This Del Taco is a nice, clean and quiet store in Norco, CA. The staff are very personable, all the food is prepared when you get there, usually taking no more than 5 minutes. I usually get the 2 for 5.00 Del Classic burritos, or something rather new on the menu, the flatbread taco with chicken. It is convenient for me when I go to work, but the only downfall is that they are not 24 hour, so they are closed when I get off work, but that's ok, I just stop before I go to work.

I order the 2 veggie burritos for $5. I have done so at many del tacos but this particular Del Taco on Hamner made the best ones I've ever had they were just big n fresh and awesome I almost cried no joke.

I like their double Del hamburgers and we had a coupon "Buy one get one free." My wife and I enjoyed them. She saw other meals that she wants to try another time. The restaurant wasn't busy tonight.

I highly recommend it to anyone who’s craving fresh Mexican food and their tacos al carbon, chicken crunch burrito, tree layers beans and cheese nachos. It’s next to a gas station which makes it super convenient. Also there a dealership next to it and an enterprise.

Only Del Taco that really makes it fresh for you! I ordered a FRESH macho fry and a small Strawberry sprite. And when I got my order. The fries were FRESH!!! THEY ARE TRUE TO THERE WORD!!!

Ask for Fiesta Taco, but was told 11$ at the window? I thought What? At the window I found the Fiesta pack. 6 tacos and c 6 bean and cheese burritos. Food for 3 days for me. A great deal for a family. Add lettuce, tomatoes, onions and sauce to the burritos 🌯. Great deal.

I love del taco. Imagine eating fries with your tacos! That's awesome! Plus the cheese is better here than taco bell. And the prices are more reasonable.

As Del Tacos goes this Store has it on point. Its exactly how its supposed to be made. Look its not hard to follow the directions and make food the right way. Every other store should take a field trip here and learn how to do the Del Taco menu.

The drive through goes fast, even if there is a line of 5 cars ahead of you, you don't have to wait more than 10-15 mins. It always looks more crowded then it is bc the drive thru is small and cut off. The new funnel cake fries are awesome, but small serving so if you're sharing with another person, I recommend getting 2 orders!

Its del taco nothing special. Hopefully they will get the food right but it doesnt always happen. This location seems to be getting a bit worse, food is always cold and haphazardly thrown together.

A California classic legend, alongside Taco Bell. Del specializes specifically in homemade cooked pinto beans and grated cheeses. Their burritos are delicious and famous for a cheap quick grab. They grate cheese all day. The only minor concern I have is the overuse of salt in marinating and sauces. Luckily Del Taco perfected refried beans for their burritos and its so good. Taco Bell has the weakest link in refried beans. Their beans are lava hot and puréed too much.

This location is always quick. The food is always hot. The people are nice as well. Not much more to ask of del taco.

Well this is second Del Taco in as many weeks that just can't seem to put green sauce in my combo burrito. I will go again though, but I'll ask for green sauce separate so i can actually get it in my burrito, LOL

Miss Del Taco Ftervi moved from California. When I am back, I always hit it for the Epic Scrambler Chorizo breakfast burrito! Gain 5lbs but well worth it.

They seemed to have the same taste and quality all the time, so if you liked their food, won't be disappointed.

Drive thru menu is confusing bcuz too many additional items posted. Service is good, portions are better/larger than McKinley St. location. Friendly staff.

They're pretty cool here. Food is good. Customer service varies from excellent to cool. It gets packed sometimes. They need to do something about the menu though. Other than that, pretty cool. Wish I could tip.

I have been eating regularly at this location for over 20 years. While I'm not always happy with the changes Del Taco makes to their menu, prices, etc. This location has been consistent in their great service, clean establishment, and ample access to sauces, drink refills and napkins. Plus their food is pretty good too!

You won't find better tasting value and quality Mexican fast food, delivered by a more disinterested staff. But I return frequently for the awesome food, and not so much for customer service. I recommend the Epic burritos, Del Tacos, and even their value burritos and french fries. All delicious!

