

Food was pretty good but it was my first time at Panera so I couldn’t really say if it was better than the other locations. Inside the restaurant was a little dirty (lots of crumbs on the ground and many of the tables hadn’t been wiped down between patrons) but overall it was an alright experience. The vibes were very similar to a small town McDonalds as the interior was quite outdated.

Apparently no longer using buzzers to indicate your order is ready for pickup. Seemed disorganized and not customer oriented. Remembering when staff brought meals to your table... so long ago and so far from good service. Food doesn't even have the same flavorful robustness... please go back 20-25 years to when service and food was good.

Food is really good for untypical fast food. The sandwiches had real meat not processed. The drink options are really good as well. The kitchen staff were fast and friendly. The front staff were not overly helpful on the evening we went. The baking offerings looked great as well as the piece of Baguette you get with your order was really really good. However pushing 15+ dollars for a whole sandwich is crazy.

Disappointing experience. Good food, however, it took forever and when the food did come out, they got the order wrong. The atmosphere wasn’t great either. The manager came over to yell at the person taking our order to wait on us quicker, but he was just trying to help someone check on their food before helping us. Floors and tables were sticky. Two employees (one which was the manager) sat and chatted the whole time in a booth near us.

i came and got the mac n cheese since i buy the cups from walmart… i paid $20 canadian for this…with a small drink..not worth the price for the amount i got :/

We order a bowl of cream chicken with wild rice soup, we receive a cup of chicken noodle. We took it back up and they made it right. When we brought it back to the table we then noticed that the Mac & cheese was a cup size and not the bowl size again we took it back up the girl said oh you want more I said no I want what I paid for so she said well what did you pay for I said a bowl and received a cup size she then said can you show me your bill I gave it to her and she said oh gave me a bowl. Then while eating we read on the bill that says if we don't get it right that they will fix it and will be given a free treat they made 2 mistakes and said we could only have 1 treat as it was on the same bill. So because of the mistake and the back and forth we didn't get to eat lunch together we ate first one then the other. So much for having a nice lunch together. Not a wonderful lunch but I will say the food was good service not so much.

It was not clean...the toilet, the floor was sticky and the return area for the plates was overloaded. @staff You can do better.

I generally do not go out to restaurants a lot, but I have been here a couple times within the last month because the people I were with wanted to go here. The staff is okay but nothing great, the coffee has been cold both times, and I know closer to the end of their day that they won’t have a lot of baked goods, but they could make them look more presentable.

By far the busiest Panera Bread I have ever been to. Parking was limited and it took almost 25 mins to get 2 cups and 2 baked goods that took zero preparation by staff. There seemed to be a lot of staff as far as fast food chains go, at least 5 in the kitchen, 3 behind the counter, and 2 bussing tables, but the wait was still ridiculous. The guy who realized they had missed our order apologized and was very nice. Seemed like a place where many regulars met up with special requests and lots of badly behaved kids so kuddos to the staff anyway. We were there on a Thursday around lunchtime and there were probably over 30 customers inside not including a constant line in drive through.

I usually love Panera, but unfortunately, this location was a letdown. I’m giving 3 stars only because the food still tasted good. I had customized my sandwich, but the customizations were completely ignored. Instead of correcting it properly, the staff member handed me a bunch of vegetables on the side—ingredients that should’ve been part of the sandwich. I can usually adjust, but what really bothered me was the attitude. She didn’t acknowledge the mistake or offer an apology. Eventually, she offered to remake the sandwich, which I appreciated. However, when I went to pick it up, she told me I could only get the new one if I threw away the old sandwich myself. I found that very strange—I've never seen a customer being asked to trash their own incorrect order. Most places would either let you keep it or discard it themselves without putting it on the customer. The service here really missed the mark.

Not the best Panera bread around, the bathrooms are nasty. Service is average. The food is okay (nothing over the top or memorable). They ran out of bread bowls by the evening so we ordered whole sandwiches (chicken chipotle avo, and ciabatta cheese steak) that were fine.

Customer service was great, the cashier was very friendly. They gave us a buzzer - when your order is ready, the buzzer goes off. But when we went to pick up the order after the buzzer went off, it wasn't ready. Atmosphere feels like an old diner, lots of seating.

Ordered food at 8:10. All I got was a bowl of soup with a piece of bread. We waited at the window for 15 minutes watching 5 workers cleaning and being too busy trying to close the store (which closes at 9)to bother to scoop up soup into a bowl and put it in a bag. After about 12 minutes the girl at the window over her headset asked "where is the broccoli cheddar for the window" after a few minutes we watched her scoop it herself, which her or anyone else we saw could have done that whole time. We left at 8:32. Ridiculous. Definitely not coming back at night again. Most if not all the girls looked over at us at some point and just couldn't be bothered to help us. When we told the girl how long it took all she said was "no one back there made it" no apology and no accountability.

