WOW!! First of all... gotta give a shout out to our waitress for the evening, her name is Jules. She is very professional and recommended me a delicious plate. Upon arrive the staffing greeted us and got us a table within 30 seconds. Ordered our beverages and dinner plates. Plate I got had chicken and shrimp tossed with a delicious sauce. Really recommend this if you like sea food and chicken. For appetizers got the mozzarella sticks, which were very delicious and cheesy. Couldn't order dessert because there was no more space in our belly. I was very satisfied and I am 100% that I would be coming back for more.

I was here last night and the staff at this olive garden are so kind, they treat my wife and I so well, they went beyond customer courtesy, we felt really good, as soon as we walked in we waited 2 minutes to be sited 1 more to have our waiter who tooked our order food was served quick and tasted really good I would totally recommend this place.

First visit to Olive Garden in 20 years. We had a group of 15, including young children. The staff was attentive and treated us extremely well. We were seated in an area which gave us an almost private room. The children were able to enjoy themselves without disturbing any other diners. Our food was great and served in a timely manner. I had a salad with salmon. I also ordered 2 spinach - dip with nacho platters for the table. Everything was done to perfection. I was very pleased.

Good simple Italian foods. Eggplant Parmigiana very light and tasty. Spaghetti Marinara with extra garlic and a light touch of pepperoncini was done perfectly. I prefer darker greens in the salad, but the iceberg lettuce was crispy and overall the salad was fine. Service was prompt and courteous, thank you Christopher.

And when you bring back that “All You Can Eat” pasta and salad deal once a year, well, it’s practically a national holiday in my house. Forget Thanksgiving—I’m giving thanks to Alfredo, marinara, and whatever magic you put in those breadsticks. My wife and I went to Olive Garden recently for a little midday lunch date, you know, before the chaos of picking up the kids. It’s the kind of date where you’re still wearing your “I’ve given up” sweatpants, but it’s romantic because…pasta. I went for the angel hair pasta with creamy mushroom sauce, because nothing says “I’m sophisticated” like pretending I know the difference between angel hair and spaghetti. She went for the rigatoni with red sauce, classic choice—although I secretly suspect she ordered it just so she wouldn’t have to share. Pro move. And then, of course, there’s the all-you-can-eat salad. I mean, is it really a trip to Olive Garden without the salad? But I have to ask: what’s with the “all you can eat” part? Just be sure to wear your stretchy pants and pace yourself with the salad—you’ll want to save room for that second (or third) plate of pasta. Trust me.

Love the Bottomless Soup 🍲, Salad 🥗 and Bread Sticks 🥖🥖. After all these years still one of Olive Garden's best offers. Love this location. Servers always stay on top of everything, friendly and manager (Hannah) often comes around. Tasty pasta dishes too (Shrimp Primavera, Lasagne Classico). Will keep coming back.

We were happily greeted by Melissa the Hostess who seated us. Then we were greeted by Niayli our Server who was genuinely warm and friendly ready to serve. She was kind enough to let me photo her. I wanted others to see the wonderful young lady who blessed us! Niayli took our order, served us coffee and brought us our food. She was very hospitable and made sure we had everything during our visit. At one point mom needed salt and as Melissa was passing by we asked her for salt and she immediately and cheerfully brought us some. We had a great experience and will be back soon. Thank you ladies for making our visit pleasant especially when you were very busy with large parties due to graduation

We celebrated Mom’s 87th birthday at this location and couldn't have been happier. The soup and salad were excellent, and the salmon superb. We topped it off with a fantastic strawberry cake. Our Mom loved the celebratory Happy Birthday song we all got to sing to her.

I always go to this Olive Garden with my boyfriend. But we definitely select what times we go we always check how busy they are because they get pretty busy. Although they’re busy we never have to wait too long no longer than 15 minutes. I haven’t had any issues at this Olive Garden my food is always hot delicious and the service is exceptional. It can get kind of noisy with the kids running around. They always have some type of special going on as well. This is like my designated Olive Garden right now. They also have five dollar alcoholic beverages.