I was visiting Norco CA and ended up eating at Del Taco and the food wasn’t that bad but the cashier wasn’t too friendly but some other staff were nice.

Food was fine but no inside seating and they were kinda strict about having a face covering. Now I know why I bring a lunch to work

Food is okay but outside bathrooms is a big turnoff. People want to wash their hands before they eat, the bathrooms makes the appetit disappear.

The assistant manager cashier was very nice. The short fat female cashier was pushy and rude. (not very nice at all)

It was Del Taco, it's not a Michelin star restaurant. The place is clean and the food was hot. Staff is acceptable in manners and performance. I have been going there for years and will keep going.

I won't even post about the food. It's always about the service at a restaurant we've all been to many times. This was an odd experience. We were in the drive thru, and the guy tells us NOT to pull up to the window. Thinking that we misunderstood, we started to pull up to the empty window. He came half way out of the window and stuck his hand out and yelled "STOP". So we did. After a longer wait than I'm used to, ( at least 5 minutes) we waived us up and we got our food. I asked him why we had to wait back there, and he said, they had an inspection coming that day, and their numbers had to be right or they would lose hours. It sounds backwards. Who knows, maybe they were trying to get a bonus, but I would rather see them get faster, so they deserve it. Just a thought.

Careful, I found multiple plastic shreds in the layered nachos and in the shredded lettuce in the burger I ordered online via the app.

Boo Cold tacos and these guys dont use their tortilla warmer at all even when the place is dead and will never put light sauce on anything the cooks an Animal.. The one on Main St just below the 91 is the best in this area.

Taco tuesday is a joke, the tacos now are kid size and the price is 1.49 for 3.I asked the manager,she said you can have the full size tacos for a extra charge that is over$ 3.50 for 3. What happened to 99cents now 1.49 for 3 kid size tacos.

crappy and rude service thru the drive thru. could see fries and other bits of food on the floor at the drive thru window from my truck. the employee seemed stressed out while having to tend the drive thru window and the counter and didn't even give us the correct order.

Went to this del taco and ordered a carne asada quesadilla. I was charged almost $2 extra, because it was not on their menu. I got home, and had a regular cheese quesadilla in my bag! What a waste of money. It's not the first time either. A couple years ago, I ordered a quesadilla, and got home, with no quesadilla! I eat there almost every week, but no more! I'll save my money, and health and never go there again! What a rip off!

Used to be my favorite fast food but now the food is inconsistent and is extremely over salted to the point I can't eat it! The tortillas are dry and cold and the beans are dried up. This includes almost all the Del Tacos in Southern California!!

The guy at the window was rude for whatever reason. I don't know if he was having a bad day or what, but I think he should have stayed home that day. I wanted the deal from the app for the epic fresh guacamole burrito, and I guess he never worked with the app before and he tried to charge me full price. The deal was 2 for 1. Eventually another worker had to come and place the order, and she didn't seem to pleased. Then when I got my food the burritos felt hollow, like they were half full. I will not be back to this particular location. I don't like leaving bad reviews, I rather just not review a place if I have a bad experience, but this was not cool.

I ordered a fresca bowl no onions no pico de gallo and some other items from the drive thru, but when I got ready to eat they were both in there. Called in and they said they would remake my whole order. Cool. Got there and they only remade the bowl on top of not believing that they put onions and pico in my food

If you go through the drive-through make sure all of your food is there before you leave. They always forget and if you called them they just tell you to come pick it up like gas is free.

Messed up my order more than half a dozen times out of the last 15 visits or so in the since the start of the year. The new crew that's on unfortunately just doesn't cut it. They either get your order completely incorrect, charge you for things you didn't want or messes up the sauces. Used to come here a lot but not going to anymore.

Drive through went bad. Didn't get the sauce I wanted, its okay I went in to get some, but I get home and my fiances food is still hot and mine is ice cold..... My fries are warm though.... Bunch of kids not knowing what they're doing and its a shame because del taco was my favorite.. Not going back, and telling people about my experience..