I guess they start "closing" 1hr before closing, the staff is too busy sweeping and having personal conversation to take an order and then prepare an order while the customer stands there waiting. They were cleaning all the tables and they had a lysol wipe sitting on every table, llus whatever bleach concentrate they were using on the floors, both of our eyes were nearly bleeding from the chemical blast in the air. Had to run with the food and eat in the car because it was so bad. Came back in to wash our hands, nearly vomited from the chemical smell, and this is a place that prepares food??? Is anyone in charge here?

It is super expensive for what you get and the staff never seem to know what is going on. The wait is unusual long for soup and sandwiches or a bagel.

This place has gone downhill recently a lot. We don't go here all that often anymore, maybe once every couple of months, but all of our recent visits have been the same. Store is very dirty inside all the time, by half way through the day more than half of the baked good are gone or sold out, and the food simply isn't that good for what you are paying. Its not just here, we visited a Panera when visiting relatives in Florida last year and the same thing. It used to be a place to go and relax an in a comfortable atmosphere, but this location, and the chain in general, needs to start by keeping yoru stores from being so terribly dirty.

I order from this location 4 to 5 times a week if not more and I'm so sick of it. If I had the option to change locations I would. I am addicted to one sandwich and soup combo with a smoothie and you would think it's impossible to screw it up, since I order it the same way every time, but alas almost every visit/delivery has a problem. This stuff is EXPENSIVE to mess up. Constantly charging me for extra cheese and not putting it on. Forgetting requested extra tomatoes and extra sauce. I get half filled bowls of soup, or if it is filled properly there will be 3 noodles and 1 piece of chicken in the bowl. I can't count how many times my baguette is forgotten. My smoothie. Like today. I used to call every single time they messed up my order but then I started being treated with an attitude as if it's my fault the food isn't made right and they forgot to make a smoothie. I'm still waiting on a $17 refund that never came. Today my smoothie and mountain dew were forgotten so I called and the addle-brained supervisor/manager, whatever she is, that barely knows where she is let alone what she's doing admitted they didn't make them and I got a refund (will it come? Who knows) but no offer of a smoothie on the house for THEIR mistake, nothing. You'd think since it happens so often but no. I'm about done wasting my hard earned money on this half ass run location. Time to check out a new place.

the woman working in the drive thru was not very nice, she was wearing articles of clothing that had curse writing on it, cream cheese on my bagel was not spread at all just thrown on there and the bag she handed us was full of cheese on the outside. very disappointing.

Bought 2 brownies but they just gave me one and I only found that out once I got home. Their free bread “unwrapped” that comes with a purchase of salad was just tossed inside the paper bag with all the other wrapped pastries and the salad. I asked why they did not put it in a bag, staff said that it really does not come with any packaging. Poor handling of food.

I enjoy the food at Panera but the customer service is deplorable. They treat customers with such a dismissive attitude and won't respond to certain customers at all. I'm a member and a frequent customer but not anymore.

I've been here a couple of times, gotta say this place has been on the decline every time I go. It's very expensive, and the place just doesn't feel clean. We were given a dirty and I mean a DIRTY spoon that didn't even make it to the dishwasher. Dirty dishes piled everywhere. I'm eating and the place almost went on fire, smoke everywhere from their oven, and staff laughing about it! For me, I'm done with this location, I'm very surprised it has such a high rating. I thought Panera was about quality, but this place doesn't live up to this hype! No thanks!

I'm never one to post negative reviews, but I made an order at 10am.for delivery at 1PM. Got an email at 12:30 that they were canceling my order with no explanation. I called to find out way. They couldn't tell me, but said that there was a second identical order that wasn't cancelled(?) They said it was scheduled to be delivered between 1 and 1:15. 1:15 came and went. I called again at 1:30. They told me it had been picked up by Door Dash and were very rude to me. I have no way of even trying to trace the driver/order - if it even existed. It is now 2:15 and never showed up. I called them and was told that I needed to take this up with Door Dash. How does one do that when I was never provided an order number or tracking number? Six months pregnant and no food. I have worked customer service my entire life and am very disappointed in how I was treated and how this has (or hasn't) been handled.

The problem with the order, besides it being ridiculously expensive, was that I was really hungry, not having eaten a proper lunch that day, being on the road all day. I received a sandwich with ALL bread and maybe a quarter of that, turkey. And it wasn't Smokey at all. What's the point of calling it Smokey, when it wasn't? The whole $16.29 overpriced meal was a disappointment. Also, the Lemonade "glass" was half ice. 8 sips exactly and I finished it. You're selling overpriced bland food, most of which is bread and unsatisfying. I'm extremely disappointed. It was done really fast, probably because there were such few ingredients in it, besides the bread. I would've also liked the bread toasted but wasn't offered the option. It might've tasted a bit better.

Manger Tom on duty was incredibly rude and had HORRIBLE customer service. He was waving his hands in my face because he had set the cone out I didn’t see it, instead of handling it as a manger should he was acting out of anger. I’ve heard nothing but complaints from not only customers but also employees. Coming from someone who works customer service I feel as though I would want to know. This locations manager is unprofessional and straight up rude.