It had probably been about 20 years since either my husband or I had last been to an Olive Garden, so we weren’t sure what to expect. The breadsticks were just as delicious as we remembered, and the salad was fresh. The salad and breadsticks come in very generous portions, with the option to choose soup instead of salad with the entrées. We started with the calamari, which was really good. I ordered the shrimp and broccoli fettuccine Alfredo from the “lighter portions” menu. They offer a few dishes in smaller sizes, which I really appreciated. It was the perfect amount of food, especially after the breadsticks, salad, and appetizer. I still couldn’t finish it! My husband got the braised beef tortellini. He said it was very tasty, but the portion was huge—even for him. The staff and servers were all friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the prices were reasonable for the amount of food you get. It’s also very stroller and baby friendly, with a large free parking lot, which made the visit even easier. We’ll definitely be back for another casual meal.

From the moment we sat down, Cynthia set the tone for the entire evening. She was warm, welcoming, and visibly attentive. It’s rare to see a manager so present and engaged on the floor, resolving needs before anyone even had to ask, and maintaining a calm, professional energy even in the middle of the dinner rush. Her leadership clearly elevates the entire restaurant. Our server, Veronica, was equally impressive. She went above and beyond from start to finish. Her timing was perfect—never too intrusive, never too absent. She anticipated what we needed before we even realized it, whether it was refilling drinks, offering fresh breadsticks, or making sure our food came out exactly as requested. Her friendliness felt genuine, not forced, and she made us feel like we weren’t just another table, but truly valued guests. It’s rare to find a team with this level of professionalism, kindness, and commitment to great service. We ordered chicken Parmesan Piccolo. It is a smaller portion offering on the menu. It is definitely smaller. Not advisable for two people sharing. Delicious! But when cut in half, not enough. Plenty of salad met the need and we were able to make it home not starving 😃. Just be aware. Our service person was the best! Made it an enjoyable evening. Lots of people! Still great service.

My little ones had been talking about pasta for weeks, so we finally made a trip to our favorite spot. The kids’ menu has a “create your own pasta” option, which was perfect. They recently updated their menu and added some lighter portion options, which come with unlimited soup or salad. I chose the ravioli, and my partner went with the chicken parmesan. The staff was kind enough to let him substitute the sauce since he can’t have tomatoes, which we really appreciated. Even though the restaurant was busy, the staff was incredibly attentive and checked in on us throughout the meal. I love that it’s such a family-friendly place where everyone can feel comfortable. There’s truly something on the menu for all ages, and we all had a wonderful time.

For the most part of my dining experiences I tend to stray away from chain restaurants instead opting for smaller mom and type spots. However for dinner tonight my wife was craving Olive Garden. I think for a lot of people the Olive Garden represents something familiar and there for comforting. Everyone knows about the endless bread sticks and soups. So tonight that’s where we opted to go. Our server Stephanie Q was incredibly warm and welcoming. She had an understanding about the overall great of cheese and a cheerful demeanor. She added so much to our experience just by being our server. We started with the fried Calamari. It was great, perfectly fried with a bit of a crunch. For our soups we went with our usual creamy chicken gnocchi with lots of cheese!! My wife went with the eggplant Parmesan and swapped out her spaghetti for gluten free rigatoni and creamy mushroom sauce. They both had a great flavor and I am actually thinking I might try the creamy mushroom sauce later. I went with the spaghetti with meat sauce and I added sausage. My only complaint would be that I forgot the sausage comes in links, I would have preferred it chopped and tossed with the pasta itself. Other than that everything was great and we finished our evening off with a strawberry ricotta cheesecake. It was the perfect ending to our meal.

Olive Garden is a family friendly restaurant. They were very attentive to our table and needs. They did forget to bring some items out but they were very nice and helpful. We didn't wait long since we were able to reserve a spot in the virtual line.