Tables were not clean, I needed to ask for my table to be cleaned. The other tables were dirty too. He did not think to clean them either. There were 6 employees in there and NOT one of them said hello. Even when I ordered my food, they did not say hello. They added extra red sauce instead of extra cheese. The food prep lady laughed at the person who placed the order and said look what you wrote, he wanted extra cheese, not more red sauce. She laughed at him. The manager named Jennifer(I think)a very little girl was very unprofessional as a manager. She did not acknowledge her customers or seem to care what her employees were doing. Most were standing around and there were only a customers in the store and the drive they was empty. Food was good, while their service was horrible. They had too many employees for the little customers they had. Poor use of her employees.

Ordered a total of three 3-taco Tuesday meals, so nine total. Four came with no lettuce and all of them had very little meat. The employees need to take pride in their work if they aspire to become manager one day.

I order 6 tacos plain in the drive tru. At home I open the tacos but to discover they had everything on the tacos not plain tacos as I wanted it. I call them but they put me on 5 minute hold and drove there. The staffs gave me some bad/mean attitudes when I return the food. “The manager” gave me a refund and said “have a nice day” resting look face. I wish they listen to their customer order correctly and have people return here soon. But not from me. Ps I am a picky eater and I lost my appetite.

I am this location customer since last 9 years but now it's time to STOP visiting Del Taco. We go at least once a week with family dinner.

RUDE ahh female from speaker box to end. There is a specific short and stout female with crusty highlights and the WORST customer service attitude ever. While ordering, she rushed me and has the worst tone conceivable. I payed for my food only got my drink; crusty highlights specifically asked me to pull forward and after I waited for 8min holding traffic behind me. She never delivered me my food. I parked my car and approached the restaurant for my food, to find ALL of the doors were locked! I knocked and she heard me (made side eye contact TWICE). I had to walk around to the Kitchen door that was left open with a box holding it in place. (Rodents much?) In order to get my food. This person should not be working in customer service. I know corporate won’t do anything but let me tell you, her unhappy face and life should not effect us as customers.

Found BUGS in my drink when I went to refill it. Dead bugs in all window seals too- SEVERAL!! Didn't realize until I finished eating and went to refill soda that the place is actually filthy. I tried to speak w one of the workers and they informed me that the manager didn't call or bother to show up and two other people who could helped were out of town that they were literally on their own and could only offer me another cup. It wasn't just one or two bugs, it was several in my cup. Absolutely unacceptable!

They did not include a burrito I orders online. We inspected the bags to ensure we received everything. When we seen one of the burritos was missing, my mom went inside the store and advised the staff of the missing item. A man that packed the bags was adamant that he included it. He was acting like my mom was lying about it not being there. Why would we waste our time on a burrito if it was already included? He said I guess but I know I put it there. My mom said you guessed wrong because it was not there. So rude! We order so much food from here as we have a big family and I will never step back into this place after that. Learn how to do your job and count the items before you provide to the customer. Mistakes happen but don’t try to gaslight and act like we are lying that an item was not there.

Proceeded to wait for 10 minutes before I asked again and then she picked up a bag that had been hitting there since I asked the first time and handed it to me. My food is cold. My soda is flat. Please have at least one person over the age of 21 working in the restaurant please. The teenagers have too much attitude.

I stopped at this Del Taco on Saturday around 5 PM and left feeling genuinely disgusted. I watched an employee handle food with bare hands — no gloves at all. It’s 2025… how is this still happening? We all know people have personal lives and do who-knows-what outside of work. That’s exactly why food safety standards exist. Customers shouldn’t have to wonder where someone’s hands have been before touching the food we’re supposed to eat. I’m disappointed and honestly grossed out. Management needs to fix this immediately, because customers deserve to feel safe ordering here. Could not get a refund for the food, I just left it.

Wow, my combo burrito is more like an original bean and cheese burrito that we used to get for $.59 and my french fries were burnt to a crisp. You need to get with the program and step up to the plate like the original Del Taco in Barstow. Your quality is pathetic and that’s so sad