So, I was at Panera today with 3 other people. Out of those 4 orders, 3 of them were problematic. The service was terrible. We had to argue with the staff because they got my friend's order incorrect, but tried to say we were wrong. My other friend had moldy bread on his sandwich. Not only did they get my order incorrect, and yell at me about it, but the manager had the worst attitude and literally threw my plate down. I would not suggest going here if you want good service and decently priced food

Sunday May 25th. The front of the store looks like trash, like it is located on 7th Street in Niagara Falls instead of on Military Road in the beautiful Town of Niagara. I just informed the manager that there's trash littered at the front door and all over the curb right at the front entrance. As I'm walking out the door I could hear him telling the other employees about the garbage out front and the employee replied "That's on the city!" 🤔 I guess these people have never heard of the word pride but have definitely heard of the word greed!!!

I just went to get a combination that I always order and today the cashier wanted to charge me $6 more than the price. I asked her why the price went up and her response was rude. I will definitely not be going back to this Panera and I will take care of it. All the others around me will not either.

I picked up a delivery order here get to the customers house and the soup containers are not properly sealed soup all the side of my cooler bag and then I get blamed for it because you guys don’t close the soup containers properly. I actually never liked picking up from this location. I’ve never had a good experience with this location so when these orders do come up and are available for pick up I will no longer pick up from this Panera bread absolutely will not enter this Panera bread for any reason whatsoever ever again. Communication is horrible at this store by the way.

This Panera never has anything. It does not matter what day of the week and/or time of day you go. This location is out of 75% of their items. My family and I love Panera. It’s just sad that we have to drive almost 30 minutes to have it.

When you specify no meat no cilantro and you get a bowl of meat and cilantro. Being vegetarian with allergies and opening that lid damn near caused the need for an epi. I should have learned when they gave away my order last time. Nope I came back because we just can't have a core life in Niagara falls.

Newest review: Maybe don't order ahead... Again the drive-thru was the only thing open and I had to wait an hour to get what I prepaid for. But then I got home and half my combo was missing and they couldn't refund it over the phone and told me to come back in to get a refund, but every time I go, you can't go in. Manager was apologetic and girl at the drive-thru was really nice but after having an hour to prepare my order, you would think it would all be there. Old review: Order ahead because last 2 times I tried to order, they were out of stock of Mac n cheese and broccoli cheddar soup, the 2 things we were craving and went there for. At least online it tells you they're sold out

Of all of the paneras I’ve been to, this is by far the worst. We were in the midst of completing our breakfast order when someone suddenly yelled from the back “no more breakfast” - right at 10:30. So we switched to the lunch menu. My sandwich was cold and sloppily thrown together.

Not the typical Panera. I like Panera in Texas. This one was horrid. The clerk was slow and untrained. The manager was too busy to fix issues but rang up the order, which still overcharged. Sandwiches were miniscule, and the chicken salad fell apart. There was very little chicken in chicken salad. I will be challenging the charge since the manager did not fix the issue. No military discount and pretty unclean. Not the Texas style quality. We should have left. Need new staff

I’ve never thought something like this would happened to me. Long and behold it did. I wasn’t going to post this because people have slip ups from time to time. I am posting this because of the way the situation was handled. When I returned to Panera and notified the worker there was a fly in my salad he immediately took the salad and said “Ok”. Not a sorry or can I replace it with something else just “Ok” that shouldn’t just been brushed off you served a loyal customer a fly. There should’ve been a better way to handle the situation but not only that refunded me for my soup in which I wasn’t originally returning and snatched the bag with the soup in it. Panera need to teach their employees better mannerisms because they was that was handled is unacceptable!

Terrible drive through experience,the young man that took my order spoke like he was in a hip hop song instead of a customer service position,which tracks because almost every guy in the kitchen,had their pants around the bottom of their rear ends. They took a solid 10-15 minutes for a pick 2 with mac and cheese and a sandwich,asked for no onions,and of course there was onions,also they forgot my baguette. As I sat there waiting for my food I watched employees laughed and carried on. While they worked slowly on what I presume to be one of the last orders of the night.

This locations managers and employees need to be retrained or fired. Always a horrible customer service experience every time I have gone there. They are extremely unhelpful and they have no sense of pride or urgency. The orders take forever and are poorly made. No wonder they have the most complaints of all fast food chains currently. They beat out Arby's for that title. Let that sink in.

I just had to do the side by side, and let the picture speak for itself, it doesn't lie. I call this work of art "Menu vs. Reality." Incidentally, shame on companies that are constantly fooling people into wasting their hard earned money like this. We've just accepted as part of our reality ("Of course it'll never look like that in real life," because someone spent hours propping up the egg to one side with toothpicks, melting the cheese with hair dryers, and spraying it all down with hairspray to get that FALSE picture, but it's still ok by law, because *technically* it's what they serve...) Justify $6.99 for what I received. Not even a whole egg. Shame.

We are very disappointed with this place. First, they missed some things from our order, and then they messed up our order by not adding our customizations. They made our having here order as go to. The food was cold, and the soup was not soupy. The sandwich was cold and lacking in everything. I love panera but this place is not it.