Good food at a good price, friendly and attentive staff as well. Place is clean and there was no wait during the week for dinner. Ordered the chicken marsala and it was great, only thing is they stopped selling their mashed potatoes. Plenty of parking available.

I'll start by saying that we all know Olive Garden doesn't make their pasta fresh daily or the breadsticks, etc...and you could argue its not Italian food, but when it comes to hearty comfort food, it always hits the spot. The Alfredo is a signature, but I love the chicken scampi. Not to mention the endless soup, salad, and breadsticks with a peach bellinni to wash it all out. I tried the chocolate lasagna recently because you get it free dessert on your birthday, and the wafer bottom along with the moist cake is perfect for chocolate lovers. It's not a super expensive place, it's fun for the family, and this location has a lot of parking.

It is a very good place to eat. This is the first time that I been there the pasta was soooo good. My family loves it. I recommend to go to this restaurant.

This location needs an upgrade to the outside as well as in. The food was good, the bathrooms clean, and the service was fantastic. Everybody that worked there kept coming up asking if we needed more refills on soft drinks, or soup/salad. The Shining star of our visit was Alana, our waitress. She would always come to the table with a huge smile and be willing to bring to the table whatever we asked for. We felt very welcomed with her as our server. I hope the next time we come to this location, we can have her as our waitress once again. Excellent job Alana and the whole welcoming staff.

I was surprised about seeing so many people on a Monday, must be the good service this company it's known for Our server had the perfect timing, not one of those who constantly comes over nor one that ignores you completely. I'd forgotten about their endless soup and salad, we only had one serving but it is nice to know that you can always ask for more The flavors of the salmon are worth writing about it, I am aware most people go for the pasta but the salmon does deserve to be on your side next time you visit just remember to choose the veggies of your choice to compliment it to stay within budget you can be assured that the house wine won't disappoint nor for taste or price , can't go wrong, unless of course. I came here at 12:00pm on a Friday. The service was excellent. Our food came very fast and the server even let us try a "flight" of Sangria. It was too sweet for my taste but my friend loved it. I ordered the lunch special which is soup or salad and breadsticks with a small entree for $8.99. I tried the mushroom sauce to dip the breadsticks in. It was delicious. This place is a total splurge but I just love it for the right occasion.

My fiancée and I came here last night for dinner because she hasn't been here in a while and wanted to try it again. We had our 2nd date here almost 3 years ago so we wanted to see if they are still the same restaurant. I checked through their app to see how long the wait would be and it said there no wait. When we got there, most of the parking spots were taken but we were lucky to find a spot. A lot of people were taking advantage of their pickup service. When we checked in, we were told the wait would be about 20-25 minutes. We got seated in like 5 minutes, my fiancée got their Soup, Salad, Breadstick deal and I went with their Grilled Salmon. She got their Chicken & Gnocchi Soup which she loved and I got their Pasta e Fagioli Soup which I didn't like. My salmon took a while to come out and the portion was pretty small. It was okay but not my favorite place to eat Salmon. The service we received was okay since they were busy. They had a tablet on the table for you to order or pay from but it wasn't linked to our table so we couldn't use it.

A friend gave me a gift card, so I finally left my home after 5 days of watching the LA fires to have lunch. I sat at the bar and the servers were excellent, very friendly and welcoming. I ordered the chicken parmesan and it was good. As you can see by the photo, it made two meals!

Wow what a big difference I went today and all employees were so nice and attentive. Seem like new ones. 2 weeks ago I went Very bad customer service. I waited for 10 minutes and no one bother to ask until I said how long does it take to get service. They never called me for my table until 4 days later when I was at work crazy. am allergic to alot of perfumes and hers is at the top of the list, ,I don't think employees at a restaurant should wear any perfume I couldn't eat; I was naucias all the time also there was a waiter with a really bushy beard and nothing covering it up I think his name is Roozteh every time he walked by I covered up my soup, waiters look well dress up but they need to keep a well groom appearance.

I have been taking my family here for years without any issues until recently. The silverware was dirty with waterspots and a thin film of crusty food. I requested more silverware. Almost all of the silverware and napkins were dirty. So, I showed the manager. He tried to comp a chocolate cake, which I already had a birthday code for. So, he comped the least expensive meal. This DOES NOT fix ruining my birthday!

I ordered dinner and my $25 dish only filled the container about a third of the way full, while my grandma's less expensive dish filled the whole container. I emailed the manager after reading their "TOGO Promise". Nobody ever responded.

I enjoyed the food at Olive Garden, but I was disappointed with the manager's customer service. I contacted them from my non-profit organization to inquire about a donation, and while he provided his email address, he never responded to my subsequent email. It would have been more considerate if he had simply declined our request initially, rather than leading me to believe he would assist.

Very nice restaurant to eat at, the place it looks really presentable from the outside, the table we were set in, it was clean and prepared. The food was really good, it's a server. I did not frequent my table as often as I thought she should. There were a few times that our drinks ran dry.

Very busy and the waitress forgot some of our dishes, but in the end we were able to get everything and had a wonderful night!

The wait was 40 minutes long the waiters were good the good was good and the waitress dropped a menu on my dad's head..this was after I complained about my wait 🤦‍♀️

I’m really disappointed on my experience this time around. I’ve been coming to this location for 10 years and I’ve always had a good experience but yesterday was not it. The ambiance wasn’t welcoming, the food was ok, not great and the dessert , what was that? I’ve never gotten frozen cheesecake in my 10 years coming here. Like did you guys even try? I don’t think that I’ll be coming back here. I also ordered a dessert to go and I didn’t even get it.

Our server was not very helpful, we have to constantly ask her questions, we waited for the appetizer to come out first but soup came, then our main course meals & the appetizer!!! Yes she refilled our drinks but not very friendly!!! Tho we loved our food!!!

It’s a popular Italian chain restaurant, one can expect some consistency. Our waiter was friendly, and the food was decent. However, why does the atmosphere feel so rushed?? We didn’t come in there to quickly eat our food and run out of there. A bottle of wine was ordered along with our food and other drinks. Our food came by in a timely manner except for one order of Chicken Alfredo. There was apparently miscommunication between waiter and kitchen because “they were removing broccoli from the pasta”. That plate took some time to arrive. Once it arrived there was still some broccoli in the pasta. I didn’t order the Chicken Alfredo with broccoli but they are lucky I wasn’t allergic. We had different staff come by to check on us seeing if “we needed anything else”. Mind you the Chicken Alfredo plate that arrived late was still being eaten. I wasn’t drinking alcohol but my company was. Staff would continue to pass by our table side eyeing us. Apart from our friendly waiter, everyone else was rude.

I came here about couple months ago and my pasta had a hair. Then I came back like 2 weeks ago and had a hair on my pasta AGAIN!

I really don’t post reviews but I had a pretty rough experience yesterday. We took my mom out for dinner for her birthday and we were seated and the waitress took our drink orders right away. The first issue was they made a mistake and forgot to bring my sisters food out (no biggie) she had to wait for her food way after we all got ours. My husband was eating his plate and he was enjoying it but he mentioned he was chewing on something hard and he took the object out of his mouth and it was a thick piece of glass. We were all shocked and I tried to get the attention of a server for about 15 minutes at this point I told him not to continue eating just in case there was more glass to course. We finally go someone’s attention and I explained what happened they apologized and took the plate. What bothered me was the manager coming over and stating that they don’t cook with glass and it has never happened before and there was no way that glass could have gotten in the plate. I also mentioned that there was no way we would have brought a piece of glass and put it in our food or it wasn’t our fault and he stated he wasn’t blaming us but it was the first time this ever happened to them and I told him same here I’ve never eaten at a place where glass has been served in our plate. They took a pretty long time to bring a new plate out and my husband and I just ended up sharing a plate. No one really showed concern and we felt like they thought we were making the story up. Anyways pretty rough experience at the end they were more concerned about a tip then the experience itself. Just be careful if you come here and expect issues to arise it was a pretty slow night and all the servers were standing around talking. Anyways that was our experience hopefully it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Went to Olive Garden for the first time in months, I can say it was a Solid 2 and this is just for the sweet waiter who took care of us. The food quality was horrible! The bread sticks we got were old, hard, and cold. We also got the spinach and artichoke dip was sooo beyond salty and the pita chips were old and stale. We also ordered the chicken Alfredo and the sauce was salty too so bad that o couldn’t enjoy the food. For $60 meal I expect more, and to top it off the waiter was not getting enough help from staff she was overwhelmed and I say no help because there was a young girl just standing in the corner next to me on a tablet… make things worse the manager passed me 4 times not once did she help the waiter or ask how our food was she just ignored us. Save your money people the food quality is no longer great go anywhere but here

Olive Garden, what’s missing in the photos? Did you spot it? Keep reading if not. Okay, so Jose our server was nice. His unknown support staff was Rosa, a wonderful bus lady who helped us a lot; she got us missing napkins so she got a separate good tip. Then, the food was brought to the table, and we got to stare at it. And stare at it some more. No utensils. Manager tried to do the forward stare and walk past as I asked for assistance. “Excuse me,” I called out again. May we get utensils? Jose comes to our table about the same time. Jose doesn’t notice why we are unable to eat yet. Jose, can we please get utensils? Finally, we get utensils so we could eat 😀. Unfortunately, the edges of the eggplant 🍆 were burned through and through to a crisp. I did not complain or send it back. I felt like it was going to be too much to ask at this point. I took the loss on the food. I plan on skipping Olive Garden for a bit, as the past few dining experiences have missed the basic mark. P.S. Front counter, please try to be a tad more welcoming. That’s literally the whole purpose being at the front doors. Anyway, I digress. Ciao!

I went in this afternoon to have lunch with my family. We were seated right away but had to wait for more than 10 minuets to get a waiter to take our order. It would have been longer if it wasn’t for us flagging down a passing waiter who was already diligently attending his other tables. And by the looks of it, other customers seated around us were also experiencing issues with their waiters. There was a lady waking around trying to get someone to help her out, and a family also flagging down their waiter because they’ve been waiting for a long time for their last plate to arrive. We felt that we didn’t receive decent service until most of our surround tables left. They should prioritize in acknowledging all their customers in a timely manner and to not seat many customers down if they are short staffed. I wouldn’t mind waiting at the waiting area if it meant that I would be receiving a diligent waiter who would take care of our orders. Thank you to the gentleman who went out of his way to help us out, despite not being assigned to our table. Management, please focus on giving all customers a pleasant experience. It’s not just the waiters’ responsibility. Management didn’t show up until the table behind us ask for him to express their dissatisfaction with their service.

10 years ago, I use to take my mother there for dinner and lunch. At that time the food was ok for a chain restaurant, the service was decent. My recent experience was way below average. The lasagna I ordered was not good, the Alfredo linguine my fellow guest ordered was just as bad. The chicken carbonara was poorly prepared.The service person brought our appetizer late; it was barely warm and poorly prepared. The service person brought our main dishes to our table at different times. She brought the bread sticks way after we finished our salad. The restaurant was overcrowded and was lacking cleanliness. (The pubic restroom was filthy). I don’t know about the other Olive Gardens, but but this one was a horrible experience and I would rate it at a D- at best. I would never go there again. We spent over $120. (I didn’t leave because the lunch was a chance for family members to meet after 10+ year @bsence.

Went here for dinner with a friend tonight. Sadly, the food was a huge disappointment. Salad & breadsticks were fine and the mozzarella sticks were good but that where it ends. We ordered the build your own pasta. I had fettacini pasta with meat sauce with broccoli on top. My friend had fettacini pasta with the 5 cheese sauce. The fettacini was gummy and stuck together. The broccoli was so overcooked, it was like mush. And the sauce was bland and tasteless. Like no seasoning at all. My friend's pasta was also gummy and stuck together and her sauce was bland as well. It was just yuck! We spoke to the manager and he said he could see how overcooked the broccoli was and knew the pasta was stuck together even before I said anything. He very kindly took the dishes off our bill. The manager Chris and our server Emily gave great service. We tipped Emily based on what we planned to spend and not on the reduced bill. If they get the kitchen together, they could easily get 5 stars. But not today.

Reservation at 9:30pm. Party of 9. Server never came to take our order. While people next to us got served. We talked to the hostess and what it came to be is our server refused to serve us. As we decided to leave a manager came out with another server offering free drink. But it was too late. Very poor customer service. Will not be dining here again.

Terrible customer service. The hostesses, Amy S, seemed confused on where to seat us. We walked around the restaurant twice just to be told to wait in the lobby. After multiple parties that came after us were seated. Seems like third times a charm but the waitress seemed bothered or annoyed as soon as we were seated. Two other waitresses kept looking over at our table and made faces. I asked our waitress, Dayana, if everything was ok and she said they were expecting a big party but we got seated instead. She didn’t make eye contact while taking our order and would walk away while we were ordering food. The experience was discouraging, uncomfortable, and made our dining experience uneasy. I hope management evaluates the employees they have and makes better hiring decisions. 1/16/25

Dirty wine glasses, had to ask for them to be changed. Salad had pieces of brown, dead lettuce. Chicken Marsala was fried, not sauteed, so it was crunchy like tenders. Asked for double espresso, came as a single, no spoon, no biscotti. Asked for them to remake, came out like soup. Bartender had no idea the corporate spec or why it was not correct. Tiramisu was frozen like ice cream. I know Orlando is a long way from here but this is definitely not up to OG standards.

I hadn’t eaten here in a while. I used to love their soups so recently i was craving some good soup and decided to order their Minestrone and Pasta Figol e. To my disappointment the soup was 99% red beans and barely anything else. I can easily say they emptied a whole can maybe more of beans in one serving and call it Minestrone. So disappointed. olive Garden has downgraded in quality so much. Needless to say this will be the last time i order from them.

I’m writing to share feedback about my recent visit to your restaurant. During my experience, our server, Veronica, provided service that unfortunately did not meet expectations. She did not mention that my plate was extremely hot, which could have caused an injury. When I asked questions about the Endless Pasta Special, she was not helpful in explaining how it worked. Additionally, when we requested to speak with a manager, she responded in a rude and dismissive manner, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. I wanted to bring this to your attention because I value your restaurant and hope this feedback can help improve future guest experiences. Thank you for taking the time to review my concerns.

The food here is always really good the only problem I have are the dishes, why are all the dishes like plates, cups, and utensils always so dirty???? And it’s like they just grab the left over plates from other people and slap it onto yours like what’s with that??? Because why does my chicken Alfredo have a shrimp in it and some red sauce???? Please do better..

This place is HORRIBLE. Do not order curbside-to-go! Only 3 curbside-to-go spots and there's always multiple cars trying to park there for their orders. You’re better off going inside and good thing we did because our order wasn’t complete and they were about to send us home without our full order. Never again!

Manager NICK SUCK I strongly urge you to address this issue with the staff involved and to take steps to improve the overall customer service experience at your establishment. My daughter left her birthday card money in the table. NICK didn't bother in looking for it instead he stated screaming at me saying it was his fault my daughter left the card in the table. it was because they were rushing us to pay the server need it to go home. not only the bad service but they stole her $100 dollars.
